I have been requested to update and revisit my outline from summer 2024 when I discussed the potential for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), a position now occupied by DNI Tulsi Gabbard. As a new White House strategy begins to surface, perhaps revisiting what is possible will provide a perspective not often discussed.
Confronting a weaponized Intelligence Community is of great interest, because it is a component battle against the main tools of the Fourth Branch of Government. The IC influence is in every policy related to Trump’s domestic and foreign agenda. Taking control and neutering the capabilities of the IC and CIA specifically, is an important undertaking.
Again, as I originally noted in 2024, “This is going to be a little odd, because factually almost no one knows what the position of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) is about.” Sometimes you have to wait until people reach a point of frustration, when they turn around and say, “Hey, about that thing”…
The ODNI was created as an outcome of the 9-11 Commission recommendations. In the era shortly after 9/11, the DC national security apparatus was constructed to preserve continuity of government and simultaneously view all Americans as potential threats.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) were created specifically for this purpose.
Washington DC created the modern national security apparatus immediately and hurriedly after 9/11/01. DHS came along in 2002, and within the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 the ODNI was formed.
When Barack Obama and Eric Holder arrived a few years later, those newly formed institutions were viewed as opportunities to create a very specific national security apparatus that would focus almost exclusively against their political opposition.
Here is the weird part. The ODNI was formed in 2004, with the intent for the office to be the pivot point of a national security radar. The DNI was intended to provide information to domestic agencies about foreign terror networks that would prevent something like 9-11 from happening again. However, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence has never, not for one day, operated on this intent. This is why they are such a critical position from my perspective.
The office was new, not established yet as a functioning silo, when Barack Obama and Eric Holder arrived in 2009. They quickly dispatched an idiot, James Clapper, into the operation so they could weaponize around the office’s fulcrum point.
Prior to the DNI office existing, the CIA radar would sweep externally and then report to the Office of the President. The DNI was intended to take external radar sweep (CIA) and make it a full 360° circle, adding a sweep inside the USA that would be handled by the Dept of Homeland Security.
The DHS sweep and the CIA sweep would then be combined into a central collection hub called the ODNI. Everyone with responsibility for “national security” could access the ODNI material. Essentially, and presumably, post 9-11 nothing like jihadists practicing flying airplanes would be missed again – at least that was the intent.
The weird part is, because the DNI was immediately weaponized the office has never functioned to the purpose of its intent.
No one truly knows what the office possibilities consist of, because no one has ever seen anyone try to functionally control the hub. If you think I’m joking about the intent of Obama and John Brennan using the DNI watch this video. This is before Brennan became CIA Director; this is when Brennan was helping Barack Obama put the pillars into place.

For the intents of this outline, the takeaway is how the DNI office has never been used for good. In a strategic way, that can be used to our advantage if you are talking about leveraging information/intelligence silos against each other.
Example: The DNI can assemble material from any silo. Meaning the DNI can reach into any IC agency and extract anything they want. Under the original authorities given to the DNI, this authority exists. So, let’s spread the wings on this office and do exactly what it is permitted to do, only this time extract for the purpose of showing the President what is happening in every silo.
In essence, the DNI *CAN BE* deployed like a super strong cross-silo inspector general’s office. Force the other IC agencies to comply with the demands of the DNI. This has never been done. But the DNI has this unique power.
The DNI can make the FBI, DOJ, DOJ-NSD, NSA, DoD, DoS and CIA provide anything and everything they demand. Instead of the other silos using blocks and threats against the office of the President, use the authority of the DNI to get them without confrontation. Then, use the DNI to declassify the documents (if requested or authorized by POTUS), instead of the originating silo.
Can you see how the DNI office can be repurposed to be a seriously strong weapon in the toolbox of the President, against the schemes of those inside the various IC silos. The DNI could become much more important than the CIA Director, NSA Director, FBI Director, Attorney General, etc, because the DNI can just show up and say, “Give me this.” That’s the whole functional purpose of the DNI office that has never been exerted; let’s flippin’ use it.
Let’s use the office of the DNI as the central information hub that takes information from inside the corrupt agencies, then provides that information to the President who puts sunlight upon it. Each corrupt silo penetrated with disinfectant. This could begin a process to pull down the shadow operations and let the American public see what has been happening inside our IC apparatus.
To accomplish this approach the National Security Advisor to the President would be one person who could tell the DNI exactly what they are looking for. Or the President can give directions specifically.
Secretary of State/National Security Advisor Marco Rubio is now in control of the National Security Council (NSC), and he has begun stripping down the extraneous noise, duplicated personnel and refocused the group on core objectives.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio is in a rather fortuitous position as Nat Sec Advisor, because he was the Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI).
We have outlined the dubious nature of the SSCI for over a decade; however, as a participant in that silo system and as a gang of eight member within the intelligence apparatus, Rubio has a very unique understanding of what the IC does behind the scenes.
If President Trump empowers Rubio to monitor the IC system, in combination with DNI Tulsi Gabbard as a partner in the objective, that is a very powerful White House balance against the IC pressure directly from the office of the President.
Rubio monitoring the intelligence apparatus with specific intent, then providing Trump with details on what appears to be happening and where. With the approval of the President, the NSA (Rubio) then turns to the DNI and says, “POTUS wants to drill down on this.”
Raw, unfiltered, unredacted information. The silo administrators end up in a fight with the ODNI, not the office of President Trump. President Trump then uses the power of his office to support the demands of DNI Tulsi Gabbard and National Security Advisor Rubio.
Under this approach DNI Tulsi Gabbard has a lot more power; yet, funnily, it is power the office already had – yet have never utilized.
If you look at the geopolitical world and events unfolding through the prism of this Trump strategy against the IC meddling, suddenly things start to make sense.
As former chair of the SSCI, Marco Rubio knows exactly how all of these IC elements intersect and operate. As a former intelligence Gang of Eight member, Rubio knows how U.S. intelligence information is shaped and weaponized. If my suspicions are accurate on this dynamic, we are likely to see the worst elements of the intelligence apparatus unload vicious attacks toward Marco Rubio.

