Very good. This is of course eschatological.
Woe to those today who are trying to deny Israel, delegitimize Israel, replace Israel, weaken Israel, destroy Israel — the People and Land God calls “the apple of My eye.”
Nevertheless, as Joel and many of the prophets foretold, God will use the nations one last time to punish His People for their accumulated apostasies. This will happen in the prophesied “day of the LORD” (Joel 2).
So, once more, they will be “scattered.”
This is future… possibly near future … yes it’s coming… It must come to pass.
But then, ultimately afterwards, as also is prophesied, God will rescue and restore “My People and My inheritance, Israel.”

This news breaks my heart 💔
Dutch was a “one of” who had no side to him, as we always said of people in Britain who spoke their minds, hang the consequences. There was never a conversation he had with fellow Treepers that I didn’t come away thinking.
He was so proud, I remember well, that in one Thread, Sundance included one of his posts in the preamble to the comments. It was a well deserved recognition.
I prayed that God would release him from his terrible, cruel pain. And so now that his travails are finished and he rests with His Lord, I pray even harder that Sheryl in her grief will be comforted in the days to come by knowing he is heaven where there is no pain.
There are many souls in our branches we count especially as brothers and sisters. We know their names…Dutch was one whose absence we will feel very deeply.
Be at peace, dear Dutch…till we meet once more 💕

Well, now a whole bunch of democrat politicians in VA, including their already compromised candidate for Governor have a big problem. They all initially came out in support of Jones, but the tide had turned.
It is quite obvious that their internal polling shows Jones is a real disaster for them with the voters but they’ve already endorsed him and then doubled down on their endorsements. Scrubbing their twitter won’t work. Screen shots already made and there is also plenty of video.
Don’t be surprised if Jones drops out because now the democrats have done a 180 and are going after him. They have no choice because it is a matter of their own political survival.

COMMENTARY FOR 2 TIMOTHY 1
“The first design of this epistle seems to have been, to apprize Timothy of what had occurred during the imprisonment of the apostle, and to request him to come to Rome. But being uncertain whether he should be suffered to live to see him, Paul gives a variety of advices and encouragements, for the faithful discharge of his ministerial duties. As this was a private epistle written to St. Paul’s most intimate friend, under the miseries of imprisonment, and in the near prospect of death, it shows the temper and character of the apostle, and contains convincing proofs that he sincerely believed the doctrines he preached.Paul expresses great affection for Timothy. (1-5) Exhorts him to improve his spiritual gifts. (6-14) Tells of many who basely deserted him; but speaks with affection of Onesiphorus. (15-18)
(1-5) The promise of eternal life to believers in Christ Jesus, is the leading subject of ministers who are employed according to the will of God. The blessings here named, are the best we can ask for our beloved friends, that they may have peace with God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord. Whatever good we do, God must have the glory. True believers have in every age the same religion as to substance. Their faith is unfeigned; it will stand the trial, and it dwells in them as a living principle. Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.
Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.
