Letter From a Colorado Jail
Dear, Dear Mr. President,
As I sit here in this cell (and notice I didn’t say “my cell” as nothing I have here is mine and can be taken at any time), I’m reminded to be grateful and how blessed we are as a nation, as well as how fragile liberty is.
I am grateful for the multitudes praying for you, this country, and I am humbled to say for me as well.
I long for the day I can be free to continue to fight for the foundation of our society:
Free, fair, transparent elections.
One week from today on September 11th, I will be 70 years old. Never in my life of 35 years of marriage, a business owner for 32, home schooling my two children, with a Navy SEAL son and a marine husband, did I ever imagine I would end up in prison for following the law and doing what was right.
This should scare every citizen of this country. It shows how close we have come to losing this nation and our liberty that so many before us died to protect. But God chose you Mr. President, and each one of us that will rise up and answer the call.
Your good friend, Peter Ticktin, has requoted my standards for those that have once been close as a part of the story in my life. I’ve always said “if one could be swayed by four things: money, power, position, or fear, they can be compromised. What you do when no one is looking defines your character.”
When I used to speak to audiences about the globalists and compromised ones that wish our great nations demise, I would often say “everyone can do something. There are more of us than there are of them. They can’t get us all.”
One day when I was telling my story of not knowing if I would die from the lung cancer that took a third of my lung, I looked up to heaven and said “Lord, if this is my time I’m ready…but you know my prayer!”
I then repeated my life’s prayer to him which is:
“Don’t let me leave this earth until I’ve accomplished everything You sent me here to do.”
At that split second, I knew I was going to live. He has more for me to do. That was in 2016, the same year I walked door to door talking to anyone and everyone for you tirelessly from morning until night. And when it got dark outside, I’d be helping others on the phone calling for the vote.
As a business owner, I knew we needed you to become our president. I never wavered, even when there were 17 candidates. God has his protection over you, as you know, and we are all grateful you took his call. He prepared you for this, and he has prepared me for this.
Nevertheless, I’m ready to be released because the midterms are close. I feel like a racehorse held back by the starting gate. We don’t have much time. We cannot allow the continued selection of governors, secretaries of state, attorneys general, and fraudulent passage of blils and laws because of the voting machines I exposed. I want to finish the job we started.
I cannot allow Jena Griswold to be the attorney general of Colorado, or crooked Phil Weiser to be the governor, and many more need to be displaced in this state, country, and in many nations across the world because the voice of the people has been stolen.
The rally cry of God’s chosen people to stand up and step forward has never been greater.
Please set me free to champion that call to the people. Use my voice, the reason they put me in prison, to be the clarion call. I didn’t raise a Navy SEAL for nothing.

Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He is making massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This term, he is weeding them out faster. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the healthy distrust of government and men with too much power held by our founders. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum on day 230 of the 2nd term of this very stable genius in the history of the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2025.

As an Orthodox Christian, I learned gluttony is regarded as a deadly with significant implications for both spiritual and physical well-being. Practice moderation and engage in fasting as a means to overcome this vice and foster a deeper relationship with God and a strong healthy body.
Taking that seriously, one rarely needs the services of doctor. Exception being a broken bone or unavoidable ER visit from a serious accident or violent crime. Some people go their whole life without seeing a Western medicine pharmaceutical sales witch doctor.
The more I think about it, this scorching case of Alpha Galactose Syndrome I’ve acquired really has turned into a Blessing.
It took this waking nightmare for me to finally “Eat to Live, Not Live to Eat”.. in addition to mammalian proteins being off the menu, so are seed oils, carrageenan, glycerin and anything grown with GLYPHOSATE.
Maybe I will start an Eco Tourism outfit and take fatties camping in North Central Florida so they can be tick bit and soon be back into size 30 pants, clear headed with energy of someone 20 years younger..