I must of mistakenly thought the President had the power of the DNI as a plenary power of the Presidency. I thought the President personally could walk in and demand anything and declassify it on the spot and order it released. All the redactions because of ways and means ie. the spycraft are baloney. Hiding people names in text messages between government agencies is also bull, just like any gov employee can be polygraph , government employees give up privacy rights when they go to workforce we the people. Now the FBI agents who arrest people want their names kept secret saying they’re afraid of retaliation. Fear of the consequences of bad behavior by government employees is expected, fear of bad behavior by government employees without punishment is Tyranny.
The President IS the alpha when it comes to OCA (Original Classification Authority). The POTUS does not need permission from the Intelligence Cabal to perform this core plenary Executive function.

He’s severely trimming their wings, and there is not much the CIA can do about it.
They may not want to poke the bear or Rubio to be exact. Seems in DC sugar is often the best weapon. Kiss ups and all that.

I want to thank Sundance for resurfacing the framework that he laid out back in 2024. The foresight behind it was incredible. Long before the current players were in position, he mapped out exactly how the DNI could be used—not just to coordinate intelligence, but to break open the silos and expose what’s been buried inside them.
Now we’re seeing pieces of that blueprint start to line up. Tulsi Gabbard and Marco Rubio, two names I wouldn’t have expected in this role, are suddenly right where that strategy said they needed to be. Whether this is the beginning of execution or just the positioning phase, it’s hard to deny how close this is to what Sundance described.
Just imagine if this structure had been in place during the Russia hoax, the entire operation might have collapsed before it ever took hold. No filters. No curated leaks. Just raw intel surfaced straight to the President.
We don’t know yet how far this goes. But the fact that it’s even on the table speaks volumes about the clarity and accuracy of Sundance’s 2024 blueprint.

Here is a thought; what makes Sundance think that the agencies, or more precisely, the entrenched personnel within the FBI, DOJ, DOJ-NSD, NSA, DoD, DoS, and CIA silos would comply with ODNI/DNI requests or orders, knowing that the Director of National Intelligence, Ms. Gabbard, is either a collaborator or a true like-minded ally of the President?
Given the IC’s well-documented history of defying and undermining the ultimate authority, the President of the United States, it is hardly a given that they would not resort to stonewalling or deception, supplying incomplete or outright manipulated intelligence to the ODNI/DNI.
From my POV, this seems like a tactical move, a band-aid, but the fundamentals have not really changed: the black budgets, a vast international network of illicit criminal enterprises and money-laundering schemes, and the intelligence community’s indirect control of a sprawling web of legitimate companies funded with both taxpayer money and proceeds from illicit operations that make the IC practically financially independent from the government. None of that has changed.
Absolutely! Yes!
Because Statutorially they have no basis for refusing, delaying or denying “requests” which are actually orders to produce.
They can’t say “sorry, thats Classified”, or “protecting muh sources and methods”,.
Dutch: I said, what makes Sundance think they can defy the President but will not defy his DNI? The President outranks the DNI. He is the ultimate declassification authority, not the DNI.
In turn, if they defied and/or deceived the President, they most certainly will defy and deceive the DNI.
Adding both Sec. Rubio and Sec. Gabbard – and their families – the the prayer list (for if the apparatus deems it prudent to not go after them directly, that leaves their loved ones in the eyesight of the swamp activators.

