Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard appears with Greta Van Susteren to discuss the ongoing release of Intelligence Community documents showing how President Obama’s intelligence officials conspired to manufacture a false intelligence assessment, frame Donald Trump and begin the Trump-Russia narrative.
At the end of this trail of manufactured evidence, we will inevitably end up at the Robert Mueller investigation.
The continuum of the Trump-Russia narrative starts with Hillary Clinton (Fusion GPS, Perkins Coie), then transfers to the FBI (James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok), which includes the DOJ National Security Division (AG Lynch, DAG Yates, Mary McCord), then goes through the backdoor to Barack Obama (Susan Rice, Lisa Monaco) and the Legislative Branch (SSCI), and eventually elevates with DNI James Clapper and CIA Director John Brennan manufacturing the 2017 intelligence product.
All of that collective effort, all of the former created inputs, eventually culminates with the Robert Mueller Special Counsel (Andrew Weissmann) and the Lawfare ideologues charged with upholding the manufactured premise. In my opinion, the greatest legal exposure is going to be with the Mueller team, because that group intentionally and purposefully knew the information being received was fraudulent – yet they used it anyway.
Keep in mind that John Durham laid the Mueller/Weissmann probe naked to their enemies. Unfortunately, Weissmann and Mueller do not have enemies in Washington DC amid any party {Go Deep to 2021}. Our representatives were never representing us. The true DC enemy is ‘We The People‘ – and we choose to fight them.
When Robert Mueller (silo 2) appeared before a congressional committee, in June 2019, to answer questions about his Russia election interference report, he was asked about the origination of Trump-Russia. Mueller’s jaw-dropping response was, “That was not in my purview.”
Wait, how can your existence be predicated on investigating Trump-Russia, and yet the origin of Trump-Russia is not in your “purview”? See the problem?
♦ Former Special Prosecutor John Durham clearly shows in his 306-page report with a 48-page classified appendix, that Russia did nothing to interfere in the 2016 election. The entire Russian Interference operation was a Clinton fabrication, later enhanced by a Federal Bureau of Investigation who used the fabrication as a cover-up justification to hide their Intelligence Community surveillance of the Trump campaign.
♦ Second, accepting the empirical, factual, and inherently true reality of the first point – consider that President Barack Obama expelled 35 Russian diplomats to retain the Clinton fabrication and FBI lies. Think about this one carefully, the Obama administration expelled Russian diplomats in order to retain a domestic political ruse! President Obama did this *after* CIA Director John Brennan briefed him about the Clinton fabrication.
There were no Russian diplomats involved; there was no Russian election interference; there was no Russian hacking of the DNC; it was all a fraud created by the intelligence community (IC), FBI and Main Justice to support Hillary Clinton’s lies and then cover their own targeting tracks.
♦ Third, Robert Mueller, Andrew Weissmann, with the full support of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, indicted 14 Russian entities under completely bogus pretenses. All of that effort was done to assist the Clinton narrative, cover for Obama, and then use the special counsel to cover up the Trump targeting operation. The totally bogus construct explains why the fabricated indictments were sealed in the DOJ National Security Division in perpetuity, thereby keeping the fraudulent construct hidden from public review forever.
♦ Fourth, the only Russian entity who choose to push back against the Mueller/Weissmann fraud was the Russian Concord catering company – literally a ham sandwich operation. The outcome of that Russian confrontation was Weissmann/Mueller telling the DC judge they had to drop the case because any effort to prosecute the nonsense would create a risk to “national security.” Nice escape hatch from righteous sunlight on a case that was founded in nonsense.
♦ SILO #1 – Inspector General Michael Horowitz was given instructions by outgoing President Barack Obama to review the internal decision-making inside the FBI, Main Justice and DOJ-NSD as it pertained to the Hillary Clinton classified document scandal. In early January 2017, IG Horowitz was tasked to review the FBI decisions during the Clinton exoneration and deliver a report on his findings.

