Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough.
They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it.
You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.

That is good news! My polling place used to be held at a Catholic School in PA, now it has been moved to a Church. My long ago Cantor had a Slovak accent, and his reply of “Give it the Blesssing:” sounded like “Gibba Da Blessing.” I’m good with it either way but I prefer that latter.
The Republican party started, as a grass roots effort, mainly organised thru churches of various denominations, to fight against Slavery…..170 years later, we’re STILL fighting against slavery, and our best bet is still organising thru churches.

I was going down memory lane yesterday and today, looking up the newspaper articles from 1968 and 1969, about all the college campus protests, such as at Columbia where student protestors, mainly under the leadership of the SDS (Students for a Democratic Society) were raising hell or at the least, conducting “sit-ins” . . . one of their accomplishments was getting the ROTC turned into the Malcolm X center . . . did they even know what Malcolm X had said about the Democratic Party?
Now – still – the Democratic Party strives to sell itself as being on the side of Black Americans, but when you look at the prime vector of fund-raising for Democrats, it is Planned Parenthood, which has helped to conduct a Holocaust against black babies.
There needs to be a serious push to drop the “ic” – as continuing to label it the “democratic” party gives it a false connotation.
I will sometimes interject ‘Republicanic’ into conversation to make your point! Some have the light go on and realize how ridiculous they sound. Extreme moonbats? Not so much.

While I certainly agree that the feminist movement dealt a death blow to the traditional family unit, from my own experience the impetus for this break from tradition is more nuanced. Men have their role to play in it as well.
Society encourages husbands and fathers to abandon their roles and responsibilities to their families. Abandoned families are subsequently forced into either the workforce or social programs in order to provide for themselves absent the breadwinner.
Given these circumstances is it really so surprising that women eventually demanded entry into the workforce?
My own mom was a deer in the headlights of the feminist movement. She obviously wanted no part of it. Yet we saw how hard she struggled to take care of us as an abandoned wife and mother while our father tooled around in his brand new mustang wooing women half his age.
Guess what happens to succeeding generations of abandoned families who have witnessed a seismic shift in morals and traditional values? We no longer trust anyone else to assume responsibility for us and our children, so we prepare accordingly.
And, that’s the way it was!

In the recent Tucker interview with Catherine Austin Fitts, she mentioned the Harvard Endowment and the broader Harvard Corporation and their tax exempt status.
They appear to have departed from the core mission and the reason for granting them “tax free status”. The reason for the tax free status is because they serve an important role for the country. If they no longer serve that role or have steered/wandered away from it, then their tax free status should rightfully be revoked.
Suffice to say, the Colleges and Universities have been infiltrated and weaponized. Harvard is not alone. It’s systemic. They are just one more dirty, dark closet that many want to keep closed. It’s getting pulled wide open and a bright light is shining through.
No where to hide.
The entire college model and the funding of it, tuition, student loans, etc is broken. It is long overdue for a major change/upheaval.
We should see many colleges close or convert to trade schools where students learn things they need for the next generation of jobs, not a bunch of woke studies that do not translate to good paying and needed jobs.
This is why colleges have tax free status: In the beginning, Congress passed the Income Tax. The Supreme Court was going to declare it unconstitutional, but there was a workaround. The first version of the Income Tax had an unlimited deduction for gifts to charity, so in theory if someone gave away all of their income to charity, they would not pay any tax. Therefore it could be said the Income Tax was voluntary.
Institutions that had tax free status could accept tax deducted donations. They included museums and the old Alma Mater, in the beginning. Later, other charitable enterprises were invented to act as tax dodges. Now, these entities have grown rich, and the income from their investments are tax exempt. Except that income has nothing to do with the original reason people could deduct gifts to these outfits. So, President Trump is right to call for taxing the income from Harvard’s endowment.

NPR CEO Responds to Trump’s Executive Order Gutting Taxpayer Funding
President Donald J. Trump issued an executive order nixing National Public Radio and PBS’ taxpayer funding this week. Of course, NPR responded by making it a free speech and First Amendment issue. It’s not. The liberal outlet isn’t shut down. It’s not being muzzled. It just won’t get our money to shovel insufferable woke nonsense down our throats. Regardless, CEO Katherine Maher issued the following:

I am not saying they don’t have some good programming. I used to drive truck and at night not a lot was on so I would listen to NPR. ‘Science Friday’ was very good, ‘Matt Joseph Car Historian’ was good. ‘Click and Clack’ and ‘What da Ya Know’ were actually funny. I also enjoyed ‘Chapter a Day’ at one time. But their politics made me want to puke, and I never gave them a cent because of that. It also led me to eventually quit listening to their better programs and station altogether..
One thousand NPR stations receive 8 to 10% of their funding from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (established by Congress so, using your tax dollars). In 2025, CPB was allocated $535 million.
I wonder if those 1,000 stations can withstand an immediate loss of 10% of their funding?

