Recently (last several weeks) there were comments by some that they saw nothing inherently bad about RealID. Here TRHL lays out multiple issues. There are more than she brings up as well…
I keep saying that ID was not a factor in the 9/11 attacks. We see example after example of how stupid people in our government can be, but we let them go ahead with really stupid (at best) solutions that won’t solve a perceived problem.
Real ID Is Not About Keeping You Safe
“As mentioned above, the Real ID Act was passed twenty years ago in 2005. It was one of the many measures rolled out in the wake of the 9/11 attacks that was presented to the public as being necessary to ensure that similar attacks would never happen again.
The original bill specified that the federal government would refuse to accept any form of ID that did not meet the requirements Congress had passed by May of 2008. But as that date drew closer, few states had implemented the new provisions. Some governors had vocally refused to comply because they opposed what was, in effect, the implementation of a national identification database.
That prompted the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to delay the deadline several times—first to 2011, then a complicated range of deadlines from 2013 to 2017 based on age and state of residence, and then to one universal deadline in October 2020.
Then the pandemic hit, and the deadline was extended again to 2021, then 2023, and finally to today, May 7, 2025.
If these new ID requirements were as crucial to the safety of air travelers—and the American public at large—as the federal government has claimed, the sheer time it’s taken to implement would be unacceptable. That alone is a sign that, perhaps, the federal government’s motivations are not what they say.
And indeed, if you look back at how and why the 9/11 attacks occurred, it’s clear that preventing a similar attack is—at most—an extremely thin excuse for this new federal ID system.”
Actually, ID was a factor in the 9/11 attacks. There were some DMV’s that issued DL’s to some of the terrorists improperly… my then local DMV was, apparently, one of the locations. I was interviewed by some kind of LEO about one of the people that worked there… I had been his supervisor in a previous job.
Fraudulent ID’s were the least of it, but definitely a real problem.

9/11, like OKC and so many other acts of domestic terrorism (including “gun violence”) came directly from the American government. People don’t like to hear that, I get it.
Also, what difference did it make who their IDs said they were?
Look at all the people who got on planes using their real names, who have had to be removed for causing trouble.

I thought they got them at the 7-11? There was a huge article talking about that convenience store and how it is still in operation where you can buy fake ID’s.

Last two times at an airport, the ID scanner was having trouble okaying mine (Florida). The TSA clerk said to a co-worker, “Everyone of these unreadable ones is coming from Florida.”
It is of no use at all, in my estimation, if it won’t pass the scanner and they have to look at the boarding pass anyway.

Many years ago I corresponded with Scott Horton (IIRC) at Anti-War.com about how great this film is and how stupid they were to put “Truth” in the title because that would associate it with all of the Truther garbage and, amazingly, it was either his wife or girlfriend who was somehow involved with the film who had warned them about exactly that, but the marketing morons won out.

And then, their relatives, who are in their 50s/60s are able to apply to SSI/Medicaid because they are “elderly” and “low income”!
If you have 2-4 people living in each household, receiving $800-1000 per month, along with “free” healthcare, courtesy of the US Taxpayers, it makes for a very nice little guaranteed income stream. It is, in fact, one of the main drivers of the explosion in housing costs in the areas where the foreign born tech populations are concentrated because they can afford significantly higher monthly payments due to the “extra” funds that their relatives bring to the household every month !
If a company says there are no Americans qualified to take jobs, and they must bring in a VISA holder, then I propose that the company should have to pay an ADDITIONAL tax on that worker and neither they, nor any family members who come to join them should be allowed to receive ANY type of public assistance ever!
(BTW, I am married to a first generation American whose parents had to sign just such a document when they immigrated here in the 1950s! A couple of aunts and uncles came to visit a few times, but it was expensive, and he only met his grandparents ONCE in his life, when the family went back to their home country when he was eight years old! There was never any talk of any of them coming here to live here because there was ZERO financial incentive for them to do so!)