♦ SILO #2 – Robert Mueller (truthfully Andrew Weissmann) was appointed in May of 2017 by Deputy Attorney General, Rod Rosenstein, as Special Counsel to investigate Trump-Russia and the reports of prior Russian influence in the 2016 election.
Robert Muller was a figurehead – a person in name only to give credibility to the purpose and intent of the group who assembled under his shingle. Andrew Weissmann was the actual manager of the investigation, events and details of the Mueller probe. The Mueller investigation was created to look at Russian interference in the 2016 election – against the background that Comey’s firing by President Trump was an intentional move to impede the ongoing Crossfire Hurricane investigation. However, inside the mechanics of how DC silos are created, people now accept the Mueller probe existed to hide the DOJ and FBI weaponization of government that was deployed under the justification of the FBI Crossfire Hurricane investigation.
♦ SILO #3 – After taking office in February of 2019, Attorney General Bill Barr received the Mueller report in March, and a debate with Mueller/Weissmann about the content and report release began. In May 2019, AG Barr appointed Special Counsel John Durham to review the FBI operations that initiated the Trump-Russia probe.
It is important to note that John Durham was appointed *after* Bill Barr received the Mueller report from Andrew Weissmann. It is also important to note that despite the originating mandate of Weissmann/Mueller being predicated on their obligation to look into the accusations of Trump-Russia, the Clinton campaign organization of the Trump-Russia narrative does not appear anywhere in the Mueller report.
There is nothing about Clinton’s work with the Perkins Coie law firm and lawyer Michael Sussmann to work as a cut-out for the Clinton campaign contacts with Fusion GPS, Christopher Steele, Glenn Simpson, Bruce Ohr, Nellie Ohr or any other substantively manufactured system that was used to create the illusion of the Trump-Russia connections. The absence of that information inside the Mueller report begged the obvious question: How could Mueller investigate Trump-Russia for two years and never find the origin of Trump-Russia?

If the DOJ strike team’s legal analysis determines that Obama cannot be indicted for actions he took while he was president, then the next questions become: (1) did he continue to support the conspiracy in some way after he was no longer president, and (2) if he did continue to support the conspiracy in some way, was the nature of that support a criminally chargeable offense?

If Barack Obama is indicted and brought to trial — not a sure thing by any means at this point — his defense will be that he himself independently had reasons to believe that Trump-Russia collusion might have occurred, that he had reason to believe the IC’s original assessment was not totally accurate or complete, and that ordering a revised intelligence assessment was legally within his powers as POTUS.
Disproving this defense in a court of law will be a tough nut to crack. What will be needed is not just the weight of the evidence, but the vast overwhelming weight of the evidence which unambiguously points to a clear intention on Obama’s part to engage in an act of sedition against his successor.
That’s my understanding too; most likely Obama’s fans will say that their One was doing what he thought was his duty to protect ‘democracy’ and felt it necessary to create the hoax to make President Trump-45 prove his loyalty to the USA, or something like that.

The conspiracy perps are mostly lawyers. Barack Obama is a lawyer. They all knew what they were doing was bordering on sedition, if not outright treason.
The way for them to deal with that problem was to create an insurance policy in case their acts of sedition were ever discovered and fully exposed, as we are now seeing happen nine years later. Their insurance policy was to write a presidential order, on the record, that another intelligence assessment be conducted.

The problem with the “fallback lie” strategy is that, eventually, you cannot “fall back” to another lie.
Clinton could lie and say she didn’t fund Steele until…the GOP House won a lawsuit exposing her campaign bank records clearly detailing how the money was laundered through Perkins Coie and FusionGPS. That discovery also killed the lie that the phony Steele dossier was Republican oppo-research.
Even the Bill Barr fallback lie ran out of steam. Almost everyone (not me) assumed Durham would expose the coup. Barr even said it, “Was this properly predicated?” It made it sound like there might be accountability. UNTIL Durham released his indictments. According to Durham, the FBI was duped by those rascally Clintons.
Until…the jury acquitted the Clinton functionaries of “lying to the FBI”. Why were they acquitted? Because the FBI knew exactly who they were, and that everything they told the FBI was a fabrication.
Durham, unable to pursue the case further never actually prosecuted the coup. Essentially his report ended with a version of “mistakes were made”. None of the Principals was compelled to testify (Comey, McCabe, etc). And with that, the Durham fallback lie was fully exposed.
The problem Clapper and the rest have is that they know they will not get softball questions from a grand jury. The CNN reporterette never asks him, “If it’s a lie, what was the content of that White House meeting with Obama, after which you changed the intel?” She can’t ask that because Clapper can’t answer it without setting a perjury trap either for himself or another coup plotter.
I know I say this a lot, but ALL phases of the rolling coup crashed and burned once the plotters got put under oath.
That’s why a grand jury is needed. That’s why it needs to be outside DC (Miami, most likely, because it’s the scene of one of the crimes). And that’s why a special counsel is being floated by the Government Party.
They need to black bag it. And they need to retaliate against Tulsi.