I’m fortunate to live where I chose to settle when I left VA. I grow and can or freeze my own veggies, bought 1/4 side of pasture raised beef from a nearby farm – butchered and flash frozen for me last year. It looks and tastes nothing at all compared to what’s in the grocery store. Same with chicken, and farm fresh eggs. This November I’ll buy another 1/4 cow. Thank goodness for the deep freezer.
We don’t eat any junk food at all and do not drink sodas. I drink raw milk because store milk has all the goodness boiled out of it.
Just as a reference point, my diet is heavily slanted to animal protein and I have never had a problem with excessive weight 🙂

It occurred to me that it is so ironic that on the one hand, some doctors have been pushing for women to have shots to buttress their calcium to help their bones but then it is found that some women have been developing actual vulnerability in their bones as the result of these shots . . . then on the other hands, some doctors have been freely advocating the use of Ozempic to lose weight while it may also result in bone loss and result in bone problems. I suppose if you have bone problems from taking Ozempic they just blithely suggest those bone shots which it seems to me could be too much for the liver and/or kidneys to process and so then you might have another problem. No thanks!

I’ve never broken any bone in 70+ years.
My mom never drinks/drank milk and at 92 only had a slight hip fracture requiring only rest and 2 weeks rehab. I think it’s diet, sun exposure and genetics.
Do you live on a farm? A valid question since most of our milk is now processed and the cows are given hormones and God knows what else in their feed.
Due to Big Food/ Ag we cannot necessarily rely on those nourishing staples of yore. Many processed foods actually make us unhealthy.
The good news is I believe that RFK Jr is shining sunlight on these problems as well.

If you max dose on Vit D, you might want to check your serum phosphate level. I just had to cut my D intake to actually protect my bones.

In 1977, the meds one took, caused side effects so you took another med, for the side effects…then had to add a third one, for the second’s side effects…and so one down the line.
Back in the day, that was called “poly pharmacy”…its been around for a while.
Then consider this with the above idea about ‘bones’ and women…women lose bone density as a result of ‘the change of life’….so how do we know what causes it? Meds or life changes? Plausible deniability.
The one that ticks me off is the (then) off label use for one heart drug (20 years ago)….which caused ‘retinitis’, and problems with the arterioles that supply the retina….and ultimately, blindness. The Chicago Trib did a lengthy piece on it…in the Sunday edition ‘magazine’ part of the newspaper….it was ugly. And it remained in use, to this day.
Back to the bones…my mom took a heart med, then had to get the shot for the bones…and in actuality, the heart med could have been replaced with an older medication that had less side effects. Getting the newer and more expensive medication, made her feel ‘special’.

Until 35 years ago, I had never heard of “Boneset tea” before. I married a girl from the Appalachian Mountains and her father showed me their remedy for the flu. Being a city slicker I thought it was old wives tale stuff until I came down with the flu. The wife made that tea for 2 days and it made a substantial difference to me. I now use it when Covid came about and it made that a heckava lot more bearable. It should not be used as a tonic, just a treatment! The only side effect I notice is it tastes horrible! I use honey to make it more palatable. Yet I never see it referred to today! BTW I’m no healthcare specialist! But it did work for me!

I’m so glad you spoke of these building bone shots. My temporary doctor wanted these for me, it sounded too good to be true, and none to be found nearby once a month I’d have to travel to pick them up and pay out of pocket. Recently I’ve seen the commercials promoting them. Side effects include broken femur. No thanks! Osteoporosis sucks but after breaking my tibia and fibia together, I’ll pass on the femur.

I have osteoporosis, neg. 6.5%. I fired my ortho back in 2021 for demanding I take this poison and literally raising his voice to me like I’m a doddering old woman. This was my inquiry about his demands.
“So let me get this straight, doc. I cannot take Boniva because it makes my stomach hurt and bleed. YOU say this is unacceptable and you have another option. You want me to take a $1800/month shot that will trick my body into puberty, growing massive amounts of bone tissue. But, only up to the point where that massive growth continues unchecked into primary bone cancer – per the black box warning that comes with the drug.
Next, I must come off of it and go back to Boniva that we already determined makes my stomach hurt and bleed which YOU say is unacceptable, for the rest of my life or all of the bone growth will be lost again. How exactly do you call that treatment? I call that stupid.”
I passed on that and any other treatments from doctors since then. I now rely on the Lord, daily sessions of pure sunlight and vitamins. I do not eat processed junk food or drink soda.
Between covid and that ridiculous visit, I am personally done with all doctors.
I have a book, What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause by John Lee, MD. In that book he documents his successful treatment of osteoporosis using bio-identical progesterone cream. This cream is readily available without prescription.
I have read up on progesterone, and it is remarkably safe, for women. Progesterone levels get very high during pregnancy. Like testosterone, it is an anabolic hormone, meaning it builds tissues up. I have always wondered why this treatment hasn’t caught on.
Now they have hormone pellet technology, I see it for testosterone and estrogen, but not for progesterone. It would be the ideal delivery system, because the pellets release hormone into the body at a constant rate.

