Spain Approves Extradition of Former UN Official Vitaly Vanshelboim to the United States, Accused of Embezzling Over $60 Million in Humanitarian Funds and Operating a Bribery Network
He is a Ukrainian
The National Court has approved the extradition to the United States of Vitaly Vanshelboim, a former high-ranking official of the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), accused of embezzling approximately $60 million intended for humanitarian projects and receiving bribes and laundering money within the United Nations structure.
https://gatewayhispanic.com/2025/10/spain-approves-extradition-former-un-official-vitaly-vanshelboim/
Who does he think he is, Zelensky?
Or Congress?
He ain’t in the same league as zelenskyy… zelenskyy has stolen billions of our $$$, this guy has stolen only $60 million…
But on the other hand, this guy hasn’t gotten 100,000 or so people killed while he’s grifting like zelensky has.
nice try. well over a million.
precise…1.8 KIA……
1.8 million KIA…saaaaad..
Yah, when will the extradition of Zelensky occur for his embezzlement of American taxpayer funds and crimes against humanity, including violations of Russian majority oblasts of Ukraine, suppression of the Russian Orthodox Church, suppression of elections, grabbing every able bodied man under 60 off the streets for his meat grinder proxy war and his alliance with the Azov Nazis?
And while we are at it, when will the “American” politicians and their children who have grifted off of this charade of a proxy war be prosecuted for their crimes against the American people?
The Greatest Generation still remaining today find their own government has attacked them with a Vaxx/Virus Bio-Weapon and are in an Axis Alliance with European Nazis and Asian imperialists, like World War II in reverse.
But it’s okay because UniParty/Obiden Democrats say their Chinese owners and Ukrainian Nazi partners are very fine people.
In fact, when their night-rider ANTFA Paramilitaries say they want to attack “Nazis” today, they mean “Republicans”.
You know–like Eisenhower.
But thanks for playing.
I see this all the time and don’t get it. The greatest generation was our founding fathers and those who pulled off the Revolution. That generation might not be matched in human history.
And they are both rooting for us to live out that Destiny.
I’d agree with that.
Our Founding Fathers were drunken wannabe aristocrats, the bar tabs run up by the Continental Congress don’t lie. They merely recognized , and capitalized on a unique opportunity presented to them. They weren’t raised in a depression, they never experienced a dustbowl existence. They weren’t placed on foreign soil to rescue complete strangers from their own incompetence.
The men and women who fought WWII were without doubt the single greatest generation this nation has produced. And if we were forced into a conflict like WWII again we could not win.
Absurd. The founding father’s proclivities were worldwide issues and didn’t go away in the WW2 types. The definitely lived through post war financial hardship and they stared down the most powerful military the world had known to that point – and won.
The WW2 team had no chance of losing. Think about the figurehead for that war and leaving the depression – communist FDR.
FDR was actually a communist supporter… He and Joe Stalin were very “friendly” and FDR’s wife, Eleanor, traveled to Moscow MANY times to “visit” Stalin…
Today’s “history” books have been cleaned up, made politically correct, and no longer tell it like it really happened.
For example, FDR and Adolph Hitler were great friends, and because of that friendship, FDR kept us out of WWII for two years, even though German U boats were sinking millions of tons of our shipping.
My dad & his shipmates on the liberty ships, would lean on the rail, watching the torpedoes whiz by…
And don’t take my comments as derogatory to the WW2 effort. I have family from that place and love those men and women. I tried to follow in their footsteps, except for the poor cotton farmer part.
My Uncle Floyd was assigned as a gunner to a Liberty ship. Sunk by a Japanese sub. They were shipping fuel for the fleet buildup for the Battle of Coral Sea.
All the sailors escaped in life boats. The gunners stayed on board. Firing at the sub, as best they could, so the lifeboats could effect an escape.
Sadly, he went down with the ship.
Never got to meet him, but my dad was a living example of his heroism. Dad named his first son after his older brother.
My Dad’s brother was in the engine room when his destroyer was hit by a torpedo from a German Sub. He went down with the ship too. Most others escaped. Dad named my brother after him. All in the Med.
Churchill’s face in the Yalta photo…..
54 in the Gulf alone in the first six months after our declaration. Once they took France the east coast was in range of their subs. BTW, F.D.R. forbid the press to write about it for fear of collapsing moral.
