Similarly, “doctor” cassidy, welcomed the mRNA jab mandates. Frowned at the prospect that therapeutic drugs were effective. Was quiet about abortion and made very little political action to draw attention to the obvious race driven gerrymandering and it would actually happen under authentic leadership that this issue was sorted out properly.

I have been calling for more attention to this obvious defect, because “the times demand such changes”.

I took a deep, satisfying pleasure in pressing the “not-Cassidy” button today, in the same room where I pressed the button for Trump three times.
Cassidy began betraying my vote maybe three years into his term. I had voted him in to get rid of Mary Landrieu and, “oh, a doctor can’t be that bad, right??” Before long he started to turn against his campaign promises. I voted for him again, cynically, because his opponent was worse.
Some time around summer 2020 I saw him seated in first class on a plane to Dallas, unmistakable in his garden-shears haircut, and wanted to just slap him silly, due to his turncoat theft of my votes. Of course I didn’t because I believe in voting bad officials out, instead of violence. But seeing him in person made me so angry, because I had trusted him with my vote.
Today, Bill Cassidy can go to HELL 🙂

Well to be honest, I hadn’t paid enough attention yet to choose between Letlow and Fleming. Fleming’s been around for a long time. If I recall correctly, he actually worked for Trump at the end of his first term. Makes me wonder a bit why Letlow would get the endorsement.

It’s not often in the modern era, we actually experience the genius of the constitution. Because often we just assume it to be because we have normal conditions and there are no disagreements. But with how the CRA was weaponized, this made us all become much more aware of the obvious unfairness and corruption with race based gerrymandering. I do not often express this sentiment, but the black robes got this one correct.
And that is equally important to recognize. the constitution is just a piece of paper. it will always be subject to ruling and opinions of the supreme court to order each state to confirm to the meaning and the intention of THE LAW.
