As DHS Secretary Kristi Noem has been one of the cabinet officials who has surprised many people with her approach, effectiveness and actionable determination to support President Trump’s vision for the Dept of Homeland Security.
In this interview with Margaret Brennan, Secretary Noem takes apart all of the attempted narratives with almost no effort. Noem does a great job outlining the non-pretending reality of several domestic security issues, including the fentanyl issue that President Trump is confronting with Canada and Mexico. WATCH:
[Transcript] – MARGARET BRENNAN: We begin this morning with the Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem. Madam Secretary, good to have you in person. Thank you for joining us.
SECRETARY OF HOMELAND SECURITY KRISTI NOEM: Good morning. Thank you for having me.
MARGARET BRENNAN: I want to dive right into this trade war. The justification President Trump invoked these tariffs under had to do with fentanyl. Mexico’s president said Thursday that Customs and Border Protection figures show seizures of fentanyl on the southern border have dropped over the past year. She claimed they plummeted 75% in the past six months. Doesn’t that show the existing system is working?
SECRETARY NOEM: We’ve seen incredible progress as far as what we’ve been able to stop at the southern border since President Trump has taken office. And I think that progress can be built on. These partnerships that we have in going after traffickers, cartels, the drug trade, and also human trafficking, can be even stronger and built on in the future. That’s one of the things we’ve been asking for, in specific to the Mexican government, is how can we work better together to make sure we not only have the enforcement mission at the border, but south of the border and make sure we’re going after these cartels. You’ve seen the President name them as terrorist organizations. And Canada, just recently, is starting to allow us to access some of their criminal background histories that we need in order to know who’s coming across our border and what they’re bringing. So, because of his strong stance on tariffs, we’re seeing them wanting to be better partners with us to keep our people safe.
MARGARET BRENNAN: So Canada’s Prime Minister said it’s totally false to claim Canada is unwilling to fight fentanyl. You just indicated they’re willing to do more here. He pointed to CBP data that showed a 97% drop in fentanyl seizures from January compared to December, a near zero low, he said.
SECRETARY NOEM: Yeah we’re–
MARGARET BRENNAN: –is the data accurate?
SECRETARY NOEM: The data is getting better. And I would say in the conversations that I’ve had this week with Canadian officials, they were hoping to avoid the tariffs, and had a lot of conversations, but not a lot of action. So this is the hope, is that the fact that President Trump has said something and now has enforced consequences, we really are hoping for even better partnerships. We need access to their criminal background system so that we know when someone crosses that northern border who they are, why they’re in our country, and who they may be partnering with. We also need them to work with us on identifying packages, technology investments. Canada has said they will do that. We just want to see them actually do it. In the past, promises have been made by both Mexico and Canada that they didn’t follow through on. Their naming of a fentanyl czar in Canada is important. That’s great. Now let’s see really what happens. President Trump has been strong, and I think that’s why you’ve seen the data going our direction, but boy, every day people in this country are dying of overdoses, and I don’t want any more families to have to deal with that tragedy if we can be- if it can be avoided and we can have a stronger relationship.
MARGARET BRENNAN: So, you just gave specific examples of what Canada and Mexico can do, presumably, to avoid the tariffs that are now being pushed off until April 2. The Commerce Secretary said on another network, if fentanyl ends, I think these will come off, but if fentanyl does not end, or he’s uncertain about it, meaning the president, they will stay on until he’s comfortable. Is it that general or are these very specific things that you can kind of go through and check to avoid these tariffs.
SECRETARY NOEM: I’ve had very specific conversations with Canadian officials and Mexican officials on what they can do so they know what they can do to help avoid tariffs in the future, and what we’re expecting of them. If they do it, we shall see. We all recognize that each one of these leaders has political environments in their home countries as well, but President Trump means business, and he meant it when he ran to be President of the United States again, and since he’s taken office, that he will put America first. And every day in this country, we have seen over the last several years, violence and unsafe streets and cities and people lose their children and grandchildren, and he’s taking action to make sure that we’re cleaning up the mess that Joe Biden left behind, and that we have a much safer country and where Americans can look forward to the future.