My father and a bunch of other boys in town decided to run away from home and boarded a merchant marine ship in the harbor. The next day all the other boys decided they were seasick and wanted to go home. Except my father. He was 12, he was hungry and neither of his parents even lived in the state. Some local Indians had taught him how to hunt and fish but it wasn’t enough. He was 12. By age 16 he became a Merchant Marine -1936 or ‘37. The only story he ever told was of hauling fuel out of Galveston when a Uboat surfaced so they all pretended they were drunk and having a party stripping their clothes off and jumping in the water so the Germans laughed and did same. I know he did much more because he had a gift of picking up languages and he knew code talkers and spent 2 years in Brazil – never knew what he was doing there (always wondered if I have half siblings there.) He divulged what he wanted and nothing more – meaning he would drop hints but not allow questions.
Truman was also a big fan of Stalin. You never see that mentioned anymore.
Excuse me “post war ” hardships as a result of who’s actions? Are you speaking of the war they themselves declared? You see them as being equivalent?
Germany was allowed to built it’s military unchecked for ten years, the greatest generation caught and surpassed them in three. It wasn’t simply a military effort as was the revolution, or are you suggesting the Continental army had the support of the entire colonial populace?
If you want to hold the founders on some imaginary pedestal that’s fine, one consciously choose to fight, the other had it thrust upon them and with full support from the populace…prevailed.
The entire generation was in fact the greatest generation this nation has ever produced.
Bet you haven’t read many if any of the founders writings and personal accounts.
But hey yeah the founders were a bunch of white aristocrat slave owning deist opportunists ……/s
Our education system has done its best to denigrate the heroes of the founding just like they now deride boomers and the boomers parents; who were their parents exactly?
Both were great.
I’ll take that bet.
Those that think the founding Fathers were racists, also think they are well read.
That’s fair. Lionizing the WW2 leadership is silliness.
What alternate universe did you recently arrive from, or did you just forget to add the slash ess?
The one where truth sometimes makes people uncomfortable and I forgot nothing.
I’m not uncomfortable. Diminishing what the founding fathers started against overwhelming odds is your game. I’m just not playing it.
lol, you act like they walked on water, they simply built on concepts presented to them by others, Magna Carta ring a bell? Odds were in their favor actually. There was an ocean between them and their enemy and they had no reservations about resorting to tactics we now call guerilla warfare.
One generation, in entirety put on their big boy (and big girl) pants and got the job done, funny thing is……
Their achievements cannot be ignored, the Constitution?…. routinely.
So you don’t want to wager?
This made no sense.
I’m shocked.
He’s obviously a major league moron trying to stir up the pot he doesn’t even have to piss in
Major league moron is just about right.
“I forgotten nothing”…especially your bias and ignorance about the Foundational greatness of the US and the Founding Father’s.
WTF is foundational greatness?
The codified what would become the greatest social experiment in human history.
I’m going to take this time to thank all of you for the insults and disparaging remarks, narrowminded remarks about fictional clothe, one poster went as far as insulting my presence here though it predates a large number of you. You choose to place an imaginary greatness upon 56 men, most of which with vested (economic) interests in revolution over a generation that placed the freedom of the entire western world over everything else, including themselves. Mores the pity.
You show yourself to have a bias. All people everywhere have good and not as good traits. All people are also influenced by their culture. No one lives in a vacuum.
Yes the greatest generation was the greatest generation and what our country achieved is phenomenal. But the people who achieved that greatness also had shortcomings, including the leaders.
When you denigrate the founding fathers, you neglect to see the big picture, at what they achieved. The founding documents changed the world and your inability to understand that is a reflection of your personal shortcomings.
It is amazing how some can take small knits of very narrow history, and weave a deeply fictional cloth.
Everyone drank then – even in the Bible the wine was a form of water purification. I once lived in a fisherman town and the bars were basically open at 4 am so the fisherfolk could warm up before heading out to sea. Alcohol was part of everyone’s life basically. (Men anyway.).
This blog used to have all star comments then Gary shows up
Gary’s been here since Travon.
Methinks the Heroes that fought and won WWII deserve at least “Honorable Mention”…
No argument. Sadly, wars create huge figures. Andrew Jackson was a giant, even apart from New Orleans, but gets little credit for staring down our globalist wannabes because of the trail of tears.
He had a pair.
Agreed! We are America because of the founding generation.
Bill Gates, Albert Bourla, Peter Daszak, Ralph Baric, Charles Lieber, Fauci, Scarf Lady, Mike Pence and all of their collaborators deserve harshly meted earthly justice for their participation in crimes against humanity for their Event 201 psychological and biowarfare operation against the global population.
His throne is founded on Justice and Righteousness.

