Taking a virus from “the wild” and creating on purpose a virus that has MORE lethality and is MORE transmissible to humans (us) is PURE INSANITY & SUICIDAL.

On the subject of the Tucker Carlson interview with Glenn Greenwald, and other things:
That was an interesting discussion, but the way these two grown men talked like a couple school girl “besties” strained my ears (the incessant use of “like,” the uptalk, and the giggling). Tucker often mirrors his guests, but he overdid it with Glenn.
As for the content, it’s all worth considering – but it came across to me as agenda-driven. They said a lot of things which have all been said before, but brought no real receipts. For that, it’s hard to give them any more credibility than Patel or Bongino are getting.
If you listen to Tucker’s recent interview of Ed Martin (posted here by SD) it seems that Martin is fully supportive of Dan Bongino, as well as Kash Patel. From everything I read here, it appears that the culture at CTH agrees that Martin is not only the real deal, but a rock star.
The Martin interview is a must-see, if you missed it. He had ties to Phyllis Schlafly, which is highly respectable. When I was a youngster, I won a nationwide essay contest by The Eagle Forum during the E.R.A. era. It was an incredible honor, and my views have never changed. It was fantastic when Ms. Schlafly came out in full support of Donald J. Trump to be the 45th President in 2016. She was a force, now dearly missed.
Tucker and Glenn have a great rapport and friendship, and I cannot help but wonder if this chat was intended to help Glenn overcome his sex-tape scandal. Most people don’t care about Glenn’s sexuality, but if the much-reported content is true, that’s pretty sick (and incredibly stupid to tape it). It makes it hard to listen to him on Epstein, when Epstein seems almost normal in comparison.
Just my take. It was all interesting food for thought, and both Tucker and Glenn seem likeable – even if not always sincere. But it’s certainly hard to take all the juvenile name-calling comments on that article at CTH seriously, when the same people think that Ed Martin equates to the Second Coming.
I don’t always agree with everything you write PJ, but this is spot-on.
There is a lot of insincerity and double-talk here. Just need to filter it out. ☺️

I have speculated before, just a feeling, that we will hear more about Epstein after the big beautiful budget bill has passed.
I further speculate that what we hear may be preceded by a new wave of announced retirements.
In addition, Trump’s recent cold shoulder towards Israel may also be a prelude to further Epstein disclsoures.

I disagree with this. Ukraine has destroyed or damaged Tu-22M3 and Tu-95MS bombers at Russian airbases before, they have repeatedly targeted airbases with Russian strategic aviation (including the recent strike on Engels), large-scale UAV strikes deep into Russian territory (including in the Moscow region) are now common, Ukraine has damaged or destroyed many Russian oil facilities, Ukraine previously did serious damage to the Kerch bridge, Ukraine has killed generals and other officials in Russia, Ukraine struck the Kremlin with a UAV, Ukraine conducted an offensive into Kursk, the Wagner mutiny, etc.
This war has been very costly for Russia and the costs have increased—including many embarrassing episodes—but the war continues. I’m skeptical this will significantly alter Moscow’s perception of whether to continue the war because bringing the war to Russia has not led to significant political pressure on Putin and Ukraine is clearly very important to Putin. This strike is important because it will degrade Russia’s ability to launch cruise missiles at Ukraine, and will force Russia to shift resources to protect facilities far from Ukraine. Also, the air component is the weakest part of Russia’s nuclear triad, and Ukraine has previously targeted these bombers.
I doubt that 117 drones – many of which were shot down – would be able to “destroy” bombers. Damage some of them, yes, but I think that the Russians had it right in their media response. Namely, that this action by “Z” and the CIA is mostly meant for media coverage on the eve of more peace talks. He is trying to lure the USA into more involvement and he’s trying to “poke the Bear.”
Maybe part of what is frustrating him so much is that the Russians are focusing on military and strategic targets, but they’re not clamoring for media attention about what they are doing. And they are not over-reacting to provocation.
Sundance talks about “carpet-bombing.” If Russia had intended to do that, it would have done so long ago. I don’t expect them to lose their temper now.
