She is right, except for her disdain for people that live in B.C. life is not as comfortable as that, most of us can’t afford that life… even though B.C. is great.
The lefties are mostly polluting the city of Vancouver and in a smaller way in Victoria. Their are lots of recent immigrants in the cities too. Vancouver is not what it once was. Growth has taken away its personality and it’s own mini-culture. The pace used to be slower and it was kinder and more neighborly.
Their are a lot of conservatives in B.C. just not in the bigger cities. A couple of days ago a Conservative rally was held in the small community of Nanoose (look it up on Google Earth) 4,000 people showed up.
Also, there was much, honking and waving between vehicles on the highway! near there. Many people would like to see separation of B.C. Alberta,. and Saskatchewan to form an independent country . We have little in common with people from Eastern provinces.

I’ve always lived on the US west coast and have LOVED going to Canada – so magnificently gorgeous! It’s magical. Every time I’ve gone to Whistler I didn’t want to leave and Lake Louise – a breathtaking world wonder. We once crossed the Straits into Victoria harbor during a bad storm and were grateful to make it to that charming town.
It broke my heart to see what Trudeau did to Canada – especially the brave truckers. I’d really love for Canadians to prosper without the heap of too much government on their backs.

Unfortunately Canadians are 99% unaware of the cheat. Dominion is widely used, you can vote without proper id as long as a neighbour with proper id vouches for you. You can vote using a name from a prescription pill bottle. People use your id to vote in jurisdictions you’ve never lived in. The Chinese can openly put a bounty on the opposition party’s head and the media along with Carney shrug it off. This should give some insight as to how serious we are about election integrity or so called “Democracy”. Canadians think calling these things out is simply “un-Canadian”.
Well lucky for me I’m married into a Canadian family who are all keenly aware of the cheat as well as the the Canadian version of the Uniparty.
I have little doubt that the fix is in.
I live alone (just me and my dog) and have lived in the same place for over a decade now, so I voted in the last number of elections based on my current address. It’s a single family home, and as I said it’s just me and my dog that have lived here for over a decade.
I bought this house from a friend after he bought it from the bank. The bank ended up with it after the elderly woman who lived here for decades was moved into a home and I believe it sat empty for a number of years before my friend purchased it from the bank so I would guess it’s been 15 years or more since anyone other than myself would have been registered to vote from this address.
We generally register to vote by checking a box on our Tax Returns allowing Revenue Canada to forward our information to Elections Canada, but prior to the 2021 snap election I had not gotten around to filing my tax return until too late (they owed me a small amount so there is no penalties for filing late), but thanks to that I had been removed from the voter rolls. This was not a big deal since I could simply present proof of residency and show valid ID (how racist of the self-righteous Canadians to require Government ID to vote…./sarc) and register at the polling station.
This year, after never receiving anything like this during past elections, I received 3 voter registrations. There was one in my name and two others with other peoples names, but my address. To me this means either two other people filed their taxes using my address, they fraudulently registered to vote using my address, or these people don’t exist at all. (Searched the net, Facebook, etc to see if I could find people with these names in my area, but couldn’t find anything on either name.)
Seems convenient…. there is one that could arguably be used for cancel out my vote, and another that could swing my household to the liberals….
Being the sceptic that I am I then decided to look up the results for my polling station from the last election, just to get an idea of how many people voted and how they voted (43.5% Conservative, 35.3% Liberal, 19.9% other with a 72.04% turnout for my Town as a whole.) Although I was assigned the same polling station as every election before this, when I looked up the polling station number on my registration it doesn’t match with the last election. The polling station number that is now assigned to my polling station was for a different part of the province last time, so I can’t even look up how many of my neighbors voted last time. This seems odd since all of the polling stations are the same from this election to the last, but for some reason they numbered everything differently this year.
Out of the three registrations (all for my address), mine and another one are for the same polling station and the third is for another that isn’t even in this town. It’s somewhat nearby, but there would be at least 4 or 5 other polling stations between here and there, and your polling station is determined by your address, so how did the third be assigned to another area outside of my town if they are supposed to have the same address as me?
I got a hold of a friend of mine and told her what happened…. she lives in a rural area well outside of town but in the same county. She also received 3 registrations, one for her and two for other names she didn’t know, just like me. Also, coincidentally, hers and one of the other registrations were for the same polling station, and the third was for a different polling station.
I’d say the fix is in….

