find me an old movie and have a peaceful nite
I’ve been watching all the old eposides of Outer Limits.
You mean the Evening News?
❤️
That was fun! Thank you and have a blessed night yourself. ❤️🙏
Thank you, real talent back then. Couldn’t stop watching this.🤗
🇺🇸❤️😇
All of those purely physical performances. Drawn from the “starving years” of Depression-era Vaudeville. When, if the local audience didn’t like you, you just had to change your name and try again.
“The early years of Radio, and then of Television?” They adapted. Because they had to.
We will never see the likes of any of them again. If you actually got to see them, on your parents’ black-and-white TV, count yourself lucky.
Excellent…bill
That was great 👏
Love it! Thanks for sharing!
Love me some Uptown Funk!!!!
Happy pup…
ABC News: Trump loyalist Joe diGenova being dispatched to lead DOJ’s controversial probe in Florida
“The installment of diGenova comes after the removal of a top career prosecutor.”
Team Trump has to bring in an 81-year-old retired attorney?? I love Joe, but …

Controversial probe… Removal of a top career Prosecutor ? No bias there ABC
More from Julie Kelly:
Source confirms to me that Joe diGenova will be sworn in on Monday as Counsel to the Attorney General to lead the Russia collusion hoax invesitgation.
He will work out of the Fort Pierce, FLA courthouse; a grand jury has been empaneled there since January.
This is the home of Judge Aileen Cannon, who presided over Special Counsel Jack Smith’s documents case against the president until she determined in July 2024 that his appointment violated the Constitution and tossed the indictment.
https://x.com/julie_kelly2/status/2045526152060498228
It’s Judge Cannon who is presiding over that grand jury.
And my quick and dirty suggests the federal rules call for her to be assigned as the trial judge in the event of indictments from that GJ.
Great! We need some good news right now.
Bias is what the B stands for.
According to an X post by Sundance he thinks DiGenova is a good choice because DiGenova understands the origin of RussiaGate was SpyGate.

MEGYN KELLY CALLS OUT PETE HEGSETH OVER RELIGIOUS REMARKS AT THE PENTAGON
Megyn Kelly said she supports Pete Hegseth personally but strongly objects to his repeated references to God, Jesus, and the Bible while discussing war plans at the Pentagon, arguing religion does not belong in briefings about military action that could involve civilian casualties. She said she would have criticized Joe Biden the same way and feels compelled to speak out despite her friendship with Hegseth, adding that invoking a church story before pivoting to attack the media from the Pentagon podium was inappropriate and made her deeply uncomfortable.

I don’t care about Megyn’s feelings. Does anyone?
Hope that’s not you, Springsteen.
Hardly. 🙂
She would have hated General George Washington.
She also called out the sex pervert, Sydney Sweeney for dressing like a baby while spreading her legs and sucking on a pacifier.
“Miley Cyrus sucks a pacifier, and no one bats an eye…. Sydney Sweeney does it and everyone loses their minds!”

Gen. Patton Called on His Entire Army to Pray 80 Years Ago Just Before a Crucial Battle Unfolded
“Just days before the outbreak of the Battle of the Bulge, Patton called Third Army Chaplain James O’Neill to ask him for a good weather prayer. The skies had been overcast for weeks and heavy rains had made the roads muddy, all but stopping the Allied advance.”
“Michael Keane, the author of “Patton: Blood, Guts, and Prayer,” told The Western Journal in 2019, “It is impossible to exaggerate the important role that faith and prayer played in Patton’s life. Prayer was a part of his daily ritual and he felt a deep personal faith that sustained him during times of adversity.”

