However the anti-white cultists I have been exposed to have come from the same brand of Christianity as Talarico and wear their blasphemous and DEI/ Climate Change/Open Borders beliefs as a source for pride. META EMPLOYEE TAKES TO REDDIT TO EXPLAIN ZERO OF THOSE LAID OFF WERE VISA WORKERS
A Meta employee posted on Reddit that they barely survived yesterday’s layoffs. Their direct manager had 40-50 reports across two combined teams. Both managers are American citizens. About 40% of the team was on visa.
Yesterday they lost about 15 people combined from both teams. Guess how many of those 15 were on visa vs American?
0 on visa. All 15 were American citizens and green card holders.
Here is the reality:
H-1B workers are captive. Their visa is tied to the employer. They can’t job hop, can’t negotiate, can’t push back. Deportation is the alternative. From a cold management perspective, they are the “safer” employees to keep.
Americans have leverage. They can quit, sue, leave for competitors. That makes them the first to go.
There is no law requiring companies to retain Americans first during layoffs. None. That is the loophole.
No company will ever publish visa status breakdowns of their layoff lists. So this will stay in anecdote territory forever. By design.
And, in many instances, the “at will employment laws” probably play a big role in this…I have seen this at ‘work’ in IL, high level people pushed out…for H-1-B’s, in health care and academia.
Just try and take your employer to court…the average worker cannot afford the ‘lawfare’ costs, even if you are in the ‘right’ and have been denied employment or unjustly ‘let go’
Turns out U.S. citizens are 3rd class employees e.g. the least desirable to an employer. Green card holders are 2nd class; surpassing citizens.
Above all of them is the A class. A for asset class. And in the A class, it doesn’t matter what is the citizenship status. A class also knows as the F**k You Money class.
That has been happen at major tech companies like IBM for years. They just lost a law suit over a few months ago. They promoted “The World Is Flat” by Friedman. They outsource themselves in to “Who is IBM” in today’s generation.
IBM, like many Big Tech companies views themselves as a Global Company without primary (or any) allegiance to any particular country.
In fact, when IBMers stateside lose their position their manager tells ’em to take a IBM position in India or Pakistan or Uruguay or wherever (and Yes, move there to do it).
And in the business world, that “A” class is supported and assisted by the “C” suites.
“At will employment laws”…. anyone that’s been burned by them in Georgia
can tell you all about it.
RNs that I know get the pink slip when their payscales max out. Downsizing
in the various hospitals is generally done with the ones that have been there
the longest getting the boot. Plays hell on continuity of care.
In the Georgia case, it’s just getting cheap labor. Don’t see any HIb influx,
or hear about it from the RNs, X ray techs that have gotten the boot.
The other bad thing about an “at will state”? Try and get any compensation
for wrongful termination. Agreed to help out at a former employer that was
having severe staffing issues. Agreed to come in with a 101 temperature.
Cruella De Ville person in charge told me to take a “few days off”.
Got a phone call a few days later to come in for a meeting at 2pm. Had a
7 month old infant, no babysitter.
“We need you to come in anyway”. Thought “Maybe I’m getting employee
of the month.” Was presented with some paperwork that I refused to sign
( basically self incriminating) and fired.
My dad told me to call some lawyers up. Told him that worked in Ohio,
but not in Georgia. “They can fire you for any reason at any time down here.”
That’s a horrible company. While legal means wouldn’t be possible, intense public exposure can be…
For myself, even given the potential negative effects, I would never live in an area or work for a company that had unions, where somebody else decided what did and did not go on. It’s akin to changing one master for another – and the union heads are usually as – if not more – corrupt than politicians. No thanks – I can take care of myself.
After 20 years in a supervisory position, I was let go three weeks before my 60th birthday from a former employer. I needed 6 more years with this company to be in a position to retire comfortably. This company is notorious for age discrimination and DEI hiring practices, as are many others, large and small. There were several other people in my age group and at my compensation level that got kicked to the curb at the same time. I was able to find employment with other firms and was able to work until age 69 when I finally “retired” for good. I enjoyed my career and the people that I worked with. I think it’s immoral and unethical to treat people this way, talented, hardworking people that have devoted many years to a company, only to be thrown out like trash. I guess that’s why I don’t care for grossly overpaid CEOs that receive ridiculous salaries, bonuses, stock options and other generous perks. That’s why I am sympathetic to experiences such as yours, Tour Guide.
Yep. Good buddy worked in management for K mart for 30 years. Started fairly young,
was in his mid 50s when his store got closed down. They wouldn’t even TRY to place
him in one of remainining open K Marts or Sears. Was out of work for over a year.
Got royally shafted on his parting compensation. Was vested, but it worked out to
pennies on the dollar.
I have been a nurse for almost 50 years…I get it…they talk about getting business out of health care…won’t ever happen as it IS and HAS been way too firmly entrenched, over at least the last 6 decades, maybe longer. And that goes beyond Big Pharma…
One facility in IL, where they used to treat the human spirit, demoted the Associate Dean of Comparative Medicine when the hospital was sold (the hospital and med schools are a mixed bag of ‘ownership’ I think)…she was replaced by a suspicious H-1-B type character…The Dean was a DVM AND a PhD…high level and published researcher…actually so high she was involved with DHS a few times when they were looking for answers re some issues.
She explored her options…she was looking at 200k in legal fees, probably more…
Perhaps a class-action lawsuit would get their attention.

Of course they’re screaming, the fund effectively neuters one of the DS’ ways to ‘screw you six ways’. Without the threat of ruinous litigation, their shield against investigation is severely weakened, if not removed altogether.

When I watched Rubeo give a press conference and talk about US “Commentments” around the world it made me angry, just because someone promised help decades ago doesn’t mean those promises should override their oath to the Constitution or the American people.

