Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come. THY WILL BE DONE, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but DELIVER US FROM EVIL.
For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen †

Posting for WP ✝️ 🇺🇸 🙏 Make America GOSPEL’d Again! 👍 🙏

I used to think it was I who came to Christ wholly of my own volition. Even if that were so, which it certainly is not, I would still be doomed to Hell. Over the years it has been impressed upon my spirit that I am completely undone without the operation of the Holy Spirit upon my life. Of my own strength, I am completely unable to walk in perfect obedience to Him. I so desperately need my Advocate and His righteousness covering my sinful self. The human heart within me is desperately wicked and deceitful above all things. I confess that anything good in me comes from Him, and Him alone. My only hope for a glorious eternity is that, like King David, I will confess my many sins and follow hard after God. There is hope that our precious, merciful Lord can consider us men and women after His own heart.
I believe your earnestly expressed confession and prayer is shared equally among a great many of us…. at least I know that I very much identify personally with everything you stated.
“Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.” – I Corinthians 4:2
Dedication: Rush Limbaugh’s final Christmas sign off, before his homegoing to be with his Lord and Savior, with Mannheim Steamroller’s “Silent Night” in the background, as per his Christmas tradition. I heard it live and it affects me today the same way it did then. The tradition continues here at The Treehouse.
“Silent Night”
😢 I miss Rush.
Jonrilus
Rush lighted the path for so many others, but I don’t believe anyone will surpass him. He truly was the man “with talent on loan from God.” 😢

Good morning Soaz. Yes he did. I miss him so much. I had a radio in my barn and it was always tuned to him when his show was on.
Have a blessed weekend.
Pat
A blessed weekend to you and the fur kids, also. ❤️
Oh what a wonderful photo. Thank you. I am smiling broadly.
❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
Rush meant so very much to a great many Americans.
He was truly a pioneer.
I miss him so much!
Thank you from posting this reminiscence from Rush. I was always an enthusiastic fan, but more important I always intuited that he was an unalloyed, honest man—someone with a firm understanding of just who he was and what he presented in our world of humankind. This presentation—For obvious reasons, I won’t call this a “performance.”— was heartfelt then. It is heartfelt now. RIP Rush.
Good Middle of the Night, Garrison and Tink 😘😽 I seem to be turning into Margaret Thatcher, at least in terms of her sleep patterns. So dark and silent if may be, but perfect for tea and music. Found this and of course who should I think of but your tiny, loving shoulder warmer…..
Happy CATURDAY all!! 😸
Coffee first, then spa…
Loving those ear tufts 😻
Beautiful cat. Looks like a Maine Coon.
Morning, dear Bet! Had I made that coffeemaker the coffee would be coming out of the other end. 😂❤️😻
Gracious morn, dear brother 😂 😂 😂 I see your point 👍🏻😘
Oh GrandpaM, you made me laugh out loud with this comment! Thank you. Have a wonderful weekend.
Love the wild haired cat! I could use some pampering like this orange cat!
I’d feel conspicuous 😂
Photos that make you go Hmmmmm!
The Gathering…
And my every cat and dog, already gone, will receive word, SHE COMES TODAY !
I am convinced this is true, Poyeema, and cannot be budged from believing it. What a welcome into His Kingdom 💕
Oh yes, I absolutely think that is exactly what will occur, when I go home!
Love this photo! Snow does not seem to be bothering them in the least. I could have a lot of fun putting a title and comments on this. I’ll have to think about it and let you know what I’ve come up with.
Please do!!!! There are more just like this coming for the upcoming week 👍🏻
Woah!
You just gave me a 45(?) year flashback, Bet:
M. Night Shyamalan
THE VILLAGE.
(yes, albeit in an alternate cat universe.)
I bet there is one 😎
I remember it but never watched…too scary for me, my friend 😬
Forty five years ago?? Really???
Dang, where did the time go???
Actually,
I think that it may have been longer ago than that.
Like you, I don’t bother with scary or creepy, and that, if I recall correctly, would’ve been the LAST creepy thing that I’ve seen all the way through.
And I haven’t missed a thing.
Nor I….peace is what I’m after especially the older I get.
I love this picture for so many reasons 💕
Me too Bets. Easy to miss the other kitty in his lap. 😻
Which I darned well did!!! Reviewed…yes indeed. There he is 😻👍🏻
Oh this gray cat looks just like my Maine Coon I had years ago, except this one is not as big or fluffy, but the same markings. Love the look on this cats face! I am proud of myself, as I did notice the calico on his lap.
Gold star for you, Pat!
That sweet grey is co-pilot!
I have one who firmly believes I need to hear the song of his brethren between 3 and 4am daily. Once up and coffee brewing he snuggles in the warm spot I recently occupied.
Ha!! That’s what we all are in the end, sis…seat warmers 😸 💕
Been there and experienced this first hand!
It’s in the job description for servant…in small print 😎
Love this hugging cat.
This is a great photo as well. Love the caption. I do believe they are alpacas.
They are…though I ALWAYS stop for a split second when I see one and have to remember what llamas look like 🤔
Three types of cats…
Barn, Feral, and Domesticated 😁
Bets, – kitty ironing?
Definitely AI!
I won’t argue 😎
I agree, but feel that when used like this, it can be a fun addition. I fear it will be used for nefarious reasons and exploited by the evil in this world though. I pray that this does not occur. I suppose we will eventually find out one way or the other.
I fear the same, Pat, and have written so on many occasions in comments here on the various threads when the subject is raised. So many times in fact that I’m sure those who catch my forebodings look like the eyerolling cat below….”Oh Man!!! Here she goes again!!” I can almost hear them saying.
(Insert eyeroll here.)
I’ve always tried to see around corners as best as I’ve been able. And even with my limited view, no matter all the trumpeted, enthusiastic predictions of how wonderful it will be, I remain unconvinced…in a Biblical way.
Even Dr Geoffrey Hinton, Father of AI and Nobel Prize winner for it, is …what’s the right word…uneasy. I watch his face and listen to the hesitancy and modulation of his voice as he answers questions about its fearsome potential. Very telling…
Pat
Pretty sure it will be used for nefarious reasons. There is a new book out with that theory. I’ll look it up and get back.
😻 😻 😻 !!!
Desert at the Chinese restaurant?
Sorry sweet sister…I could not resist…I have only had one cup of coffee, so I am not all ‘there’…
I only ever got a fortune cookie from all those Asian restaurants I ever visited on a regular basis, now I feel cheated!
And Lotto numbers that never hit even once to pay monetarily.

