Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.
The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He is making massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This term, he is weeding them out faster. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the healthy distrust of government and men with too much power held by our founders. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum on day 342 of the 2nd term of this very stable genius in the history of the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2025.

It is (obviously) outrageous that illegals are counted in the census. In reading through yesterday’s thread I noted the comments about how unbelievers have severely warped the 1st amendment (and the courts have mostly gone along with the lie).
The reality is that the entire original Bill of Rights granted nothing and only precluded the government from taking away our God given rights. In the case of the first amendment, it simply states, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”
What leftists have tried to convince people of is that it somehow protects them FROM religion or bans its practice by those in government. It doesn’t – as can be seen in its plain wording. Nor does it in any way preclude those in government from living out their faith or partaking in its traditions. That includes things like “putting a nativity scene on the WH grounds” if they are Christian. In fact, it would be a great idea to decorate the “national Christmas tree” with figures from the Bible’s story of Christ’s birth and effectively turn it into a giant nativity scene/Christmas story.
Similarly, they repeatedly and often hilariously come up with THE dumbest, most twisted logic in the world in their attempts to disarm the American people. One of their favorites is the one the dimwit in the quoted tweet tried – effectively saying, “you should only be able to have black powder rifles!” The response, as well as the follow up, are pitch perfect.
To expound on it slightly – a note from our founding fathers during the debate on the second amendment wording, regarding the types of weapons permitted the public is “every other terrible implement of war” (hence Rule’s tongue-in-cheek comment about nukes).

I’ve never heard a good reason why after putting God in the Declaration, they kept God out of the Constitution.
Even adding the corrective of the Bill of Rights, they still kept God out.
The Declaration was a PR document as well as proclamation.
“PR document” cheapens the statement of universal truths for which no proof is needed or a written are “self evident.” It then acknowledges that altering or abolishing a government is a very matter. It then proceeds to catalog the long train of abuses and usurpation which justify the separation.
The Declaration of Independence is a brilliant statement about basic human rights and the limited role of government. We should all read it from time to time. It is unfortunate that many of us have never read it or The U.S. Constitution along with the first 10 Amendment thereto.
While not a good reason, my thought is that they needed it in the Declaration to energize the passion of the Puritan/religious, anti-establishment mindset of the colonists, but they downplayed it in the Constitution as an accommodation to some of the delegates in order to get it passed.

They have been free, distributed through a lottery system – but if you were to charge $17 for each ticket to cover basic costs, and put on five nights of the sing along, instead of just the one evening or afternoon, you might actually serve the real demand.

I can remember a time when it was called Medical not the Marxist “Health” Care and I can also remember a time it was affordable and there were privately run hospitals.

At a bare minimum, whatever the cost is, that number should be deducted by the federal government from any federal aid – and they (the federal government – via a CONgressional bill) should require detailed data on how every single penny of federal taxpayer money is spent and when such a bill is submitted, they should analyze it and only pay that which is authorized by Congress to be paid – just as health insurance companies disallow costs they don’t approve. They should also set a ceiling on “dollars per person” and require “proof of work.”
How bout we dont tax couples whose mothers stay at home and raise their children….might even give them extra child tax credits.

Mexico, China, Venezuela, and even Canada are now potential harbors of WMD.
This is not merely a drug problem. It is a national security failure. When a substance can kill tens of thousands of people annually, hollow out entire communities, overwhelm hospitals, destroy labor participation, and destabilize law enforcement, it qualifies as a weapon of mass destruction even if it does not fit some Cold War definition.
Tens of thousands of Americans are dying every year from this chemical that has found its way into to every state in the nation.
