There are no “Independent” agencies of the government that are answerable to no one. Every agency is answerable to the Executive branch, and the sooner the SCOTUS takes this judge to the woodshed, the better. The SCOTUS has already ruled in fairly recent cases on some so-called Independent agencies falling under the Executive branch.
The Constitution set up 3 branches of government and no Independent agencies. It’s time this was fully litigated to cover all of these so-called Independent agencies.

I reject the premise altogether. I’m not an anti-“vaxxer” because the mRNA jab was never a vaccine to begin with. But yeah, other than that we were right, and it wasn’t A guess — we’re just provably more intelligent.

Most notably WarRoom interviewed the late Dr.Zelenko at least as early as February 2020 about his 100% successful treatment protocols for Covid patients, and the many well researched links provided here on CTH. My husband and I were chastised, badgered, and made pariahs for many years, but we were never tempted to succumb.

I am a CPA and without getting into the weeds of how you figure your taxable social security benefits with an IRS worksheet, I’ll just provide an example.
Let’s say a single individual had $25,000 of SS benefits and $40,000 of other adjusted gross income. He would be adding $20,225 of that $25,000 SS benefit to his other adjusted gross income, giving him a total AGI of $60,225.
That additional $4,000 standard deduction for Seniors hardly wipes out the $20,225 SS benefits that will be taxed. So retirees making under $75,000 a year will not see anywhere near a full return of the taxes they pay on SS.
We are being gaslighted again by these frauds, both parties and the fake media.
Look at it another way. Eliminating taxes on SS does NOT change the actual social security benefits. The benefits themselves wouldn’t change – only the taxes levied against them. Two completely separate things.
If they can alter taxes at all in a reconciliation bill, then they could in fact completely eliminate taxes on SS in one.
I’m not a CPA but I’ve done my taxes for many years. You are correct and it will not be what seniors expected….