I think he is running against Z in the next election – I think 2036 is the schedule….LOL
<Who does he think he is, Zelensky?>
Love it, Word!
Look at that hair!
🤔interesting “ Ukrainian “ name.
Probably related to Zelenskyy.

Trump responds to Russian test of unlimited-range cruise missile
https://www.rt.com/news/627001-trump-burevestnik-missile-test/
Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One on Monday, Trump was asked whether he views the Russian report as saber-rattling. “They are not playing games with us. We are not playing games with them either. We test missiles all the time,” he said.
Trump also referenced his own decision to move two US nuclear submarines closer to Russian waters, commenting: “we don’t need to go 8,000 miles” – the distance the Russian missile reportedly flew during testing.
He added that the announcement is not “appropriate,” saying: “A war that should have taken one week is now in its soon fourth year. That’s what [Putin] ought to do instead of testing missiles,” Trump said.
The Burevestnik system, powered by a miniature nuclear reactor, is designed to remain airborne for extended periods – potentially months – and strike from unpredictable directions. Moscow says the weapon will bolster Russia’s strategic deterrent once it enters service. According to Gerasimov, the latest trial included flight maneuvers aimed at testing the missile’s ability to evade interception.
Some what candid and not to partisan for RT a Russian news site. Not sure a pre-launched nuclear missile in space is a good idea. Each side knows when the other launches a nuclear missile, it seems it would bring immediate retaliation.
President Trump IS an unlimited-range cruise missile.
Psalm 18:29
For by You I can run at a troop of warriors; And by my God I can leap over a wall.
Hallelujah!
Putin is vastly underestimating Trumps ability to inflict damage on Russia without a military escalation.
OPEC is set to drastically increase the amount of oil production in the coming months, Trump could release the strategic reserves to decrease the price more.
Putins arrogance is actually contributing to Russias ultimate economic downfall.
And we’re ramping up domestic production massively as well.
I thought our demented, AutoPen President basically emptied the strategic reserves even giving some to the ChiComs to lower gasoline prices?
China ordered Obiden to empty it, in case they invaded Taiwan.
FD66 he would have to fill them first
I doubt that is the case at all. “underestimating” There are many many variables, and so far the sanctions of the West have hurt the West as much if not more then Russia. True, President Trump is strongly moving to assure the US of greater independence from China in all facets, including military, phamcuticals, rare earth’s, etc, yet Russia has been doing this for well over a decade now. The Russian economy is relatively debt free, and their military production has in most cases, more then doubled since the SMO began. Putin is like many from Russia, a good chess player, and it is not wise to assume him arrogant or ignorant. His many public comments have been articulate, informed, and consistent for decades. BRICS is a large part of the world. Continuing to support the deep state globalists of the EU, and their corrupt color revolution that caused this war, is Perhaps not the best idea. Again, many factors, as I think President Trump is trying to save Europe and a broken NATO. I am not certain it can be saved.
Try digging a little deeper into the true state of the Russian economy. Military is the only industry in Russia worth anything
And I’m not assuming Putin is an arrogant person far more arrogant than people claim Trump is. So much of what Russia says is a flat lie, I don’t like the ukr govt certainly not Zelensky but that doesn’t negate the fact that much of what alt media says about Russia is a lie.
How much is oil is actually left in our strategic reserves after Biden drew it down so much during his residency?
Totally true story.
It’s a low altitude missile, capable of flying low enough to evade most radars. Reportedly at altitudes as low as 50 meters.
It’s also got a massive nuclear signature that can easily be detected
This isn’t even a completely original idea.
Pentagon planners came up with a concept for a nuclear powered ramjet engine designed for a cruise missile in the early 1960s with Project Pluto.
Not the best idea considering the risks of radiation exposure with what amounted to an air cooled reactor on board.
Ever seen a Russian long range bomber? There’s a very good reason they look identical to a B-52.
Same reason why their TU-4 before that was a near identical clone of a B-29.
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
Absolutely.
We need to imitate their hypersoncis, if we can not let the neocons and or Globalists in power again.
Just my opinion but we don’t need to copy anything Russian since so little of it actually works. IMHO the approach to hypersonic is to use its speed and the lack of agility that comes with it against it. Newton’s laws still apply at those speeds. We could also consider sat based lasers, light does travel faster.
Linden La Rouch ( SP ) ran for president from prison wanted to use it to power his space ship
Surely a joke. An air breathing engine does not work in a vacuum.
La Rouch wanted minute nuke explosions behind the space ship to propel it forward i did not say he was a brain surgeon
A method like Project Orion could work. Only problem is you’d need to launch into orbit an entire stockpile of thermonuclear bombs for the spacecraft’s mode of propulsion.
It would cause an international incident by violating the Outer Space Treaty.
Aurora project.
Pretty sure Aurora would have had a scramjet engine rated for mach 5+, which is still an air-breather.
But it’s not supposed to officially exist either. Which leads into why the Pentagon would have spilled the beans on the SR-71 when it did if Aurora wasn’t a replacement that had already superceded it.
morning Treepers………….be well
Good morning bjorkdream. How beautiful. When my children were very small, we would walk through the woods to a shallow creek just like this. They would be content to play in it all day. Thank you, my friend. 🙏❤️

This might be a close second to Clint Eastwood addressing the empty chair. A republican candidate used AI to “debate” the dem candidate who refused to show up. The AI was instructed to only use the dem candidate’s website or actual things she said in public appearances.
Talk about a Perfect Regime Metaphor.
Hopefully, it will spell the end of her term in office, an electoral elegy. 😉

Conversely, who elects a ‘poetry professor’ to be a state senator?
Guessing it’s all about the demographics of a highly gerrymandered district.
That’s one obvious explanation, but computer algorithms have the final say, with fake polls to bolster a foregone conclusion.
Think about the qualifications necessary. Some of our most powerful are the most useless people in our government.
Telegenics, lying well and courting sycophantic media are the true qualifications. Being borderline stupid is beneficial.
“‘The decision is announced by messengers, the holy ones declare the verdict, so that the living may know that the Most High is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth and gives them to anyone he wishes and sets over them the lowliest of people.’
Why would he do this?
Because this nation kicked Him out of our government and schools in 1964.
Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done.29 They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice.
This nation is/has been under judgement ever since.
I find it hard to pray for His Blessings on our nation. I can only pray for mercy.
As Moses had to endure His wrath on that generation, we to must do the same. (there is still a binding declaration by God, a solemn commitment to act or bestow blessings, and a source of hope and assurance for believers)
It’s to bad we’re not seeing an Nineveh event.
Even so, come my Lord/King
it would be fun to see her response to this: probably the usual about how she was misrepresented, etc… since the totality of the AI universe was her online statements.
WHAT’S WITH THE U.S. MILITARY BUILDUP OFF VENEZUELA’S COAST?
Most people think it’s just about stopping drug trafficking, but there’s a lot more happening here. Washington has expanded naval and intelligence operations near Venezuela, officially to disrupt cocaine and fentanyl routes.
But beneath the surface, this operation targets something far bigger: the financial lifeline of global jihad. For years, elements inside the Venezuelan regime have partnered with Hezbollah, Iran’s most dangerous proxy, to move narcotics, launder billions, and fund terrorism abroad.
So while America fights the drug crisis at home, it’s also cutting off the same money pipeline that fuels jihad in the Middle East.
among other malignancies.