There is someone I work with that did the pellet deposit in the hip for hormones. Nasty process – basically a wound cavity packed with pellets of only God knows what.
Considering their determined attempts to use injection, infusion, and/or ingestion as a means to deliver their toxic substances, including gene altering mRNA laced with cancer causing sDNA, I would pass on any such ‘help’ myself.
My mom was told by her doctor back in 2008 that she had sever bone loss and they wanted her to take a heavy remedy of those bone drugs. About a week before starting to take those drugs, which she really didn’t want to, she fell down a flight of stairs while in Greece visiting her family. She sat terrified on the ground after she fell, figuring she just broke every bone in her body based on what doctors told her.
As a few minutes passed and no pain set in other then a couple bruises, she realized the doctors were idiots. Because if her bones were as bad as they said, she should have basically been a cripple after that fall.
Needless to say she never took the meds. Has never had any issues with her bones. And to this day at 71 years old she still runs the commercial bakery she owns with my Dad. She carries heave mixing bowls etc all day long.
Doctors clearly don’t know everything. And I think they don’t understand a lot of things either. And many lack common sense.

I think this and eating healthy are the key. My parents are 76 and 71. They look like late 50s. They eat all organic food. And all gluten free. Their bakery is a gluten free bakery because my mom has celiacs. They created a brand of gf that actually tastes like good food, unlike other brands. Being of Italian and Greek origins, they like good food that is healthy but tastes delicious. They are very popular and have a partnership with one of the biggest and most famous grocery chains on the eastern seaboard. As well as many other places like pizza companies and stand alone bakeries.
My dad had his high school reunion a few months ago and the picture is hilarious. It’s a sea of old men, and then one guy with only moderately graying black hair and a decent tan. Sticks out like a sore thumb. In a good way. I also follow my parents regiment. Mid 40s and look late 20s or early 30s. Got carded the other day buying beer for a barbecue.

In regards to the quality of care and sanity behind it – that always depends on the doctors involved, regardless of where you go. Anyone who doesn’t have a conversation (basically an interview of the doctor) with a new prospective health care practitioner before using them does themselves a severe disservice – even more so if they don’t use their own common sense and intelligence to weigh and consider anything a doctor says. Doctors are human beings, like anyone else, and thus there are good ones, bad ones, and all in between susceptible to the same influences as anyone else.
Before insurance destroyed the relationship between doctor and patient by moving away from catastrophic insurance to putting a bandaid on a boo-boo.

I worked in correctional health care as well as ICU, am pulling from my own experiences….I recently experienced a death at the jail…the inmate was a DNR, (do not resuscitate)…the ‘patient’ who died, was placed in a body bag prior to leaving the facility, for the ME office. Typically, DNR does NOT mean do not care…and we tried to keep him in a situation of ‘not dying’…or requiring resuscitation. Subsequent internal affairs investigation as the lawsuits would be incoming…(never mind the family never bothered to visit or acknowledge)….

We have demonstrated that Russia outproduces Ukraine, NATO and America in making artillery shells. And combining our output and it still isn’t even close.
We have used up much of our stockpiles of weapons meant to be used in such fights. And it will take us 13 years to restock.

The EASY fix to the illegals issue instead of the least efficient way that is raiding Home Depot parking lots is to put employers in prison and not just fine them for less than they gained from hiring illegals, but that would cause a mass exodus of unemployable illegals [at least the ones who hadn’t yet dropped anchor babies] which would seriously damage the economy and piss off the real owners of “our” government who want cheap labor that can’t unionize or complain about work conditions and whose supplemental needs not met by their wages are paid for by taxpayers.

This one bureau of the government that deserves/needs to be shut down completely. The grounds it stood on, salted, and left abandoned, and all the people let go. I am positive whatever good stuff they are doing can be farmed out to other law enforcement agencies. Maybe after a decade something better can be established. Maybe.