One detail that should not be overlooked is the timing of the start of this charade. The December 8 Presidential daily briefing was pulled. That briefing stated unequivocally that there was no Trump Russia collusion. The briefing was intended for the sitting president and the president-elect. For what reason did Obama not want Trump to see this assessment? And then immediately order a revised contradictory assessment?

As I’m reading this, I wonder if the tentacles of all of this were also then used as a convenient starting point for Ukraine, Russian sanctions, etc., taking the domestic issue, and allowing it to migrate, through MI6 (Steele and Ukraine involvement) to the larger ‘ideal’ of eventually splitting Russia into provinces and taking its natural resources.
That will be a fun one to unravel and there are likely trails leading from this to today’s Ukraine Conflict … especially since many of the same US Senate and Executive branch actors involved with the Steele Dossier and the current Ukraine Crisis are still with us today or have served in the White House since.
The fun parts of the unraveling would include laying the following against the now overwhelming hostility towards Russia by the US Congress and many in the Executive Branch.

Obama in 2008 declaring Russia is NOT the enemy during his campaign vs McCain and Palin
Obama in 2012 declaring “room to negotiate” during the 2012 Campaign vs Romney

Clinton in 2016 declaring to Putin that she would hit the reset button while, Trump wants war.
Splitting Russia into provinces, and taking its natural resources, has been the underlying motive for the world’s monied elite ever since natural resources have had value that could be exploited. .
Sadly all of this information, evidence and detail being exposed by Gabbard will continue to be parsed, ignored, and gyrated into ground sausage most people don’t want to see. Hopefully some people will eventually pay for their crimes, but I’m not holding my breath. The powers are already moving against her, and this administration, as Sundance so clearly noted in a previous posting. Because the scam is so complex, and cannot be explained in 30 seconds, 80% of this country will tune it out.
Tulsi and her team have done an excellent job using graphics to demonstrate key points. Where do Americans see these? Not on tv news shows, national or local. Not in any venue except sites like our beloved Treehouse, or some conservative commentators/YouTube sites. What the “mainstream” is doing is also criminal, but it’s what we’ve seen them do hundreds of times.
I’ve said many times…that it would require actual video of Obama or his henchmen committing figurative or literal murder…essentially an indisputable smoking gun, to put these people away. I hope I’m wrong. At minimum, I want them all exposed down to their lily leftist naked butt, and either found guilty by a jury or destroyed by overwhelming public shame. But we all must be prepared for typical realistic results. In a land where “news” outlets still report what Hunter Biden says, as if his word has any validity, my expectations are quite low.
I voiced similar doubts but I was quickly told by many fellow CTH regulars that this time it’s much different for a wide variety of reasons so have faith .
The fact that the media isn’t reporting about it means nothing , nobody who is familiar with all this expected them to . The bottom line is treason was committed and failing at holding the people accountable is not an option .
Once people are indicted and facing serious prison time they will start talking and the mainstream media will be forced to cover it .
I didn’t think Trump would post something showing Obama in cuffs but I was told that he did so that alone makes this situation a must win.
i believe we should prosecute as thoroughly as possible. Media outlets that do not cover the prosecutions should be denied access to the WH or any Trump Administration.

I thought the Inspector General’s only power was to investigate and issue reports. I remember DOJ I.G. Horowitz coming out with some pretty damning finds against the FBI and News Media. Nunes and Grassley complained loudly about the findings, but then….crickets. (Until this month)