General Eisenhower concluded his speech to soldiers, sailors, and airmen of the Allied Expeditionary Force just before the D-Day invasion by asking for the “blessing of Almighty God upon this great and noble undertaking”.
Megyn needs to grow a pair and quit annoying everyone. Move along now!
“The cheapest and most childish of all the taunts of the [critics] is, I think, the sneer at belligerents for appealing to the God of Battles. It is ludicrously illogical, for we obviously have no right to kill for victory save when we have a right to pray for it. If a war is not a holy war, it is an unholy one–a massacre.”–G.K. Chesterton
She only worship herself and nothing else. Same woman that worming herself to Erika Kirk who is a religious person.
Just because someone quotes the Bible or calls on the the lord in publc …all the time ..does not mean they are a christian. As a matter of fact I find it suspect that she needs to do it all the time…in public.
Online Speech Bank: Benjamin Franklin’s Prayer Speech at the Constitutional Convention of 1787
Thursday, June 28, 1787, Philadelphia, PA
“Mr. President:
The small progress we have made after 4 or five weeks close attendance & continual reasonings with each other — our different sentiments on almost every question, several of the last producing as many noes as ayes, is methinks a melancholy proof of the imperfection of the Human Understanding. We indeed seem to feel our own want of political wisdom, since we have been running about in search of it. We have gone back to ancient history for models of government, and examined the different forms of those Republics which having been formed with the seeds of their own dissolution now no longer exist. And we have viewed Modern States all round Europe, but find none of their Constitutions suitable to our circumstances.
In this situation of this Assembly groping as it were in the dark to find political truth, and scarce able to distinguish it when presented to us, how has it happened, Sir, that we have not hitherto once thought of humbly applying to the Father of lights to illuminate our understandings? In the beginning of the contest with Great Britain, when we were sensible of danger we had daily prayer in this room for the Divine Protection.
— Our prayers, Sir, were heard, and they were graciously answered. All of us who were engaged in the struggle must have observed frequent instances of a Superintending Providence in our favor. To that kind Providence we owe this happy opportunity of consulting in peace on the means of establishing our future national felicity. And have we now forgotten that Powerful Friend? Or do we imagine that we no longer need His assistance?
I have lived, Sir, a long time and the longer I live, the more convincing proofs I see of this truth — that God governs in the affairs of men. And if a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without His notice, is it probable that an empire can rise without His aid? We have been assured, Sir, in the sacred writings that “except the Lord build the House they labor in vain that build it.” I firmly believe this; and I also believe that without His concurring aid we shall succeed in this political building no better than the Builders of Babel: We shall be divided by our little partial local interests; our projects will be confounded, and we ourselves shall be become a reproach and a bye word down to future age. And what is worse, mankind may hereafter from this unfortunate instance, despair of establishing Governments by Human Wisdom, and leave it to chance, war, and conquest.
I therefore beg leave to move — that henceforth prayers imploring the assistance of Heaven, and its blessings on our deliberations, be held in this Assembly every morning before we proceed to business, and that one or more of the Clergy of this City be requested to officiate in that service.” …….

Impatience? Comey case bungled, Brennan has stalled.

IRGC “gun boats” fired on a couple tankers in the Strait?
Get a squadron of PT boats out of mothballs (or the ones used in Nam) and send them over crewed with some pi$$ed off American veterans…………….
I thought their entire navy was on the bottom, but we seem to have missed some of their speed boats. Annoying little buggers. Not too late to have them join the rest of their navy. They can have solidarity on the bottom.
Maybe just a wrong impression, but does it seem like not everyone in their regime is on the same page? Saw something this morning saying the head of their parliament, who was the senior man of their delegation to Pakistan and apparently is as close as they can get right now to a civilian head of state, is not exactly seeing eye-to-eye on making a peace deal with some of the surviving leaders of the IRGC. So maybe the surviving speed boats are being sent out to cause trouble for the guy who is head of parliament?
As I understand it, their are 31 semi-autonomous entities in Iran that don’t necessarily see eye to eye with Tyran.
too late they are already dead NEXT!

So true.
Earth’s magnetic north has been moving toward Siberia at the rate of 50 mph, has slowed to 30 mph the past few years. IMHO this may account for weather pattern changes.
Every 10,000 years or so, the earth flips on its axis. That would be fun.
50 miles per year, oops, and 30 miles per year.
People keep talking about contrails
Weird that so many in military would be involved, but something is so wrong out there weatherwise.
In medieval Europe, they had hail, feet thick, that killed livestock and crops.
They were SO SURE this could not be natural, that they BURNED THOUSANDS of WITCHES for “cooking” the weather.
Look at a temperature graph of the Younger Dryas. People are afraid of the minuscule bit of warming we’ve had in the last few hundred years since the end of the Little Ice Age and the Younger Dryas is what the Earth has in store for us as we descend into the next major ice age.
Makes sense.
Can we start with the white witch here in VA?

