One of the biggest problems, factually the biggest problem with revealing the 2020 election fraud, are the ramifications.

Olsen has begun asking intelligence agencies for information about the 2020 election, the officials said. Olsen has told others he also wants to weed out some government employees who he believes are disloyal to Trump.

Peter Navarro did an excellent report on all the fraud of the 2020 election. Why no one has ever picked this up and took any of his findings to a legit court I will never understand. It was still available on.the internet last time I checked a few months ago.

A better strategy would be to build the case and evidence and use it to surreptitiously hold it over the heads of those that are perpetrating the fraud across the country, and clean up future elections. I understand the instinct to want retribution and punishment, but the most important thing at this point is to prevent it from happening again. Better to not have the 2020 steal proven definitively, since that would be a distraction in and of itself, and cause a tremendous amount of chaos.

I am just agreeing more with the first sentence of this article than the second. If it were proven that the election were a fraud, then everything that the Biden administration did could be challenged, and the litigation of that, and the uncertainty that it would lead to would not be worth it. The past can not be changed. The only thing that matters is the future, so the focus has to be on fixing the issues with the process, not on re-litigating 2020.
But, if the entire shenanigans are not entirely exposed, and the perpetrators are not severely punished, do you really believe that the bad actors won’t find other ways to make it all happen again? Really?
I believe that like any other similar situation there are trade-offs, offsetting pros and cons, and downsides to the “obvious” course of action. You can’t just ignore those and choose a nuclear option without considering those.
You will never get those who have a vested interest in the last steal to acknowledge it, and the rest of us already realize it. There is very little “discovery value” in having a proven sanctioned expose, and you all seem to be ignoring the risks in that. If a proper election process were instituted with the necessary safeguards, and we all know what they are, the “bad actors” would have no effective recourse.

I remember going to a polling precinct, frequently at a school, fire station or even a civic minded citizens home in more rural parts to cast my vote. They got rid of the vast majority of precincts and put in drop boxes to centralize and control the process. Before it was much better before universal mail in ballots and drop boxes. Citizens were integral to the decentralized process.
It is critical to never transport an uncounted ballot. Ballots must be counted in the precinct where they are cast. No more counting centers.

In 2021, I was part of the canvassing in AZ. We filled out over 4,000 affidavits of potential fraud. A lot were of supposed ballots mailed & returned from residences where the voter no longer resided & current resident neither received a ballot for the voter in question nor did they know the former resident. We found one rehab facility that showed over 20 people voted from where not one mail in ballot was received.
The Board of Supervisors refused to allow an audit of the envelopes which would have blatantly revealed the fraud. This was the reason the signature verification was set to zero & every ballot allowed if the signature matched or not.
Up until 2020 my son had never voted. Somehow he found out someone else had stolen his vote. Since then he’s voted conservative.
The first clue for me was when Trump was ahead and they shut down the counting of the ballots around 11:00 pm I believe and left us hanging. THIS WAS A FIRST

I was a poll watcher during the 2020 election, in my deep blue state. The cheating, even here, where Biden was a lock, was on a massive scale. And it involved some quite ingenious ways to cheat. Here’s a sampling:
1) The electronic voting machine tallies of votes cast RARELY matched the actual number of ballots scanned into the machines.
2) At each precinct, at least one election judge from each major party was required to be present. One (D) judge merely flipped his name tag over, with his fake name and (R) designation now for show. So a voter who “needed help” could be “helped” by 2 (D) judges.
3) Absentee/mail-in ballot applications were automatically sent to all “eligible” voters. You did not have to request these. If a voter voted by mail, but later wished to vote in person, the second ballot should be tagged as “provisional“, and placed in a separate bag marked as such. These “provisional votes” were then sent to a centralized “sorting center”, away from the prying eyes of poll watchers (like me). Imagine how easy it would be to double count these.
4) If you showed up at the polls and said you “lost” your mail-in ballot, you were allowed to vote in person. No provisional designation required.
5) As in the excellent documentary “2000 Mules”, I observed multiple drop offs of batched “nursing home” votes, with illegible scrawl signatures on the envelopes. These envelopes were opened, tallied, and sent to the sorting center, as were the envelopes. However, each envelope was separated from its ballot, when sorted. So if an envelope was later deemed fraudulent (ha! as if), there would be no way to match it to its now anonymous ballot, to have said ballot struck from the tally.
6) Voting lines were long, very long. Remember, this was 2020, the height of the shamdemic, with many sheep wearing masks even in their own homes. Yet droves came out to vote, especially on Election Day, in this deep blue state. Some precincts extended voting hours, others did not, despite voters arriving before the cutoff time, and despite poll workers willing to stay late. Easy to cherry pick which precincts are “allowed” to stay open.
7) As a poll worker, I was allowed a copy of the voting machines tally sheet at the close of each night. The races, especially at the top of the ticket, were exceedingly tight. Remember, this is a deep blue state. When Biden was declared the winner, and the tallies were actually published by precinct, I was shocked, not by the results, but by the margins. The numbers did not match my first-hand experience.
Best of luck to Kurt Olson, he has his work cut out for him. Based on my experience, I hope he abolishes mail-in voting, absent special circumstances (military). Go back to paper voting. Disallow all batch voting, and drop boxes.
At least the attempts at the next “pandemic” have so far fallen flat. More Covid strains, bird flu, monkey pox.