Patience,
Do you ship?
Right??
Good evening Patience. Those cookies are too pretty to eat!
So glad you are here with us. We sure missed you and I was worried. I am enjoying all your comment images today.
Have most blessed weekend.
Oh myyyyyy!!! 😻!!
Not sure I could ever bite into one, they’re so GAWGEOUS!!
These days?? Yep…
I love it!
Beautiful cat and great photos of it.
Oh Betsy, I think this is my favorite of all of the images you have provided us today. This kitty definitely is The Boss! I would love a poster of this one for my office! Thank you for the smiles and laughter you have provided me today.
Looks like we are in for some very chilly weather beginning tonight and into Monday morning. Stay warm, and here is some warm Love coming your way.
I’ve seen this one many times, but the captions never really suited…until today 😁👍🏻 Thank you, dear friend, for telling me how much you enjoyed my…er…curation (is that even a word?) A pure joy for me to know they have delivered what I always hope they will.
So now you’ve made me look at the weather thingy on my phone, which I usually do but have not in a few days…
EGADS!!!!! 😳
Beginning tonight 29 and Monday 28!!! Brrrrr!!!
I worry so for people, birds, and animals caught out in such bitter cold. I see full sun emblems for both daus, so I hope when it rises for some warmth.
Aaaaaand here come the gas bills….
Ahhhhh, Patience… How could we ever forget the Cheshire Cat. Mysterious and inscrutable….and every bit cat 🤗💕
This one needs to be in the Suspicious Kitty collection!
Nothing to see here….move along.
It always seems to be an orange cat causing the mayhem and other mishaps. etc. I do not know how people catch these wonderful photos at just the right time, as my timing is horrible when it comes to getting great photos.
Thank goodness they do, Pat…or else our CATURDAYs would be pretty bleak.
And yes,I’ve noticed that, too. Gingers we always called them in Wales.
With attitude 😼
Gingers are usually males. 😉
And calicos female…
You really have outdone yourself this Caturday. Love this photo as well and the caption is perfect!
I always have a favourite. This one stole my heart 💕
Well I never!!!! 😂
And then there is this cat. He/she seems to be thoroughly enjoying frolicking in the snow.
No thank you. Much too cold for me today!
Something I had to get used to in Wales, sis, which is on the same latitude as Newfoundland. But I did, only to become “un-used” to it once I returned.
Interesting. My cat was frightened out of his mind by aluminum foil.
It does make quite a startling sound…if I were a cat I probably would be, too 😂
Good afternoon charles. Every cat I have had always enjoyed tin foil balls. My Maine Coon played fetch with them. The current crop of kittens, love chasing them and then tearing them to shreds! I then have to go around picking up tiny pieces of foil everywhere. Needless to say, I do not give them tin foil balls any longer.
Have a most blessed and wonderful weekend.
I’d forgotten about those!! They bounce nicely…enticing for a cat. Can’t tell you how many we’ve found u see sofas at various times.
Under…I type too fast.and too lightly.
Precious picture. Love butterflies.
A harbinger of the renewal to come 😌
Fact Check: Probably true 😼
This would not surprise me in the least!
Yes! And so very profound.
You post the best kitty pix!
Thanks, sis…off with my little basket to collect more for next weeek!!!.😸💕
Saved a few for next week’s edition…if I can find them 😎
Accurate!!!!
Mornin’ Dear Bets
Had a new HVAC system installed yesterday. Ten hours of cats sequestered in bedrooms (with notes on the door suggesting that draw and quartering might come into play if one were to escape), doggos barking at unfamiliar sounds, and even burros chiming in as the noisy front door repeatedly opening and closing had visions of carrots “dancing in their heads!” Phew!
Happy Hour came early and stayed late! 😁
The good news is that where there was the sound of a C-130 landing as the heat came on, there is now just the slighest purr.
Bad news is that the cost was more than my first house! Admittedly, that was during the Dark Ages.
But, whoever said, “familiarity breeds contempt,” was in this kitty jail!
Hahahahahahaha!!!! Oh Corny!!! 😂 I can well believe the expense. The most essential modern conveniences which work well are vacuums and washing machines. Dishwashers, not so much, as least for me as I started handwashing when we bought our Welsh home in 1987 without one. Even when we relocated back here. No one can tell me otherwise. But poor moggies and doggos…
Still, how lovely for them to have a sumptuous retreat. They look quite comfty, as my then four year old granddaughter pronounced a shortened “comfortable”. I’ve always said it that way ever since. Good looking crew 😻
Bets
I actually have a great dishwasher – it’s a Bosch, about 15 years old. Finally needed a repairman last year (an old gink like me). He said. “Never get rid of this machine – nobody makes anything nearly as good anymore, even Bosch.”
Always said if my house was on fire, first I’d get the animals out, and then I’d carry that thing out on my back!
PS we still call a bathing suit a “baby suit!”
Bosch have always been the gold standard. I’m unsure with Germany’s once great industrial behmoth falling apart whether that is the case any longer; so yes, do hold on to the one you’ve got for grim death!!!
Baby suit…😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂!!!
My mother in law, an erudite English teacher was always precise with her words. We were talking once about what our children turn theirs into. And she allowed that she could never see “rendezvous” in print without pronouncing it as “rendez vows”.
So that’s the way we always said it…
and here I thought it was round – des – voux
sigh
Hahaha…potato/potahto, ms idaho.
One of those words no matter how one pronounces it, it’s instantly recognized and understood 😉💕
it’s fun to play at mis-pronouncing words.
listeners never know if you are being funny
or dumb
we can keep ’em guessing
This is so true!!! You can tell pretty much what they’re thinking by their faces 😂