🤣🤣🤣 We ….go to the waters…..of Venezuela ‼️
Just the cost of logistical support to those ships
we have parked out there…how many millions💸💸
Whereas, if the ships were closer…ya know..to our coasts…
the logistical cost would be drastically reduced!

Yep, over the decades thousands of companies have expanded from local, to state or regional, to national, to global. Likewise corruption has done the same thing in a globally connected world, and the Cartels and crime sindicates are deeply connected to disparate global nations and organizations. They are very well funded, very high tech and low tech, using all the small techniques of blackmail and corruption, and all of todays technology.
October 27th – 2025 Amen !
Rejoice in it!
Finally someone has come up with a sensible plan to fix the broken Congress and the financial problems Congress has caused! Now, we just need to get this implemented. I especially like the ending, simple statement “Do your job or get lost” – that’s what we need to do to Congress!

Gosh yeah! Who knew it was as easy as making Congress pass laws to govern and limit themselves!
281 Days…WOW!
“You can’t turn a battleship in a bathtub” or as Sundance says “A flea staring into a furnace” David vs Goliath, you pick.
I believe what we are a part of, witnessing, and taking part in, is gargantuan and evil in its nature. The level of evil that has been growing and locking the world is death spiral for 110+ years is breathtaking.
Evil with this much of a head start it will not be dislodged by one man, no matter how great, in 4-8-(maybe)12 years without one massive distinction, that we see pouring through this country, God. I believe God is on our side, stay in Faith and He will see us through this dark time.
I like to think of a lioness in the Serengeti with a fresh kill (2016), and a pack of hyenas (uniparty) show up on the scene to take the kill, it looks grim for lioness until the rest of her pride shows up (2024) and “every once in a while, the lion has to show the jackals who he is.” C. Walken
Even though some of the hyenas were taken down and like most scavengers are still at a distance waiting and watching wanting to re-steal the kill. But this time the pride is cleaning the bones (reinvigorated President Trump with MAGA)
With nothing left on the carcass the hyenas will eventually turn on each other. Remember, these are scavengers, pirates, parasites, demons, self-anointed elites who thrive on death despair and our destruction, remove the carcass/kill, and they will waste away aka Drain the Swamp.
What President Trump and MAGA, you and I, are doing is a colossal task with generational evil, incestuous in it’s nature, will take time.
Without listing the steps in this dark 110+ year saga, from 1913 to now, we’ve been sold a bill of goods, led down the primrose path, using the wonderful American people as their pawns, in many cases sacrificing our lives for their avarice.
They would be perfectly happy we would all just croak so their dark dystopian world would become reality, where evil is the rule.
With God and MAGA we have a reprieve, do not fall for the evil one’s hooey with the enemy MSM, like their master, the father of lies, they lie.
President Trump is truly a remarkable human being, especially when you weigh it against your own life. We know he lives clean, except the Fast Food, but it amazes me his seemingly infinite endurance, look at his ASEAN Asia trip…it’s just remarkable, even Godly.
But he needs our prayers and with God’s fortitude and strength we will prevail.
This quote seems apt: “Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.” Winston Churchill
I too want JUSTICE NOW! But I want it done right.
MAGA! …and God the only way.
Please Lord watch and keep our Great American President Donald J Trump as he travels the world for the USA, bring him home safe Lord, in Jesus’s name.
Amen!
Amen!
“You can’t turn a battleship in a bathtub”
Just thinking of that very song today. A slightly different version but.
Great analogy and great comment, StanH !
Please God, bring our lion home safe.
In our modern world it’s hard but patience is required.
Is that true?
Sadly yes, like saying waters wet…ha. : )
No, you see, Patience always asks…aw, nevermind.
😉
Am going to assume that President Trump and the team overseeing the Israel-Hamas agreement (Witkoff, Kushner, et. al.) are aware of this, and like to think these endeavors of the Middle Eastern nations coming together to create the plan for the future of the people in Gaza is actually part of the plan that President Trump envisioned of creating a coalition of nations to build something new instead of war;
on Sunday, Saudi Arabia to the lead and hosted a meeting for creating the framework to implement the two-state solution. The European Union and Norway were co-chairs for this meeting:
https://www.arabnews.com/node/2620412/saudi-arabia
The Euroweenies???!!!
Human nature – who doesn’t want to be on the winning team!
Along that vein of thought – the dispute over Kashmir, between India and the Muslims, mostly Taliban leaning these days, those nations are taking a look at the framework of the Israel-Hamas agreement to see if that framework can be used to create peace there.
Interesting tidbit in the article, both struggles, the one between the Muslim world and the creation of Israel, and the struggle over the control of the Kashmir region between Pakistan, Afghanistan and India (very complicated too just as creation of Israel was) began in 1948 after Great Britain’s end of control of India. So both wars have been going on for the same period of time.
here’s an article on this potential breakthrough from Asia Times:
https://www.eurasiantimes.com/gaza-done-what-about-kashmir-taliban-policy-shift-shows-the-way-to-settle-indo-pak-dispute-op-ed/
It was better than Eurofurters.
Bessie, i think the last point in the peace plan made a loose reference to palestinian “self-determination,” but it was less than commital. i doubt Israel would’ve signed up otherwise.
unfortunately that is THE question for true, lasting peace there, but seems like they are jumping the gun on a lot of the points in between.
Agree; the unique thing, in my opinion only, is that this approach has never been done before, millennia of tribal, and religious, hatreds remain and yet they’re giving it a whirl, so definitely out of sequence, timing, implementation is a learn-as-they-go approach with absolutely no guarantee of success –
for both Israel-Gaza and the India-Pakistan situations.
One would think, at least in the middle eastern world, that the one constant ideology that has kept both wars alive from their inception is the one of Mohammedism.
I can hope that just as the Roman Catholics had to make reconciliation with their drive to eradicate from the earth all they called heretics, perhaps its Islam’s turn to face its need to knock it off when it comes to non-Muslim religious practices. (I know, pipe dream, but, as they like to say, Inshallah.)
In short, the world is watching sausage being made.
What I’m posting here is probably pretty controversial, but I think there’s a chance that it’s what Trump is thinking.
We have just about everything we need from a resource perspective in the Western Hemisphere. We are spending too much treasure and lives trying to rule the entire world. Asia worldview and mindset is fundamentally incompatible with American values. Africa is a basket case. Western Europe is ruled by greedy satanists. We may be able to reach detente with Eastern Europe, but Western Europe is determined to have war on our dime.
So let’s focus our attention on setting up an impenetrable hegemony in the Western Hemisphere. Central and South America are mostly basket cases, but there are some bright spots. Argentina and El Salvador have made positive moves. Guyana, Belize, Costa Rica are all countries that we can likely work with.
The biggest basket cases currently that have the ability to affect us positively or negatively are: Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Venezuela. Other than Brazil, we are actively working the others in various ways.
Let the rest of the world solve their own problems, and focus like a laser beam on our own neighborhood.
I think you just restated a modern Monroe Doctrine, which is where I’ve been since departing the Army 25 years ago.