If ever a president was suited to address a multi-front confrontation, it is President Trump.
The man needs an incredibly small amount of sleep, he sees problems on a multi-dimensional scale and he loves our nation and its people.

Iran has been a thorn in the world’s buttocks for decades. Technology is advancing so quickly and previous administrations enabled the IRGC with money and went easy on nuclear technology.

Iran destabilizes the entire region and the world’s energy consumption.
Drone technology, AI and perhaps nuclear weaponry make the mullahs in Iran a threat to global stabliity.
All I can say is that a man that takes immeasurable pride in stopping wars around the world would not go into this conflict willy nilly. I just don’t believe that is the case.

1) WATER –There are two types of water issues associated with Data Centers, pollution & usage. Water usage, especially when there are already shortages is a concern for everyone. However, what should be at the top of everyone’s mind is the water pollution can be and has caused by data centers
Over 50% of the areas in which data centers are located in America are now experiencing water pollution due to Data Centers Remember Humans can survive without all the fancy electronic gadgets, but as humans, water is essential to survival. . Also remember that water pollution is not an easy or cheap fixe, and frequently not fixable.
2) ELECTRICITY-Although closed-loop data centers like the one supposedly being built in Rapid on 79 might not be a HUGE water hog, closed loop data centers use 30 to 40% more electricity than other types of data centers. Even if there are no more rate increases to residents, what about power swings caused by Data Center’s Huge electrical usage. Power swings due to massive electrical use can and do screw up the stability of an areas power grid. Fluctuations in the power grid can and do often end up in power outages and blackouts.
Just thoughts from lots of reading and personal experience .Mind you government in the Black Hills has two data centers in the works, with citizens having NO say. There are probably more already on the agenda again probably without input of vote from citizens.

When the house of We the People was first built it had only 13 rooms and when it was completed much blood, sweat and tears had been shed. This modest home was built on a foundation designed by its founders with the intent to be one of the most durable and yet flexible structures ever built, it was called the Constitution of the United States of America. The founders being men of great knowledge and experience knew that the most rigid constructs where easily broken due to it’s hardness, thus the need io be flexible insured it would be able to support the needs of a changing home over time.
Now this foundation was so well built that many fledgling nations copied this blueprint and many to this day still use this design. Eventually the need for more rooms was needed and as such the new builders used what materials and construction techniques where available to them at the time. Sometimes these new rooms where not built with the same deligence and forethought, they was built with substandard materials and techniques, not because the builders where bad men, it was just that as men they where prone to greed and personal advancement, as all men are.
Eventually the modest home of 13 rooms had grown to become a great mansion of 50 rooms that became the envy of other nations and it drew people from all over the globe who wished to live in this mansion of “Milk and Honey”. The desire to continue to build more rooms was raised by those who We the People had entrusted the care of their great house to but unfortunately because of the materials and techniques used in the past, new rooms could not be supported by the framework that had been used even though the foundation was still strong just as the original founders intended. As any builder knows when the owners of a house wish to continue building even though the framework, plumbing and electrical is outdated but the foundation is still good the ultimate decision to tear down the house and rebuild upon the solid foundation using newer materials and the best construction techniques available is made. This decision is well within the right of We the People, the blood was shed over 250 years ago.

I just listened to this…here are some highlights.
What Cruz generally describes is what I posted as soon as Thune sent everyone home on Thursday–a temper tantrum led by Sens. Cassidy, Tillis, and Paul (over Massie loss) with acting AG Blanche taking the brunt over the anti weaponization fund. (Cornyn was not there.)
Cruz discloses that senators were “screaming” at Blanche over the fund. “It was not calm, there were yelling.”
However, Cruz also describes the meltdown as an expression of “cathartic anger” over Trump’s success in ridding the Senate of three incumbents. (Actually four including McConnell, unclear if he was in attendance.) Cruz admits there are “consequences” for the president’s endorsements of opponents of sitting GOP senators.
In what is truly astonishing given the appalling legislative record of the US Senate–which has helped send hundreds of billions to Ukraine over the past few years without hesitation or oversight and voted to INCREASE the budget of the Biden DOJ/FBI/DHS as they hunted down Trump supporters–is that 20 GOP senators were prepared to side with Democrat-sponsored amendments attached to the ICE/CBP reconciliation measure to either limit or block the anti weaponization fund.
20 GOP SENATORS PLANNED TO SIDE WITH DEMOCRATS TO BLOCK RELIEF TO THEIR OWN CONSTITUENTS WHO WERE SUBJECTS OF UNPRECEDENTED GOVERNMENT ABUSES.
Cruz also said senators were angry at Blanche for giving legal answers about the nature of the fund (how dare he) and not political answers. “Their anger was not legal it was political,” Cruz said of his childish colleagues.
It now appears that Thune will not bring the ICE/CBP funding bill to the floor until the anti weaponization fund is drastically limited–including no relief to J6ers accused of assaulting police.
Cruz calls it a “full on revolt in the Senate without modifications to the fund.”

CIA director brought paramilitary leader involved in Maduro capture to Cuba meeting, sources say
When CIA Director John Ratcliffe visited Havana last week for a rare meeting with senior Cuban officials, he brought along one of the operators involved in the U.S. mission to capture then-Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro earlier this year, multiple people familiar with the matter told CBS News.
Venezuela and Cuba were allies before Maduro’s arrest, and the Cuban government has said 32 of its military and police officers were killed in the January operation to extract Maduro.
Ratcliffe made a point of introducing the paramilitary leader to the Cubans as the one who killed their people in Venezuela, several sources said.
The presence of a paramilitary officer who was involved in capturing a key partner of the Cuban government just months earlier may have been intended to send a signal.
The CIA declined to comment.
