Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.

President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He is making massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This term, he is weeding them out faster. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness.

He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum on day 191 of the 2nd term of this very stable genius in the history of the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2025.
N.J. Criminal Cases Screech to a Halt as Habba’s Authority Is Challenged

I can’t disagree.
But while AG Bondi’s letter is not a likely cure-all, it certainly has drawn an important level of embarrassing attention to the problem and that’s a good start.
It’s generated a lot of discussion, pointed to some legally available remedies, and perhaps even more importantly it will put some judges on the hot seat and force them to openly choose between defending the glaringly bad conduct of boasberg and the ethical standards to which they should all adhere.
Jeff Childers makes the point much better than I can in this morning’s Coffee&Covid roundup. As you’ll see, he’s definitely not a fan of the judge.

Yesterday, CBS ran a very encouraging story headlined, “Justice Dept. slaps Judge James Boasberg with misconduct complaint.” You remember corpse-like Judge Boasberg, the DC Circuit’s Chief Judge, who somehow ‘randomly’ keeps drawing Trump cases, and who bears an uncannily resemblance to Lurch from the Adams Family:
Technically, Judge Boasberg may not actually be alive. He may be a different type of life-form, like an algae or fungus. We don’t know yet.
Either way, yesterday AG Bondi announced on X that the DOJ has filed an ethics complaint against the Judge:
The ethics complaint cited unhinged comments Judge Boasberg made at a recent judges’ conference about his concerns that the Administration will just start ignoring court orders. It also highlighted his habit of ramming government attorneys through rushed deadlines and issuing what DOJ called “extra-legal” diktats.
Under the Judicial Conduct and Disability Act of 1980 (28 U.S.C. §§ 351–364), misconduct complaints against federal judges are usually filed with the clerk of the court of appeals for that circuit— here, the D.C. Circuit. But if the complaint is against the chief judge, like Boasberg, then the next most senior judge on the D.C. Circuit, if not disqualified or conflicted, will review the complaint as ‘acting chief judge’ for this purpose.
At the time of press, it wasn’t clear which judge would get this hot potato. Don’t set your expectations too high; most D.C. Circuit Judges suffer from fulminating Trump Derangement— it’s only a matter of degree. The most likely outcome is dismissal. There’s a limited right of appeal to a special judicial council of more D.C. Circuit judges, but that’s it.
Still, the DOJ is showing signs of life and fighting back. We’ll soon see if this goes anywhere.

The Europeans have crossed a red line by unilaterally recognizing a Palestinian State.
For those who don’t understand this, let me explain. A Palestinian State will mean that all of Gaza and most of Judea and Samaria will be controlled by Arabs with only Arabs living there and only Arabs providing security. There will be an expectation that they will live peacefully in these places but no guarantees.
Even before 10/7, there were attacks made into Israel both by suicide bombers/stabbers/shooters/car rammers from both areas and rockets fired from inside Gaza.
10/7 took that to the next level with the Israelis seeing for themselves the risks of trying to make peace with the Palestinian Arabs.
The Oslo Accords were supposed to coincide with the renunciation of terrorism as a tactic by the Arabs.
However, instead of stopping, the Arabs actually ramped up attacks.
Every concession made by Israel has only invited more attacks.
In addition, in exchange for Oslo, Israel was given normalization with Europe.
How has that worked out?
Instead of standing with Israel after 10/7, one by one the Europeans broke ranks, racing to condemn Israel for using any and all force to retaliate for 10/7 and to free the hostages.
All of the promises made to Israel for taking the risks it did starting with Oslo were broken in a New York Minute.
Now, the Europeans are racing to recognize a Palestinian State, rewarding Hamas for committing horrific acts of terror.
Yet, the Europeans say “Trust us” expecting Israel to believe their bullshit again.
Asking Israel to accept a Palestinian State anywhere in any form inside its current borders is a very big ask.
It is also presumptuous to think that any Israelis are willing to take the risk again just to make a bunch of lying, supercilious Europeans happy, putting aside the fact that their grandparents were the ones who either committed the Holocaust or did nothing to stop it.