Pres. Monroe is overlooked by many. Lt. James Monroe was among the Continental Army force that crossed the Delaware and attacked the Hessian mercenaries at Trenton. He sustained serious wounds in the fighting. He also had a role in the “Louisiana purchase” just as Trump will acquire for the for the U.S some dominion over Greenland.
It does. : )
Thank you for your service …
No need. I got to go to college, fly helicopters in the dark and lead some of Americas sons and daughters. I got a great deal. Uncle Sam got my sorry ass for his money and effort. I got the better end of the deal. Service wasn’t how I viewed it. I viewed it as a love of country duty and testament to my ascendants.
Congratulations and thank you, sincerely.
I have trouble driving a car in the dark.
Bingo! Build a better mouse trap and the world will beat a path to your door. Make America Great Again and a lot will take care of itself the Monroe Doctrine with Manifest Destiny will naturally occur.
Kudos Charles, i am not sure why you think that would be controversial. its why a lot of us voted for Trump: leave the rest of the world alone and focus on our homeland and how to restore our republic.
while i am deeply disappointed in our South american meddling (and history tells us it will not work out well), at least its a more plausible excuse, and in our sphere of influence that has the ability to affect us more directly, than all this other nonsense in europe and asia.
I assumed it would be more controversial because it would require meddling outside our own borders
This sounds great and we’d all love it.
But it could never work if we fail to rid our nation of the jihadist types. Instead they seem to be assuming more and more power, making their riddance less likely than ever.
I could not agree more that the Portland police cleanup of the Antifa craphole is all for show to stop further enforcement at the federal level.
https://thelibertydaily.com/portlands-sudden-cleanup-antifa-camp-is-just-kabuki/
They wanted to disband for winter anyway. Portland police are conspirators aiding and abetting an ongoing criminal enterprise. Where will winter quarters be? San Diego? Austin?
Here is a call out to the universe, a prayer of sorts, to welcome and encourage Maquis to return this Treehouse:
Maquis, Black Knight and Dutchman are pretty significant losses to the site. That said, others are stepping into some of those roles.
“Live not for your presence to be noticed, but for your absence to be felt.”
~ Bob Marley
Very much feeling the absence of all three, Hoo.
They made their marks with life knowledge through experience, insight, wit, and compassion. We can ill afford such losses 🙏🏻
Harrumph. Harrumph.
You are so right, I believe Marquis has health issues too.
is there a specific story that we know they are “lost” or are you just saying you haven’t seen them here lately?
BK thought i was MI6, incidentally. that was fun times.
Haven’t seen them. I know Dutch is fighting for his health. The other two I know nothing about.
Dutch actually passed away about a month ago.
God rest his soul. He’s in a better place now.
I did not know that. Very sorry for the loss of his insights.
I remember reading that Dutchman had been ill. I didn’t realize his illness was terminal, and I’m just seeing this information today. My heart is broken and my soul is hurting. I always looked for Dutchman’s comments because he made sense and was most insightful. We miss you greatly, sweet Dutchman. Let your spirit always be present at this “Tree.”
Wow, I didn’t know that. I knew he had been sick. RIP Dutch.
I believe Dutch is now in the arms of the Lord.? About a month ago.
I miss his insights here, and he had a good way of putting things.