My mom’s wallet was stolen at a department store in Delaware. She filed a report with the police, they never even asked her for a description of the thieves. Yes, they were foreign and spoke broken English and pretended to need help finding something in the store, while my mom was helping the one man, the other one stole her wallet. I told her the police were going to do absolutely NOTHING. She said why do you say that! I said because they didn’t even ask you what the thieves looked like or what their ages were! The polices did indicate that this was a common tactic used by this group of thieves. Other than that, they basically told her too bad for you. Report your stuff stolen and accept your losses. The end.

Having gone thru this myself, I was told by “law enforcement” that they just didn’t have the “manpower” to waste on small crimes such as purse snatchings…

The Secret Service doesn’t think Noem was targeted because of her government position, but because it involved certain types of fraud it was going to be a federal case, not local.
Okay, that explains why it hasn’t been handed over to the local police, but it doesn’t explain why it’s still the Secret Service’s case, especially since we all seeing the poor job they did and are doing in the presidential assassination attempt.
Is it so they can continue to withhold video that shows how the robbery happened? It does not make sense that it took place the way they are all saying it did.

Hmm. Years ago, while in line to catch a bus in a foreign country, someone stole my wallet from a backpack I was wearing. I remember feeling something odd at my back. The point I’m trying to make, though, is that you can notice something is awry, but not quite identify what’s wrong. Most of us are not used to being robbed, so assume something else happened, assigning the unusual to usual causes. While it is surprising that no one in the Noem party noticed this criminal in action, he must be well practiced if he’s made a career out of stealing from others.

DEA is the lead agency because the sole purpose of DEA is to investigate the sale and posession of illegal drugs. DEA concentrates on large distribution networks. That is why the FBI is arresting a few drug dealers to give them a chance for Patel and Blondie to jump in front of the cameras and crow about doing something. The FBI does not investigate drug sales or posession. If someone calls the FBI re. a drug crime, that person is told to contact their local police agency or DEA. Same for local police . Drug task forces do not include FBI.

When my boys were very young and needed to experience consequences that were sometimes severe, I never pretended that the punishment was for the purpose of rehabilitation or to pave the way for a party sometime tomorrow.
I wanted them to understand the reality of consequences: it would benefit them if they could put 2 and 2 together and figure out on their own that they could avoid those consequences by discontinuing that behavior. And that’s where rehabilitation comes in–but that is not the part that I did. That’s the part that they did.
Making all these goofy promises about a good return at some point ends up sounding like an anxious parent begging the child to do better so they don’t have to be punished/suffer consequences again. My sons were pretty normal, smart kids and didn’t need me painting the details for them.
One remarkable weekend in about 1974, a family backpacking trip was cancelled due to younger son playing hooky from school with a friend–and now the weekend was needed to allow time for his punishment to play out: confinement to his room except for bathroom and Sunday services; writing short papers made up of definitions of what a real lfriend is, etc; how having a bad reputation might keep you out of the Air Force (it didn’t); and, an apology for disrespecting his teacher by not showing up on Friday. So the weekend was filled with those activities.
I had told him early in the weekend that the very last thing that was going to happen on Sunday night was that I was going to spank him as absolutely hard as I could, so on Sunday evening, I did that. And then he sat tucked in alongside me on the edge of the bed with my arm around him and the sniffling subsided.
And then I asked him, “What are you going to do the next time someone suggests skipping school?” He answered, “I’m just gonna tell them–you don’t know my mom.”
You see? The rehab took care of itself. I didn’t make any promises.
The consequences are the classroom. It’s up to the one receiving the consequences to figure it out and do the rehab.

The alarms have long been raised for more than 20 years. Pertaining to USA, many have pointed to media silence and the reality of embedded invasion by individuals including born/raised here; in legitimate respectable jobs and training programs (recall 911 pilots’ news) etal. I had a neighbor who was struggling to get pregnant so I sent her to my OB/Gyn, who was an absolutely amazing doctor, and a wonderful person, to boot. She came back from her first appointment all offended because he told her that she should lose 30 pounds before she did anything else, as her excess weight was causing irregular cycles and would make it much harder for her even if she did get pregnant. She didn’t like his “manner” but he was 100% correct. She went to a different doctor, ended up getting pregnant about six months later, had a horrible pregnancy (ended up with only the one child) and struggled with her weight for years afterwards. Sometimes people say things we need to hear, even if we don’t want to!
Donald Trump understands what has happened to this country and he is absolutely correct in the steps he is taking to turn it around before we go off the debt crisis cliff…people can like or NOT like his “style” but I keep asking them if he is wrong in what he is saying or if they just don’t like the way in which he is saying it?
