I remember in the 60’s seeing billboards saying, “Who is John Galt”. I asked my Dad, what does that mean? …he gave me a copy of Atlas Shrugged. At the time I was very young and couldn’t get through the book, but during Jimmy Carter I got through it…Wow! Read it again in the early 90’s and it was Wow! again.
Look at the Rockefeller (bankers) influence with the Bolshevik Revolution, funding and inserting a handful of revolutionaries, promising a “workers’ paradise” gave us the Soviet Union. Look at Walter Duranty writing for the New York Times on the glory of Stalin, rationalizing his policies like the pogrom in Ukraine.
We are a commodity aka useless eaters who die and bleed for their mischief or march to their New World Order.
Our life energy has been intentionally squandered, bought and paid for politicians. Sold to dark forces for 110+ years in the USA, we even have a Bar Code our Social Security Number.
But this agenda has been dragging the world into hell for centuries like funding both sides of wars, fomenting revolution, racial strife, pestilence, privation you name it.
If were unwilling to identify our enemies, how can we defeat them? This has got to change. Washington DC and our state capitals Executive, Legislative, Judicial are captured operations, as is most of the West, but by whom?
I know, I know, Stan stop with the conspiracy theory nonsense, then don’t look, The Bank of International Settlements, The Square Mile (the city of London, City within a City), Vatican Bank etc.
The West has been sold a fake bill of goods, that relied on the USA for muscle and the Fed with the concept of a fiat currency. John M Keynes preached “we owe it to ourselves” aka Keynesian Economics.
The printing presses kept creating cash out of thin air with “debt” in the tens of trillions with no chance of ever repaying “their” debt. Now these demons have digital currency and can simply add or subtract zeroes from a ledger sheet with a strike of a button.
Look at Bass Mayor of LA or Mamdani Mayor of NYC, Katie Wilson mayor of Seattle, governors like Walz Minn, Hochul NY et al try to pull off the Marxist utopia without most of the rich people’s money, cause rich people can “Escape from New York you pick the blue sh_thole” …a little play on the (documentary) movie of the same and are doing so.
When you escape this lunacy; “LEAVE YOUR DUMB SH_T BEHIND!” I mean that in a loving way.
As we watch these cool cities/states fall into the ash heap, look for the over educated twits to get up their own a_s defending the indefensible while dutifully praying at the altar of Marx as it devours them, perhaps the site of the next glorious people’s pogrom.

Our local farmstand’s doughnuts have shrunk to the degree that they look like mini-doughnuts, they look nothing like what they once were and they are over $1.00 each with the tax.
They are now what you’d give to a toddler, it’s kiddie sized !!
So if you are actually hungry and you want something with coffee, a working man would want 4 of them, at least.
So this winds up well over $4.00 just to have what used to be that one doughnut that was .89 each not that long ago.
What really pisses me off is the insult this all is to the regulars that have been buying these doughnuts for our entire lives- as if we don’t know the size they should be.
I’d rather see them raise the price then play this game.
I saw a video yesterday of a lady that bought a package of screws, the package said it contained 100 screws and when she dumped them out and counted, there were only 73 screws, that over a quarter of the total she paid for- missing.
So be aware, this isn’t just about food products.

I guess it would be best to swing by the produce section (most if not all have scales) and weigh your meat products and factor in for the package they are in. If it’s off by a lot just leave it piled up there.
Also check the ‘price per unit’ price on the shelf. Bigger amount is not always cheaper. A 10 pound bag of baking soda at Walmart it $1.02 per pound. A 4 pound box of baking soda (same brand) at the same store is $0.82 per pound.
I’ve stopped buying my meat at the regular grocery store over all this- the excess packaging and all the water weight.
And this is aside from the quality, I feel like we pay way too much for what is quality that isn’t worth the price.
If I need to pay these prices for meat, then I may as well use a small and local butcher where it may be a little higher in price, but at least what I’m getting is substantially better.
Doing this I’m also supporting a Mom and Pop over a large chain. I do a lot of this anyway, but I’m doing far more of it now.
I’m now buying much more of my groceries at a small little store with great meat- meat that is usually being processed right there by the butcher.
It’s all in the steel pans in the glass case.
So we buy it by the pound and there is no packaging at all, it’s put into the butcher paper order by order.
Doing this, I’m getting all meat.
I’m all done with the plastic packaging, foam trays, meat sitting on thickly soaked and heavy pads under them that are filled with that absorbent mystery gel in them..
I consider this all part of the Walk Away effort. We need to do the work it takes to refuse to play.
Freedom is not free, we all need to do our part.
If we all stopped going to Walmart and consuming in the ways we were- it’s going to matter.
We have a whole lot of power in our wallet and it’s time to use it- and use it wisely.