Many homes built in single family zoned neighbourhoods have not one but two basement suites.
We can’t complain as we saw this start more than thirty years ago, and bought the desired properties as opportunities arose.
It has slowed though, as our governments ( federal and provincial) have likely near killed the golden goose.
Immigration numbers have lessened, governments messing with rental controls etc.

It should be required of non-citizen workers and their employers pay FICA and SS and NOT get benefits from either. It is simply the price they pay for working here as non-citizens. If eventually become citizens, their wage history and years worked for benefits begins then with no credit for pre-citizenship employment. No family members allowed, not even immediate families of spouses and children unless citizen. All must leave country if still not a citizen passing English only test and give allegiance to USA singularly. No dual citizenship. Only duals allowed are children who have parents of different citizenships and they must make a choice at eighteen. No duals can vote, either. No owning vehicles, homes, land, majority foreign owned businesses for non-citizens. Only 25% net wages allowed sent out of country.
WE have one family in my town, both inlaws are here…yet the ‘citizen’ who is bringing them over is from Nepal, works for Microsoft, from home, BTW, who is obscenely rich in Nepal…owns farmland and over 10k acres of undeveloped land.

Regarding their housing shortage – same cause as the housing shortage in Canada and the US – the massive illegal immigration (or in Canada’s case, allowed). Even if we used a conservative 10 million illegals in the US (real number several times that) – if they were all booted there would be a surplus of housing, classroom crowding in many areas would go down, costs to cities and states would go down, etc., etc., etc..

There is much he simply can’t do, as our Constitution prohibits direct federal government intervention in some of it.
What PDJT could in fact do is start prosecuting those in areas that are already using Sharia law, expel all illegals, actually prosecute those like outside Dallas who didn’t follow state and federal laws, and by hook or crook get Congress to pass a very simple one page law that reinforces the fact that Sharia law is forbidden and illegal within the confines of these non-so-United States, and lastly fix the massive voter fraud and corruption.

Me being a Naturalist, I’ve been seeing many disturbing changes all around me. Besides the scarcity of Butterflies, Bees, Pollinators, been seeing the huge decrease in bird numbers in general, but specifically Red-winged Blackbirds, Chimney Swifts, Monarch & Cabbage White Butterflies. Honey bees are non-existent.
Morning my friend. Thankfully it’s only Monarch’s and Red-winged Blackbirds that are rare in my locality. See the occasional Monarch but never see a RW BB – just all blacks.
Have however noticed this year that my friendly dragonflies are non-existent. They usually use my backyard as a hunting ground, greatly helping keep my food producing plants from being damaged. Hoping they are just getting a late start this year.
We have a pair of red wings, birds we have seen infrequently here in our part of Texas, which have decided they like the fare we offer. They are beautiful and a joy to behold. And to listen to 💕
Good morning Betsy. I have a large flock of Redwings here all year. I would estimate at one time at the feeders anywhere from 12 – 24, especially in the winter. What concerns me is the lack of the Painted Bunting pair that would migrate here every spring. Have not seen them for at least two seasons. Hoping they show up this year.
They are so lovely, Pat. How fortunate are you?? I’ve seen them only fortuitously and infrequently. This year we put out a normal bird feeder, and suddenly the male appeared, closely followed by his mate. I am hoping they’ve nested. Hate the phrase, but time will tell.
So much has changed with migrating birds. My dear “nephew” and fellow bird lover Colkitto will tell you of his experiences. I wonder what effects on migration the hideous and damaging wind turbines have had on patterns. Quite a lot I’m thinking. Don’t know why we can’t just leave nature as God designed it alone. Hi Bet, that is a beautiful. I no longer get them anymore and have to go to their specific marsh/pond/lake habitats to see them now. They are gorgeous birds with a very distinctive song. Much more fairy like than the habitat generalist Grackles which have greatly increased in numbers while the RWB’s are in a steep decline. I’m also suspicious of 5G, and with the fake Flintstone Schlock Green-Watermelon energy killing large numbers of birds,bats,butterflies,pollinators etc plus immigration degrading and destroying our natural areas, we should not be surprised. The so called Environmental organizations do not protect the environment,flora & fauna and haven’t in decades as I saw them take over the Sierra Club in person. boom started to occur in different counties shortly thereafter. Many of the school
locations were, literally, insane. Generally outside their designated attendance areas.
What MOST had in common was this. You look at the “before” aerial shot of given
school, full of huge trees. The “after” shot was completely wiped out of all of them.
A lot of people in different areas were showing up to oppose these school’s construction.
Some even came up with alternative locations. The Sierra Club was notified ( by YTG),
the scam was outlined, and jack you know what was accomplished.
The Sierra Club is full of complicit types that talk good. Nothing beyond that.
Sorry about the length of the post. Left out one important PS. The school that was
built near to my area sits on 32 acres of tree cleared land. No timber sales from the
land were reflected on the school budget. A childhood friend of my son’s now works
as a lumberjack in Missouri.
He was home visiting family. I told him about the tree clearing ( on the weekend, when
county inspectors were closed down). I asked him what the trees there were probably
worth.
The answer? “At least 400,000.” And this was over 10 years ago.

