As a friend of the President and a major mover and shaker of the US Space program and a very important owner of a business vital to defending the right to free expression, it would seem self evident that any such emerging issue as the one cited in the post to which you appear to be so passively/aggressively responding would be one of which the President would be aware and at least marginally concerned. So there’s that.
But what seems most problematic to me about your post is it’s implication that CTH’s long-serving, dedicated and highly competent Tree House moderators aren’t doing their job and somehow need you to act as hall monitor. ?

Thank you for sharing this. I am alive today purely by the grace of God. These drugs altered and nearly destroyed my life. The deadening, numbing effect of them was profound, however inside my body such misery abided. I lost the ability even to cry. There was no release of my interior misery which resulted in several suicide attempts…the only outlet I had. I lost everything…my health, my marriage, my friends, my career. Then attempting to withdrawal was excruciating and lengthy. Today, I still deal with trauma of what I endured. No one understands the evil and horror these drugs caused if they have not walked in my shoes.

At first I was all in for bashing Law Enforcement …. but now looking at the dilemma of even legitimate Law Enforcement efforts …. there are literally 10’s of thousands hits on that “warning radar” … which ones are close to being triggered??? Those perps ALL literally have the exact same stuff on their social media accounts … there is NO NEED for “the FBI” to create anything.

One good development is that President Trump wants to withdraw troops from Iraq and Syria. Which means they won’t be targets any more.

This morning’s “Wall Street Journal” front page, above the fold, a photo of now-former Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu who has stepped down. He looks like a nice young fellow! WSJ makes with all the snide captions, “tout suite” – “FIN” – more like a non-serious tabloid – rather than the WSJ I once knew and loved!
You see behind him the steps up to the doors of the French legislature – like Britain’s Parliament or our Congress – on either side of those doors you see both the flag of the French nation as well as the flag representing the EU – the European Union – right next to the French flag. I haven’t looked at all the similar places within the EU, but do they now all have the EU flag next to the flag of their own nation? Has it always been thus, ever since the establishment of the EU?
If there are any French men and women who are in that legislature who remember hearing about WWII, whose parents and grandparents who fought to get rid of the Nazi emblems and not let any Communist emblems or flags take their place, wouldn’t they be appalled to see that EU flag RIGHT NEXT to their beloved flag as if it was equally important?
Maybe if they got rid of that EU flag, they might find they are able to reclaim their government and their nation fully and have both Prime Minister and President FOR France. Is the EU the fly in the ointment preventing that?

Huh. I have not owned a television in more than thirty years! Do not miss it in the slightest. Anytime we are in a cabin or a hotel room, the TV is never on. When I want to watch “video,” I buy it if necessary and watch it over the internet on my computer monitor. I also still have and watch DVDs, also using my computer and a nice USB-C attached device.

I can’t be the only Treeper whose beginning to suspect that Trump’s stated aims rarely are his real objectives, like a fighter feinting for the head but whose target is elsewhere. Take the Shutdown, Vought publicly claimed that he had asked for departments to prepare RIF’s and Trump sent Tweets saying that the Democrats had fallen into a trap of their own making.
Immediately the MSM were full of Lawfare advocates saying they were legally ready for this wave of redundancies and had been in contact with numerous government workers who feared for their job security. This was the reflexive defensive move to protect the State’s head, but Vought struck elsewhere, suspending or cutting billions of dollars in subsidies and boondoggle spending, prompting a rather pathetic defensive Tweet saying it was unconstitutional, a sign that the strike was on target.
Second, those Lawfare advocates might have inadvertently revealed who were the key resistance nodes in numerous government agencies and departments when they were in contact with, or responded to, those threatened by Vought The Reaper (clever meme reinforcing the deception?) with the exposure of DS cells the real aim of the strike.
The same tactic could be being played out in other areas of policy, where both its targets and the MAGA supporters have been deliberately deceived, the latter not because of any malicious intent but because they then inadvertently support and increase the feint’s effectiveness. Is, for example, the real aim of the DOJ to clear house before anything else, given the recent bloodbath of progressive DOJ employees in VA. Was Hegseth’s real target the generals who immediately Tweeted their defiance after the meeting? Is the Trump Administration playing the Obama tactics of getting legal justification for surveilling its opponent’s and simply reading their responses, when they announce another assault on the DS’ key foundational pillars, allowing a far greater understanding of their essentially terroristic structure, web’s of influence, and crucially revealing the communications set up and the couriers who operate amongst the various entities.

A thought here. One of these two folks commenting on Fabian Society is how there were early people wanting to bring Islam to UK, etc. So, stretching that, Islam was created in about 600 AD. Roman Emperor Constantine converted to Christianity in 312. Before that he was in the “Ancient Roman Religion”. So, about 280 years between Roman Emperor becoming a Christian and founding of Islam. As Christianity began to spread more everywhere, could the non Christians who left Rome decide to create a new religion (to some day defeat Christianity) and to make it palatable, make it kinda sorta related to Christianity thru Esau? So, I**** would be a fabricated.

Can someone update me on the case of more than 50 Democratic members of the Texas House of Representatives fleeing the state to deliberately break quorum and prevent a vote on a Republican-proposed congressional redistricting map. From what I understand, they were rounded up nation-wide and arrested by FBI agents. I assume they are still in jail? Has a court date been scheduled?
They got tired of living in a blue state and came back to Texas. The only prison they have seen is the limited workings of the democrat mindset.
Even the Democrat loving TX Media stopped covering it once it was realized there was nothing to be gained by continuing the coverage.
AG Paxton has yet to announce anything about prosecutions, as he has his hands full figuring out his chances of winning 2026 Primaries for the US Senate or even the TX AG position. The TV adds are running non-stop smearing him (by a REPUBLICAN PAC) taint both his political aspirations as well as any legal actions he might take, which can be spun as revenge for the TV ADD stuff.
Note: the TV ADD stuff is based on evidence made public by the DEMOCRATS and republican collaborators who tried to impeach him from the TX AG office
If Ken Paxton does not win then Trump can replace Bondi with him at DOJ.
Depends if AG Paxton is willing to have his and family’s VERY dirty laundry go public nationally. We know darn well there will be zero talk of his capabilities but allot of talk about his character. I don’t think he wants to put himself and family through a repeat of the Impeachment trial here in TX on a national scale.
I actually hope he can hang on to be the TX AG until 2028. This is his best move … drop out of the Race for the US Senate and throw his support behind somebody viable …. otherwise he is a splitter that pits a very weak and vulnerable Corny Dog Cornyn vs a strong democrat in the main event.
The TX RNC is just getting warmed up to destroy AG Paxton totally, if he persists.