Have to say we replaced ours as well this summer. I worried for the guys from our very good HVAC people whom we treat as family. Our unit is in the attic, accessed by pull down stairs, so not easy. But they never sigh or complain.
Our son is an industrial HVAC specialist for Trane. Wish he lived closer anyway, but never more so than when we wrote the check….eek!! Not sure if we could have secured any discount, but it certainly would have been worth asking….
At least, as Pat said, we don’t have to worry for the winter, and our AC bills were marginally lower. It was time.
This is how good this company is…
Every time we have called them, they answer the phone, “Mid Cities Air, how can we make you smile today?”
And after it was installed, their mgr phoned to tell us our electricity supplier was offering a substantial credit if we sent them proof we had had it serviced. We wouldn’t have known otherwise, so God bless them!!!!
There are reputable, good companies out there. The trick I think is to go local, or as local as one can.
Betsy, when I bought this house, it will be 6 years ago in February, the remodeler/owner happened to be the owner of an HVAC business. Quite local, just two miles down the road. The unit was brand new. I got a service contract (very reasonable cost too), and they come by every Spring and Fall to make sure it is working properly.
He also did a superb job on the remodel. Knocked down a wall and opened up the kitchen into the living room and added a wall to provide an office. It was exactly what I had been looking and praying for, (I had only one month left to get out of the big ranch house) and I was getting a little panicky! It was not even on the market yet when I looked at it. It never went on the market as I gave them an offer that day, he countered and I said yes. The floor was still concrete and they had not yet put the flooring in. My son met me to look at it and he had looked it up and when he saw the inside, he said mom this isn’t even the same house on the inside as I saw.
The owner was a really nice man and said, “since you have bought it, go ahead and pick out the flooring from the samples I planned to pick from”, so he installed it before I moved in. God took care of me through the whole process. I am so grateful.
This donkey just had to have that carrot. It was just too much of a temptation!
Bet there are plenty more to replace 😉
It appears that they are quite comfortable where they are. Nice accommodations for their confinement. Better safe than sorry.
Yes, it is unfortunate that it is so costly to have anything repaired nowadays. I’m glad though you now have it repaired. You certainly need it where you are living, both heat and AC.
They are warning us here that a cold front will be coming in tonight and blast us until Monday. Blue is blanketed and I will be getting a bale of alfalfa today. Pulled out the heated buckets also, in case it stays longer than predicted. Big one for Blue, small one for chickens and small one for the wild birds, which they will perch on the edge and drink from, as I have been providing this heated water for them since I moved here.
Give Louisa and Olive a hug and behind the ear scratching for me.
You are a fabulous Mama, Pat!
It is 80+ here today. About 15 degrees above normal. Not bragging – I know we will pay for it come come June. I wish with all my heart I could send some warmth out to all my Treeper friends.
I learned from my last burro vet that it is much harder for them to deal wth extreme heat than extreme cold. I’ve almost brought them in on a few really bitter days – now I know it’s air conditioning they really need!
Good morning Betsy. Yes it is privilege.
Cleo is slowly getting friendlier. When I am in the office, she spends her time with me on a pillow on my desk by the window so she can watch the birds at the feeders. When I am here she is here. Had to confine the kittens in the office this morning so I could change my bed linens. Boy were they indignant about it. Cleo did not care in the least.
Pumpkin is now wanting attention, scratches and rubs now. She used to just ignore me, but seems to be growing up and has decided to get some of what the other two kittens want daily. Maizie and Percy get on my lap as soon as I sit down.
Question: I have a true Christmas story that was sent to me and I would like to share it with the Treepers, but it is lengthy. I’ve read the rules for commenting, so I tried to send an email to The Last Refuge requesting permission, but got a message it was undeliverable. Do you think if I send a comment to Ad-rem on here asking permission to post it, I’ll get a response?
It is a wonderful story and very much would like to share it.
Have a most blessed weekend.
If she receives it, she will definitely answer, Pat…
How long is it? Paragraphs or pages…
It is almost two full pages, single spaced typed. It has got to be at least 10 paragraphs. I would be willing to send it to CTH and let them put it in as an article rather than I including it in a comment.
I will send a comment to Ad-rem and see what happens. Thanks.
A good plan👍🏻
Go for it!
LOL I will send a message to Ad-rem and see what happens.
Afternoon, dear Bet. I completely understand being a night-owl. I’ve always enjoyed finding the unique solace often found in the early morning hours. Was in fact talking to a friend’s dad who was/is a real jazz man (piano) for many, many years.
Our conversation turned to the unique quiet time after the last set. Guitarist Jim Hall wrote a song, “All Across The City” that perfectly characterizes the “duende” found in those special moments. He, of course, understood exactly what I
was talking about . . . even knew about duende. 🙂
Just got back from my favorite down the street taqueria. I found that I’d lost another 2lbs, thanks to the chicken fajitas I eat for lunch. Who would have thought I could lose weight eating tacos . . . !!!
As she does every morning, Little ‘Tink sent you her usual good morning purr from her place on my shoulder. Be well dear friend. May everything be well be blessed with you. 🙂