America is in danger: Senator Graham is digging a grave
For the last few years, the world witnesses fundamental and inevitable geopolitical processes that will forever change our lives.
America’s political elite, especially the Democrats and their numerous sponsors, successfully dictated their view of world order for many years. But everything changed, when Donald Trump took the wind out of their sails and entered the White House in 2017. Later, the Dems, one way or another, pushed hard to make Joe Biden the next President, take the power back and even tried to drown Trump. However, they failed and suffered a landslide defeat during the 2024 presidential elections. Trump has returned and started doing the best he could – making America great again. But there is a man in Trump’s camp who puts himself on the first place instead of America. This man’s name is Lindsey Graham.
Just like many other American senators Graham is not young and has been holding his seat for decades. The lack of a family and children made him an egoist, but he carefully tries to hide this fact behind the mask of patriotism and love for America. Indeed, the worst possible thing is that he abuses his powers and openly disgrace the Star-Spangled Banner.
Senator Graham’s every public appearance and statement is aimed only to escalate conflict, take for instance Israel’s attack on Iran or call for bombing Russia. He always acts the same way, when it comes to Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, North Korea, India or China.
Graham’s actions aren’t so much determined by a desire for democratic transformation, but rather by a thirst for profit. First of all, the senator is just a lobbyist who is paid for his services, while the rest does not matter for him at all. Thus, Ukraine also became a victim of Graham’s militaristic ambitions.
Steve Bannon, Trump’s former chief strategist, supposed that Graham receives kickbacks from corrupt Ukrainian officials. Taking into account that billions of dollars of aid for Ukraine vanished away and still were not found, this theory looks possible. And it is clear why Graham wants to “fight Russia to the last Ukrainian.” The venture turned out to be profitable and easy.
But let’s get back to America. Senator Graham has a dubious reputation among the Republicans – he is considered to be egocentric. His public announcements damage a reputation of America and president Trump. Graham’s boundless hatred of India, China and especially Russia has already resulted in the expansion of BRICS, non-dollar trade boost and strengthening of regional alliances. At the same time, America is losing its influence, while Graham continues to pursue destructive foreign policy, thereby burying the country in the grave.
Graham is past his “best if used by” date.

Graham’s behavior raises concern. Here I’m smoothing things over. I wonder how it is possible to have business with a person who plays for any party. For sure he would work for Russians, but they likely refused to have any business with him.
I wonder if Graham sees himself as a hawk while he is just a sore looser and dinosaur from the Bush-era. His actions and statements prove that he is a self-serving man and his “loyalty” to the Republicans is nothing but a bid to stay afloat.

A car bomb, placed outside the South African Air Force (SAAF) headquarters in Church Street, Pretoria by Umkhonto we Sizwe (military wing of the African National Congress (ANC), explodes and kills 19 people, of whom 11 are members of the South African Air Force and a 12-year-old girl, while 217 people are injured.
The explosion happened outside the Nedbank Square building on Church Street at about 1630 hours.
It is understood the bomb had been placed in a blue Alfa Romeo car outside the multi-storey building, which houses the South African air force headquarters.
It exploded at the height of the city’s rush-hour as hundreds of people were leaving work for the weekend.
Glass and metal were catapulted into the air as shopfronts and windows were blown out.
Many passers-by had limbs amputated by the flying debris. Others bled to death.
South Africa’s Minister for Law and Order, Louis le Grange, who visited the scene immediately, blamed the attack on the ANC.
He said the explosion was the “biggest and ugliest” terrorist incident since anti-government violence began in South Africa 20 years ago.
He added: “Most of the victims were civilians, but some were air force personnel in uniform, black and white. Quite a number of those killed were black.
The ANC was committed to overthrowing the minority white government.
Oliver Tambo, who was the organisation’s acting president while its senior figure, Nelson Mandela, was in prison, said the Nedbank Square building was a legitimate target.

