Rutherford’s early work in radiation was groundbreaking. He was the first to realize that radioactive elements decayed at a predictable rate, a concept known as half-life. Rutherford made perhaps his most significant contribution to physics with his gold foil experiment in 1909. Several of the prominent independent forecasters are saying the probability of faster development than the NHC shows is very high. But at least everyone now seems settled on the track.
Once we get passed this week the probability of tropical development in the Atlantic basin starts to drop off quickly.
OK, since I posted that this morning the NHC has caught up with what the independent forecasters I referred to had been saying.
BUT there has also been some changes in the track according to the ensembles of a couple prominent models. Some are now showing a hurricane stalling south of Hispaniola and then tracking north and recurving out into the Atlantic. Others are now showing it start it’s northward turn further west and hitting Florida.
Anyway, tropical disturbance 98L still bears watching.

(we used to shoot matchsticks on the back lawn) (air rifle) – The old man was 76 and wouldn’t let anybody near the real stuff unless he was satisfied – military background be damned. Anyway I was way too much of a salty (hippie type) to fit in – I knew it, she knew it, they for sure knew it – they would have buried me. (Ah.. Ester…..) – then again, I’d never have been short in the beef department – they ate it all day, breakfast, “coffee”, lunch, “coffee” supper, and “coffee” – They were also all healthy – in the main.
So I wandered off – hanging out with guys like Bob mostly. They always had a way of talking to the “chicks” – Bob was often persistent, bless him. (and thanks).
Only it never quite felt right – did it?, mostly empty, and going nowhere (much like life) …….Until – well, we’ve all got our own story. Hmmmm, maybe I’ll………….
Ah, almost forgot…. take it away Bob – and thanks, where and who ever, you may be.

COMMENTARY FOR GENESIS 1
“Genesis” is a name taken from the Greek, and signifies “the book of generation or production;” it is properly so called, as containing an account of the origin of all things. There is no other history so old. There is nothing in the most ancient book which exists that contradicts it; while many things recorded by the oldest heathen writers, or to be traced in the customs of different nations, confirm what is related in the book of Genesis.God creates heaven and earth. (1,2) The creation of light. (3-5) God separates the earth from the waters, and makes it fruitful. (6-13) God forms the sun, moon, and stars. (14-19) Animals created. PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

“Set apart”
We as Christians are “set apart” we are purposely apart from society. We are priests, teachers of the law, blessed above all others, judges. Yes, judges. Judges are hated for their judgments but they must do it or our society is one of no path. Charlie was a judge, he was hated and now dead. Do you see this? “Steal, kill, destroy”, that’s why he is our enemy.
I watched as three strong faith filled men were taken in a very short time here in Tulsa. Oral Roberts, Kenneth Hagen, Billie Joe Daugherty. Never replaced.
The frequency that men like that inhabit raises all of society, God honors those who honor him. He will honor any who pick up that mantle. What is the mantle? It is simple speaking truth and never allow lies to hold place in the atmosphere they inhabit. Never allow a lie to hold place in the atmosphere you inhabit, and if you don’t know the truth? Read the manual. God is in the truth, in love, in peace. That’s why he says it’s his battle not yours, he steps up and defends those who defend the truth in word and deed, no compromise. Your life has eternal meaning and consequences, that is why heaven and hell are eternal, meditate on that. Your choices to defend and speak truth are eternal, for you and others. “Held accountable” is now clear!
I won’t ask the question of any who read this or try to guilt anyone into this role, it’s a hard life of pure faith. The rewards are eternal and not worldly. People won’t give you place in life, but you will find total freedom. Freedom is from God alone. Heaven is in you or hell, you choose, always a choice.
