I was the only reporter to ask about illegals receiving SNAP.
That’s a good sign that the fraud will get cleaned up and reforms made. It is a federal program. If the states don’t comply with info necessary to prevent fraud, thrn cut off the funds to those states for non compliance.

I instructed the Government to develop and present a package of programs to support our people this winter – the Winter Support. The package will include direct financial assistance, as provided last year, and separate allocations for the most vulnerable social groups.
In addition, I have instructed preparations of a special transport support program for all Ukrainians: UZ-3000. Each person will be able to select rail routes totaling 3,000 kilometers within Ukraine free of charge. We will support the passenger transport sector and the people who use it.
We are also expanding medical programs, including the check-up project being prepared by the Ministry of Health, which will enable adults to pay more attention to their health. Its launch is planned for January.

I’m not a lawyer, but I suspect this was a set up by Trump. If what the judge is requesting of them is unlawful Trump Adm will now appeal. They needed specific instructions by judge before they could appeal.