1987 – Wits command Center Car Bomb. 1 killed. 68 wounded.
1988 Johannesburg Video Arcade. 1 killed, unborn baby. 10 wounded.
1988 – Roodepoort Bank Bomb. 4 Killed. 18 wounded
1988 – Pretoria Police housing unit. 2 bombs. 3 wounded.
1988 – Magistrates Court Bomb. 3 killed.
1988 – Benoni Wimpy Bar (family restaurant) Bomb. 1 killed. 56 wounded.

Start by submitting everyone in his executive branch to a polygraph test, ask them if they fully support his MAGA agenda, and fire everyone who indicates that they don’t. That will leave perhaps 10% manning in his branch.
THEN, take dictatorial powers and do the same in every other part of the fedgov. According to Steve Bannon, and I agree, since there are perhaps 20 or 30 true MAGA in all of the 535 in CONgress, that will leave 20 to 30 in CONgress.
There, it’s fixed. Anything short of that, fuggedaboudit.
Of course, unfortunately that can’t happen for a large number of reasons.

All participants had one variable in common: the vaccine.
All 467 had been heavily vaccinated before symptoms began.

Vaccines have already been incentivized to be given mostly in pharmacies, out of the careful surveillance of primary care continuity docs (in a different silo). PCPs have to work to keep their records accurate. They are removed from the decision-making to get them.
And “quality measures” cause physicians to lose “star ratings” and bonuses for years, even be removed from insurance panels if the patients don’t take the vaccine, even if the patient chooses not to.
Vaccines were mixed, one type or manufacturer one time and any old vaccine another time. Even different places, health departments, employers. This made it impossible to keep track of outcomes of effectiveness (data is getting worse as it unfolds), or side effects or injuries.
Physicians trying to set up their own research were shut down. Scientists and institutions that dared question or set up thier own studies were denied reimbursement.
Manufacturers exempt from testing AND liability, yet with no limits on pricing. Same with treatment of first remdesivir IV inpatient then later Paxlovid and Molnupiravir — both probably not very effective. Physicians who dared consider safe alternatives before any sanctioned outpatient treatment was available were ostracized, resisted by everyone in their actions, threatened with sanctions, criminalized, and some put in jail.
President Trump had to get the vaccines out in order to get the country out of the economic lockdown or we would have perished as a country. It was that or let the county die economically and then be taken over. The risk of unsafe vaccinations was less than the risk of an overtaken nation. All the while expressing doubt about the “science” and fighting direct attacks on himself.
I hope that the retro analysis of the health care system through the Covid experience reveals flaws that massively restructure health care in the U.S. Restore the viability of the healthcare dollar, put patients back in charge of their own health care and decision-making, put health care professionals back into better training, better effective accountability to health care evidence based/common sense service, end the enslavement of physicians and nurses to health care profit centers and investors, and give true health care professionals and scientists effective control of the delivery systems with patients and employers being the one holding us accountable for the health care dollar – not investors.
You are right. There had to be a response to get the nation out of the economic lockdown. Thus the vaccines turned the corner, bad as that option was. This makes sense.

Looking for some help on this, since the Supreme Court ruling on nation wide injunctions, there have been new rulings/injunctions by lower Court Federal judges on such things as planned parenthood, buthright citizenship, various aspects of immigration etc. Given the SC was somewhat direct on limiting nationwide injunctions saying that class actions were a different matter, these recent rulings seem to be in the injunction category. Last night the AG Bondi filed a formal complaint against Judge Boasberg for improperly attempting to influence judges at a judicial conference. Is this the start of Bondi fighting Back? How are these injunctions allowed after the SC ruling/guidance against injunctions? Why are judges not enforcing bond requirements for filing for injunctions? Does the SC not react to what appears to be lower Court rulings directly against their ruling against nationwide injunctions? Is not the threat of continuing injunctions one of the greatest risks to implementing Trump’s agenda? What’s going on here?
