Thank heavens, a citizen in Portland is suing the city for failing to protect the community. I’ve been calling for this since all the madness began.
The businesses should also class action sue the city for ruining their businesses. That would include landlords of both residential and business properties.

I never heard a reason why someone got the mRNA spiked protein that made any sense, from a loved one was sick, job, … the morons that took the Emergency Use Act poison made it hard for the smart people that didnt.
I have never understood either, but I have a family member in 6th year of med school who was forced to take it or leave school. Hundreds of thousands of young people had to make this choice at a time when those of us who were rightly questioning it were being called nut jobs.
Unfortunately this gives an indication of how these healthcare professionals ‘in training’ will adhere to the ‘established protocol’ of a one size fits all mode of treatment. Instead of legitimate questioning in the interest of the INDIVIDUAL patient, they will toe the establishment line. As one who has been in healthcare for over 45 years, from the data I have seen, it wasn’t the ‘virus’ that killed, it was the improper/lack of adequate medical care that killed……..
I have a niece who is an expert baker, she can whip up homemade croissants from scratch with no recipe.
She was also an advanced yoga teacher, especially after spending five months in India.
She was a highly trained violinist but gave up working for her Masters in Violin performance to attend medical school, an interest she acquired while working as a noted/published pathology researcher, and watching her mother die from very rare long term cancer.
With her broad background, (I didn’t mention her extreme interest in nature), I really thought she would be an outlier when it came time for these government mandated death jabs. Nope, she even pushed her dad into taking five of them.

Agree. And I would add that some folks did it because they were really scared. The propaganda from the media and the doctors was massive. The other day I came across a letter I received from work that was full of propaganda and a perfect example of persuasive writing. I almost tossed it, but decided to save it for a historical reference to share with my grandchildren when they are older.
People took it to go on cruises or so the neighbors would like them. People are sheep, and everyone who took it made it that much harder on those of us who didn’t. There were people given it against their will in nursing homes, hospitals, etc.
Everyone else made their choice. If enough that didn’t want it had stuck to their guns, the mandates would have ended. Funny thing was the mandates were not enforced where they needed certain workers.

I am old enough to remember when those who had tattoos were bikers and veterans from WWII who got them in the South Pacific . . . even Viet Nam vets who had theirs done . . . but good grief, it would typically be just one tattoo!

I thought about that just this morning when I was putting Dahlia Forever stamps on a birthday card I was mailing out to someone. I don’t believe I am a moron, nothing in my life indicates that I am. Uninformed, yes. Believing I was well informed? Yes.
Having had very little to do with the healthcare (sickcare) system in my decades on the planet, I had no reason to doubt what I was hearing from my physician about the death shots.
I was blessed to be exposed to actual information long before the narrative switched to “booster is necessary.” I did get two, and have taken steps to mitigate potential harm (one batch showed side effects in VAERS at the time I viewed, the other had none). I wish hadn’t, but what is done is done.
I reply in this way because it just doesn’t help matters to put down everybody for the choices they make. It’s impossible to know the reasons for actions taken by people we don’t know.
Categorizing people in any manner for any reason is a way to demonize, to feel superior, the very thinking that resulted in, for instance, the horrific treatment of the 1200-1500 J6rs.
My SIL’s mom is 94 & in a nursing home. She was forced to get it or not be able to visit her mom in person. That was her only reason for getting it.
Again, she was not “forced”. She was given two choices. (1) No shot = no visit. (2) Shot = visit. She opted for choice #2. Admirable of her love for her mom.
However, she was *not* forced to take the shot. She made a conscious decision to take the shot, when she could’ve said “Nope”.
The word is “coerced”.
And it’s evil.
Option 3 forcibly taking her mom out of that prison.

There is a missing statistic in the CNN poll stating the number of “democrat patriots” has dropped from 80% in 2015 to 36% today …. what is the distribution of the la la land dwellers who inhabit the territory between 30-40% who are believers and 25-30% who are the non-believers.
I.E. How many make up the 80% and 36%??

I strongly believe that a very significant number of la la land voters still side with the believers as they did in November 2024. These are the votes needed to overcome the “dumped ballot counts” in 2026 and 2028. Especially among the Younger X..Y..Z generations.

If so, what do you make of Emil Bove, III? He was one of the assistant U.S. attorneys prosecuting Yvgeny Buryakov for FARA violations, along with Heather Schmidt of the DOJ-NSD. He clearly would have known Page as a witness against Buryakov, including whether Page was the infamous UE-1 responsible for facilitating electronic surveillance inside the Russian Federation’s NY residentura as part of the FBI Counterintelligence investigation.
In fact, the following official press release in May of 2016, well after Page had joined the Trump campaign and was the subject of his own FARA investigation, has both US Attorney Preet Bharara and Assistant Attorney General for the National Security Division John Carlin praising the prosecution team, including Bove and Schmidt, as well as the FBI CI investigators. When the Page FISA went public, Bove and Schmidt would have known he was not a Russian agent, and possibly would have known he was CIA. Just a couple days ago, I was grocery shopping and kept running into a 4-generation family…the son could have been the twin brother of the lovely lady above. The grandmother was so decrepit she could barely hang on to the cart, but I heard them say she needed to “scan her card at checkout.” They had 2 large carts overflowing….lots of mighty-fine steaks and pre-packaged hamburger patties, chicken, etc. and, lots of large bottle of Coke drinks. I wasn’t behind them at checkout…too much to wait…but, I’ll bet a lot of money that the 3 adults all used EBT cards.
Sams Club is Walmart, not Costco, but I’m sure the same thing happens at Costco.

They don’t use the best font for reading – but this one might be easier to read through / search. Best way for me in searching was the section number (Ex: 10101) as most section numbers were only in the document twice. Once in the table of contents and then the actual section. That allowed for a jump to the section – then the next result would usually bring you back to the TOC.

Getting passenger seating for personal transport purposes required extraordinary circumstances.
It was visible in every medium town and larger, as the huge rail transports rolled on, night and day, around the clock, for months and years on end.
And they were only handling about 10-12 million Americans at that time!
Today, the numbers could easily reach 20 million if full deportation were sought. And not just able bodied men. Women, children, and the sick, too. And all that entails.
