Erika Kirk was at home in Arizona at the time of the shooting – I have not heard that his children were there at all and wonder how/why this story is being told?
I’ve seen solid writers saying she was there, or not there.
I have no idea what the truth is.
In her interview on the Turning Point show, talking about the events of that day, Erika Kirk stated that she had planned to go with Charlie that day, but that her mother was having a medical procedure and Charlie thought she should be with her mom.
She was at the hospital when the call came in from Mikey McCoy and she rushed to the airport to fly to Utah. She stated that she was in the air when the announcement was made that Charlie had been pronounced dead. At no time did she mention that the children had been with their dad or that they were with her on the flight. In fact, she talked about not knowing how to break the news to them once she got back to Arizona…

I’m currently near yesterday’s church shooting and wanted to comment. This string of violence is escalating and endangering all. Being a church attendee for decades it was only fairly recently that you had to have an evacuation plan for an attack, locked doors, armed guards. When planning on going to a church I researched theological beliefs not assault preparation plans. While there is freedom if religion we are no longer free to practice without stringent plans. This is NOT acceptable and I have written President Trump and Pam Bondi asking them to declare an emergency and address with action these attacks not just in churches but where the public gathers. Both Christianity and conservatives are under attack.
For that matter President Trump also needs to follow through on his promise to end the Ukraine war. I have been with Trump a long time even going to his first rally ever in Melbourne Florida years ago. Mr President, you made a promise and it now seems others have influenced you. Cut of all resources, end the war now.

Believe it or not food prices are STILL going up , it’s insane but I’m not blaming that on tariff’s but somethings really messed up .
Sundance mentioned back in March/April that food prices likely wouldn’t begin coming down until around Thanksgiving due to supply chain re-shuffle.
My food prices have suddenly dropped. I shop weekly at Walmart and Sprouts. Last 2 weeks both were down dramatically. Walmart dropped $4 on one item alone. Walmart even dropped liquor. Sprouts put every”on sale”. Don’t know if it will last but 😃.
They are going up, every week. I might having Thanksgiving up the road at the Chinese Noodle House, Lord Willing, if things keep on the current trajectory.
