This needs to get in front of PDJT, this poor man targeted by SDNY, the FIB’s and his case got reassigned to a Judge who was previously head of the criminal division.

There needs to be a serious discussion on the FBI’s use of “force” (use of Swat teams, laser sighted “assault rifles”, drones) to execute an arrest of someone indicted on a white collar crime with no previous arrest record.
Two agents could’ve done the arrest and search at 8am instead of a SWAT team raid at 5 am.
It’s my humble opinion our government sees us plebs as a nuisance.

I wonder how may indictments would fail if the defendant could have representation at the grand jury process. As the interview of the guy shows it’s a one sided show where the government can (and does) withhold exculpatory evidence. In his case, the even withheld it until they asked for it despite being obligated to turn it over.
I know he says it’s unusual for the case to be reassigned but I bet the judge just got elevated as a judge at the time — I know they reassign some case load to the new judges.
Just a crappy situation, He wanted to fight but the downside was 25 years in prison and $250 million in fines versus 5 years and $6 million. He says he had real hard choices to make despite the law being on his side, being assigned this hard ass judge who controls what the jury hears essentially made him give up and take the easier choice.
Watching PDJT go through his nonsense and hearing stories like this (the regulatory agency said they weren’t a “bank”/financial institute but the SDNY and FIB went forward anyway getting an indictment.
Then they show up a 5am like they’re taking down a mass murder suspect actively holding people hostage.
You would think they would’ve interviewed the guy to get his side but I guess that’d take the fun of using all the cool toys away.

It is soooo difficult trying to discuss this with young Mothers. They are being brainwashed by the medical profession. A family member’s pediatrician scolded her when she asked to delay the childhood vaccinations, said’

You have to do research to find a pediatrician who doesn’t pressure parents about vaccines. A concierge practice is often able to allow patients to make a choice on this issue. Doctors whose practices are owned by a corporation have to toe the official $$$$$line on vaccines.

During the plannedemic we were able to get prescriptions for Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine, and get those prescriptions filled by a compounding pharmacy the doctor used.
We didn’t meet our “doctor” until a month ago, even though we’ve been getting all our prescriptions from them since 2020. Learned their main area of medicine is cancer, which they treat with Ivermectin and Menbendazole.

Where the heck did you find this kind of practice? That’s a real gift for you and your family. Concierge practices are great but really expensive, too expensive for most people unfortunately. In NYS you cannot even find a naturopath or functional med doctor very easily or any alternative medical practices. The western mainstream medical providers are highly protected in NYS by law.
It’s horrible to be locked into medical professionals who are bound by so many rules and regulations and will not vary from them because they then don’t get paid. Patients are secondary to the NYS govt. and insurance companies. Concierge practice avoids that by not taking any insurance coverage from patients. You pay a fee to the practice for your coverage. The way medicine should be given to patients directly and was the way long ago. The only insurance people really need is catastrophic coverage for the large and unexpected medical events that can occur unexpectedly.
The doc is paid for giving those shots by the Fed.gov, one way or another. And if he does not push those shots he may lose his license.

I don’t know but it makes no sense. Not every service member gets a housing allowance (BAQ, bachelor allowance for quarters). Single sailors aboard ships don’t. Armed Forces members that live in the barracks don’t. At least not when I severed in the 70’s. I haven’t heard that has changed. So how are they going to take it out of their housing? Throw them off ship or out of the barracks to be homeless? Maybe in the middle of the Pacific ocean?

Yeah I agree. This isn’t going to do much of anything good for the hardcore users of this drug. I know several in my extended family and there are definite similarities in all of them as far as their ability to think normally and their motivation skills in their lives.
