Concerning Pearl Harbor and our present situation in Europe: I could not write anything for various reasons in the last few days (no, I am quite healthy), but now have some spare moments to wonder whether the sacrifices made by our parents, grand-parents, and great-grandparents have been thrown away by too many of their descendants.

In high school, a priest in Religion class alerted us to (what he considered to be) the very real possibility that Pearl Harbor was “planned” by Franklin Roosevelt, i.e. that he had deliberately maneuvered the Japanese into attacking Pearl Harbor by offering a sitting duck target and refusing to continue the diplomatic efforts of their ambassador (Prince Konoye) to prevent war.

It would not be supererogatory to state a claim that Prince Konoye was so horrified by U.S. efforts after the war (from General Douglas Macarthur) to exonerate Emperor Hirohito and not prosecute him for war crimes, while Konoye himself was being classified as a war criminal, that he committed suicide.

Because of my teacher’s remarks, I was able to find several books in the Dayton Public Library: John T. Flynn’s The Truth About Pearl Harbor (from 1944!) and from 1954, Rear Admiral Robert Theobald’s The Final Secret of Pearl Harbor.* He in fact was a witness to the attack at Pearl Harbor, and thus his book offered a first-hand account. The evidence in these books (and another which I cannot find today) verified the suspicion that Roosevelt had lured the Japanese into attacking Pearl Harbor. Roosevelt had already been itching for a fight with Nazi Germany in the North Atlantic through a naval base in Iceland and other methods.

He cannot say that Mr. Roosevelt was seeking a formula for peace in the Pacific when he delivered to

A disturbing feature is the economic factor: war as a method to end The Great Depression, which after more than a decade had never really been solved by any of The New Deal programs.

Nevertheless, as John T. Flynn mentioned in his book, once America was in the war, the only thing to do was to win it, and the Americans alive at that time did indeed win the war on both fronts. Their sacrifices were legion and legendary, both on the home front and on the battle lines.

“FREEDOM!!!” Americans were fighting the war to protect and preserve their own freedom from dictators and to bring freedom to the people then under the heels of Nazism and Fascism.

The people under the heel of Communism, however, apparently did not deserve Freedom, as the mass-murdering dictator Stalin, who had already killed 10-12 million Ukrainians and hundreds of thousands of Russians and others in Siberian death camps, became an American ally! 

But over 80 years ago, Fighting For Freedom was the point of the war!

Today, we read almost daily of how Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Speech, even Freedom of Thought itself is being restricted ever more by our former ally in a “special relationship,” by the one whom we were supposedly protecting the most from Nazism, i.e. Great Britain, where Moslems now seem to have Freedom of Religion, but Christians are increasingly muzzled. 

George Orwell’s worst fears of Totalitarianism, expressed in his novels 1984 and Animal Farm and other writings, have been increasingly confirmed by Great Britain in the past 50 years: cameras are now nearly everywhere, people can be arrested for praying in public, even silently praying in public!

France has allowed Moslems from their former colonies to re-populate their own land, and even paid them to do so. I saw Moslems 50 years ago in France, who seemingly were perpetually unemployed and who stood in groups on street corners puffing their lives away on cancer sticks and glowering menacingly at those daring to glance at them. Modern French philosophers pushed so-called Post-Modernism into the schools, in which Truth became a “construct” of Culture, i.e. a matter of opinion, and French egalitarianism turned this into “all opinions are valid and created equal,” and Objective Truth was cast by the wayside. This ridiculous concept made its away across the Atlantic and infected our universities.

If the grandfather of Charlemagne, Charles Martel, who pushed back a probing force of Moslems in A.D. 732 at the Battle of Tours, could see France today, he would be quite properly appalled!

In Germany, I have seen first-hand over a span of thirty years how patriotism was constantly denigrated in the schools and in the “kulcher” as something “dangerous,” “old-fashioned,” and forever tainted by Nazism. Becoming a “world citizen” was now much preferred over being known as a German, even though World War II had been over for 50, 60, 70, and now 80 years. The Germans also thought they were smart by allowing their former World War I allies, the Turks, into the country for rebuilding it after the destruction of World War II. They expected the Turks to leave and not stay: some did, but the majority stayed and many became addicted to the German welfare system. 

And now, a conservative political party called The Alternative for Germany has been attacked as “pro-Nazi” and restricted for daring to opine that allowing more Moslems into Germany is a bad idea.