As was recently reported by longtime radio person Howie Carr, they do not only get a sliver of their funding from the govt. They get most of their funding from the local stations which get their funding from the govt.

See how it works? If they have to lie about it to attempt to justify their existence, then I’d say it’s time to give them “The Big Bird” and not the yellow one either.

One in 31 children really was diagnosed with autism in 2022, according to the CDC’s new statistics, up from a figure of 1 in 1000 in the 1990s, and this is almost certainly due, as Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has claimed, to growing exposure to environmental toxins like mold and pesticides, as well as food additives, vaccines and maybe even prenatal ultrasound. Some of it is misdiagnosis, sure, and maybe a serving of “social contagion” like with transgenderism—kids aping their friends, and liberal parents seeking the approval of the Big Other—but autism is a real thing and it really is getting worse.

Corporate retail, after being forced to accept higher minimum wages for elementary-entry-level employees, embraced self checkout as a way to reduce labor costs. By showing Americans how they have usurped their powers to block the will of the people, PDJT is building consensus and approval to rein in the Judiciary. There’s only one way to respond to these judges, and that is to do as both Jackson and Lincoln did: ignore them. The Constitution purposely did not grant any power of review nor consent to the Judiciary. It granted plenary power and discretion to the one President. This brings up, again, something that bugs me: Why do people want to leave their home countries and immigrate? In general, not in specific cases. I think many would say they want to get out of their Third World hell holes. So, why are these countries so bad that people want to leave?
If I go to an old encyclopedia and look up the countries these immigrants are fleeing, it will show that these countries were poor but stable, 100 years ago. The people had strong families, stable governments that performed most functions adequately, and life’s basic needs were met, more or less.
What has changed is Western nations have increased meddling in the affairs of the Third World countries, by foreign aid and corporate investment. We have gone into these places and sold machine guns to thugs, who have made life nearly impossible for the people. We have contributed to the stratification of class, in these countries, and now have war, famine, disease, tyranny, and the people want to leave.
Surely the best results for immigrants is for them to stay home, in most cases. We need to look for answers to what motivates them to leave their homes. To what extent is this a problem we, ourselves, have caused?
I have been watching the stories on GB News with respect to the REDUCTION in payouts by the UK Government Pension System.
The unspoken part in all the stories is that IMMIGRANTS who have “taken the swim across the channel” are the cause in the pension systems cash problems. The “FREE” healthcare system is under similar pressures as services are cut due to the escalating costs of covering those who have NOT paid into the UK Tax Coffers.
The collapse of the UK benefit system, due to the flood of immigrants added to the rolls, was a primary reason for BREXIT. Immigrants entering the EU via southern ports went PUBLIC BENEFITS SHOPPING and discovered the UK was the place to be … hence the great migration across the EU to cross the channel into the UK.
BREXIT happened and EU as well as UK Labor Government actually increased the FLOW RATE of immigrants into the UK.
Sound familiar?? This is a preview of where the Social Security and Medicare Systems are heading.
Notice the increase in Medicare premiums and deductibles.
Notice the increase in the number of Supplemental Plans being offered by the health insurance industry and encouraged by the Government.
Notice the increased borrowing rate by the US Government, from Social Security-Medicare to pay for Medicaid and Social Welfare Programs.
Notice the number of exemptions for immigrants being added to Social Security and Medicare to allow immigrants to enroll for benefits they did not pay to use.
Notice the number of proposals to change Social Security payout rules for those who actually paid into the Benefit, being floated by members of Congress.
ALL while the courts are used to stop anything appearing as a reform by President Trump and the “Republican” Congress sits on the sidelines “quietly neutral” …. allowing the democrats free rein in the courts, media and on the streets to battle the President’s efforts.
speaking of pensions; was watching this Kitco you tube interview with a man who did deep dives into Minnesota and other State’s public pension programs, became a whistleblower, and continues to look at how States are managing their public employee pensions. Quite the eye-opener. 29 minutes in length.

They always blame it on the retirees too, when it’s the states’ actions at fault.
To add context to this comments … State Legislatures and Executives have learned well from their counterparts in the Federal Government. The State Governments are doing the exact SAME things I pointed out above to State Pension and benefit Funds … putting the actuaries and managers of the State Pension funds in near impossible situations to maintain the funds.
One does not have to be a math prodigy to a simple year by year Future Value calculation to discover that more than enough TAX money was collected from workers to cover Pension and Medicare requirements for those who actually paid into the benefits .. I’ll even throw in COLA and Spousal Benefit adjustments. It is not the retirees, who paid into the system, that are breaking the System.