Will someone explain to me why we need 60 votes in the Senate to open the government? Can Trump tell Senate to just go with the simple majority?
Do we have to have an airline crash to reopen the government?
Because we’re selling the inaction it creates as beneficial to the minority party, so worth keeping the filibuster.
It’s total procedural horsecrap. We’ve tossed the filibuster out of convenience in the past. Harry Reid famously did it and ruined the courts for a generation.
seconded on the reid and courts comment.
although i have very little respect for the “procedure” they follow at times, its worth noting that the filibuster was intended for specific purposes. and probably for a time when the Senate looked a lot more respectable than it is now (aka before 17A) because it was NEVER intended to be a populist/people’s house like the House of Reps.
every time someone suggests we s**tcan something longstanding, its worth remembering how it will be used by the marxists, because trump will not be in charge forever.
that said, still not clear why the shutdown is seen as bad by anyone on this site, in particular. my only wish is that the exec would use it as a chance to permanently RIF tens of thousands more. they should eb announcing new reduindancies EVERY DAY in a big press brothel.
Congress make their own rules per the Constitution. The filibuster rule is in place in the Senate for all spending bills.
I suspect this shut down is to force the Senate to remove the 60 vote threshold so that they can ram through their America Last and country destroying budgets in future without facing a filibuster.
These people are long term planners and for them this is the perfect time to do this. They want to win back the house and Senate in 2026 to reverse everything President Trump is doing. A filibuster would get in the way.
Yep. This is how they roll.
It would take 60 votes to get rid of the filibuster.
Filibuster: A Word Derived from “Piracy”
“Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings”–but those rules may not contradict the Constitution or be an end run around the Amendment Clause.
The Framers included several super-majority requirements–and a 60-vote filibuster was not included or adopted.
But simple Majority Rule was:
“The Vice President of the United States shall be President of the Senate, but shall have no Vote, unless they be equally divided.”
Abolish the Unconstitutional Filibuster.
But above all, establish Honest Elections for a change. The manner of Senate voting matters less than the fact that the Senators themselves are installed by Election Fraud votes.
You cannot have Representative Government without Honest Elections. And you cannot have Honest Elections with Voting Machine CheatWare, Mail-In Fraud and a Deep State Mafia addicted to both.
That is how a Free People rule themselves under God, which, after Life itself, is the most fundamental Civil Right of all.

I continue to be amazed, dismayed, and disappointed that so many people still refer to the covid debacle as a “pandemic”, it was no such thing. Way more people died from the shots and concentration camp hospital care than died from the SARS-Cov-2 virus.
I dunno, ~75,000 USA people dying FROM covid in 2020 or 21 whatever, is a pretty big number. About the size of an annual flu taking according to the CDC.
It’s worse than I ever imagined possible.
How is this crap passing inspections?
It’s Chinatown, Jake.
🥺. Such a sad state of affairs.
I was in one this year where the framers were only using one nail for each end of the studs (two in each end are required on 2 x 4s). When I pointed it out they told me that once the sheetrock was on the stud would stay in place!!1
TBH, I have found very few contractors even amongst the “skilled labor” group whose work is quality. I do nearly everything myself because even my screwups are better than most contractors, and at least I’m not paying a premium for bad work. These have not been migrants either.
was gonna say same thing… this has little to do with the mexican worker and everything to do with mega corps building McMansions en mass; colluding with local government happy to give loose inspection so the tax base grows faster.
as with so many other topics, i blame the business and governments who keep ALLOWING THIS; and not nearly as much the mexican dude who was given every incentive to break the law and come here.
When I was handling some commercial construction work in the early 1990s, I once had a conversation with a larger sub for one of the bigger national home builders. I won’t say who, as they are still in business today.
He told me if you wanted to break into one of their “luxury” golf course community homes, you don’t do it through the windows or doors. All you needed was an exacto knife or box cutter.
Just walk up to the exterior envelope, and you can carve the exact shape of your body through the vinyl sheathing and the 1/4″ foam board underneath. Pull away both, the R-15 between the studs, and just punch through the drywall.
LOL.
House will be on the market for $300K minimum.
At the economy of scale that these builders enjoy, the cost (parts and labor) of the completed house is somewhere between $30-50K. The rest is profit. The difference between a “$200K” house and a “$400K” house is mostly kitchen appliances and carpets. A difference of less than $10K in costs even in the worst of times.
But there is also the issue of “reverse price sensitivity.” Some people want to pay more for a home, to show that they can. They also willingly enter into “deed covenants” which have the unspoken effect that “none of ‘them'” will ever be able to buy neighboring homes in this lily-white neighborhood. They have homeowner associations and rules designed to preserve the illusions. You have just the right cars in your two-car garages, and just the right identical trees in every little lot. Everybody conforms. They’re all afraid not to.
Your numbers are low, at least for New Jersey. Two blocks away from where I sit an original lot 150×300 sold for 600K. It was subdivided into 4 lots (he applied for 7 lol). with no more than 95k in each of the four the first sold for 710.000k. The fourth and final……..778.000k. Total cost being roughly 960.000K to purchase and build. He clears almost 2 million. Ok so we need to factor in greasing the local depts palms but you get the drift.
And it will twist and bend until it breaks.
Need a new cut-man. Hangars would help.
Just a new tape, he clipped 1/4″ off and nobody wants to be the one to tell.

