My wife and I never do “thumbs-up” or “thumbs-down” or tag any other “emoji” to our supposedly-private communications. Nevertheless, something out there routinely does. It even knows that we somehow send “images” to each other, and that those images often involve “cats.”
This “bot” often “thumbs” our conversations. But, it also sometimes injects actual “responses,” and even “cute images” involving “cats!” None of which – we both know – were ever actually sent.
What this “thumb-bot” does not know is that, in the context of our supposedly-private conversations, this stands out like a sore “thumb.”
Therefore: “A Class-Action Lawsuit potentially involving every cell-phone customer!” The premise being that the fundamental principles of presumed-privacy outlined in the Communications Act of 1934, et seq, have been knowingly and intentionally violated by cell-phone carriers. You are supposed to be protected against what was once called, “wiretapping.”
FYI: As a cellular telephone customer, I consider (a) that my cellular “telephone” is: “a telephone.” And (b) that “SMS text-messaging service” is being provided by my cellular telephone carrier, and is therefore subject to the same “expectations of privacy.” As provided by the Communications Act in a time when there were “only wires.”
I expect and assume the same. Someone is wiretapping my “phone calls!”
The way I understand it, is cell phone signals are radio waves and not subject to actual wired phone statutes.
Its how people used to listen to police scanners over the air waves.

We homeschooled , raised 3 to manhood. Youngest, sad to say, has turned against us since we are MAGA. Hopefully he’ll see the light. He turns 40 this year.
I think the parents should get the fees and the Education Department should keep a library of acceptable classes and testing. Parents will have to be monitored but in most states, public schooling cannot be saved. Too many wackos. Watch wages go up when a few million parents move their kids out of schools and one parent stays home or teaches and works from home. Home life and kid safety will also improve.
The question is: Who is going to ‘monitor’ the parent? Who is going to decide the ‘acceptable’ classes?
Our children were homeschooled in the ’90’s. We decided after learning that mandatory grade school sex-ed was becoming required curriculum. Subsequently, we endured intense blow-back from relatives, fearing that our children wouldn’t be “socialized”, unable to function in society and frozen out of future employment options. Thankfully and through bountiful blessings, our young adults are productive professionals; designing public roadways, creating and facilitating the distribution of cutting edge global Catholic video content, music teachers and automotive sector leaders. To young parents, seize the call to homeschool your children. The lasting bond and friendship is priceless.

I agree with many of the policies the Trump administration is pursuing.
That said, it is extremely unfortunate, misguided, and counterproductive that he is actively trying to put his name on so many things, e.g. “Trump class battleships”, “Trump-Kennedy Center”, and so on.
The 46 previous presidents didn’t do this, why does Trump?
If things were named after them, others did the naming.
These policies needlessly reduce his overall level of support, so are counterproductive.
At the level of character, they show pettiness and vanity.
But I can’t imagine this criticism could affect him.

The candidates themselves were not MAGA, did not court MAGA, were lazy in their campaigning, and raised little money (compared to Abigail). The DNC targets states for flipping and the RNC does little to stop it. President Trump did not feel compelled to help. The Dems turned out to vote and the Republicans . . . not so much. The Dems are on the game and the Republicans are watching the game (football, WWE, whatever). Now they are in a panic. You could see Abigail coming from a mile away. Pantsuit 2.0 (if not worse). Pro-2A advocates and re-districting opponents are pleading for donations. Too bad. Maybe they should have spent some time turning out the vote and going after ballots. Virginia is done and dusted. Stop crying. It’s self-inflicted. Note to Texas: You’re next if you don’t get your act together.

USPS has been colluding with states by taking election mail out of central processing. This keeps election mail from being imaged; as well as, date stamped.
The election mail gets rerouted to clerks. The clerks will not necessarily be date stamping the election mail envelopes. There is no evidence of the mail since central processing images the mail.

Mail-in ballots must be banned or be extremely hard to acquire unless you’re military or sick.
I think I told you previously that my girlfriend went to go vote and not for Gavin Newsome. After she cast her vote, she was told she had already voted, that her entrance did not count that she and 4 or 5 other women had already voted, when they had not. They were furious. That’s when she knew they were cheating. For all of them it was their first vote.
