I have conversed with several of these Larouche people in person over the last couple of years, and they seem all over the map. One I agreed with, but the others were over the rainbow. Some are rational, some are nuts. Approach with caution.
The video that Sundance posted was with the very best they have, and she was very good, and very clear-headed. Some seem aligned with MAGA, but some are pretty far off, like disillusioned, unrealistic libertarians or ex-Bernie fans. And some are just completely confused liberals, angry because they always have to be angry at something.
If I remember correctly, she always forced her prior opinion as the outcome of all her thinking that she presented in that video. That is not clear headed, no matter how good she was at making it seem so.
I’ve watched a couple of their videos which I agreed with and then I was getting bored half way through. I’ve received way too many emails, gave up on them and just come here daily per usual, rely on Sundance and commenters for any relevant updates from them.
Yes, give them a try and make up your own mind.

Ah, a walk down memory lane, the Arthur Treacher’s I always went to because it was close to my Orthodontist & Aunt became a Rax roast beef which was next to an Arby’s which is still there only replaced with a modern building. AT’s building & sign is gone and has a Domino’s in its place.
Found the other one that we went to a few times, Sign is still there building is gone and replaced with a strip mall type building, still seems the same owner still holds it after buying it from AT’s. (perfect signage for their business IMHO)
Interesting it appears from the Taste of Yemen that the neighborhood has / is gentrifying again, was Spanish last I was there.

American Founding Father, Commander-in-Chief of the Continental Army during War for Independence and 1st President of the United States (1789-97), dies at 67
Biography: Often titled the “father of the country”, Washington served as Commander of the Continental Army during the American Revolution and became the first President of the United States.
At the age of 20, Washington joined the colonial Virginia militia in the first stages of the French and Indian War, rising through the ranks to brigadier general in 1758. He retired from the military, and resumed his career as land surveyor, gentleman farmer, and politician. He became a leading opponent of British colonial oppression.
In 1775, the Second Continental Congress made him commander-in-chief in the Revolution. In this position Washington is praised for his selection and supervision of his generals; preservation and command of the army; coordination with the Congress, state governors, and their militia; and attention to supplies, logistics, and training.
After the Revolution, he resigned as commander-in-chief to prove his commitment to American republicanism. He was chosen to lead the Constitutional Convention to decide the new government’s form and was then elected its first President.
Washington’s term in office saw the creation of a number of fundamental institutions and conventions that helped build the fledgling state. This included supporting Alexander Hamilton’s creation of a national bank, and the introduction of the cabinet system.
He refused to govern for a third term and retired to his home in Mount Vernon, where he died in 1799.

Biography: Andrei Sakharov was a Soviet nuclear physicist, dissident, and Nobel laureate. While he was a key player in the Soviet Union’s development of thermonuclear weapons, he would go on to be an activist in support of nuclear disarmament and human rights.
Sakharov’s most enduring fame is as designer of the RDS-37 device, which was the Soviet Union’s first two-stage hydrogen bomb. This was a thermonuclear weapon, which means that it was more sophisticated and vastly more powerful than the first generation of atomic weapons.
Subsequently Sakharov went on to advocate civil liberties and sought reform within the Soviet Union, for which he was criticized and subjected to state-led persecution efforts. Grandparents Hate This Motorbike
Cousin had a tobacco farm in TN & had a Honda CB75, it did not always run IDK what else he did with it but when it ran I ran the wheels off of it.
Yes, mom hated it but would never watch. I finally talked mom into a computer / mini bike / model rocketry summer camp in PA 2 years in a row, won the 1st place ribbons for both mini bike skills testing & Mini bike repairs both years.
Had a Honda 750 as an adult but didn’t really ride it that much. I would love to have a trail bike around here… lots to see but @ my age I don’t heal that well anymore & in the back country around here would either need a partner or club group for safety.
Maybe a Quad some day, tho motorized stuff on trails is generally banned even a damn bicycle is banned on trails but motorized wheelchairs are just fine….. that would have to be one heck of a wheelchair tho, I walked them anyway not sure I even could have biked most of them.

Went all over the Colorado mountains on mostly fishing and camping expeditions in a CJ7 Jeep. Lots of forest service roads and on BLM land also. Your post makes it sound like access in the national forests and BLM has become limited? You have my curiosity sparked….can you still off road in Colorado?
I think I took a picture of the sign when I was hitting a trail to go to a waterfall…… I could not believe bicycles were banned but a electric wheelchair was ok. It was government land trail about 20 miles north of here, ranger station here to get info on motorized accessible land, eventually have to check them out. Continental divide has area for snowmobiles & derivable to top, I have posted a few pics from up there.
I’m sure some of the areas around here are available since there are/were jeep rentals as well as quad rentals, I never explored it since I worked 7 days a week 14 hours a day. Buena Vista had massive amount of trails & leader of the gang was park ranger for the area so he knew where to go & lead dozens of flat fender jeeps to them. (tended to cause traffic issues as people parked on the road to watch us go by)
We go off road all the time in the San Juan mountains.
The closing of jeep trails in National Forests and BLM ground is up to the feds, the state has no say.
One more reason to get most of the public land under the feds back to the states.
Just checked the area that motorized & bikes were banned, they are still banned to retain “solitude” & “quiet”, I guess I can’t leave the Mickey Mantle card in my bike spokes as it makes too much noise.🙄
Drones were added as well to the banned list. 25 person/entity max in group to include horses dogs….
There were quite a few lawsuits years ago here in Colorado about the feds restricting motorized vehicles.
The handicapped said it made it impossible for them to get up into the mountains, many of them used four wheelers then and enjoyed the mountains with their families.
When the feds made any and all motorized vehicles illegal on their trails the handicapped filed lawsuits.
I think the idea to allow motorized wheelchairs where no one can really take a wheelchair is the federal government’s (Forest Service and BLM) way to pretend to solve the problem when it really does nothing of the sort.

