And by the way, instead of spending millions on missiles to attack the Houthis, I recommend the US spend about 900K on a torpedo to sink the Iranian warship providing the Houthis with cargo ship targeting information. Near the end of the morning session Ratcliffe was being drilled for Signal content he claims that he did not see.

Signal is an interesting app. I’ve used it for years. It is simple to use, but many features are NOT available. One such feature is that YOU cannot enter into an ongoing chat and be able to go backwards to read what was previously said.

Here in Washington State and State Representative was ‘set up’ by bringing him into a Signal conversation that had already been discussing biblical warfare where the students were being taught how and who to kill when taking over a pagan city. The complete context of the thread was used to ‘investigate’ the rep, and the media jumped all over it and the rep finally resigned . . .

Someone NEEDS to tell Ratcliffe how Signal works and that is likely why he had not read the remarks that were being used to indicate he was lying to the committee . . .

The question is: How many of the attendees knew of the sit-in by Atlantic’s Goldberg? If no one but Waltz knew then Waltz should be summarily dismissed immediately. No questions!

I would bet that whoever set this up also doesn’t like Trump’s team using Signal and evading the IC control systems (JWICS and SIPRnet, among others) which are not secure INSIDE the firewall.

They’re only secure outside the wall. The IC can monitor everyone and everything on JWICS/SPIR/etc. Every email, IM, meeting, etc. is monitored.

Keep in mind that everyone on that chat has access to the government owned systems from everywhere. They even get hubs installed at home. Using Signal means they don’t want people who work inside our government eavesdropping and then leaking to the media.

This was set up to try and force them off Signal because there’s not enough control over that platform. The SSCI is upset that they can no longer eavesdrop on the Executive Branch. They would have to get a warrant, and that would reveal the spying.

The timing of this occurrence just prior to the hearing, the fact that there is no confirmation that the ‘invitations’ was actually sent by Waltz, etc., should lead one to believe that this was purposefully done, and presumably, either by an ‘agent provocateur’ or the Dems.
