Israel Update:
-Netanyahu in a press conference and a speech, Maine points:
“The humanitarian aide must go to Gaza in order to have the support of our friends.
It was always the plan and we will distribute it in allocated secure zones in some days.”
The goals of the war are: To defeat Hamas. To return the hostages. To demilitarize Gaza.
To apply the Trump’s plan of letting those who wish to relocate to leave.
He said that they can lay down their arms and the leadership can leave the area and give the hostages or face the IDF.
A new few statements: The Trump plans as a goal of the war is new. Also he said that the security in Gaza will always be in Israel’s hands.
-Hamas responded to his speech and said that they will never lay down their weapons, etc…
-If you remember that I reported about a week ago that a terrorist shot a woman on her way to deliver a baby and she died and the baby in bad condition. Yesterday the IDF killed the terrorist in Judea and Samaria. Two others were arrested for involvement.
-About a hundred aide trucks entered Gaza today. Again some got taken by Hamas.
Bibi said that the other day Hamas got about 10%. And on this I say a quote from the favorite High Commander of the Israeli Right (Ofer Winter) who is retired and may go to politics: “You get the job done with what you have. You don’t whine about munitions and personnel and this and that, you win the war with what you have!”.

Note that the leak could be intended to sabotage an upcoming Israeli attack. There is a problem with leaks from US Intel. It could also be intended to press Iran to cut a deal.
Bibi in his speech said that we will welcome a good deal but will reserve the right to defend ourselves if needed.
The Iranians now scheduled a meeting with Mr.Witkoff in Rome on Friday.
-A vile terror attack in DC by a Jewish museum at an event time. Two employees of the Israeli embassy shot dead. One of them is an American. US AG Bondi arrived to the scene with the DC AG. Apparently the museum is by the FBI offices and the AG Office.
The shooter was captured. Reports that he had a Keffiyeh on his head (Arab head cloth) and yelled “Free Palestine”. I just find out that the murdered were a man and his wife.
The killer – Elias Rodrigues is an active member of the Chicago chapter of the Far-Left & Pro-China Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL), a Marxist-Leninist Organization with nationwide presence in United States! I posted a video after the update.
-There were some protests against Hamas recently in Gaza. They risk their lives to protest.
It’s not that they became good. It’s that they want the suffering to stop. Some blame Hamas leaders overseas that they don’t care because they are not there so they don’t cut a deal to end the war. On the other hand I have a video of one who is saying that he is happy about 10/7 and they will fight to death.
-We have some three Divisions involved in the fightings. It is not a lot. The ground maneuver is not really into what it could be yet. There are bombardments based on Intel.
They get some 30-80 killed per day. I get some names here and there of known terrorists dead. There was one who participated in 10/7 and one who ran the aide distribution and I just saw his image with Islamic Jihad scarf.
Once Israel decides the manouver will go into high gear with a lot more soldiers. We expect the takeover of Gaza and breaking the Hamas to take a couple of months, I wouldn’t be surprised if it takes longer. Cleaning up the areas will take a long time. There are still endless tunnels to handle. I still see tunnel demolition videos of a mile here and a mile there.
-I enjoyed to see Trump schools the vile Hamas lover South African President who initiated the whole International Justice Court case against Israel. Remember: “Criminals blame others for what they themselves are doing”. You can practically listen to their words and find their crimes.

Watch the rider in the first video. His job is to let the horse know which calf to cut from the herd and then hold on tightly while the horse does his work. Notice his one hand holding the horse’s mane and the other hand holding onto the saddle horn.
The next two links – one is a compilation of photos from last years Playday at the stables where I boarded my horse, Joey, when I was a kid.. The second is Billy’s (Irma’s son) obit. Whoever wrote it really caught the essence of Billy. He was a very big man, easily over 200 lbs, and no fat.
Reading Billy’s obit sure brings back the memories. When I boarded my horse at Irma’s there were probably about 30 other horses boarded there, along with Irma’s string of horses (starting in the early 60s).
The niece, Terry, who is mentioned the in the obit as preceding him in death was an incredible person. Terry was 2 years older than me but she always treated me as though I were her best friend. She was the iconic California girl – blond shoulder length hair, green wide set eyes and a great shape. When she was about 25 she developed diabetes. Back then they didn’t have all the meds and stuff they have now. She wasn’t able to get the diabetes under control, went into a coma and died very quickly. Took me a lot of years to learn to accept that. It just seemed so wrong that someone as nice as Terry would have their life cut so short.
But anyway, NO SKINNY HORSES were used in today’s posting.