MARGARET BRENNAN: So this is not just leverage to get a better free trade deal. This is not just because President Trump truly believes that tariffs are the heart of his economic policy?
SECRETARY NOEM: Right.
MARGARET BRENNAN: You’re saying this really is about fentanyl?
SECRETARY NOEM: It really is about fentanyl. It really is. And I think the President obviously wants a strong economy, obviously wants better trade deals as well. But this is about fentanyl and what we can do to stop the cartels from partnering with Chinese officials, laundering money and bringing a poison into our country that is specifically designed to kill the next generation. I think a lot of people don’t understand the strategy of these enemies of the United States and what they’re utilizing. They are bringing this in, not just to make money, they’re bringing it in here to kill Americans. And it’s time that we stand up for the people that live here and make sure that we’re stopping this war against our children.
MARGARET BRENNAN: I want to ask you, border crossings, they’re at a 25 year low.
SECRETARY NOEM: They are. It’s fantastic.
MARGARET BRENNAN: There are 6,000 US military personnel working at the border now, that number could go up to 9,000 by the end of the month. How long do you have to keep them there if the numbers are already dropping like this?
SECRETARY NOEM: You know, we’ll continue the partnership with the Department of Defense, but also we’ve got partnerships with Commerce, with the Attorney General’s office, you know, we’re working every day with the Secretary of State. We’ll keep them there until that border is completely secure, and we see all time record lows of encounters. Our border patrol is doing fantastic work, but we’re going to keep them there until the whole world gets the message that this isn’t Joe Biden’s world anymore. This is President Donald Trump’s country where we have a border, where we have laws and it applies equally to everybody. I think that is what is so refreshing, is that we’re not picking and choosing winners and losers anymore. Americans have to live by the law, so do those who come to this country. You have to come here legally, or there will be consequences.
MARGARET BRENNAN: Let me ask you about what’s happening internally when it comes to, excuse me, migration. The administration has revived this policy of detaining migrant families, parents with children in ICE detention centers. Bush did it, Obama did it, Biden did not. Have you seen these Texas facilities where children are being held with their parents? Are you comfortable with it personally?
SECRETARY NOEM: We’ve got detention facilities across the country, and there’s specific ones that are built specifically for families if they are detained. But remember, everybody has an option. They have an option to be here legally or illegally, and they can self-deport as well. We’ve set up a system and a website where people who are here illegally right now can register, and they can choose to go home on their own and keep their families united.
MARGARET BRENNAN: The kids don’t really have a choice in this–
SECRETARY NOEM: Well, the kids do have a choice. If they have parents, they make a choice to keep their families together, if they want to or not. They- if parents make a decision to leave their children behind, then that’s a choice that they made as a family. And we need to remember that when Americans break the law and they have consequences or face a situation, they’re separated from their families, too. I don’t believe we should prioritize people from other countries above Americans.
MARGARET BRENNAN: But when it comes to reviving the policy of separating families from their children at the border–
SECRETARY NOEM: I don’t know that we’re actually reviving it–
MARGARET BRENNAN: That’s what I want to ask you–
SECRETARY NOEM: –President Biden didn’t follow the law.
MARGARET BRENNAN: You won’t?
SECRETARY NOEM: He didn’t follow the law in the fact that it’s always been equally applied until his administration, and then he made decisions to ignore federal law in how he handled immigration and enforcement within our borders. And so today, we’re- we’re expanding our team at ICE, and we’re going to have an acting director in Todd Lyons, who has a long history with Tom Homan, they have worked together to build on these enforcement operations. We’re also naming a deputy secretary in Madison Sheahan, that was going to be another expansion of this team. They have done incredible work cleaning up our communities and making them safer. Adding more people to the team, with Todd and with Madison, is going to allow us to partner with local law enforcement officials to make sure that we truly are following through on enforcing the law, and if you break our law, then there’s going to be consequences.
MARGARET BRENNAN: You want the number of deportations to tick up?
SECRETARY NOEM: I do. Absolutely.
MARGARET BRENNAN: So–
SECRETARY NOEM: People- remember, they have an option to go home on their own. We are giving them that opportunity to do that, and we will help facilitate that. And if they don’t, and they end up coming into our enforcement opportunities that we have in front of us, you know, they may never get the chance to come back. So people need to remember, if they self-deport, they will have an opportunity to come back to this country legally.
