Thank God Trump’s squad of Guardian Angels (he needs more than one) were better at security than the rather shambolic display last night, and again reinforces the idea that the prevalent mood amongst the Lefto-sphere is one of extreme anxiety, not assured victory.

The timing of this attack also suggests that the implications of the recent SPLC revelations are FAR more serious than is being reported, even amongst Conservative circles. My own theory is that DOGE was a cover for a raid, deep behind the firewalls of the DS, that uncovered intelligence that confirmed, and surpassed, the worst suspicions of Team Trump.

At a guess, information from DOGE’s DS intelligence haul seems to have created a ‘lightbulb’ moment for those investigations, where the scope of what they are looking at suddenly comes into focus and question marks next to names, locations and numbers suddenly are suddenly resolved in a cascade of understanding. the ‘tingle down the spine moment’. Again, at a guess, the SPLC link was such a moment, where its central role in multiple DS operations was confirmed, resulting in the MSM enforcing a near-blackout, with the scant reporting undergoing the usual 180 degree spin. Very similar M.O. to a certain laptop story, and one can only imagine similar internet censorship enforced, if the IC still ran Twitter.

In other news, Sen. Thom Tillis has dropped his objection to confirming Kevin Warsh as the new Federal Reserve Chairman. He says it is all because DOJ is dropping their investigation into Powell’s run-away renovation costs of Fed buildings. He claims he was concerned that the investigation threatened the Fed’s “independence”.

Well, it sure sounds like there was good reason to investigate. This wasn’t overruns of thousands of dollars, or even hundreds of thousands, but hundreds of millions. If DOJ was not going to investigate it, then no one was – or could.

Tillis said he believed an investigation, which would go into Powell’s approvals and oversight of all those massive overruns, would impact Powell’s decision making on interest rates, and Tillis just couldn’t have that happening. But Warsh could have been confirmed and installed as the new Chair next month, which would be long before any DOJ investigation could be completed, much less any charges brought against Powell or anyone else and subsequent trials taking place. So how could all that impact interest rate decisions if Powell would already be gone as the Chair? Even remaining until 2028 as just one of 12 Fed governors, it still wouldn’t have been decisive in any rate change decisions since most of the other governors have always voted his way on those anyways.

So what then was Tillis so concerned about? Was all that overspending benefitting someone close to Tillis? Would the DOJ investigation, if it continued, start to hit too close to home? One wonders.

Using the Google Business Standard access to Gemini 3.1 Pro through Google AI Studio apparently *DOES NOT* provide the NDA privacy assurances that I was EXTENSIVELY and REPEATEDLY assured it would, and all the work I have done has been potentially used to train their models, unless I upgrade to several much more expensive service levels and “programs.”

My paranoid instincts lead me to be very careful regardless of previous assurances, and my damages are limited to just minor company infrastructure configuration details, and a few months of paying for workspace accounts that were just additional billing for totally unneeded and unused services. So, I probably will not pursue legal action, even though I retain full log copies of all dialogs.

If you use a service that is not running on your own private hardware, your data is probably being stolen from you.

Unfortunately, I am going to need to completely disengage the google ecostructure.

On the upside, it presents a wide open market that I will aggressively pursue.