Never ever think you’re too old to shine, Mo…so lovely 😌💕
Out of all you have posted of these, Garrison, I think this one is my all-around favorite, scenecially (in and out) and musically.
Thanks for your kind words, they are much appreciated. I really enjoy posting music and now images. We are fortunate that interested, very talented folks have placed their efforts for us to experience. I’m just a curator, the real art is with them. Been doing this for awhile—as long as this is enjoyable I’ll keep posting. 🙂
You have a nose for finding the most beautiful artists, Garrison. For me, there is such a thrill and a satisfaction in discovering “new” old music and composers whom I’ve never run across. Akin to winning the lottery. I’ve grown bored with the ones everyone knows or only know. We change as we grow older, our tastes change or (I’ll say) mature. We would grow weary if we ate meat and potatoes every meal. It’s the same with music. How lovely it is to discover “dishes” we’ve never tasted which us hungering for more. Keep curating, dear friend 💕
And of course to your darling Tink loads of snuggles and pats and a few gentle kisses. I remain ever so happy that you have one another…sweet kitty 😌💕
Mornin’ Dear Garrison
Let me eat cake! ❤️
All I can say is AWWWW!
Good to know even kitties can enjoy good music and, of course, an equally good cuppa’ (Bustelo in my case). 🙂
Good afternoon Garrison. I found my espresso maker and was wondering if the Bustelo esspresso you drink would be a good one for this maker. What do you think?
I drink it as drip coffee (4-5 scoops). Try the expresso and tell me what you think. 🙂
And all the people condemned to Hell before they were even born?
Not because they sinned, or because Adam sinned, or because they weren’t baptized, or because they failed to accept Christ as their Savior, but condemned with no way out. Created just to be tortured in Hell.
This is faith VS works to the extreme. Not your faith, but God’s faith. But pushed even further.
And a damn good bit of faithlessness on God’s behalf too.
And no matter how much the claimant demurs and puts himself down, there is no hiding the arrogance in proclaiming yourself as part of God’s Chosen Elect.
Reminds me of Christ’s teachings of the Judgement Day. Truly the punishment and reward were prepared from the beginning. But we weren’t aware of those fates. Nor were they detached from our own actions.
https://biblia.com/bible/esv/matthew/25/31-46?ssi=0
Neither our faith nor our deeds can save us. All of us earn a bad judgment. But His Love hands out Mercy. And His Faith delivers Salvation.
Still, it is wrong to say what we do doesn’t matter to His choices. Do we follow Him? Do we try to learn His Hope, His Faith, His Charity? Do those things drive our actions? Do we accept His Forgiveness, or do we stay rooted in our sin?
There are a lot of contradicting scriptures but one underlying theme.. Preach the Good News to spread His Salvation. Accept His Salvation and live the life He wants us to live!
Thank you Patty. Beautiful music for the season. Have a wonderful and blessed weekend.