Yea, I knew its shortcut hack for camping by the time I was 10, probably in a boy scout manual, you would need additional items to make it go boom tho.
I also was handed down (abandoned) a chemistry set from brothers that was not fortunate enough to have the ones with radioactive material included in it. There were defiantly interesting recipes in it tho. My favorite was the chemical skunk smell mixture, I can think of a few uses for it in say a squirt gun.

Paper, in limited amounts, is still my go to for starting kindling in a wood stove. The glossy stuff is useless but home waste paper from junk mail or even thin card board boxes if torn into small pieces works well.
caution: this is the time of year when house fires are started by cramming large amounts of wrapping paper or live Christmas trees into fireplaces and wood stoves. Really quick and hot fires can cause creosote in chimneys and flues to light up and they burn like a blow torch setting a home ablaze. Compost live trees or let disposal pick them up.

COMMENTARY FOR PSALMS 40
Confidence for deliverance. (1-5) Christ’s work of redemption. (6-10) Prayer for mercy and grace. (11-17)
6-10 The psalmist foretells that work of wonder, redemption by our Lord Jesus Christ. The Substance must come, which is Christ, who must bring that glory to God, and that grace to man, which it was impossible the sacrifices should ever do. Observe the setting apart of our Lord Jesus to the work and office of Mediator. In the volume, or roll, of the book it was written of him. In the close rolls of the Divine decrees and counsel, the covenant of redemption was recorded. Also, in all the volumes of the Old Testament something was written of him, #Joh 19:28|. Now the purchase of our salvation is made, the proclamation is sent forth, calling us to come and accept it. It was preached freely and openly. Whoever undertook to preach the gospel of Christ, would be under great temptation to conceal it; but Christ, and those he calls to that work, are carried on in it. WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL
PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

https://abs-0.twimg.com/emoji/v2/svg/1f1fa-1f1f8.svg Harry Hudec enlisted in the Army on October 24, 1942 at the age of 20. He served with the 82nd Airborne Division, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, Headquarters Company.
Hudec jumped into Normandy on D-Day around 1:30 AM and fought on Hill 30 between Chef du Pont and Picauville. On June 15th, he suffered a combat injury and was hidden and cared for by a local family over 4 days until the arrival of German troops. Harry was hospitalized to remove the hand grenade fragments from his injury. He quickly returned to service.
Harry went on to jump into Holland as part of Operation Market Garden and also fought in the Battle of the Bulge. Private Hudec is shown below during a preparation for a practice jump. According to his enlistment records Harry was 6 ft 4 and 1/2 in tall. He was also stated to be a Regimental Champion boxer.
After the war Harry returned to Cleveland, Ohio. On June 19, 1946 he married Dorothy Stevens of Sedalia, Missouri. The couple had three children, numerous grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Harry retired from the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company after 43 years of service and was an active member of the Solon VFW. – Cleveland Plain Dealer
Harry Hudac passed away on March 28, 2007 at the age of 85. He lies in rest at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Sedalia, Missouri.

Evening Prayer For Forgiveness
Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing me through this day and Lord, forgive me for the times when I have wandered outside Your best will for me, instead of trusting You implicitly.
Thank You, that You are such a gracious Shepherd to me and that You come and rescue me even when I lose my way and stray from the path that You have laid out for me.
As I look back over today, I know Lord that there were things that I should have said and done differently, and times when I reacted in a manner that was not honouring Your holy name. Forgive me I pray, but thank You, Father, that You always faithfully prepared to gently bring me back to Yourself.
Give me a good night’s sleep I pray, knowing that there is no condemnation because I am in Christ, and may I wake up in the morning refreshed and ready to do Your will. In Jesus’ name I pray,

Evening Prayer For Future Guidance
Heavenly Father, as I lie down to sleep tonight, I pray that You would guard my sleeping and protect my mind from wandering thoughts and unnecessary planning. Teach me to wait for Your perfect timing and not to try to plan my future in my own strength.
Lord, I know that You have scheduled every day of my life. Help me to trust You in all things and rely on You to lead me along the straight path and guide me in the direction that You would have me to go.
Give me patience to wait for Your perfect timing, and may I not trust in my own abilities and scheming, but rather rest in Your love and trust my future into Your hands.
And so now Lord, I commit this night to you, asking that I would rest soundly and wake refreshed and strong to do Your bidding. This I ask in Jesus’ precious name,

Praise Your holy name Heavenly Father, for granting yet another day in my life and for being with me every step of the way. Thank You for the many blessings that You have provided and the love and fellowship that I have with the friends and family that in Your grace You have placed in my life.
My heart is so thankful for all the many blessings that I enjoy day by day, and today I am once again reminded that Your mercies are new every morning and Your faithfulness endures from generation to generation.
Thank You, that I have been brought into Your family and have been made a child of God and a citizen of heaven. Words cannot express my love and devotion to You Lord

Just learned at Grace Community Church today that a godly man, and an exceptional signer, Jubilant Sykes, was murdered by his son last Monday.
His 31 year old son had mental health issues and stabbed his father to death. His mother, CeCe, called 911 but Jubilant was dead when the police arrived.
Jubilant Sykes now stands among the throng of believers in Jesus Christ before the Throne of Grace.
To God be the glory, and prayers of comfort for all who mourn here on this hard rock.
Here Jubilant is singing at Grace 12 years ago. He often sang there and will be greatly missed.