Forgot to mention, due to all the “social distancing” with Covid, the polling sites could not accommodate as many people. The election judges initially balked at my presence, “there’s not enough room”, etc. Once they knew I wasn’t going anywhere, they dropped that excuse. At least they didn’t close the window blinds, as in Georgia. And I made it a point to never leave until everyone else did.
I had a similar experience as a poll worker in California. I finally stopped volunteering after years of doing this my public duty. It was too corrupt and disorganized to even penetrate. My list of specific complaints and lapses fell on deaf ears.
It is required and given that only Democrats win California elections so they could care less. So process corruptions simply do not matter to them .

Re: your point 5) – my mother was in a memory care facility from 2015 until her death in May 2020 (NOT from C0v1d and I verified that with the County before they issued her death certificate). In the beginning, there was a very caring head nurse who was great with the patients, and their families.
However, the facility was sold in early 2018, and new staff came in, including a new head nurse who was competent but clearly hard left in her policies – much of the staff changed overnight and the level of care declined, but my mom was almost out of money and I couldn’t move her at that point. I was close by and stopped in almost every day and the care staff knew me, and I think for the most part liked me, as I was always appreciative of them.
Anyway, during the November 2018 election, I stopped in to the head nurse’s office and noticed a stack of ballots ready to go out in the maildrop. There were probably a dozen or so (out of 40 residents). I kind of raised my eyebrow and the nurse laughed out loud – said that she always “helped” her residents to vote and had done it in every place she had ever worked! The envelopes were upside down so I couldn’t see any names and I would have had no way to contact any residents’ family members anyway. I knew it wouldn’t do any good to report it to the county because without exact names they couldn’t pull the votes before they were counted and I hadn’t actually seen her do anything wrong!
So, if roughly 1/4 of nursing home residents have someone “help” them fill out their ballot, multiplied by the number of people who are in such facilities across any given state, how much of a difference could that make in a close election? (I had contacted the county when my mother was first admitted to memory care to ask them to stop sending ballots out but they said they couldn’t do that, even though I had a POA and she had been declared mentally incompetent by her neurologist.) So, I had her ballot sent to my address and then I shredded it – I also checked after every election to make sure that no one had voted in her name! But this is definitely a much bigger problem than most people realize and I am frustrated at how no one in the RNC seems to care!

Yep, I share your frustration with the RNC. And it’s not just nursing homes. I have grown kids who live out of state. One has lived in various blue states (I know) for almost 20 years, and actively votes in her now home state. Yet, like clockwork, her voter registration card arrives at my door. I call, repeatedly. It does no good.
The aged are so vulnerable.
If they have a Power of Attorney (and by way of being in a care facility–they would), it should be illegal for the nurse to do anything outside their purview of medical job duties.

Yes, but in an election that involves federal offices, the federal government has an interest in making sure the states do actually follow the Constitution in the conduct of the election. The Constitution guarantees self-government, which you don’t have if you elections are rigged.

But absolute, undeniable proof of widespread fraud might make it politically impossible for Congress not to pass some concrete reforms that make 2020 impossible to repeat. Maybe.
Let’s start with real, transparent, elections (hand counted paper ballots) which is the only way to know we have self-government as required by the Constitution. We don’t need to prove fraud to have hand counted paper ballot elections; all we need is to observe that under our current system nobody can prove there ISN’T fraud. We know exactly how to design, plan and execute such projects. Most of today’s most-vital software is right now done this way.
Since literally the entire world has a vested interest in this, it should be the only legal way to do it.
You are on the right track, except open source is still not open to someone without a whole lot of knowledge about computers. Elections should be understandable by the newest high school graduate; nobody should ever have to trust an expert, especially an anonymous programmer.
There is a far better way because it is far simpler, and way cheaper. Remember: simplicity is anti-fragile.) Hand count the paper ballots where they are cast at the precinct level. The same way bank tellers, although they have access to all kinds of money-counting machines, still count your bills in person in front of you when they give you cash. Because you and the teller both need to agree on the amount before the money is moved.
Likewise with ballots; you should never move ballots from where they were cast until they are counted, and at the precinct level there are not likely to be more than 1000. They can easily be counted Election Night; there are several systems out there which are fast, auditable, and have citizens watching and counting their own elections..
There is no need for fancy software in a real election – all the math is first-grade math, either counting or adding!

I would think it were proven that Joe Biden was installed by fraud two things he and his people did should be voided. Every EO revoked and every judicial appointment voted in by congress removed. You know its tough to clean up voter rolls when its decided the easier choice is a mid census redistricting to get more “Republicans”.

They check voter rolls addresses with the tax records at quantum speed, and find these undeliverable ballot addresses. But as i said most of Repubs are clueless or don’t care. Voting in this country will NEVER be honest, until undeliverable ballots are STOPPED. omega4america can DO it in every state, if Repubs or Trump ask them to do it!!!
