Well, watched an interesting talk/teaching by a Christian called Tom Bradford (have no idea if he’s a pastor, or who or what his “mission” is – first time I ever saw) He has a series on the so called 10 Lost Tribes of Israel – sometimes referred to as Ephraim, or the Northern Kingdom, and is one of the “sticks” (Joseph) as described in Ezekiel, also “Israel” when distinguishing between Judah and “Israel” – although together they ARE Israel (12 tribes).

Remarkably his understanding and message in this regard is exactly the same as a Jewish Rav I regard as my main go to teacher. (I just click)

Except 180 degrees apart.

Tom has all the Jews (Judah) finally recognizing Jesus as the Messiah (this is after or during all the gog and magog end times stuff). (Joining of the 2 sticks)
Which I fathom actually brings about the 2nd coming. And I might add, the end of the “manual”, except to say you’re all good for a 1000 years, or forever, whatever that means.

Rav on the other hand has all the 10 “lost” tribes (scattered throughout the nations) finally recognizing (spiritually) that they are in reality descendants of and thereby ARE Israel, recognizing the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, (YHWH) as described in the OT. Basically, although they may think they’re Muslim, or Christian, even Buddhist, or are just nothing (confused) – the fact that they are drawn to and have an affinity for the “Israel” story – characters, events, teachings, means they have a “soul” connection. Their “awakening” is part of/due to the arrival of the “Mashiach” – also around the gog and magog end times stuff. And we’re all good for a 1000 years, or forever, whatever that means.

Everybody agrees though, our actions, our readiness plays a major part on the “timing” (within set bounds)

Me being me just wishes/prays/pleads that somehow we could both be “right” – I mean whomever is or from wherever the anointed One (Messiah) is/comes from, it’s good for all – right??
Perhaps there is a way.
But then we are a stiff necked people are we not??

COMMENTARY FOR PSALMS 17

David’s integrity. (1-7) The character of his enemies. His hope of happiness. (8-15)

8-15 Being compassed with enemies, David prays to God to keep him in safety. This prayer is a prediction that Christ would be preserved, through all the hardships and difficulties of his humiliation, to the glories and joys of his exalted state, and is a pattern to Christians to commit the keeping of their souls to God, trusting him to preserve them to his heavenly kingdom. Those are our worst enemies, that are enemies to our souls. They are God’s sword, which cannot move without him, and which he will sheathe when he has done his work with it. They are his hand, by which he chastises his people. There is no fleeing from God’s hand, but by fleeing to it. It is very comfortable, when we are in fear of the power of man, to see it dependent upon, and in subjection to the power of God. Most men look on the things of this world as the best things; and they look no further, nor show any care to provide for another life. The things of this world are called treasures, they are so accounted; but to the soul, and when compared with eternal blessings, they are trash. The most afflicted Christian need not envy the most prosperous men of the world, who have their portion in this life. Clothed with Christ’s righteousness, having through his grace a good heart and a good life, may we by faith behold God’s face, and set him always before us. When we awake every morning, may we be satisfied with his likeness set before us in his word, and with his likeness stamped upon us by his renewing grace. Happiness in the other world is prepared only for those that are justified and sanctified: they shall be put in possession of it when the soul awakes, at death, out of its slumber in the body, and when the body awakes, at the resurrection, out of its slumber in the grave. There is no satisfaction for a soul but in God, and in his good will towards us, and his good work in us; yet that satisfaction will not be perfect till we come to heaven.

WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me. 

Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

The chapter goes on to explain that these words of persuasion would be planted in advertisings a year, or up to 18 or so months ahead of the actual product’s release to the general public.

This is the process being used to seed thoughts, ideas, fears, anxieties, hatreds of fellow Americans that are unaware, blind actually, to the process of advertising going on within each new outrage against Trump, MAGA, Turning Point, Christians, etc., etc. to the point that beloved family members are exiled from Thanksgiving, Birthday, Christmas celebrations – they are angry, on edge and really have no understanding they got there because our news media have become nothing but fancy advertising agencies selling wares no one in their unmanipulated mind would ever consider.

This is the process for seeding Color Revolutions into the minds of the every day person.

The only way I know to get my friends, relatives, who still talk to me, there actually being a few now who call to gauge my response to the latest outrage their friends are reacting to and begin to reply ‘oh goodness, I didn’t see that coming at all’ and instantly show their friends the manipulation they are reacting to, and with their conscious minds now having an alternative idea, aren’t buying what the media is selling so much anymore.

I tried to get them to come here, read Sundance’s writings, to begin to see the strings, but would maybe read one or two articles, but it was too much eye-opening too fast for them so figured, one little idea at a time might be another way to teach them it’s okay to see the strings and not fall for the latest mental assault, a way of my own seed planting to get them to begin asking their own right questions.

Talking to them until we get blue in the face doesn’t work, their conscious minds have been sealed off with all the constant nagging the media does to sell their TDS brand of soap, they have to seek the truths out themselves, so thought, what if we are to get past their fully fear-alert conscious minds by calming, assuredly planting our own seeds of common sense for their subconscious minds to accept.

The subconscious can only act upon what the conscious mind directs it to think, believe, want. It does not have reasoning capability, it only has the capability to respond to directions given it by the outer, conscious mind. And it can only be done by the individual themselves. They have to get to the point to want to seek the truth before they can find it. We just need to be their calm in their storms to find a way for them to see it’s okay to have different ideas from the mass minded manipulation of their friends and co-workers.

Thanksgiving Preparation

I live in an apartment complex for Seniors. A get-together is planned for Thursday. Bringing a dish is not mandatory, but I want to contribute.  

Years ago we bought / enjoyed a cranberry-orange accompaniment  I will attempt to revive my (very rusty) kitchen skills.

The various recipes have the same ingredients. I plan to use

1. a can of cranberry sauce (not jelly) Purists will use raw cranberries.
2. Orange juice
3. small pieces of orange peel minus white pitch and some Zest
4. simmer with 2 cinnamon sticks
5. add cranberry sauce 
6. add chopped walnuts
7. coconut sugar if it needs sweetening
8. cover and refrigerate

He rejoined his disciples for a while, then ascended into Heaven.

Lord of Peace, as evening falls, I seek the calmness only You can provide. Quell the storms of my mind and replace anxiety with Your peace. As the world quiets down, let my heart do the same. May Your presence envelop me so that I may know tranquility tonight and always. Amen.