Eat 2 times a day not everyone needs 3 meals a day, I worked for years and ate when I got home. Starve the stores. As the snap fraudsters thin down food prices should follow. I had recently went to the VA for a blister that had formed on my arm from a visit through community care, the dermatologist had hit a flag on my arm with liquid nitrogen and told me it would fall off in a few days. Instead it ballooned up with puss and looked like a “boob” was growing on my arm. When the doctor at the VA looked at it she said I had to go back to the dermatologist for a follow-up to get it taken care of, I suggested that she just lance it,drain it and cut off the flag she told me “that’s not the proper way to take care of a blister”. They set me up with a appointment to see the dermatologist the next day but the blister popped when I was doing some work and when I noticed it just hanging by nothing I ripped it of with my fingers and hit it with some alcohol, problem solved.

I grew up listening to some medical professionals talking to each other at Sunday dinners, holidays, & family gatherings – it made an impression… was very educational.
I went into Holistic Medicine as soon as I began making my own way in the world; I asked to be shown a better way & it was Given.
We can heal ourselves to a far greater degree than what they’d like us to know.
One of the best things anyone can do for themselves is study how the human body works and heal yourself- largely by not getting sick in the first place.
My grandmother just turned 100 years old last week.
She’s not on one pill and she lived her life only getting medical care when there was a need- such as child birth or the rare injury, or when she needed glasses. Things like that.
She’s had none of the regular testing that they do..
She worked and drove until she was 92 years old.
What we’ve been doing is wrong, it’s been about money, not about the need or even being right and look at where it’s led us too.
Avoid doctors and get reading.
And don’t discount the mind body connection. Start exploring and you may find something of interest.

“Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has spurred an investigation into evidence that spy agencies tried to conceal U.S. election vulnerabilities, including whistle-blower claims that a CIA officer was asked to alter evidence of China meddling and that President Donald Trump and Congress were intentionally kept in the dark about concerns involving China and Venezuela, according to unclassified memos reviewed by Just the News.
The memos indicate Gabbard’s team first learned about the evidence — much of it yet classified — last year as part of a review conducted by her now-disbanded Director’s Initiative Group (DIG) and recently referred it to the new Intelligence Community (IC) Inspector General Christopher Fox, a move that could eventually lead to the public gaining access to declassified versions of some of the evidence. Foreign interference efforts by China were de-emphasized as far back as 2020
The wide-ranging approach taken by the FBI in response to now-debunked claims of Trump-Russia collusion in 2016 stands in stark contrast to how the U.S. intelligence community sought to bury evidence of Chinese government efforts to undermine Trump’s candidacy in 2020.
The National Intelligence Council concluded in 2020 that China had hacked or gained access to several state voter registration databases, but that information was hidden from the American public, state election officials, and Congress. The new memos reviewed by Just the News cite evidence that China may have gained access to between 12 and 18 states’ voter registration databases in 2020 alone, an infiltration far larger than previously acknowledged.
They also chronicle efforts to suppress the extent of China’s malicious election activities despite whistle-blower complaints from Christopher Porter — the now-former national intelligence officer for cyber — trying to bring attention to it. Just the News recently reported that Fox, the current intel community watchdog, is reviewing Porter’s whistle-blower concerns anew, including evidence of possible retaliation during the Biden years.
The ODNI is currently in possession of allegations made by one or more intelligence officers arguing that foreign interference efforts by China were de-emphasized or omitted entirely from final analytic assessments, kept out of the President’s Daily Brief, or PDB, or hidden from congressional oversight, according to documents reviewed by Just the News.
These actions within the IC were taken in an alleged effort to undercut Trump’s 2020 reelection campaign and resist his China-related policies, according to the memos reviewed by Just the News.
One email in the possession of ODNI allegedly states that an intelligence agency planned to massage one particular presidential briefing document meant for Trump to dodge the mention of election influence concerns despite raw intelligence reporting on the subject.
The memos also point to emails showing alleged attempts by certain CIA officials to cover up election influence efforts by China and to push a CIA analyst to change a federal record about an agency meeting where CIA officials purportedly hinted that China-related evidence was being held back to avoid helping Trump in the 2020 race.
The memos also chronicle concerns about the handling of congressional briefings on foreign interference and Chinese interference attempts in 2020. Deep in the bowls of the White House East Wing, has been the East Wing bunker, known as the Presidential Emergency Operations Center (PEOC). It’s a a fortified military underground command center. It’s also where the Military Aide’s bedroom was. I spent many a night trying to sleep there.
It was originally built in 1942 for President Roosevelt as a response to Japan bombing Pearl Harbor. It was built as a secure shelter for presidents during crises, such as the one we had on 9/11. For survivability, it was designed to operate independently with its own air and power systems.
While Democrats constantly shriek and grind teeth about the new White House ballroom, a much more vital and critical renovation is taking place. It’s not a “Trump vanity project,” liberals, it’s vital and long overdue improvements to our national security and sovereignty.
As the ballroom construction continues, the PEOC and the East Wing bunker complex. This area is undergoing major renovations and TOP SECRET upgrades to bring our White House security and infrastructure. The outdated facility is being updated to address modern threats, including drone attacks. We need it!!
American security? Democrats don’t care.
Future presidents safety? Democrats are oblivious.
It’s all about hating Trump.
They want events held at the Hilton for a reason.

The Virginia Supreme Court ruling today was 4-3. The dissenters were laughably attempting to make the case with an “inflexible, one-size-fits-all definition of “election” as a single 24-hour period, Election Day – the last day of voting.” That after Democrats pushing all their early voting by mail and in-person.
That inflexibility of the dissenters, “deployed by the Commonwealth of Virginia in this case, ended up denying over 1.3 million Virginians their constitutional right to have a voice in the debate over whether their Constitution should be amended – thereby eroding one of the core rights that Article XII, Section 1 of the Virginia Constitution was intended to safeguard.”
As Justice Scalia once reminded, “in textual interpretation, context is everything, and the context of the Constitution tells us not to expect nit-picking detail.” And the dissenters did a lot of nit-picking instead of presenting real evidence to support their case.

To the extent that having kids is inherently an expression of optimism, it is thus also a moral failure. For liberals, any good person questions the morality of reproduction itself in light of every global injustice on the menu. Don’t forget how climate change affects the New Guinea striped salamander!

What the essay’s author called “uncertainty” —its soft, non-judgy euphemism for anxiety— is really a very specific moral culture of pessimism and guilt, reinforced by nonstop progressive rhetoric. “Decent” people are supposed to feel bad, scared, and ashamed— almost all the time. In progressives’ worldview, happiness is equivalent to complicity. Given that inherent contradiction —being fulfilled by being unhappy— the real surprise is how many of them don’t report mental health problems.

To remind: Bama drew a new map in 2023. The Dems sued, and a Court rejected the new map citing the Voting Rights Act protected “black” districts.
Now after Calais, that ruling is legally moot. Bama is asking for that decision to be thrown out based on Calais. If Court agrees, then tne 2923 map becomes legal. That map should be +1 and maybe +2 Republicans districts.
I don’t think at this time Bama would try to just draw a newer map. But I don’t know.
