CNN is promoting an early warning system for cell phone users that alerts them to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activity. In response, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said, “This sure looks like obstruction of justice. Our brave ICE law enforcement face a 500% increase in assaults against them. If you obstruct or assault our law enforcement, we will hunt you down and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”

Apparently the Apple and Google stores have authorized the ICE Block app to be downloaded from their services.
There are a lot of vested financial interests in the human trafficking and illegal alien business. This ICE Block app, is part of the system that perpetuates the exploitation and criminal illegal activity. Given the nature of the national security interests involved, one has to wonder how this type of technology does not run afoul of the law.
UPDATE: As noted, there could be positives. Download the App., and if you encounter a long checkout line at WalMart, Home Depot, DMV or Post Office etc., activate the ICE alert and watch what happens.

They work with local law enforcement so I would imagine that there are some that disagree with deportations. Especially someone who gets to remain at a desk and avoids the chaos that they cause.

If so, then all we need to do is spread the rumor (in at least a dozen languages!) that this app was devised by ICE in order to track and ID whoever downloads it.

Looks to me like the app could be used against them to draw out and arrest violent rioters. It is based on anonymous users reporting ice sittings. Anyone could do that. It could be real or fake sightings. It could be used to fake a different area than the one actually being targeted. It’s devious but it’s what I would do. 😁

My last exposure to a protest was when I went to a Poilievre rally but had to wade through Palestine protesters yelling in my ear to get to the auditorium. There was no violence just a lot of noise. They were not allowed to block the path completely but I had to walk up a stair case single space with protestors yelling within inches on both sides. My friend was terrified but not me. 🤣. RCMP were there to keep the peace so the protestors behaved themselves. This was such a contrast to the freedom protests I’ve gone to. No chanting. No megaphones. Lots of noise but it was happy noise. Everyone was happy and having fun. Kids and dogs were safe. It was more like a big party.