MARGARET BRENNAN: But you have a capacity issue right now in terms of just beds to put people in when you detain them. Are you going to open up military facilities like Fort Bliss?
SECRETARY NOEM: There is, yes, a plan to use the facilities at Fort Bliss for detention facilities. But also we need to remember to ask- Congress needs to continue through with funding that this administration has asked for. You know, we clearly have a CR discussion in front of us this week. We have a reconciliation discussion. That reconciliation bill needs to happen. We have just weeks before we are out of the funds to continue the operations that- that we have. And even- everywhere I’ve been in this country, out there, looking at what President Trump has done on immigration and border enforcement, the people that I meet are saying thank you. Thank you for getting these terrorists out of the country. He has deported
MARGARET BRENNAN: Terrorists?
SECRETARY NOEM: in just one month.
MARGARET BRENNAN: Have you deported terrorists?
SECRETARY NOEM: 22 known and terrorists on the terrorist watch list are out of this country now we have almost 700 gang members that have been deported out of the country in just a month, and–
MARGARET BRENNAN: Which have been redefined as foreign terrorist organizations by the Trump administration.
SECRETARY NOEM: Well, 281 specific TDA members, which we know are the worst of the worst, have been taken out of this country. So everyone that has a story like Laken Riley’s family or Jocelyn’s family, they’re extremely grateful that that won’t be perpetuated amongst other families in other states.
MARGARET BRENNAN: I want to ask you, you said that you have found leakers within DHS and you’re going to prosecute them. Back on February 9, you tweeted, the FBI is so corrupt, we will work with any and every agency to stop leaks. Were you wrong then to blame the FBI if the leaks were from within DHS?
SECRETARY NOEM: No, I think there’s leakers all over- throughout this government. I think that everybody needs to be–
MARGARET BRENNAN: What did they leak?
SECRETARY NOEM: –I think these, in DHS, specifically, these two were leaking our enforcement operations that we had planned and were going to conduct in several cities and expose law enforcement to vulnerabilities, to those ops being jeopardized, to where their lives would be in danger. So they will be prosecuted, and they could face up to 10 years in federal prison because they did that. Anyone who is leaking information outside of- of how something is planned for the safety of those law enforcement officers needs to be held accountable for that.
MARGARET BRENNAN: and you’re going to continue these polygraphing
SECRETARY NOEM: Absolutely
MARGARET BRENNAN: of employees.
SECRETARY NOEM: The authorities that I have under the Department of Homeland Security are broad and extensive, and I plan to use every single one of them to make sure that we’re following the law, that we are following the procedures in place to keep people safe, and that we’re making sure we’re following through on what President Trump has promised, that he’s going to make America safe again.
MARGARET BRENNAN: Madam Secretary, thank you for your time today.
SECRETARY NOEM: Thank you for having me.

“Secretary Noem takes apart all of the attempted narratives with almost no effort. Noem does a great job outlining the non-pretending reality of several domestic security issues,”
Nice to see the MSM being “put in their place” for a change. For the most part, they were so spoiled and complacent with “having the only voice in the room”.
America as a whole can see what is happening and the gaslighting by the MSM is not having the desired effect.
The effect of untreated ” Trump Derangement Syndrome ” was on full display last Tuesday evening.
I was also very pleasantly surprised to see how well she dealt with all issues presented with real answers that informed me rather than the usual political generic answers. She offered specifics which is unusual.
team Trump are composed of real people with real world experience…and they are not bulshitters.
the WHOLE WORLD IS WATCHING..and comparing notes to the last several decades of great pretenders that were installed.
stage 4, transfer of power, revolution.
God Bless America
Noem left college and ran the family farm and ranch after her Dad died in a farm-related accident in 1994.
She raised 3 kids and went back to school while in Congress, getting a degree a dozen years ago.
She can ride a horse and handle a gun.
She is off to a good start.
She has trimmed her sails in the past on some issues (women’s sports) before finally getting a dose of common sense.
