Apparently, the issue is whether the illegals crossing the border were aware that they were also trespassing on a military base. The prosecutor couldn’t prove that they saw the signs (which are dispersed along the border) so the Judge said he couldn’t proceed. However, if they can come up with better proof of trespass, they can refile the charges.
On the bright side, they are still in custody for the illegal border crossing and will likely be deported.

It is dead and not coming back to life – at least not in its current form.
Every major Republican official – to whom voter integrity should be a thing – considers the movement – and its players – toxic. There is today not a single major office holder on planet earth supporting the findings of the current players.

Dream away, you will never see the Justice Department do a deep dive of election rolls in any state. They will issue press releases, but voter rolls are where the action is and they ain’t going there.

Here’s why I think that is the case.
The GOP/RNC half of the UniParty wants, at best, a razor thin majority so they can perpetually use the “insufficient majority” excuse to allow implementation of what their true owners want while also obstructing Trump. This also greatly reduces the number of CONgresspersons required to change a vote via legal bribes like pork barrel projects.
Even in red states, the GOP/RNC intentionally doesn’t allow services Fractal can provide because it would end their ability to selectively allow Dimocrat cheating in key races since the Fractal info would prevent that and they’d then have no “insufficient majority” excuse with a larger majority.
In 2024 they did what was needed campaigning and anti-fraud-wise in states with high electoral vote counts to get Trump elected because the election of the Commie Duo would have meant a one party system from that point onward and their relevance as the phony opposition half of the UniParty would have been further reduced. It was matter of survival. Fractal wondered why they ignored other states which led to the loss of “four 2024 senate elections and about a dozen House seats.” [all Republican – W]

Two sources close to the vice president confirmed to Breitbart News that in recent weeks Vance was scheduled to meet with Dopfner but had to call off the meeting due to a scheduling conflict. A source close to Ballard Partners confirmed earlier on Wednesday that on Tuesday evening Ballard Partners dropped Axel Springer like a bad habit. Here’s the thing about taking on the problem this way: While it is nuclear it is also not subject to challenge. There is literally two centuries of case law that a person abroad who is not a citizen or existing lawful permanent US resident has no right of entry even if denying entry would burden a citizen in the US.
The only predicate for such an action is that the President finds that the entry of one or more aliens, whether individually, as a class or even all of them irrespective of individual or group circumstance or purpose of entry — would be detrimental to the interests of the United States.
That’s it.
And it clearly is detrimental to admit any more foreigners when those who are here have cheated, there is a decade-long+ delay in deporting people through “due process” as a result of deliberate obstruction and persons both within and outside the government have deliberately frustrated enforcement of existing law in active conjunction with the immigrants and other foreigners that are here.
Trump needs to put up or shut up. Yes, arresting and deporting a few hundred here or there is better than zero but there are ten million illegal aliens here from the last four years that were unlawfully paroled by Biden and another ten million or more, roughly, who have come in before. Combine this with enforcement of 8 USC 1324 for anyone harboring or employing illegals and the problem will be solved immediately and permanently.
The way you get industry and everyone else to demand all the illegal immigrants leave — yes, all of them — is to prohibit any more foreigners, legal or otherwise, from entering for any purpose other than tourism until they do. The Chamber of Commerce with their H1-b, H2-a and J-1s, all the colleges who love and collect billions from the full-tuition-paying foreigners on student visas along with all the legal migrant visa-bearing labor employers can either demand they all leave or they have no more of their imported people until they do.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of being too “afraid” to turn up for face-to-face peace talks in Istanbul as direct negotiations erupted in accusations that Russia made “unacceptable demands.”
The two sides met for the first set of direct negotiations in more than three years, though expectations were lowered after the Russian side sent a low-level delegation. Ukraine wants a full and immediate ceasefire as an initial step to peace.
Vladimir Medinsky, an aide to Putin and the head of the Russian delegation, said he was satisfied with the talks, the state news agency TASS reported.
Medinsky said a prisoner swap had been agreed and that both sides would present visions of a ceasefire, after which talks would continue. He said Ukraine had also requested a meeting between Putin and Zelensky.
Zelensky, speaking at a meeting of European leaders in Albania, said Istanbul presented “a real chance to take important steps toward ending this war, if only Putin had not been afraid to come to Turkey.”
