While it is unlikely any of the evidence currently in the record will lead to accountability upon President Obama himself, there is much easier legal exposure underneath him amid the underlings that carried out the operation.
Susan Rice is first and foremost at risk along with former White House Counsel Katheryn Ruemmler. Interestingly, Ruemmler became Susan Rice’s personal attorney after the Obama administration ended. Both Rice and Ruemmler are on record denying knowledge of the FBI investigation of President Trump.
According to the newly declassified and released documents, and according to congressional testimony by FBI Director James Comey on March 20, 2017, both Rice and Ruemmler lied about their knowledge.
Bondi having the integrity to do what’s right is a big question.
With the evidence Tulsi is releasing, it would be very difficult for her to ignore or dilute; and, given PDJT’s direct interest in the subject I’m guessing she will more than likely have to stay in her lane.

Obama’s legal exposure runs through a grand jury. DOJ can subpoena him, and in the subpoena acknowledge the SCOTUS Presidential immunity ruling. Then indicate that the purpose is not to prosecute Obama, but to assess what orders his staff were given, and who followed them. And to understand if “rogue employees” violated his orders.
As I wrote on another thread, Obama and the rest can say what they want to their media allies. The Truth will be illuminated only through sworn testimony and depositions.
Obama has two poison pills. If he denies giving the orders, and everyone else throws him under the bus…we get perjury. Mike Davis explained that Obama is not protected by Presidential immunity for things he has done since leaving office. Since he has not disavowed the conspiracy, and until he does, he has continued to perpetuate it. His response to deny the allegations is a continuation of the conspiracy.

Now consider the timing. A strawman controversy was created literally one week before DNI Gabbard was to dump a treasure trove of factual evidence showing incontrovertibly that the Obama Administration engaged in a seditious conspiracy in 2016 to overthrow the Constitution and the lawful will of the American electorate.

I know Ted Cruz would ruffle a lot of feathers, not sure who else would be up to the job and without the baggage. Since there is no statue of limitations there is no immediate rush other than to make sure it is supported with the Republicans in charge. Just look at what happened to Alina Habba.