I think – that her observing DJT’s approach to the Dems – maybe she now sees there’s no way to ‘compromise’ with the Left – they demand complete and utter surrender on every issue.
As another commentator mentioned, it would be nice to see her no-nonsense,
No-pretending style adopted by
AG Blondi.
Up until now I was not a Kristi fan, mainly because I didn’t see her as promoting MAGA. I was more or less neutral about her but didn’t have high expectations.
Based on hearing what she’s been doing, I’m thrilled she is DHS secretary. Maybe when DHS gets under control and if the DOJ hasn’t achieved much, Kristi can take over DOJ.
Aye.
It was excellent, and you could almost hear Brennan screaming inside🤣
🤣
Messaging in public appearances from the #47 team is vastly improved over #45.
Praying that their actions will match the effectiveness of their messaging.
(Note – PDJT himself has been spot on in both terms but even he has found ways to improve his messaging in both his 2024 campaign and now post-inauguration)
It’s almost as if Secs. Rubio and Noem have been freed of the Republican’t Paradigm. I am guardedly optimistic.
Women’s
Farm girls and spring cleaning. watch them get after it.
She also like chain saws. See CPAC discussion.
Securing the border is about a lot more than fentanyl. Fentanyl is one of the biggest ways an open border affects many Americans, but it’s far from the only reason.
It’s impossible for bubble-dwellers like Brennan to understand because she doesn’t have children in a public school where most of the kids don’t speak English, she’s never waited for hours in an emergency room because it’s jammed with illegals, she’s never had a house taken over by a gang of illegal alien squatters, and her catalytic converter hasn’t been stolen by a couple of thieves from Guatemala. She probably thinks it’s really cool that she has to press ‘1’ for English because that’s a sign that we’re so cosmopolitan.
There are a million more reasons to secure the border that dim bulb like Brennan will ever understand.
I was scratching my head when PDJT47 nominated Noem, but the more I hear from her, the more I like her. I’m getting way over my skis here, but give her another year or so of stellar performance and I might consider Vance/Noem ’28.
I like her cool, calm demeanor as she answers every question with conviction and authority.
Being Governor has quite a bit of authority inherently bestowed upon the Office…
Her convictions are self evident…
To me.
In God We Trust
Trust God
Fear not
and she gives real answers to questions, not pretend answers.
Agree as to Noem. Thus far, she has stepped to the plate. The SDakota R’s are saturated RINOs. Thune, Rounds in the senate; Johnson in the house. Was sceptical that anyone could find success in that stewpot, who was not of the same ilk.
Years back was impressed with Noem when she first entered the house. It encourages when a cabinet member actually sets forth to do the job to which appointed. She sends a message to the department/agency that it is time to get serious.
(As an aside – Rounds faces senate election in 2026 – should be a prime target for a RINO hunt. Collins & Murkowski are the only ones significantly worse in rating – He is about the same has Turtle McConnell.)
that was the goal of cbs brennan..to “pin down” norm and this policy as just one thing.
then she can argue henceforth, predictably, either (or both)
it’s quite transparent. What I find interesting is that Noem was intelligent enough to entertain only those questions asked and not to provide any additional information. She could have and we know there ARE many other reasons for the border security policies. But with CBS and this Brennan ghoul, you only get yourself dirty by playing with hogs in the mud.
And that pretty much explains the difference between Team Trump 2.0 versus 1.0. We are NOW INITIATED AND KNOW HOW TO EFFECTIVELY LEAD THE DISCUSSION AND WILL NOT BE DRAWN INTO DEFENSIVE QUARTERING.
God Bless America
That and the fact that the media/DS playbook hasn’t been updated. It’s all predictable.
When they search every single vehicle and person coming across the Mexican and Canadian Borders, we will know they are serious.
Yes yes and yes!
Here is my story about waiting in a jammed ER. Not too long ago, I found myself in the emergency room at a hospital north of San Diego. It was a long wait. There was a couple – she in a wheelchair and her husband was becoming more and more irate that his wife couldn’t get seen by a physician. She had a nasty fall near the beach. If you aren’t familiar with the area some beaches North San Diego have cliffs and rocky areas. Finally the husband got so fed up, he told the woman at the registration desk that he was leaving – and going to drive his wife south of the border to Tijuana and that they could get seen sooner than waiting there in Encinitas. How incredibly messed up is that?