Thoroughly enjoyed your post and your links. That obituary really captured the essence of Billy.
Billy was really one of a kind. When my horse Joey got a respiratory infection he gave him penicillin shots for the better part of one winter. Billy was also a farrier. He kept all the horses hooves trimmed, even the boarded horses. And it was all part of the monthly boarding fee of $20, including food.
He put huge long rope in the rafters of one of the hay coverings and all of us kids had great fun jumping off of the top of the hay stack and swinging on the rope.
Most of the river bottom was owned by Standard Oil Co and a local cattle rancher, Mr. Hershey. They both allowed us to ride anywhere on their land. One time we rode almost all the way to Hart Park, a park that was some miles outside the city along the river. By the time we got there, there was no way we would ever get back to Irma’s before dark so Billy hitched up the stock trailer, drove to the park, loaded all our horses and brought us back to Irma’s.
The freedom we had would be considered child abuse today. Those were the days, my friend, we thought they would never end.

That cutting horse was superb! This is what I competed in. I had two mares, Candy and Queenie and two geldings, Li’l Man and Sunday, that I rode to cut cows in competition. Rules are after you cut your cow and begin to engage, you must not use your reins! Your other hand is pushing on the horn of the saddle to keep you balanced and keep the horse focused. You have less than 3 minutes to try to cut 3 cows. It is not easy to get three cows in that time period. It is possible and I only was able to do it infrequently.
The feeling you get as your horse literally “dances” or mirrors the movement of the cow to keep the cow from returning to the herd gives you a natural “high” that no drug can provide you! It is extremely addicting, and I could not get enough of it! Watching this rider, I could feel every move along with him. Wonderful way to start my day. Thank you so much. In his younger years my dad grew up around cowboys and ranch work, including breaking horses. When I was quite small, he rodeoed for awhile with star Jim Shoulders in Okla. Some of my earliest memories involve watching him practice rope tricks in our back yard.

Glad you are here now. Some of my hands could rope and do rope tricks. It was fun to watch. I tried but couldn’t get the hang of it. I loved ranching and would not trade those 20+ years for anything. Majority of cowboys I was around were gentlemen.

Good evening Patty. No I did not train my cutting horses. They were already trained when I got them, as they were older and had been in competition for awhile. I did take the foals I kept that were born on the ranch and, once they were broke to ride, I would take them and get them used to being around the calves.
I also had eight buffalo calves I practiced cutting with, as my horses had been trained on them, as well as, calves before I got them. The Texas summers were too hot for the calves but the buffalo didn’t seem to mind the heat. Also, they slowed down enough so we could correct the younger horses as we trained them.
Yes I would have to say the 20+ years I ranched and rode were some of the best and healthiest years I spent. Have a wonderful and blessed evening.
I have an old family photo from Okla. at the turn of the last century (actually about 1916 or so). In the center is my great uncle Sidney, in full cowboy kit, astride his splendid roping horse. My father is a little boy about 11 or so and is standing behind Sidney on the horse’s haunches. My great-era relatives are in a half circle in front of Sidney’s horse. The men are in old fashioned dress coats and the women are in period long dresses. All have dark colored complexions and pronounced cheekbones. They all look like indians to me, yet my family is not on any tribal roles. My family defined themselves as white. Of course when I came along decades later, I was an angelic little blonde kid. Go figure. 🙂

I was a beach kid and didn’t spend any time on ranches
We had a reform school up the hill in Pennsylvania before we moved to the shore, and they had cows out in pasture (for milk for the reform-school kids, I guess) and one big black bull Ajax who stayed chained up. There was an apple tree on the fence line and all the cows would gather there and eat fallen apples.
And we had some brambles of blackberries off the side of the hill in the scrub brush.
Enjoyed those on my cornflakes but they were tart as hell, needed some white sugar
Good Friday morning to you. Where in Pennsylvania did you live? I was born in Philadelphia (when it was a beautiful city, 1950). Lived there until I was about 5, then we moved to the Valley Forge area, (King of Prussia). It was farm country then. Also, lots of clean creeks, and woods to explore.
What shore did you live at? We vacationed at Barnegat Island in N. Jersey every summer we could. Loved that little island. No commercial bruh ha ha, just wonderful beaches and Barnegat Bay on one side and the Atlantic ocean on the other side. One main street right down the middle of the island and a beautiful Lighthouse.
All residential, with houses you could rent for vacation. I do miss the beach but hope to get to the Gulf one of these days. Have a wonderful Friday.