What I was going after back when was purposeful destruction of attractive,

I had deer in my yard , fairly frequently. They’ve largely disappeared. We
never had coyotes in my neighborhood. Now you hear packs of them yowl
when the trains come through. When the school land was developed, the
coyotes were forced out of their habitat. Once that happened , the deer
began to disappear.
Well, I will speak….random googling etc, I found a blurb that said India’s population grew by over a million in a recent year (2023 or 2024) and is projected to continue on that growth pattern.

I am in rural North Texas, about five miles south of the Red River on approximately 7.5 acres of pasture and woods.
If had the acreage I would make a Wildlfower meadow and some other wildlife friendly habitats.
I am working on that wildflower meadow currently. My plans were set back last year as I had a stroke in March, recovered 95%, then in April fell down helping an elderly neighbor and broke my right hip. Fortunately I have recovered completely and can go ahead with my plan a little at a time, (unfortunately on a fixed income), so it is a gradual transition to getting it as natural as I can.
I have left the woodland acreage as is. I’ve got a large pond for the water fowl, toads, frogs, turtles and fish. Also the wonderful dragonflies. I leave the property untouched with any expansion. I bought 4 bat houses and will be placing them properly, close to the pond and facing East to warm them up early in the day.
My grandson has shown interest in bee keeping and wants to put them on the property. I have no objections for that project, as long as he takes good care of them and gives them the attention they require.
Most of my pasture and yard is clover which attracts a lot of bees. I also feed the birds all year, not just in winter.
I am doing my utmost to keep the property as natural as I can.

Your mindset is similar to mine. I’ve made my property as wildlife/bird friendly as possible. Just had my first brood of Bluebirds fledge and am anxious to see if the carolina Chickadees come back to their Chickadee house they used successfully last year. I ran a Bluebird trail project in College. I’m a Environmental Science/Wildlife bio graduate. I couldn’t be a veterinarian so I picked that, since I am a huge animal lover/birder/naturalist. Sitting on the porch and watching the wildlife with a cup of coffee and a sconce/muffin can not be beat if the weather is right.

