Oswald was a Communist, went to the USSR and while living there married a Communist woman. He also supported Castro’s Cuba. He was in the building where the shots were fired from. That is not in question. Shortly thereafter Oswald shot and killed Officer Tippet and that is not in question either.
The only interesting questions are:
1) Were there other shooters and if so who were they?
2) Why did Jack Ruby shoot Oswald.

One of the revelations from the new files is that a declassified CIA memo from 1963 reports KGB agents in Moscow panicked after JFK was shot, believing the U.S. had killed him in order to create a false flag to start a war with the USSR.

This taken from investigative reports of Douglas Horne, a researcher who interviewed Homer McMahon and Morgan Bennett Hunter for the ASSASSINATION RECORDS REVIEW BOARD (AARB) during the summer of 1997.
Homer McMahon of the National Photographic Interpretative Center (NPIC) received the Zapruder film for the NPIC Color Lab for which McMahon served as the manager at the time the film was received from a United States Secret Service Agent who gave his name as “Bill Smith.” Working with McMahon for NPIC was Morgan Bennett (“Ben”) Hunter. Also present was a man identified as “Captain Sands” who was not wearing a military uniform. This was after the shooting, and prior to the funeral, of JFK. The NPIC people were tasked with was to work with still prints from the film, which would be enlarged by the equipment at NPIC. The purpose of the enlargements was their use along with “briefing boards” for the presentation of the information to a number of unidentified people. NPIC’s working notes for one of these these briefing boards have a heading that reads as follows: “Approved for Release 1993 CIA Historical Review Program,” which indicates the boards were declassified as part of the creation of the ASSASSINATION RECORDS REVIEW BOARD. The NPIC’s equipment was used to make “Internegatives” of each frame selected for copying and enlargement. The film was originally developed by Kodak at Rochester, New York, prior to being taken by Smith and Sands to NPIC to make the imagery to be used with the briefing boards. They worked through the night and into the next day. McMahon knew the film had to be developed at Kodak in Rochester since it was Kodachrome and a “double 8” movie. He was also sure that, for those same reasons, it was the original. McMahon and Hunter performed no analysis of the film. They just made the enlargements of selected frames for the briefing boards, but McMahon remembered telling Smith and Sands that, while examining the work on the enlargements, that McMahon thought JFK was hit “six to eight times from at least three directions,” but that Secret Service agent Smith, who appeared to have viewed the film earlier, said there were only three shots from the School Book Depository building.

One of the photos was later admitted was a completely different man.

Because a rifle bullet exiting the head creates a “jet engine” effect. The force of the exit forces the head in the reverse direction. in order to determine where the shot was fired from, you must compare the position of the head, the direction of the car’s travel, elevation, bullet path through the head. Line all of these up and you can get a close fix on the shooter’s position. It’s harder to do than it sounds. The head shot came from behind, but not from the SBD.

This has forever bothered me as a cross between stupidity and malfeasance because the failure to adequately protect the man accused of killing the POTUS, while the police escorted the accused into the press coverage area, never made sense to me – unless the decision was made deliberately, because nobody could be that stupid. I was an USAF kid, dad stationed at Clark AB, Philippines. It was early Saturday morning, watching cartoons in our base housing.
Suddenly we heard screaming. My dad and I went out on the front porch, and a woman across the street was yelling “The president’s dead”, over and over.
When it finally sunk in what happened, everyone was crying. My mom was devastated, as was I. I had Jackie Kennedy paper dolls, and I just idolized her.
Soon the whole neighborhood was outside. My dad, who was in security, got into his uniform and left.

“….Anyone can do just a modicum amount of research, as I did as a teenager, and discover very quickly that we’ve been lied to about the murder of a sitting U.S. president. By the entire mainstream media. By every government agency. By almost all celebrities. And the Big Lie continues, sixty one years later. Understand that, if Oswald had been tried in an honest courtroom (which, of course, probably wouldn’t have been the case), then the case against him would never have gone to trial. The chain of possession problems for the alleged murder weapon- the one I held at the Archives almost fifty years ago- was hopelessly compromised. Both officers who found it- Eugene Boone and Seymour Weitzman- signed sworn affidavits identifying it as a different rifle. Legally speaking, the Carcano couldn’t be introduced into the record. Weitzman, by the way, wound up in a mental institution.
There are chain of possession problems with all of the “evidence” against Oswald. Read Hidden History for a comical recounting of how the “magic” bullet was discovered and handled. And then just last year, surviving JFK detail Secret Service agent Paul Landis recalled how he’d discovered a bullet- seemingly the “magic” one- on the top of the back limousine seat. Following typical law enforcement protocol, he told no one and planted it himself on a stretcher at Parkland Hospital. Landis and the rest of the Secret Service agents failed to react at all to the sound of gunfire. Limo driver Bill Greer stopped, or almost stopped, the vehicle, and turned around to watch JFK’s head explode. In a real investigation, Greer and the rest of the Secret Service would have been the first witnesses questioned. Without their absolute failure to do their jobs, the assassination could never have been successful.
At this point, I am one of the deans of the JFK assassination research community. Very few are left who have been studying this case for longer than I have. Robert Groden. Josiah Thompson. But like Rodney Dangerfield, I get no respect from the research community. Although Hidden History became a surprise best-seller, they had nothing to do with it. They are still debating lone nutters over the single bullet theory. Oswald was supposedly firing from a sixth floor window, behind the limousine. The bullet holes in JFK’s coat and shirt correspond with where the wound was marked on the original autopsy face sheet, about 5-6 inches below the shoulder. And yet, we are told this bullet exited through the president’s throat. You do the math. Downward trajectory, higher exit than entrance wound. This “magic” bullet caused 7 wounds in JFK and Governor John Connally, yet emerged in practically pristine condition…”

There is video of SS agents in the act, of running next to the limo at the Dallas airport, being called off of the detail. The SS agent assigned to Mrs Kennedy, I suspect, was in on it. I believe he was in love with her and he knew of Mr Kennedy’s infidelity, he was a serial felanderer. SS was in on it for sure even though there might be nothing in writing proving that.

Oswald was innocent. The backyard pictures were fake, he never fired a shot, pretty much everything they’ve told us are lies.
But what about all the connections and coincidences? Oswald MUST have been connected in some way. Yep he was, but not the way he thought. He was led to believe he was gonna help PREVENT an assassination attempt. Everything he did was his part in an elaborate play.
Lee was known to have a bit of a hero complex, delusions of grandeur… so easy to manipulate.
Soooo… this release had better exonerate this guy at long last. What history has done to Lee Oswald is the second worst crime of this tragedy.

People fail to recognize what’s behind the interest in JFK files, 9/11, Epstein files, etc. Most of us have a good idea of the truth involved in each and have for some time. Our interest in this transparency so that others may know the truth and realize much of what they know about our nation and the world is a lie. And only then will the people demand accountability of those who have lied to us. They are the same people who have been stealing from us. The same people who have enslaved us. So until people understand why the release of these and other files are so important, nothing will change.
