Israel Update:
-Bibi agreed to provide aide right away into Gaza. This is because of intense pressure from the US. This brings about rage in Israel. His Office are saying that the controlled distribution centers which were planned anyways are only going to be ready in a week, so this is temporary. I am not angry of Bibi that he agreed under pressure, I am angry that it was not taken care of in time beforehand. There are American companies who are supposed to distribute the aide in a very controlled way in allocated and secure zones mainly in South Gaza. There is a data that “one aide truck taken by Hamas can provide salaries for a whole Hamas Brigade for a whole month.” This is also angers the warriors in Gaza. Fighting the enemy with one hand and feeding it with another. I know that Trump demanded it and a clash with Trump is not good so Bibi said yes. Trump could have been persuaded to let us wait a week.
-Many conflicting data and fake news about what is going on with the negotiations.

There were reports that the Internet and phone lines were cut off in Khan Yunis.
As of now my main sources are denying that such an operation occurred.
Right now Gazan media are saying that an undercover Israeli force some dressed as women and some as Arab locals got into the home of a senior commander of the third largest terror organizations in Gaza that operates with Hamas, killed him and kidnapped his wife and children. Note: This indicates that they know about hostages or held hostages, it’s the only explanation.

The Sinwars is a different and unique situation. I never saw another case like this that two are taking the number one position one after the other. As to the third Sinwar I don’t know what’s the deal with him. Never heard of him. He is likely a Hamas member or possibly the Sinwar family is being punished for conducting the worst massacre of Jews since the Holocaust in a single day to show the Gazans what happens to the family as a result. I am more inclined to guess that he was a Hamas member.

I bought two elevated garden tubs for Sherry a while back. Yesterday we went and got the dirt and plants for them. Two tomato plants, leaf lettuce seeds, spinach seeds, and green onion sets planted.
We are also trying the trick of growing cucumbers from a hanging basket with the edges padded with pieces of foam swimming pool noodles. Hanging on the end of on of the cloths line posts now.
Sherry will be planting sunflowers for the birds in a day or two.
Other than that it’s various flowers as she wants them.
We see no need to plant more. Betty next door plants a good sized garden in the back field and our oldest granddaughter also will have a good sized garden and both will be giving a lot of stuff away that we’ll get some of.
Good morning rah. I’ve been using three raised, lined wooden containers for flowers and vegetables for the last five years. I also had some old, large water troughs from my ranch and I drilled holes in them, put old screening in the bottom, filled them with dirt and used them for tomato, pepper and some herbs. this year I’ve got pole beans in one growing up a little trellis I made with twine and small stakes. They will grow on the trellis until they reach the fence, then will attach to the fencing. I’d like to know more about how to go about growing the cucumbers in hanging pots.
Like you, my neighbor has a large garden and will provide me with some of his produce, and his friend also has a very large garden down near the Red River, and he brings me produce as well.
Thanks for posting the weather updates. On last nights local channel at 10:00 they were very concerned about the storms coming here today. They really have very good weather coverage with live images and excellent doplar radar. When there are bad storms, they stop the regular programming and just have constant live coverage. They say the storms will be bad today and to be prepared with a safe spot. I guess we will just have to wait and watch. Have a blessed day.

We have several old water troughs that we also use as raised beds for tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs etc. I have about 10 green tomatoes – waiting for them to ripen. We’ve been fortunate this May has been cooler than normal. Usually it gets too hot for the tomatoes to set and we have to wait for cooler temps for them to recover. But, I’ll probably still be getting fruit in November, which is nice. Can’t wait for my first LTOC (lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese) sandwich!
Good morning. I remember how frustrated I became with the heat there, but we always had tomatoes late in the season when everyone else was pulling up their worn out plants. My cherry tomato plants have a bunch on them, but only a few have ripened. My other tomato plant has a few small ones but it will take awhile. I like BLTs on home made bread, and I can’t wait.

Good afternoon Pat, the most breathtaking one did not lend itself to a photo, seeing the curvature of the Earth standing up there, picnic tables up there too, can only use them about 3 months of the year & still a max of about 50 degrees in July/August.
Best part you can drive up to it as there is a road for the cell tower to be serviced, otherwise if closed due to snow load, you can hike / bike up to it, assuming it is passable, about 1 mile to the top from the parking access @ the road cutoff to the rec area.
Mind you, the air is thin, my 14 yo nephew when he tagged along with me in 2008 was unable to make it half way as we were biking to the top, at the time he lived in Tulsa OK alt 722 feet >>>>> 7,000 >>>> 11,000 in less than 24 hrs not a good combo but he did not get altitude sickness. We may have been in town for a few days before going up there.

I did it in 1968 at USMC Recruit Depot in San Diego. 13 weeks and I graduated as a PFC. It will open his eyes to some hard things, some coarse things, some sad things and many new ways of seeing. It does NOT destroy faith, but, in my experience, is not terribly forgiving of misbehavior, cowardice or sloth. He will be different, harder, far stronger both physically and mentally, and likely more prone to immediate action about things. He will also be more respectful and confident. Above, he will be a Marine, something he will treasure the rest of his life!

COMMENTARY FOR EPHESIANS and 4
(1-6) “Nothing is pressed more earnestly in the Scriptures, than to walk as becomes those called to Christ’s kingdom and glory. By lowliness, understand humility, which is opposed to pride. By meekness, that excellent disposition of soul, which makes men unwilling to provoke, and not easily to be provoked or offended. We find much in ourselves for which we can hardly forgive ourselves; therefore we must not be surprised if we find in others that which we think it hard to forgive. There is one Christ in whom all believers hope, and one heaven they are all hoping for; therefore they should be of one heart. They had all one faith, as to its object, Author, nature, and power. WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL
PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.
