Thank you Cjzak… glad you find the Still Hour posts useful. I try to include short little passages of scripture from Psalms & Proverbs each day to provide simple takeways if one doesn’t have a lot of time. The resent inclusion of the the Oswald Chambers’ devotionals are a continuation of that.
I comment every once in a while, though I usually just stay in the background and work on the posts. Just my low-key personality I guess. 🙂

Positive, steady progress is a good thing, though it may try our patience. One must remember that such trials are also a blessing, as it builds up our patience while it builds up our body 😉 The key is consistency – doing that which we must, even when our own weaknesses or the world tries to pull us away or in other ways interfere. The best way through this is to define viewpoints, not people, because people will shift as they change position and velocity in Trump gravity.
Bash the neocon, warmonger, and dopey globalist positions – not the people who are going to hold them one moment and come loose from them later.
Trump is Jupiter moving through the asteroid belt. He is going to pull people into his orbit.
A few will get slung off into space, but most will come along for the ride of their lives.
I am ON the Trump Train for good, even if I scream that I want off and can’t take it. In the end, I only want to scream “TOO MUCH WINNING!!!”

Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.
The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He is making massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This term, he is weeding them out faster. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the healthy distrust of government and men with too much power held by our founders. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum on day 41 of the 2nd year of the 2nd term of this very stable genius in the history of the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2025.

Republic of China is not a Democracy but a dictatorship. North Korea calls itself a Republic but after three generations of one family rule and preparing for a forth generation is more of a kingdom than a Republic.
The United States didn’t start out as a democracy but was still a republic. Under the failed Articles of Confederation states could appoint their representatives, though a few states choose elections so those states were democracies while the majority were not because the elites appointed the representatives.
An orange can be a fruit and a citrus. The same with Republic and democracy.
I like the sound of the word “Republic” – of course, the people just put out of business in Iran called their government a Republic, but I like the way it is defined by John Wayne’s character (Davy Crockett) in “The Alamo” and I don’t think THAT idea of “Republic” is what the mullahs had in mind!

US official confirms to Fox that US believes Khamenei and 5-10 top Iranian leaders killed in initial Israeli strike on compound; agree with Israel’s intelligence assessment.
A senior US defense official tells me that the US government agrees with the Israeli assessment that Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is dead, along with 5-10 other top Iranian leaders who were all meeting at a compound in Tehran Saturday morning. The top IRGC commander also killed.
Multiple sources tell me that the timeline for the strike had to be moved up based on intelligence and this “target of opportunity.” “There was a deliberate decision to accelerate the timeline,” officials told Fox.
That is why the US and Israel took the unusual decision to strike during the daytime to achieve the element of surprise and to target this meeting. Normally the US military would not launch an operation like this during the day. The meeting accelerated the timeline.
“This was a massive, wildly bold daytime attack,” a senior US defense official told me. “It caught the senior leadership off guard, a Saturday morning during Ramadan and on Shabbat in the daytime.”
“We hit the senior leaders right out of the gate.” (Israel conducted the targeted strike).

The US military carried out nearly 900 US strikes in the first 12 hours of this operation, US defense official tells me. The strikes came “from land, air and sea and included drones.” All the while “defending against 100s of incoming Iranian ballistic missiles.”

Growing up, ca 1960’s, would ride my bike to the end of our street, which became salt water, Galveston Bay. Few humans during that era. Just me, my bike and the gulls. Blonde by birth, bleached blonder, almost white, by the coastal sun, the gulls would often dive bomb my head ! I would try to out ride them, never did.
In real time, took it all for granted. God granted me a moment in time, to grow up upon His, yet, untainted land.
Long Island, memory early 60’s…used to ride my bike along a creek, once away from the houses…I would fill my bucket with water and tadpoles and froglets…my mom would do something with them later on when I was in school and had forgotten about them….

As a boy during summer family vacations on Longboat Key in the 60s, I walked for miles down an undeveloped, pristine stretch of beach, with no other people, enjoying the striking scenery and curiously examining the variety of marine life and shells with geometric designs washed up on the beach and in the Gulf of Mexico water close to shore. I fished every day for the excitement of not knowing what was fighting under the water, out-of-sight, on the end of my line and was always impressed by the artistic, vivid color patterns and physical features of the different fish. Other memories that remained with me from those trips include a seahorse that wrapped its tail around my little finger as a wave washed over me (the only one I have seen in the wild) and listening underwater to the musical clinking of shells tumbling together each time a wave lapped the shore. Although I often played and explored alone, I never felt alone in the least and recognized that the beautiful natural world and abundant life is created and felt awe, joy and appreciation.
And from those ‘partisan’ politicians who are, IMHO of course, corrupto-crats….out of the people’s republic of IL…I think the midterm results will be a huge and deciding factor, for my future.