In our own country, thanks to George W. Bush and the so-called “Patriot Act,” we see increasing surveillance and an accompanying denigration of our own freedoms through the “FISA courts.”  We also watch an increasing willingness – even a gleeful willingness – among the Communists in our midst (also known misleadingly as “Democrats”) for ever more restrictions against our freedoms.

And so, where are the protests against this erosion of Freedom, the Freedom for which our ancestors supposedly sacrificed in World War II?

Where are the hundreds of millions of people demanding an end to the attacks on their own freedoms, indeed on their own Judaeo-Christian civilization, the civilization of Homer and Saint Augustine, of Aquinas and Spinoza, of Da Vinci and Thomas Jefferson, of Beethoven and Dickens, of Thomas Edison and Robert Frost, of John Locke and Albert Einstein, attacks on the civilization which created all of the modern comforts and placed men on the moon, attacks made by their own fellow citizens?

Have those soporific comforts and mesmerizing technology created an unholy marriage between Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World and George Orwell’s 1984, where people are mentally and spiritually anesthetized into robotism by Techno-Kulcher?

In America, fortunately, we have President Donald TRUMP and our Make America Great Again movement standing against the anti-freedom, high-techno-totalitarian trends of our age. Nothing is guaranteed, however: in my opinion, this is simply the beginning of the war and we have won some battles, and only some, and a counter-offensive by the forces of Global Communism is guaranteed.

I leave you with the pessimistic regrets of a 100-year old British war veteran, who thinks, unfortunately – yet correctly – that his sacrifices seem to have been in vain, at least for England.

According to Fox … Congress is trying to mandate the number of troops and roles played by the US in NATO and South Korea. This usurps the President’s role as commander and Chief of the armed forces.

Hopefully the President vetoes the Bill and sues if necessary … as this clearly violates separation of powers within the Constitution. It would also set a dangerous precedent whereby Congress goes beyond their powers of the purse to actually dictating Military deployments.

Jocelyn Ballantine was one of the Department of Justice attorneys assigned to Michael Flynn’s prosecution. The Department admitted altering evidence in the case following a reprimand from the judge. She called this an inadvertent mistake at the time.

Ballantine also provided altered documents to Sidney Powell, and submitted an FBI interview report with redactions to information that was crucial to the case, according to En-Wikipedia. When the US government threw out the case against General Flynn, Ballantine declined to sign the motion to dismiss the charges against him.

She is as crooked as they come.

Jocelyn Ballantine was later assigned to the infamous Proud Boys Trial.

Ballantine and the Biden prosecutors made up evidence, pressured the defendants to lie to the court, planted evidence in the Proud Boys chat group, and led the charge to send the innocent men to prison for over a decade each.

Ballantine is scum.

On Saturday, investigative journalist Julie Kelly told Steve Bannon on the War Room that not only is Ballantine still working at the DOj – But she was assigned the January 6 pipe bomber case this week.’

What the hell is going on?

Julie Kelly: I wish that this was not true. I guess my only thought here is that the new leadership at the DOJ and FBI are not aware of who this individual is, Jocelyn Ballantine, who was the lead prosecutor.

Enrique shared this fact with The Gateway Pundit earlier this year but we did not know which DOJ prosecutor it was who attempted to pressure him to implicate Donald Trump with the events on January 6. Now we know that it was Jocelyn Ballantine!

Chernobyl reactor’s protective shield was so damaged by a drone strike that it’s not confining radiation anymore: IAEA

·        A steel shield preventing radiation spread from the Chernobyl site isn’t working as intended anymore.

·        The IAEA said on Friday that the New Safe Confinement shelter had “lost its primary safety functions.”

·        The shield was hit in February by a drone strike, which created a 160-square-foot hole.

The steel structure sealing off the Chernobyl nuclear disaster site has suffered so much damage that it’s no longer containing radiation effectively, the International Atomic Energy Agency said on Friday.

The agency, or IAEA, wrote in an update that its team had visited the protective shield in the prior week and found that it “had lost its primary safety functions, including the confinement capability.”

This shield is known as the New Safe Confinement, or NSC, which was installed in 2016 as a second protective layer to stop the spread of radioactive material from Reactor Four of the Chernobyl power plant.

Damage to the shield increases the risk of leaks, which are difficult to contain because radioactive materials, such as gas and dust, can easily disperse widely and remain hazardous for extended periods.

The NSC fully encases an original, smaller concrete structure for containment called the Sarcophagus, built by the Soviet Union after Reactor Four exploded in 1986 and sparked a nuclear crisis across continental Europe.