Back in the 70’s-80’s RWB’s were one of the most common birds of North America and they were so abundant they nested in their secondary habitats which is grasslands/suburbs (my backyard). They are more habitat specialists than the now more abundant Grackles and associate with water. I wonder if the key is water pollution from spraying.
I drove through a large abandoned farm the other day which is a couple of hundred acres of uncut grasses,wildlflowers and only saw 3 cabbage whites, a pair of Kingbirds, 1 Meadowlark, and a 3-4 Grasshopper sparrows. Poor numbers. Hardly any pollinators either. If they collapse the Insect foundation of the ecosystem they could crash the whole ecosystem. I’ve wondered if your bee scarcity is due to spraying myself. In regards to the Red Winged – don’t think it’s water contamination here, as there is a large population of ducks, geese, and other water fowl. I do wonder about the dragonflies though, especially my favorite bright baby blue buddies that keep my plants insect free, often sitting on the wooden bamboo stakes I use for some of the plants as supports.
The RWB’s were knocked out of their secondary habitats, Grasslands/Suburbs. Perhaps there is the answer. Specialist species are the ones having a harder time than Generalist species. RWB are more specialist than Grackles. In fact I see Grackles displacing invasive Starlings here. I was shocked 3 years ago to see a male RWB attempting to lure a female to nest in a large drainage basin in front of a Home Depot. That is something that was common years ago, now uncommon to rare.
I’ve seen more purple martins in the Publix parking lot than any where else. I’ve seen people spend hundreds of dollars on purple Martin houses an they got nothing.
Some very persuasive evidence bee colonies near 5G towers are veing wiped out. Same with sea life (whales) with wind turbines in the oceans.

They are a parasitic bird and will lay their eggs in as many as 200 other species nests, leaving other species to raise their young to the detriment of their own, in some cases. There are only a select few species that will reject the cowbird eggs. That may be part of the problem, but I am only guessing. Have a wonderful and blessed weekend.

My husband is a beekeeper, but has been downsizing from 30 hives to maybe 15. Bees are a very labor intensive hobby, but also very rewarding. In regard to birds, our neighborhood in central Missouri is seeing a much larger number of purple martins this year.
Purple Martins are beneficial and beautiful. Natural mosquito control. We had a colony at my College that was in a conspicious place near the front entrance. No one bothered them of course as they were a welcome addition to the campus. I have a few locations that have colonies near me.
We love watching them in the evening. They are so acrobatic.
In the SW burbs of the winded, city…I have not seen a red winged blackbird in over 20 years. No bumble bees….just those nasty hornet bees that give a painful sting. Limited lightening bugs.

Its okay, I can stay for a bit…” Surrounded by loving family and a priest, it could have only been a divine gift to the grief stricken daughter…

Make the universities co-signers of loans for tuition they benefit from.
They would then offer courses that permitted students to earn a aliving to pay back the loans, and only ad mit students who are suitable for benefitting from a university education.
That would also tend to keep tuition lower.
A couple of 2026 Senate races
Former Navy JAG Officer, Don Brown, has announced he is running against Thom Tillis in the NC Republican primary election. I think there are several other people who have also announced as well, probably to divide the vote to make it more difficult to beat Tillis. Wish we had someone we trust that is strong MAGA to come out to support the best MAGA candidate. Don’t live in NC, but can support a strong MAGA candidate to defeat Establishment Tillis.
Same for Georgia. Majorie Taylor Greene announced she is not running in the GA Senate race to defeat Dem. Jon Ossffof. She announced her reasons in a Gateway Pundit article today. I think a lot has to to with the Establishment foothold in GA politics headed by Rep. Gov Kemp. He has become highly visible the last year in the news, emails, X, text-He’s up to something. Haven’t heard a peep from him about the corruption in GA elections and the many law suits. He probably supports AG Carr to replace him as Gov. AG Carr has done nothing about all the corruption in GA elections that I am aware of. Anyone heard of Fulton County? Carr hasn’t I don’t think. Or SOS Raffensperger either.

Reading all of the serious problems discussed here today it is clear to me that the main problem that exists is in our legislative branch of government. Anyway, write a letter to your “republican” congress critter that you are extremely
pissed about 3 things. One: Not voting on all the work that DOGE has done.
Two: Not getting off their backsides to do anything about all the judicial interference.
Three: Not having the cujones to be the first in line to allow congress to be adjourned
for recess appointments.
Be polite. No cussing, no threatening. But, be sure to mention your disappointment
in their inaction when there are actually people doing things to benefit the general
population. Also mention the fact that you are not witnessing the same thing from
them by their inaction.
Start a snail mail deluge. They can fill up their in boxes, disregard their emails, but
it’s kinda hard to disregard literal bags of mail sitting outside your office.
And make plenty copies of the letter. Mail them every day or two. Show others what
you’ve done. Encourage them to join you. Can’t hurt to try. Congress needs to have
evidence, LITERALLY outside their door that we are not letting them off the hook.

