The best way through this is to define viewpoints, not people, because people will shift as they change position and velocity in Trump gravity.

Trump is Jupiter moving through the asteroid belt. He is going to pull people into his orbit.
A few will get slung off into space, but most will come along for the ride of their lives.

Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.
The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He is making massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This term, he is weeding them out faster. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the healthy distrust of government and men with too much power held by our founders. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum on day 14 of the 2nd year of the 2nd term of this very stable genius in the history of the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2025.

How about letting them do their blockade thing and just hint at trying to take them down. Let them annoy all the people who live in those neighborhoods.
Maybe have police go and visit them once a week with a full on march with swat etc. but don’t really do much. Allow them to regather and re blockade and then let them sit there again for three days, a week, two weeks whatever, vary the times of the visits. Let them sit all day and night unable to decide when to leave or not, wondering when the next police/ICE visit will show up.
It probably won’t take long for them to just start to fade away because of the boredom and the cold. Let them freeze in their own smelly clothes and in the subzero cold and snow. Maybe block any attempts at those who try to resupply these clowns too. Let them really pay for their actions and see how long they last.

His non-support for the rank and file was duly noted at this funeral as well. The disconnect reminds me of the LA mayor blithely attending a political event in Ghana during the devastating Palisades fires in that city.

Was talked into joining the local union. Worst decision I ever made. I already knew everything the journeyman knew. They started me at apprentice. Lasted 6 weeks then went out and picked up my own jobs at a new apartment complex.

So then they bill you for police and fire protection, schools, garbage pickup, using parks, roads, road repairs and in many places snow removal and a host of other things. No city is doing those things for free or can afford to do them for free. Somewhere, somehow you will end up paying for those things.
Maybe they will let you opt out of police and fire protection, but you will pay for that in insurance premiums. They might put a city tax on gas to pay for roads, road maintenance and road repairs. A lot of places already you have to pay a private contractor to pick up garbage or take it to the landfill and pay to landfill it yourself. You get the idea?
Still it might end the bloat, waste, inefficiency and fraud in most local governments.

As far as spending goes, I always remember that you will spend your money much more efficiently than government will. And your spending is much better for the economy. It is only in things that need collective power that we can afford government waste.
But even then, there is no promise that after spending so much money that government will actually deliver those collective things. Waste was a higher priority in California than fire protection. Everywhere there is a Soros DA, they deliver criminals to the street rather than protect you from the criminals. And every Sanctuary city is protecting rapists and murderers and other criminals, inflicting them on illegal aliens and citizens alike.
Think about this. France spent a fortune on the Maginot line, but didn’t cover the usual path the Germans used to invade France. They also had a bigger army with more tanks. All that spending didn’t deliver any real protection. And to make matters worse, England and France both developed the tank warfare concepts that Germany turned into Blitzkrieg. But both rejected those concepts, instead designing tanks to support infantry in trench warfare and neither was able to cope.
So when it comes to taxes, progressive is just another name for greedy theft to benefit them, not you. Regressive is meant to make sure some people escape paying their fair share of common expenses.
In Texas, the sales tax is applied to junk food as convenience items. Fresh produce, uncooked meat, bread, staples, and dairy are not taxed.
As it were, I do pay a private contractor to pick up garbage AND snow removal on our ‘street’. Appropriate levels of taxation for police and fire protection are understood.

In my red county, amongst a blue state, our homes are stolen within 3 years if taxes fall behind. We have one of the highest property taxes per assessed value in the state. Homes could be overvalued based on square footage alone. My reassessment was denied. You could owe them $15,000 in 3yrs, living paycheck to paycheck, if something goes awry. They will auction it to the highest bidder which is always 10x plus what you owe in taxes. No one is given the difference. Other counties in the state wait 7-10yrs of back taxes to steal your home.
In Texas, the owner whose property has been subjected to a tax foreclosure sale has the ability to recapture the excess paid beyond taxes owed + legal + administrative, etc.
I bought some property that had been in tax default for greater than 10 years. Afterwards, I narrowed down the location of the previous owner (who had never paid a cent of taxes after inheriting the property). Then I paid a visit to the attorney who had been ad litem on the case and gave him the info to find the guy and claim the overage I had paid.
In this instance, the money might have functioned as a stimulus payment for the drugs and alcohol sector of the economy, but…whatever.
That’s how things work in tax sales in Texas. I do not know how many people exercise their option to get that money.
My property taxes here in Alabama are pretty reasonable. However, tax on everything else is high.

Homeowner’s ins more than doubled. They are disabled and on a fixed income. They sold on the last day before foreclosure.

When I was in Vienna, property owners were held responsible for the public slipping on the sidewalk next to their building.
People would slave away at keeping their sidewalks clear during snow.

