425 cars in the last month reported. Police saw the vehicle but they have a no pursuit policy thanks to the defund the police and destroy Minneapolis crowd. There are honest poor people that need help for a short time but most of it is multi-generatioal cheating, a learned way of life. They know how to play the system. Years ago in the 70’s I worked in a grocery store. Those poor families that couldn’t afford food to make lunches with food stamps always had money for alcohol and cigarettes.
Also a lot is the parents laziness, they just won’t make lunches so the kids go hungry or get subsidized free lunch.
I even remember when the poor got ‘commodities’ before food stamps, it was government surplus food labeled that way from the welfare office. But that had to end because it was demeaning to the poor. The food stamps had to end for the snap card which is used like a debit card because people could see those food stamps was demeaning to the poor.
Teenage pregnancy, dropping out of school and refusing work all of which lead to poverty should be demeaning but we must hide those issues.

My beloved grannie lived to be 94 years old. She was never sick, only injured once and took no medications whatsoever. She raised 10 children on a hardscrabble farm in Appalachian Mtns of Virginia.
She did not believe in “newfangled” doctors. She swore clean water, homegrown and home cooked food, daily sunshine and good sleep is what kept her healthy. She trusted God to provide what was needed.

Introduction
The danger to world or regional public health from the escape from microbiology laboratories of pathogens capable of causing pandemics, or Potentially Pandemic Pathogens (PPPs) has been the subject of considerable discussion including mathematical modeling of the probability and impact of such escapes. The risk of such releases has generally been determined from estimates of laboratory infections that are often incomplete, except for the recent 2013 Centers for Disease Control (CDC) report, which is a significant source of recent data on escapes from undetected and unreported laboratory-acquired infections (LAIs).
This paper presents an historical review of outbreaks of PPPs or similarly transmissible pathogens that occurred from presumably well-funded and supervised nationally supported laboratories. It should be emphasized that these examples are only the “tip of the iceberg” because they represent laboratory accidents that have actually caused illness outside of the laboratory in the general public environment. The list of laboratory workers who have contracted potentially contagious infections in microbiology labs but did not start community outbreaks is much, much longer. The examples here are not “near misses;” these escapes caused real-world outbreaks.

Chaotic systems are deterministic, but since they have outcomes that are highly sensitive to the initial conditions, they are essentially unpredictable. The initial conditions for host-microbe interactions include a myriad of variables such as inoculum, immunological state of the host, temperature, humidity, and host–microbiome composition, and if the system follows chaotic dynamics, tiny changes in any of these conditions can produce unpredictable outcomes.
However, probabilistic predictions may be possible. Consider weather, a chaotic system for which there have been consistent improvements in forecasting over the past century. Improvements in weather forecasting have driven improvements in observation (e.g., satellites), more sophisticated understanding of atmospheric physics, more accurate models, and faster computers. Perhaps the field of microbial pathogenesis can take a page from the science of weather prediction and combine increased sampling of the natural world with clinical observations, experimental results of pathogenesis experiments, and historical data to identify potential threats and assign a risk probability.
Probabilistic predictions are used to determine what specific strains of flu virus are included in the annual changes in the flu jabs and have often been miserably inaccurate.
Also, being wrong about tomorrow’s cloud coverage is not remotely as serious as leaking from a lab an engineered, enhanced human pathogen with lab leaks being disturbingly common.
The mRNA jab development process persists because it allows very rapid jab development based upon the genetics of an actual, naturally evolved pathogen.