Found her in the road. She was pregnant and had the cutest little pups. Has a long sweet story I’ll share another day. She was about 4 at the time and we were lucky to have her till 15. ❤️
Oh what a wonderful story and to take her home.
On one of our trips from Arizona Mountains to our ranch before we moved permanently to the ranch, we stopped at the big rest stop on the Az, N.Mex border to eat some lunch. This very pregnant mix breed (had some cow dog in her) came begging for some food. I started crying and my husband said, we can’t leave her here, so we loaded her into my parent’s car (they were following us as they lived up there in the mountains with us). She had no collar or identification.
When we got to the ranch, my mom bought her a big bed and we put her in the garage for the night until I could get her to the vet. She had three puppies early the next morning. We named her Susie, and she was the smartest dog I ever owned. She could open doors and she was one of the sweetest dogs I ever owned.
I found homes for the puppies when they were old enough to leave their mom. Another one I can’t wait to see in heaven.

Biography: Martha Washington was the wife of George Washington, the first president of the United States. She is considered the first, first lady of the country, although the title was not coined until after her death.
Martha was born in 1731 on a plantation in Virginia. She was the oldest of eight children and helped care for her siblings from a young age. In 1750, she married Daniel Parke Custis and had four children with him, however only one child survived to adulthood. When her husband died in 1757, Martha inherited a large estate.
In 1759, Martha married George Washington and moved to his Mount Vernon estate. There she managed the household and entertained guests. My grandfather worked at the local steel mill.
The men would work up on a high walkway, and leave their lunches in an area below.
There was one worker that would get into everyones lunches. He would laugh and look up at them while eating their lunch. He knew they couldn’t come down to stop him.
One day papaw made a sandwich for his lunch. He went out to the outhouse, got some poopoo (the color of mustard), and spread it on his sandwich.
The next day at work papaw was up on the high walkway. He looked down and sure enough there was the worker eating my grandfather’s lunch looking up at papaw and laughing.
When papaw came down for lunch, he asked the guy if he enjoyed his lunch. He laughed and said yes and how good it was.
That’s when papaw told him he ate sh#t.
Mornin’ Patience
Yesterday, my pups alerted on something moving in one of the pastures – upon investigating, it was a rather large turkey. We put the dogs on a leash and they yanked Lloyd into a hard tumble trying to chase that Tom (?). I cried fowl!
He looks like he collided with a bus, but still truckin’ and…….we got some pictures of the big bird – who has since “flown the coop!”
We have wild turkeys in the mountains directly behind us, but, this guy looks like he might be more domesticated. Someone more knowledgeable than I probably knows. In any case, he’s welcome to come for Thanksgiving to dine – not be the main course!

You can rent houseboats on Lake Cumberland in KY and Dale Hollow lake which is in both KY and TN. Nothing as fancy as that though.

COMMENTARY FOR EPHESIANS 6
(10-18) “Spiritual strength and courage are needed for our spiritual warfare and suffering. Those who would prove themselves to have true grace, must aim at all grace; and put on the whole armour of God, which he prepares and bestows. The Christian armour is made to be worn; and there is no putting off our armour till we have done our warfare, and finished our course. The combat is not against human enemies, nor against our own corrupt nature only; we have to do with an enemy who has a thousand ways of beguiling unstable souls. The devils assault us in the things that belong to our souls, and labour to deface the heavenly image in our hearts. We must resolve by God’s grace, not to yield to Satan. Resist him, and he will flee. If we give way, he will get ground. If we distrust either our cause, or our Leader, or our armour, we give him advantage. The different parts of the armour of heavy-armed soldiers, who had to sustain the fiercest assaults of the enemy, are here described…”

WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL
PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.
Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

I wish NY would hurry and get their coveted off shore bird choppers built so that a CAT III can come around and turn them into wreckage.