Grandma Moses
(1860-1961)
American primitive painter (Old Oaken Bucket), dies at 101
Biography: Grandma Moses was an American folk artist renowned for her pastoral landscape paintings. She began painting in earnest in her late seventies, becoming one of the most famous folk artists of her time. Her work is known for its vibrant depiction of rural American life and its representation of late 19th and early 20th-century Americana.
Moses had little formal education and spent much of her life working on farms. She married Thomas Moses in 1887, and together they worked as farmers in Virginia and later in New York. Art was only a minor part of her life for many years, as she was busy raising her children and working on the farm.
Moses began painting in her late seventies as a hobby, initially as a way to pass the time following her husband’s death. Her paintings, which she initially sold at local fairs and markets, depicted rural scenes often inspired by her life on the farm and childhood memories. She used bright and lively colors, and her style was simple yet effective, capturing the essence of the rural American experience.
Her work came to public attention in 1938 when an art collector saw her paintings in a drugstore window and purchased them. This chance discovery led to her first solo exhibition in New York City in 1940, which was a critical and commercial success. Following this, Grandma Moses gained national recognition, and her paintings began to be featured in exhibitions across the United States and internationally.
Her art was particularly popular in the post-World War II period in America, as her paintings evoked nostalgia for the simpler, bygone rural life. She painted over 1,500 canvases despite starting her art career late in life. Her work was not only admired for its charm and simplicity but also respected for its compositional and narrative qualities.
Grandma Moses received numerous honors and awards, including the Women’s National Press Club trophy for outstanding accomplishment in art in 1951 and an honorary doctorate from Russell Sage College. She published her autobiography My Life’s History in 1952. and, in 1960, LIFE magazine celebrated her 100th birthday by featuring her on its cover.