If there is a shortage of cattle, supposedly responsible for the high prices, how would butchering more of them reduce prices? Every sale barn posts a sales report, usually the next day. I suggest people check out the prices. When a weanling animal of 500 lbs sells for $3.50 lb (and even 10% or more in some markets, check MD and VA sale reports along the I-81 corridor), has to be hauled to new location, fed out to butcher age, usually for another 20 months give or take, then hauled to processor, lack of processing is not the problem with the store shelf price which is not yet anywhere near the increases in retail prices yet to come for steak lovers.

Biden tried to wipe out the whole beef industry with a cow fart tax, and farmers culled their herds in anticipation, but the tax wasn’t actually implemented, so supply is still low. But look at the figures you cited: $1.48 for slaughter cows. Farmers were getting $1.48 when Jimmy Carter was in office.
I buy my beef from a local farmer. They wouldn’t need a full time inspector except for the fact they ship across state lines. They do beef and pork. It is a dairy farm and they castrate the Holstein bulls and butcher about one steer a month. The packaging where they butcher is terrible and there is an Amish butcher within a few miles who does a great job, but they can’t use him as he has no full time USDA floor inspector.
They could use him if the buyer agrees to forego the inspection. It all comes down to trust.
I don’t think that’s true if you ship across state lines. Interstate commerce has a lot of its own rules.
Not to mention the time it takes to breed back. Rising prices for materials to wrap the hay in and butcher costs due to skyrocketing supplies for wrapping paper/plastic and other items used in the process.
I get grass fed locally farmed beef for $8/pound and it tastes better than any beef I have enjoyed in my entire 59 years. Guess it helps to know someone.

Look into Good Ranchers for your beef, pork, chicken and some fish too. Supposed to be all American raised and grass fed beef. The say no antibiotic or added hormones and raised naturally so that the only thing in their meat is meat. There is a big difference in the taste. I get good comments when we have people over for a meal.

18 months ago a dozen eggs at my grocer was nearly $13. Today the same dozen is $3.49. Just one example of many.

The Biden administration killed over 100 million chickens. There was a massive egg shortage. But chickens can be bred back a lot faster than beef cows.

I was in a great old fashioned grocery store in Vermont this weekend- buying high quality meat from their very good butcher.
Shockingly, even in VT, the prices on meat are nearly identical to the prices in large grocery store line that I normally go to and this meat is far superior. Smaller isn’t necessarily more expensive I witnessed.
As I walked around and saw local cheeses and a whole shelf of a homemade pickles and mustards, local bread, I was reminded that this small store had everything we needed and this is what stores all used to look like.
It occurred to me that these massive box grocery stores today are nothing but there to sell the mountains of processed foods that they now make- that has destroyed our gut and brain health.
Do yourself a favor and shop small and local, seriously, it’s a much nicer experience..
Have a very similar store to that to shop in as well- it is a blessing.

At one time “reading, writing and arithmetic” was all that was needed. By the end of the 3rd grade and that was about it. You learned the rest what was needed “on the job”. America got along fine. Much, much better than today.
It all was that way until they decided to make the education system the “indoctrination” system. We have kids in High School who can’t read or write, However, they are great protesters.
About all they are doing is conditioning elephants to stand in the circus line…..same stake….same rope when the elephants were born and weighed 80#’s.
My dad went to school thru the 3rd grade, and then Grandpa pulled him out where him and his brothers worked the farm until my dad went to the CCC camp in 1939 at age 19. There he continued his education because the CCC Camps all had a library and each Camp manager had the knowledge to help those who wanted to learn.
Here’s a thought. Get rid of the teachers and set up home school or local classes using the computer as the teacher. What’s always said ‘if you want to know something then look it up’. Could also back up with books from the past. Grading? Have tests done maybe every six months. Heck, they’re not teaching anyway and kids aren’t learning except from what they ‘look up’. Not on youtube or google but do a real search and find.
Remove the requirement that you have to have a college degree to be a teacher and then add the requirement that you have to have a DD214 with an honorable discharge in order to be a teacher in the K – 12 public school system.

“Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) on Thursday filed a civil rights complaint against Dr. Mehmet Oz over his “baseless and racially charged allegations” concerning alleged hospice fraud in Los Angeles’s Armenian community.
The California governor’s office is targeting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services administrator, who posted a video on Monday explaining the Trump administration believes Russian-Armenian gangs and mafia may be behind the alleged hospice fraud.
“A lot of it’s driven by foreigners who came to Los Angeles — very different culture, Russian-Armenian groups — and this mafia seems to have taken over the system,” Oz said, adding that the “magnitude” of the fraud requires aggressive action from the federal government. “They’ve corrupted the doctors. They’ve normalized fraud, so that everyone sort of expects it.”
In the complaint, Newsom claimed Oz’s statements “reflect discriminatory animus and reveal a discriminatory motive that could infect how investigations of alleged fraud are conducted.”
Newsom cited Oz’s comments about a popular Los Angeles bakery using Russian-Armenian “lettering and language” on its sign. The governor claimed the administration official’s video “caused real world harm,” leading to a 30% drop in sales for said bakery this week.
