According to the report, GAO conducted undercover tests by creating fictitious applicants with fake identities and fraudulent or never-issued Social Security numbers to see how the federal Marketplace would respond. Over the past two years, 90% of those fake applicants were approved for subsidized coverage despite lacking required documentation.

The SC is taking up the birth right citizenship matter. I am praying extra hard this issue gets corrected and ended. A poster at GP gave an explanation that is promising as a definition of how the law actually should be applied right now, how it already stands.

IMO we will soon join them.
SCOTUS will effectively concur with current law that has been thwarted with lousy enforcement that birthright citizenship must apply only to legally “permanent residents”.

One cannot create a permanent domicile by illegally entering the country.
One cannot create a permanent domicileby legally entering the country with a non permanent resident visa.
That is all there is to it.