People like Margaret Brennen who make millions spewing BS to the masses feel so superior to the rest of us who have to actually deal day in and day out with the consequences of open border policies.
A RN I knew here in Atlanta worked part time at a now closed hospital. It was called Southwest Community
Hospital, and was in an all black neighborhood near Cascades Heights. The population in the area was, probably,
97% black. It was affluent nearby ( Cascade Heights is VERY nice. The old black power structure of Atlanta live
there).
Despite the nearby affluence, none of the people she took care of had money. Universally medicare/ medicaid.
The majority of the cases that came through their ER was very interesting. The vast majority were hispanic.
There was LITERALLY no Mexican/ South American population within mile of the place. And it was very
unknown.
I’d been in Atlanta 25 years and had never heard of the place until my friend told me about it. I prided myself
on being up on towns, hospitals, schools throughout metro. Always wondered how the mexicans had located
a place that most of the white population in town didn’t even know existed.
It is no accident.
They’ve been coming here illegally for decades. And yes, they DO find places to get free medical care. And all they have to do is go to the medicaid clinics. But having overrun those clinics, they now go to hospital ERs. Freeloaders always find medical care because they know they won’t have collection agencies riding their arses.
80s, ER in Chula Vista. I had insurance, but didn’t have the co pay to get my child seen. I had to leave and seek an appointment with my regular physician. At the time I made 100 dollars a year too much to receive food stamps or any other benefit, with one child. We survived.
The waiting room was full of border crossers from Tijuana, they all got seen. My wife worked for an OB GYN in Chula at the time doing billing. He had to write off a lot of deliveries from emergency pregnancies at the hospital, folks rush across when they go into labor. The hospital couldn’t refuse, they never paid.
The now US citizen child is eligible for aid to dependent families, medi cal, WIC, etc…
What President Trump is up against…
Fentanyl, Money Laundering, Corruption, Human trafficking – it’s on Canada
Vancouver is not the stable, quiet, Christian city of the past 100 years where hard work and discipline were the only requirements for a family, home and happy life. The kind of people who built the city have been mocked, de-privileged, marginalized and impoverished and that happened within three decades, faster even. In the world of international crime, we are known as the “Vancouver Model”, a city taken over by international crime syndicates . In concert, they have worked to weaken our immigration laws to the point where nearly every community is burdened with desperate, hungry, sick people who do not share Canadian values. The media, filled with people who hate our foundational values and 90% socialist, do not report this.
Our tormentors are mostly Asian Triads (in concert with Mexican cartels) with the accompanying, equally criminal, Red Aristocracy, the cloud heights of the CCP. The most vicious people in the world saw what They now, for all intents and purposes, run the city. None of that money knows how to make an honest dollar. All of these people are thoroughly evil and we have given them the keys to our future to the point where the CCP runs its own police stations where they can surveil and punish any Chinese who gets out of line.
Canadian students have to fight hard to get into the two main universities in Vancouver because they pay 90% less and the universities have gone full-bore after Asian students, despite their taxpayer funding and their mandate to serve the people who over 100 years, built them.
No one starting out in Vancouver or Toronto can afford to buy even a room in a condo; real estate is so expensive, it is a lost dream for the middle class. The green junta prevents building new suburbs. There is a lot of do-nothing burble about densification. Massive towers ring the highways; they will inevitably slum-out. But essentially it is because city real estate, and it is coming to smaller cities within the decade, is a chief mechanism of money laundering. More than fifty percent of the top 100 houses in Vancouver are owned by either Triads from Asia or the Red Aristocracy. Thirty percent are owned by shell “corporations”. In Vancouver, the most expensive house in the city at $23 million is owned by a 22 year old Chinese student.
