The SCOTUS decision requires the prosecution to prove a particular criminal action could not be constitutionally considered an official presidential act. Further exposing Obama’s criminal liability is the fact that he participated in the continuing conspiracy after he left the presidency.

I just saw that GA Representative Barry Loudermilk has been authorized to continue to investigate J6 and the J6 Select Committee investigation.
He did a good job uncovering some details of J6 and the corrupt J6 Select Committee report and destruction of testimony evidence, but then was shut down.

It is hard for me to put my trust in President Trump with regard to foreign war involvement any more because he is listening to DS people. Especially on Ukraine policies.
Even harder for me to understand is President Trump’s insistence to put faith and trust in Lindsey Graham and his cabal. It has been clear since watching Lindsey Graham’s activities during the Russia, Russia intelligence op against President Trump, that he and McCain were part and parcel very much involved in the attempt to frame President Trump. After all McCain sent the infamous dossier to the FBI on Lindsey Grahams advice.
Since then Lindsey has been whispering in President Trump’s ear all things possible to mislead and drag him into situations that only hurt President Trump’s standing with the base. Case in point, the disastrous Ukraine situation.
I remember that during term one of President Trump’s administration all the lies about his support. Pretending to the base that he was going to send letters to the infamous FBI cabal requesting information that would have exonerated President Trump. He was up for election and he wanted the MAGA base to support him. They were never sent.
Where was he during the four years that followed when hoax after hoax was being perpetrated against President Trump? Nowhere to be found. He was too busy defending his good pal Biden. You know, the “good man” that was trying to put President Trump, now out of office, in jail for the rest of his life.
Lindsey’s “good man” was at the fateful December 2016 secret meeting when the Russia hoax was hatched. Lindsey’s “good man” was instrumental in getting Lt General Flynn indicted and fired using an archaic law from centuries ago.
I am now watching things happen with a critical eye, hoping that reality about Graham hits President Trump and that he severs his close ties with his enemy, as I see it. He really needs to withdraw his endorsement for Graham in the coming election cycle.

Florida CEO gets 5 years in prison, $128M fine in ‘Obama phone’ scam
The owner of a Florida telecommunications firm was sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to stealing from the federal program once unoffcially dubbed “Obama phone” that provides discounted phone services to low-income customers.
Q Link Wireless LLC and its 51-year-old CEO Issa Asad both pleaded guilty last year to conspiring to commit wire fraud and to steal government money from the Lifeline program, the Department of Justice announced. The program, begun in 1985 and expanded under Obama, provides subsidized cellphone services to the poor. It was heavily criticized during the 2012 election, when a viral video emerged featuring a woman in Cleveland claiming she and all her friends were given “Obama phones.” Some telecommunications companies with LIfeline contracts embraced the term, although the government did not.
The scheme involving Asad took place between 2012 and 2021 when Asad and Q Link provided false information about their Lifeline customers and made repeated false claims for government reimbursement. They also confessed to retaining Lifeline funds that they were not entitled to receive and deceiving the FCC about the company’s compliance with program rules.

That morning, President-elect Donald J. Trump received a classified briefing from top intelligence officials – a routine, transitional step for any incoming commander in chief.
But what he got wasn’t intelligence. It was a malicious setup, a trap.
FBI Director James Comey entered the room alone and handed Trump the political equivalent of a political grenade: the now-debunked Steele dossier. A document so flimsy, partisan, and salacious, it wouldn’t pass editorial review at Mother Jones, let alone FBI verification. And yet, veracity wasn’t the point.
The objective wasn’t to actually inform the incoming president, but instead, Comey arrived at the behest of President Obama and CIA Director Brennan with two missions. First, he sought to bait Trump into some sort of dubious false confession. Second, once the briefing was made, the even bigger trap was set.

Over the past month, Attorney General Pamela Bondi has fired several DOJ employees as part of a rolling purge, which began in late January, of bad actors still populating the systemically corrupt agency. Three employees—former assistant U.S. Attorney Michael Gordon, former D.C. U.S. Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Patricia Hartman, and former ethics chief Joseph Tirrell—are suing the DOJ, claiming the dismissals violated their civil service and Constitutional rights.
How Hartman, who for four straight years did little more than crank out a steady stream of press releases bragging about J6 arrests, convictions, and sentences, learned of her firing is particularly gratifying given her nefarious role as a key J6 propagandist:
“At approximately 3:50 PM EDT on July 7, 2025, Ms. Hartman was in her office working on a press release when her computer suddenly shut down,” the complaint read. “As she was in the midst of calling the Help Desk for support, another DOJ official…came to her door and handed her a one-page document, titled ‘MEMORANDUM FOR PATRICIA A. HARTMAN’ from ‘THE ATTORNEY GENERAL’ with the subject line, ‘Notice of Removal from Federal Service.’”