That forces congress to pass their corruption and friend-funding with a 2/3 override vote. To get 2/3 vote of Dems+GOPe, the bill would have to be gigantic-pork-laden. If that would not create a wave of “vote out the crooks” for 2026, nothing will.
PDJT would need to ramp up the investigation of congresscritter criminal behavior, which would be a good thing. (how many were on the lolita express? Or were bribed sometime in their long careers? Did they report bribes to the IRS? Ghost friend/family payrollers? Campaign finance violations-mostly dem…?)
By then, there may be some tariff revenue.
The reason congress does not produce a budget is IMHO twofold.
First, it prevents individual congresscritters (some of whom may be partially honest) from voting independently for their own constituents. It puts absolute power in the DEM and GOPe party ‘leaders’. “Vote as we say on the CR or you will get nothing, be removed from committees, and not re-elected”.
Second, it permits individual congresscritters to avoid voting specifically on issues that their constituents would find abhorrent, crooked or just wrong.
A way for PDJT to counter this violation of congressional duty would be to impound funding that is wasteful or harmful or otherwise just plain corrupt. The impoundments would be multiple, for many individual specific items. The test he would announce is “is this worth borrowing to be paid by current and future generations?” Under thhe impoundment act, congresss would need to vote to restore the funding. This would in effect restore the “line item veto” for funding that is so controverial that the congresscritters didn’t want to vote on it in public view.
Of course, congress could try to revoke the impoundment act, by 2/3 majority, or try to impeach PDJT. But that is where the investigation of congresscritter corruption would become handy.

Trump hits Chinese firms, ships for role in Iranian oil sales

The Treasury Department on Thursday slapped sanctions on several Chinese companies that the department said are involved in buying millions of dollars’ worth of Iranian oil. The sanctions were imposed on China’s Hebei Xinhai Chemical Group Co., described as a “teapot refinery,” and three port terminal operators in Shandong province.
Others sanctioned included vessels and their captains believed to be part of an Iranian “shadow fleet” used to covertly sell oil and circumvent international sanctions. “As part of President Trump’s broad and aggressive maximum pressure campaign, Treasury today is targeting another teapot refinery that imported Iranian oil,” Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said in a statement.
It was the third action against a Chinese refinery in Shandong province and the first against port operators. In total, seven Chinese companies and six oil ships have been hit with the sanctions. The Chinese companies were sanctioned for supporting the state-owned National Iranian Oil Co., which funds Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-Qods Force, which was designated a supporter of terrorism in 2020.

So based on your update We the People can expect the following……….
1) Indictments and arrests of the child perpetrators now captured on the tens of thousands videos that are in your possession, right?
2) A deeper dive investigation whereby you and Kash get some of these perps to flip on the higher ups to find out who organized these endeavors, was it individuals or an organization, confirmation that this was done to use as blackmail of people of power & influence for money, their vote, their judicial ruling and media spin and finally how did this ring of evil communicate, right?
3) Since these videos have been in the possession of the DOJ/FIB for 2-3 years now and surely someone has seen these other than you and Kash, that you will be arresting those prior law enforcement officials who ignore and did nothing after viewing the raping of children, right?
4) You and Kash will be letting all Americans know did Epstein act alone or was he an agent for some organization and if an agent for an organization, why would he kill himself, right?
The mission is not just to protect the kids, it is to indict, arrest and put in jail the perpetrators while also exposing who or what organization devised this disgusting plan to use children to gain blackmail to overthrow our government.