If, by “critic”, you mean someone who had President Trump framed, overthrown and shot, then, yes.
Continues to appear the IRGC are in control of Iran and things will go south again…
If I were an IRGC member clinging to nuclear weapons and control of an international waterway, I would be seeking asylum somewhere far away…
There was a meeting in the situation room this evening…
The ceasefire runs out Tuesday.
‘Urgently’ and ‘crisis’ are deliberately emotive words to suggest that this was an emergency meeting, as the US is struggling to react to the latest events. Another reading is that the meeting was always scheduled to happen if this contingency occurred, and was convened so that everyone involved is aware of the details of the next phase, and their responsibilities when the response occurs.
Then again the realities of strategic and operational planning, as a nursery of contingency plans, would destroy the narrative that The President is always 24 hours away from disaster, because the wily and plucky Iranians might achieve something that the entire DS has failed to do for over 10 years.
I ignore the side dishes and focus on the main course – hence the difference in my comment 😉
You’re right to notice and remind us of the constant narrative pushing of the mockingbird media.
From Iran’s perspective this probably IS an emergency.
Several military consultants have pointed out that Iran’s oil equipment will begin to fail in two weeks or less if they are unable to continue selling and cycling the oil – and that this infrastructure damage is permanent and devastating. They are really under the gun to get the Strait of Hormuz open, whereas, to the United States it makes no difference.
The only thing pushing the US is that evil media we’ve referred to, and what they will do with this which will affect the midterms.
Coffee & Covid read the NYT so I didn’t have to.
They reported PDT had plunged the world into a Great Depression and started WW III, which he lost to Iran.
You people could have told me.
Problem is that they don’t care & will eventually use their nuclear weapons–Remember this is where most of the suicide bomber mentality comes from.
So you actually think Iran already has viable nukes at this point in time?
So they say!
But, what sort of “super-duper Top Secret clearance” do they actually claim to have, that they are now so transparently “leaking?”

Text of the post:
Get this, I had to go to the Social Security office for 1st time, only because they’re missing one of my years of tax returns. I got there about 20 minutes before it closed.
Van loads of Muslims pull up.
I’m not thinking anything of it.
This black guy comes out and passes me and he says “watch what they do with the Muslims”.
Sure enough I go in there and there’s like four of us in a humongous office lobby (30 windows, only one person working) and the Muslims all went down a secret hallway without even having to go through the body alarm booth.
The 5 foot tall security Hispanic dude sitting in his podium on his phone looks at me trying to film the Muslims and he “jumps down of his stool”, so now he’s like up to my boobs, and says, no filming in here.
I said hey, I pay your wages. I’ll do what I want in here.
If I were trying to find FRAUD, I would sit my ass in every single Social Security office in the state of Washington.

The full text of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow’s poem “Paul Revere’s Ride” is as follows:
Paul Revere’s Ride
Listen, my children, and you shall hear Of the midnight ride of Paul Revere, On the eighteenth of April, in Seventy-Five: Hardly a man is now alive Who remembers that famous day and year.
He said to his friend, “If the British march By land or sea from the town to-night, Hang a lantern aloft in the belfry-arch Of the North-Church-tower, as a signal-light,— One if by land, and two if by sea; And I on the opposite shore will be, Ready to ride and spread the alarm Through every Middlesex village and farm, For the country-folk to be up and to arm.”
Then he said “Good night!” and with muffled oar Silently rowed to the Charlestown shore, Just as the moon rose over the bay, Where swinging wide at her moorings lay The Somerset, British man-of-war: A phantom ship, with each mast and spar Across the moon, like a prison-bar, And a huge black hulk, that was magnified By its own reflection in the tide.
Meanwhile, his friend, through alley and street Wanders and watches with eager ears, Till in the silence around him he hears The muster of men at the barrack door, The sound of arms, and the tramp of feet, And the measured tread of the grenadiers Marching down to their boats on the shore.
Then he climbed to the tower of the church, Up the wooden stairs, with stealthy tread, To the belfry-chamber overhead, And startled the pigeons from their perch On the sombre rafters, that round him made Masses and moving shapes of shade,— By the trembling ladder, steep and tall, To the highest window in the wall, Where he paused to listen and look down A moment on the roofs of the town, And the moonlight flowing over all.
Beneath, in the churchyard, lay the dead, In their night-encampment on the hill, Wrapped in silence so deep and still That he could hear, like a sentinel’s tread, The watchful night-wind, as it went Creeping along from tent to tent, And seeming to whisper, “All is well!” A moment only he feels the spell Of the place and the hour, and the secret dread Of the lonely belfry and the dead; For suddenly all his thoughts are bent On a shadowy something far away, Where the river widens to meet the bay,— A line of black, that bends and floats On the rising tide, like a bridge of boats.
Meanwhile, impatient to mount and ride, Booted and spurred, with a heavy stride, On the opposite shore walked Paul Revere. Now he patted his horse’s side, Now gazed on the landscape far and near, Then impetuous stamped the earth, And turned and tightened his saddle-girth; But mostly he watched with eager search The belfry-tower of the old North Church, As it rose above the graves on the hill, Lonely and spectral and sombre and still.
And lo! as he looks, on the belfry’s height, A glimmer, and then a gleam of light! He springs to the saddle, the bridle he turns, But lingers and gazes, till full on his sight A second lamp in the belfry burns!
A hurry of hoofs in a village-street, A shape in the moonlight, a bulk in the dark, And beneath from the pebbles, in passing, a spark Struck out by a steed that flies fearless and fleet: That was all! And yet, through the gloom and the light, The fate of a nation was riding that night; And the spark struck out by that steed, in his flight, Kindled the land into flame with its heat.
He has left the village and mounted the steep, And beneath him, tranquil and broad and deep, Is the Mystic, meeting the ocean tides; And under the alders, that skirt its edge, Now soft on the sand, now loud on the ledge, Is heard the tramp of his steed as he rides.
It was twelve by the village clock When he crossed the bridge into Medford town. He heard the crowing of the cock, And the barking of the farmer’s dog, And felt the damp of the river-fog, That rises when the sun goes down.
It was one by the village clock, When he galloped into Lexington. He saw the gilded weathercock Swim in the moonlight as he passed, And the meeting-house windows, blank and bare, Gaze at him with a spectral glare, As if they already stood aghast At the bloody work they would look upon.
It was two by the village clock, When he came to the bridge in Concord town. He heard the bleating of the flock, And the twitter of birds among the trees, And felt the breath of the morning breeze Blowing over the meadows brown. And one was safe and asleep in his bed Who at the bridge would be first to fall, Who that day would be lying dead, Pierced by a British musket-ball.
You know the rest. In the books you have read, How the British Regulars fired and fled,— How the farmers gave them ball for ball, From behind each fence and farmyard-wall, Chasing the red-coats down the lane, Then crossing the fields to emerge again Under the trees at the turn of the road, And only pausing to fire and load.
So through the night rode Paul Revere; And so through the night went his cry of alarm To every Middlesex village and farm,— A cry of defiance, and not of fear, A voice in the darkness, a knock at the door, And a word that shall echo forevermore! For, borne on the night-wind of the Past, Through all our history, to the last, In the hour of darkness and peril and need, The people will waken and listen to hear The hurrying hoof-beats of that steed, And the midnight message of Paul Revere.
“The fate of a nation was riding that night”
Well here we are 251 years later. Is our Republic going to survive all it’s Enemy Within?