48 thousand illegal immigrants in construction jobs in New York.
As a retired GC/framer I would like to know how this kind of work passes inspection? I saw it with the russian crews as well in the early 2000.
See above comment on overall cost, the palm greasing section in particular.
You know how it passes. $$$, and other soft incentives.
I’m long retired from doing improvements on my homes. But I would be completely ashamed of rough carpentry like that. That’s garbage work.
With framing like that, I can only imagine what the electrical work is going to look like. That’s the part that can really kill people in a flash. Hopefully, that at least gets better scrutiny even in corrupted inspection locales.
I have seen such construction on multi-million dollar homes in ski resorts. Roof support beams through an outside wall with half an inch of daylight visible on both sides of the beam. Insulated, dywalled and painted but gaps on both sides of a massive solid beam. Custom vacation home but poorly built before it was ever finished.
This is why I have never owned a home built after 1973.
The rooms might be smaller and shorter, and less exciting.
But they were well made, with better quality materials, and easier to remodel on.
Our first home, built right after WWII, had tongue-in-groove roof sheathing, cast iron in-wall baseboards, perfect skim coated walls and ceilings, and huge field stone fireplaces to die for. And it was a starter home for its time, back when Truman was still President, and the framers swung old-school hammers. Built to last a century.

If ever the “Republican” Party wanted to impress the Financial Puppet Masters to gain more money as well as assume more power to make more money … NOW is the time.
Go Nuclear Option in the Senate and re-install Pelosi’s 2018 House Rules oriented towards Republicans in control. Convince the Puppet Masters to switch control over the deep state to the RINO’s.
They would actually gain the upper hand over the coming wave of “New” Democrat Marxist Party (NDMP), who are bent on an Expanded J6 Type Pogrom if they come to power.
The J6 Trials, J6 Commission and FBI Operation Arctic Frost were just practice runs for what the NDMP have publicly said they will implement once coming into power.
this shutdown is all scripted political theater designed to burn the rest of this year off of Trump’s clock and do nothing. They will go home for thanksgiving and then disappear again mid-dec and not be seen until late january.
This is your GOP, working hard to preserve as much of the swamp as possible and do no lasting damage to the system they helped to create for their benefit.
Oh yeah, in the spring, they will ask for your primary support and again in november with their arms around Trump like he’s Christ. Truth is, they hate him more than the democrats hate him. He put a serious wrench in their honey-pot wheel.
Trump needs to just destroy them politically. They are not there to help him (or us) in any way.
Agreed, and it’s worse. than scripted
Unless the Republican Wing of the Uni-Party come to realize the New Democrat Marist Party means to eliminate them as well as us …. Thune, Johnson and company are playing into a repeat of the 2018 Republican Tanking of the Mid-Term elections at least for the House .. to replay 2018-2020.
They are so blinded by stupidity that they do not realize their old democrat “allies”; Schumer, Pelosi, Obama and Jefferies are being (or already have been) displaced by more violent Marxists who have no loyalties to anybody.
Losing pays better.
No it does NOT because the New Democrats have absolutely no reason nor desire to pay or share with anybody. The “New” Democrats have clearly stated and proven that they want to run the show UNOPPOSED and alone at the top, in a new paradigm that totally discards the Uni-Party agreement.
Look at China Inc., the old USSR, Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, and the emerging EU …. they have NO opposition as NO opposition is allowed … there is NO Uni-party paradigm allowed. These are their models and actual mentor states.
Losing this time means extinction.
Then they expect to be paid on their way to extinction. Remember the saying about selling the rope to hang yourself with? I really don’t think they see it coming and still have their hand out expecting business as usual. They’re trying to wait out Trump, make sure as little changes as possible and then get back to the looting in a few years.
Obama is right up there with the worst. He just spoke calmly while incited violence all over the globe, starting wars in the ME and in Ukraine.
“Trump needs to just destroy them politically. ”
i will believe he is ready to do that when he focuses his rage on Lindsey instead of Massie, MTG, et al.
I’ve said this before, but the Dems will keep the shutdown going until SNAP benefits are stopped. 42M people will lose benefits. They want chaos, looting and violence, and they will likely get.
The other Brandon & his gubernatorial side kick, have been gently poking the bear. It will eventually get Chicago all worked up & then?
Research – after correct questions and refinement to Grok – Many households maintain some carryover balance on EBT cards from prior months (averaging $50-100 for ongoing recipients), providing a buffer for essentials. Beyond that, robust private and community alternatives activate quickly:
Historically, even in prolonged shutdowns, acute hunger spikes are mitigated by these channels rather than government alone—private giving often exceeds federal aid in efficiency for short bursts. For the immobile vulnerable, caseworkers or hotlines (e.g., 211) connect them to doorstep delivery. A full halt underscores reform urgency: tighter focus on these groups via work-exempt categories, fraud-proofing, and integration with job training would prevent over-reliance, ensuring aid reaches those who can’t bootstrap while encouraging self-sufficiency elsewhere. Abrupt cuts harm innocents short-term, but fiscal discipline long-term fosters broader prosperity that reduces poverty’s roots.
If the military isn’t getting paid, neither should congress. If you have to work over time to get it done, so be it! Your not special, even if you think you are. They have plenty of $$$ to make it through ‘their hard times’ This is disgusting!
“… it is clear that the purpose of Jan. 6 was to put Trump in prison and use the label “insurrection” as a way to prohibit him from ever again occupying public office.” Totally agree. And the lawfare types know the statute of limitations is running out. The corrupt manipulation is mind-blowing.”

