A man who was arrested on suspicion of capital murder is alleged to have beheaded the manager of a Dallas motel and left the victim’s head in a trash bin, court records obtained Thursday show.
Jail records show Cobos-Martinez, 37, is being held without bond in the Dallas County Jail on an immigration detainer. The records identify him as an undocumented immigrant.
Cobos-Martinez kicked Nagamallaiah’s head into the parking lot, then picked it up and put it in a dumpster, the affidavit says.

Turns out my instincts were right, since coyotes in the daytme may be rabid, and they hunt in pairs. with the federal judges we have now, that might be a good thing. While I don’t know the past record concerning this young killer, his family life looked stable. Unless he had prior, hard core criminal record, don’t think they’d go for the death penalty anyway. It does seem he planned the shooting though so who knows.
I do not know the full contours of the federal hate crimes statute (long retired). But that would seem the natural predicate container to bring federal charges in this instance.

One of the biggest lies in modern sports media is that Tim Tebow didn’t perform well enough in the NFL as a starting quarterback. Malarkey!
Tebow was the starting quarterback for the Denver Broncos for a big portion of the 2011 season. Kyle Orton (no-talent QB from Purdue) was initially the starter but was terrible. Tebow was inserted as the starter, put the team on his back, and carried Denver into the playoffs.
Tebow and the Broncos beat the far more talented Pittsburgh Steelers in the first round of the playoffs. They lost in the second round but Tebow had proven he could be a successful starting quarterback in the NFL.
And then the Denver Broncos threw him away like a used Kleenex.
The NFL is a toy owned by the globalist elite “children” who seek to control everything. They couldn’t have such a strong, vocal, hugely popular Christian man be a starting quarterback. What if he carried a team to the Super Bowl? His bold witness to the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ would be intolerable!
So he was kicked to the curb and shoved out of the NFL.
And that’s the real story.

We need to understand the network that turned a nice young man into a cold-blooded leftist assassin. Can you imagine the thoughts of Tyler Robinson’s mother? She sent her son, a promising young man, who has excellent college scores, out of the family home to an institution of higher learning and he drops out after one semester.
I presumed that they turned him at this point and conversed with him over the internet since.
This is not a fluke, a one off, a random event from nowhere. There is a system that targets smart, but, malleable young men for their own agenda.
And, it is most likely deep state. It is the deep state. Since a civil war is trying to be induced in this country, it is a matter of national security to destroy it.
A few will be brought to justice as a public warning. Most will stay in the shadows a be brutally handled there.
What occurred is not limited to some Utah college, it is everywhere. And, we need to engage with them.
But, if we cannot roll up an obvious threat like ANTIFA then I am pessimistic that the network that transformed Tyler Robinson into an effective killer will be curtailed even in the slightest.