Take care of this vine,

Considering Grandma Moses didn’t get her painting career off the ground till she was 78, there’s still hope!

A Conservative author would like your support: a satirical murder-mystery set at the turn of the century (c. 2000).
An excellent Christmas present!
From a review:
“I found it very appealing that the self-appointed detective in this unusual murder mystery is a 14-year-old high school freshman, and maybe that is because I am raising a 14-year-old right now. This age group can be brilliantly observant and annoyingly dense at the same time, but then again, they probably say the same thing about parents and teachers. The author understands high schools and those who populate them very well. The story holds many surprises and insights.
” I loved the many zingers and the philosophizing.
“Not knowing how the story ends, not knowing how your life is part of that story: that’s the worst thing about life…”
“Indeed. A clever page-turner. 5-stars”

EACH DAY WE TAKE UP THE OFFENSIVE WEAPON OF THE WORD OF GOD – THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT – ONE VERSE OPENS THE DOOR TO THE CONTEXT OF THE CHAPTER MESSAGE
Verse of the Day for Saturday, December 13, 2025
✟
“Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.”
Psalms 100:2 (KJV)
COMMENTARY FOR PSALMS 100
An exhortation to praise God, and rejoice in him.
– This song of praise should be considered as a prophecy, and even used as a prayer, for the coming of that time when all people shall know that the Lord he is God, and shall become his worshippers, and the sheep of his pasture. Great encouragement is given us, in worshipping God, to do it cheerfully. If, when we strayed like wandering sheep, he has brought us again to his fold, we have indeed abundant cause to bless his name. The matter of praise, and the motives to it, are very important. Know ye what God is in himself, and what he is to you. Know it; consider and apply it, then you will be more close and constant, more inward and serious, in his worship. The covenant of grace set down in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testament, with so many rich promises, to strengthen the faith of every weak believer, makes the matter of God’s praise and of his people’s joys so sure, that how sad soever our spirits may be when we look to ourselves, yet we shall have reason to praise the Lord when we look to his goodness and mercy, and to what he has said in his word for our comfort.
Commentary by Matthew Henry, 1710.

Thank You, Jesus, for blessings received and prayers answered !!!
WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL
PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.
Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle, be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen.

PRAISE THE LORD
Praise the Lord – Who guides our way;Through His Spirit – to brighten our day;Touching our hearts – gently and deep; His Honor and Glory – we value to keep!
Our Father – Who loves us unconditionally; Is right beside us where we need Him to be;With Gifts of Grace – to bless us all day;His Spirit abides – to guide our way!
Praise the Lord – what better advisor;Could we ever hope – would make us wiser; When we are perplexed about what to do;God has a message just for me and you!
Through His Spirit – God speaks to us;He works out the particulars without the fuss;He guides us through life’s ups and downs;Through our successes – and turnarounds!
Praise the Lord – in good times and bad;Throughout his correction – don’t be sad;Know that God loves us no matter what;Through our if/then – and even our but!
God knows what we need before we do;Cause He sees in the heart of me and you;All He needs is acknowledgement thrust; From outside to inside – In God we trust!
Our Faith needs replenishment almost daily; We need to repent of our sins most ably;No hiding behind our justification;Cause God knows our heart identification!
Whenever you are caught in a dilemma or two;Just go to the Quiet – Let God speak to you;For in the silence – of your own heart; His secrets to you – He will gladly impart!
Praise the Lord – for His intuit inspection; His enduring love – His careful correction;Whenever we doubt – whatever the case;It is all about Virtue – His Gift of Grace!

South Africa now has more anti-White laws than Apartheid had anti-Black laws. This is deeply wrong: the goal should be no race-based laws!