Thanks Julie Kelly for being an actual journalist! 🔥
As long as crimes continue to be committed in furtherance of the conspiracy, all crimes going back to the beginning of the conspiracy can be charged.
Statute of limitations does not run during an ongoing conspiracy, it is tolled until the conspiracy has run its course.
Everything back to day 1 is still chargeable so long as the coverup and conspiracy continue, only once the conspiracy has concluded, achieved its goals, or been abandoned does the statute of limitations kick in which is another 5 years, or more, depending on the crime charged.
If acts of concealment are used to hide the crime as part of the conspiracy, then further acts of concealment extend the conspiracy.
And that..right there is why Adam recently Schiffed his pants.
Californians are either very strange or hopelessly corrupt. After the disaster that this man wrought in the House, they put him in the Senate! 🤦♂️
My vote is for very strangely corrupt.
Day 1 would be Zero’s first inauguration.
Perhaps.
At a minimum.
How far back do some conspiracies go?
2008?
2001?
1996?
1963?
…?
Are we going to accept B.C. or B.C.E? Asking for a friend.
But the problem becomes when government officials, including “law enforcement” (sic …), ARE the conspirators. They won’t turn on themselves.
Which is WHY the statute of limitations tolls…if concealment was part of the conspiracy…continued attempts at concealment continue to toll the statute of limitations.
Its why the conspirators couldn’t allow President Trump to win and govern unencumbered.
VERY few rise to power without the system having controlling dirt on them, President Trump is one of the very few…which is why they fear him and try to destroy him….before he destroys them.
It is truly a game of life and death for those involved.
The purpose was to try and use the insurrection language in the 14th amendment Section 3 to bar him from seeking re-election.
“No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.”
Bingo!
Dear Senator Thune:,
As you are aware, Senator Schumer will NOT allow the Country to reopen until such time as there is a major catastrophe that can be laid at the feet of President Trump. In order to thwart this despicable plan, please use the NUCLEAR OPTION for CR’s going forward. Until you do this, many Americans will suffer and some may even die (think airplanes falling out of the sky, per Schumer!).
In addition, there MUST BE A RULE that the annual appropriations bills will be prepared for the September vote each year – WITHOUT FAIL. We cannot continue doing CR after CR because Congress cannot do their job in a timely manner. There must be consequences for failure to adhere to this rule.
You need to stop allowing the party in the minority to blackmail this nation. Take the gloves off!
Thank you for your attention to this matter!
We the People!
What this latest crop of uniparty Republicans fail to grasp is that the Democrats have morphed into the most radicalized version of themselves since the Civil War. When they regain the majority they will kill the filibuster and will not look back. Those gentlemanly rules will be cast aside and the Republicans will rue the day that they fell into the trap.
The Constitution may need to be amended to require a BUDGET that sticks. “Continuing” resolutions are exactly that: last year’s PORK “continues” while more is added.
If we REPEAL the 19th Amendment, the Senate would go back to the control of the States as our Founders intended. They could and did promptly RECALL Senators who weren’t acting as their EMPLOYERS intended! Whether or not their terms had ended.

Democrat Senator Mark Kelly Makes Veiled Threat of Prosecution to ‘Young Service Members’
for Following President Trump’s Orders to Attack Drug Boats in Caribbean |
The Gateway Pundit:
Q: Is it legal?
KELLY: “It’s questionable. And the White House and the Department of Defense could not give us a logical explanation on how this is legal. They were tying themselves in knots trying to explain this. We had a lot of questions for them, both Democrats and Republicans. It was not a good meeting. It did not go well. They have a secret list of 20 something — 24 organizations that they have now authorized to use — use kinetic action against without the normal approach that we have for law enforcement. Hey, we don’t want drugs in this country, especially fentanyl. But all these drugs, we — we should be working really hard to interdict them and prosecute the individuals that are smuggling drugs, not putting young service members at great, legal jeopardy.”
That’s a passive/aggressive threat, not “concern”.
Kelly wants to continue doing it the same Failure Theater way, despite more casualties than WW II.
Or, rather, his Owners do.
“Kelly’s fellow Arizona Democrat Senator Ruben Gallego, a Marine Corps veteran of the Iraq war, called the Trump administration’s strikes on the drug boats “murder” on Meet the Press. Gallego also warned Trump’s orders are “dangerous” for service members:
“It’s very dangerous what he’s doing…to these men and women who have to make these calls for a president who has zero understanding about the responsibility someone has when it comes to having to make life and death decisions.”
“It’s murder. It’s very simple. If this president feels they are doing something illegally, then he should be using the Coast Guard. If this is an act of war, then you use our military and then you come and talk to us first. But this is murder … it’s disgusting.”
Sen. Escobar represents the Mexican Cartels in the US Senate. He’s calling servicemen “murderers”–not his traffickers– for interfering in his Family Bidness.

amongst all of the sea swells,
the skies were filling with stealthy eyes…
while being wasted on drug$,
and hearts heavy with greed,
and disregard for other peoples lives
the crew swerved and swayed…
protecting the drug cargo with all of their might…

Ever wonder where the woke BS comes from?

WATCH: GOP Candidate Holds AI DEBATE After Democrat REFUSES to Participate

Many people recognize the spiritual warfare deception, distortion and departure from reality – the self-creation of alternate supposed realities that are not actual realities but promoted by deceivers and acted upon by the deceived. Jesus/God instructed us “Ask, and you will receive. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened to you.” It is respectfully submitted that the most important reality and truth of Jesus/God can be found by anyone willing to seek it by (a.) recognizing what is already written in your heart and mind; (b.) sincerely reaching out to Jesus/God; and (c.) looking at the evidence.