Very good news! ………. feels like some DC tectonic plates are starting to shift in the right direction.
Tulsi Gabbard & Rubio … you have accurately noted, are confronting the weaponized Intelligence community within the Executive Branch with full-throated support from President Trump.
The Tulsi / Rubio group, that is proudly carrying the MAGA standards ….. stands in stark contrast to the “b-bondi” group who is setting atop a festering cauldron of five thousand, plus, weaponizing, disloyal, treasonous, thugs, who are still within the DOJ and 3-letter departments.
Why is there such a difference between the two group’s treatment of the weaponized Intelligence community in their areas of responsibility?
It is noted that the first group, containing Gabbard, were independently recruited by President Trump to join the administration …… they came into the administration with hard core MAGA credentials from the campaign trail.
The second group is headed by b-bondi, who, it was reported, recruited by Susie and accepted by President Trump as a replacement to Matt Gaetz, his first choice.
Susie has been b-bondi’s protector ever since. It is no secret, that Susie was more RINO based than MAGA based throughout her prior career, before President Trump.
Are her RINO instincts to protect the DC uniparty administrative-state inadvertently protecting b-bondi and patel’s ….. inactions ….. against the five thousand, plus, of weaponizing, disloyal, treasonous, thugs, who are still within the DOJ and 3-letter departments?
We certainly hope not …… Susie did a great job in getting President Trump elected.
Summary:
It is great news to hear about the real improvements being made at the top level of the Tulsi / Rubio group ….. but that is tempered by the lack of significant firings from the b-bondi group.
It is like a house that is being built on a bed of sand ….. it will be unstable as long as there are 5,000+ weaponizing, disloyal, treasonous, thugs, who are still within the DOJ and 3-letter departments.

The beurocracy is very well prepared for a full on frontal assault, of a new admin appointing Cabinet members with a small support team, happens every 4 years.
Hence, Gaetz would have done no better than Bondi, …
However, while the buerocracy was focused on Bondi, Kash etc. charging the front gates, and the deep state deflected, disttracted etc. the REALL assault team was digging in under the foundation, i.e. DOGE, Tulsi, Marco, Ed was-his-name, Harmeet, etc. attacking the enemy where they are most vulnerable.

The statement is the standard “yeah, but ……..” excuse line. It is comforting to some.
However, it won’t erase the exposure to the unnecessary dangers to America and Americans caused by the “b-bondi” group’s 126 day protection of the 5,000+ weaponizing, disloyal, treasonous, thugs, …… who are still within the DOJ and 3-letter departments.
President Trump is wisely exercising his powers to have temporary “work arounds” to the failed “b-bondi group”.
He shouldn’t have to do that. He deserves to have MAGAs support in exposing the group’s failures, not making excuses for them.

I was most pleased about Tulsi and RFK Jr to join the Administration. She was my favorite Democrat. But they burned her bad treating her like a terrorist. She definitely is in the right place.
Rubio has absolutely floored me in this latest version. He is resolute and finally understands who he is working for.

Main difference between Tulsi and Marco, is we KNOW how they abused Tulsi, but we don’t know what they did to Marco, or how PDJT freed him, but he obviously has a major bone to pick which is great to see.
Some weeks back, during an interview of Tulsi Gabbard there was a comment on her reading of the “Gita” which caught my attention. In searching for this “Gita” I discovered it is a “Bible” for many. Naturally, I sought out and bought this “Bhagavad-Gita, As It Is” published by the International Society for Krishna Consciousness. Having read a few hundred pages, with many more to go, I can say that if Col. Gabbard is a “true believer” she is a very serious person, very serious in her efforts while knowing that her present life is all about serving (at the Lotus feet of Krishna), meaning she is one who has a path in this life.
She ain’t no General Milley, no Brennan, no Clapper, etc. She is yet to fully define herself, yet I presently believe she will become invaluable within this administration demonstrating a strength of character people such as Hillary Clinton, Susan Rice, Nancy Pelosi et al. could never imagine!
I firmly believe it’ll take tanks mowing down the fences at Langley to get them under control. They’re going to burrow in like the Japanese in WW2.

How can we trace the origination? How can we dismantle the people who are doing it. The attack themselves are actually very valuable information to learn and ruthlessly exploit.
Rubio has his own counterattacking skill and is using it.
I fear no media or swamp attacks for the new Marco. He laughs at them.
As for more dangerous attacks – that does indeed require vigilance for all of the team.