There is a healthcare law called ‘The Medical Loss Ratio Rule’
This law says any money you pay in healthcare premiums, the insurance company must spent 80% on your healthcare
If they don’t, they’re supposed to refund you
Yes, this is real
Insurance companies found a loophole. They bought the doctors, the pharmacy benefits managers, the pharmacies and the clinics
Now, they skyrocket prices on everything from doctors visits, tests and prescriptions so that your 80% is spent
But it’s not really spent, they’re just paying themselves inflated prices so it actually doesn’t cost them anything. They just pocket all the money and never have to refund premiums
This provision is written in the Affordable Care Act, called the 80/20 rule
80% must be spent on care or refunded, 20% can be profit for the insurance company
We are being robbed blind
Just another way we are being robbed blind.
Healthcare, besides being no care at all, is money laundering. Or just plain theft.
Whatever, it really infuriates me.
Land of the Fraud. Home of the Grift. Yes, something has gone haywire with this country.
Government views Americans as tax cattle — nothing more.
So, 20% of $10,000 is $2,000…….20% of $100,000 is $20,000. Hey, we are spending the 80% like we’re supposed to.🤬

I guess in theory the same could be said of the Pope.
President Trump doesn’t seem to use Camp David much.
Why go to Camp David when you have Mar-a-lago?
Wrong thread.
Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, speaker of the Iranian parliament, announced plans to enact a bill to manage the Strait of Hormuz, which would ban all Israeli-affiliated ships as well as all ships from states Iran deems hostile. Iran will also impose transit fees, payable in Iranian rials, on all ships that pass through the straits. In addition, any ship affiliated with a country that has caused damage to Iran during the war would not be permitted passage by Iran’s Supreme National Security Council until they pay compensation, (presumably also in rials).
This is the same Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf who announced last week that Iran “had clearly won the war” with the United States and that Trump had 24 hours to surrender or America would be “sent back to the stone age.”
Ghalibaf’s bravado apparently emboldened Touska, an Iranian cargo ship, to break through the U.S. blockade, ignoring warning from the Navy Guided Missile Destroyer USS Spruance to stop.
The Touska eventually DID stop..after the Spruance blew a hole in their engine room!
U.S. Marines took custody of the vessel while Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf is presumably drafting a new statement about how Iran is clearly winning the war with America!
