Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.

The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He continues to make massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This second term, he is weeding them out faster and choosing like-minded servants who multiply his effectiveness. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common. He does not show humility before men, but his actions show humility before God.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore. He is not afraid to call out our enemies.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and to the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the same healthy distrust held by our founders of government and men with too much power. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours. He believes that nations who treat their people well will also be good economic neighbors with us.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum. Lord please bring your power and might in the daily working of this sacred Nation you gave us.

I’m a fierce proponent of your anti-whining posts, and I can see how this could be perceived as poor taste, but as a meme it’s quite hilarious to me personally. My mother was a really, really good cook and we would have a fish of some sort every Friday. The town butcher shop always had a Friday Special for all the Catholics in town. But even really good cooks could miss a fish bone now and then and when one got caught in my throat as a very young kid, it turned me against fish. Years later there was the nuclear accident at Chernobyl. So no seafood for me, thank you. You take all my share, Ed.

Yes. There’s a lot of cool places to visit along Rt 66. Williams, AZ. Town is also Gateway to the Grand Canyon. Everything in town is geared towards Rt66 and Grand Canyon. Was a fun drive with many tourist shops.

I have been seeing lots of little announcements for individuals committing SNAP fraud lately.
But these programs with the freedom of states to change things tend to be the ones where big fraud is organized and conducted or protected by politicians. And I haven’t seen that yet.

I’m glad and Snap does have its rightful place, but it isn’t long term and isn’t for lifestyle management. I trust yours is need based and temporary.
When I was disabled and had to apply for Medicaid, they automatically had to register me for food stamps. It was a measly $10 a month and half the time when I tried to use it, the machines would be down. How utterly embarrassing. I eventually used it for a meat lovers Wal-Mart pizza once a month. I’m glad I don’t have to mess with it anymore.

I have never needed government assistance. God has blessed me with generally good sense, general physical well being and many gifts/abilities. My father taught me as a youngster, apply for three jobs a day for a week and you will have a job by the end of the week. It may not be the job you want but you will put bread on the table. My father applied this rule in his own life and it has served me well. I have worked since I was ten and have always worked hard.
Praying your condition improves to where you can provide for yourself.

Thank you Michael and I totally agree with your dad about finding a job, although I am experiencing quite a different scenario here in south Texas. I was able to find some day labor two houses down from my apartment last Tuesday cleaning up a job site where a framing crew was working. I had skipped breakfast and missed lunch because I spent most the morning and afternoon at the VA trying to manage my Dr’s appointments and other things there. When I got back to the work site it was around 2:30 and the temperature was over 100° F, despite my best efforts to keep hydrated by 5:00 I was toast and had to stumble to my place to get my core temp down. After about 15 minutes in the shower I felt better and while drying off I noticed that the crew was wrapping up hoses and loading tools into their trucks. I was in such a hurry to get back to them and collect my pay that I left the apartment with my keys on the fridge. I then spent the next 4 hours waiting for the maintenance super to let me in and to say he wasn’t happy is an understatement. There is more to the story that I don’t wish to get into at the moment but I am beginning to think that Texas may not be the right place for me, I don’t feel accepted here, the locals don’t like gringos.
There are a lot of scammers out there but people don’t realize there are loopholes in the program that allow recipients to have assets as long as their taxable income fell below the food stamp cut off line. The government allowed it to happen with the loopholes, so it wasn’t illegal for many recipients to take advantage of the system….just immoral.
Snap recipients are cryin for their ice cream! New rules…. less sweets can be purchased. LOL.

A Republican-backed proposal in California to create new voter identification requirements and citizenship audits is set to appear on the ballot in November, part of a nationwide G.O.P. push to tighten voting laws.
The proposal would require voters to bring identification to the polls and provide an ID number when voting by mail. It would also require local officials to regularly check voter rolls to help ensure that only U.S. citizens are registered.
We need that BEFORE november. The laws of what a vote is and who can vote are already on the books. We just need to remove the cheaters who manufacture and count votes that are not qualified or not real. We need to remove the machines that are manipulated.
Punishment needs to be in proportion to the sacredness of what is being stolen. The right to vote and govern ourselves was purchase with lives. People who challenge that should pay with a justice that reflects that price.

Gen. Petraeus had refused CIA involvement, so he was thrown under the bus.
Obama publicly blamed a YouTube video, even as the Taliban used the scandal to blackmail the White House into swapping Bowe Bergdahl for five Taliban generals.
Clinton’s private server quietly scrubbed the evidence, hence why the destruction of the emails and server was such an important task.
This also ties into the bigger picture with the $1.7 billion with $400 million in cash on pallets sent to Iran in an unmarked cargo plane in the dead of night.
Was this blackmail payments to keep Iran quiet about what really happened to Osama bin Laden and the alleged trophy kill and there being a body double?
Or payment for the hostages?
We know some of that $400 million eventually made it’s way to help steal the 2020 election through Swiss banks with the help of Italy and Iran.
In the end when it comes to Benghazi, it wasn’t a spontaneous protest.

Likewise classified documents, which are handled through top-secret document management systems that never forget. Anything on “Hillary’s servers?” We can trace it exactly. It doesn’t matter what happened to “her” hardware. Those stories of “shredding the only remaining copy” are pure fiction.
Every major corporation does the same. To avoid legal exposure. If someone subpoenaed it, you’d better be able to produce it. Fast.
All of that information is still out there, complete with an audit trail. And somebody out there still knows exactly how to get it.

The justices ruled that First Choice Women’s Resource Centers could challenge in federal court New Jersey Attorney General Matthew Platkin’s subpoena demanding 28 categories of documents, including records with donors’ names, phone numbers, addresses, and places of employment.

I have an uncle who’s one of those folks. Former Chairman and CEO of a Fortune 100 company, great guy, been retired for many years, pushing 90 years old. Think f the impact the FED Chairs Yellen and Powell have had on the slope (rate of increase) of the line depicting the National Debt.
During the Obama and Biden Regimes they purposely REDUCED and MANAGED the Interest Rates … which has the impact of masking the real rise in debt principal in the graph shown.
At the same time they pushed rates UP and/or refused to REDUCE rates that would have the visual impact depicting a greater increase in the principle of deficits than actually occurred during President Trump’s administration.
The close scaling of the graph also contributes to the illusion.
Yes, President Trump was forced into deficit spending by succeeding Congress’ that refused his balance budget and spending reduction proposals … even so the actual rate of increase was now where near that of the Obama and Biden Regimes that proposed monstrous spending proposals that even Congress had to rein in.

One of my children was seriously damaged by the vaccine, after the booster.
A year later the college demanded the second booster, after we had simply ignored the notifications as long as possible. When push came to shove, I wrote them a nasty letter stating she had no symptoms from a previous COVID infection, but was severely injured by the unnecessary vaccines. I demanded to know what liability the school would bear should she, against her/our will, take this vaccine again and suffer further, or worse injury.
They were apologetic, and requested medical documentation of “the injury” to waive the new vaccine. Of course no doctor would provide any such letter, so we just ignored the request. Fortunately this was at the time the pandemic had wound down, everything was finally opening up and vaccine mandates were falling by the wayside. So we never heard about it again.