This is how it happened:
…at the casinos. The gamblers would repay the cash advances “through cash holdings in China.” When the gamblers redeemed their remaining chips at the casino — and this was part of the objective of the transaction — they would be left with money available for buying assets in Canada. An RCMP inspector told Postmedia that typically, someone from Silver International would meet the Chinese gambler outside the Vancouver casino — the River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond was a favourite — with $100,000 in cash in a hockey bag. It was no great leap to link the bundles of cash being given to the whales to the need of drug dealers to launder cash gathered in their transactions.
Today, most of the drug money in North America is laundered first through our casinos and second, our real estate, bidding up the price so far, that now a shack in the drug-and-homeless-infested east end sells for a million bucks. Every single wealthy Chinese family holds 20% of its wealth abroad, in the U.K., U.S., Australia and of course Canada. What started as an estimated $180 billion a year moving (illegally) out of China, is estimated today to be $180 billion a week.
Cash transactions roll through the system un-investigated. One third of the most valuable houses in Vancouver are held by shell companies. Eleven percent use a nominee, a surrogate owner, to hide the identity of the real owner.
Starting in 1840 in upstate New York and southern Ontario, the churches worked shilling for money for missionaries to China. People, newly converted to the life of the spirit during the Second Great Awakening, were all in, throwing money at the Methodist or Presbyterian church. One night alone – could fund one missionary for an entire year. The Methodists were all in for the commies. The Presbyterians supported Chiang Kai-Shek.
So here we are, in Canada, laundering money for the Red Aristocracy through our real estate, not to mention being the entry point for much of the fentanyl in the northern U.S. The city council is compromised and 80% of our real estate agencies were found to have insufficient controls to identify laundered funds. Thirty percent of criminal assets confiscated from 2011-13 had been laundered through real estate, and we catch very few of these people.
The Chinese bring in fentanyl and no doubt children for human trafficking, through our massive port, staffed by immigrants surveilled by Chinese police, and package it/them for export to the U.S. We have fentanyl plants down near the border and no one closes them down because our police are compromised. Our streets, in Vancouver, once a gorgeous suburban Christian city, are littered with homeless so addicted the kindest thing for them is death, but our government, rather than rescuing them, not only gives out the drugs for free, but allows them to die in front of us. Last week, hard drugs were re-criminalized in British Columbia, but thousands of lives have already been destroyed and, for every addict, another family sent to ruin.

Thanks for posting that. I follow her Substack articles as well. She sees it firsthand there.
You’re very welcome! 😉
Great posting. I posted something a couple weeks ago about Gretchen Whitmer’s ban
of powerboats on the 3 Great Lakes bordering Michigan , utilizing Covid as the justification.
What interested me was what else could have been accomplished with the ban.
Since it was only from the US side of the Great Lakes, wouldn’t it have made it very
easy to ship in Fentanyl and other contraband from Canada during that time?
Use Covid ( which you could not criticize in any way, shape, or form) as the justification
for closing down powerboating on the great lakes, while something entirely different
was going on above the border. Sort of like if Michigan’s governor had banned powerboats
during Prohibition.
Also have noticed that Trump is interested in changing the US/ Canada borders in the
Great Lakes. Might this be due to similar reasoning?
That is so complicated, and discouraging, because it has to be a highly polished and well synchronized system. I hoped that Canada in US can recognize the destruction that is happening because of those systems and that we can develop systems to stop it.
The systems have to be more than just Feds. There has to be transparency built into the system, and there also needs to be objective oversight. These people have taken advantage of Common Sense operations and are destroying both Canada and US
Particularly discouraging is the laundering of money and illicit activity by churches.
So much evil is being done in the world in the name of helping the vulnerable and unfortunate: children, elderly, disabled, mentally ill, veterans, minorities, disenfranchised. (whatever that means) yet, when you follow the money, not only is it not being used Well, it is being used to harm us as a country.
The people perpetuating this destruction are evil, deceitful, cunning, and they have absolutely no regard for human life, laws or ethics. Any niceness is just a pretense and a lie.
People complaining about our president being “unpresidential”, but there is no nice way to solve these problems. The time for niceness is long past.
You cannot cut out a cancer without removing normal tissue. We are not going to be able to remove this evil from our countries without causing some harm to vulnerable people, but it must happen, or we will lose our country and end up in slavery
“Particularly discouraging is the laundering of money and illicit activity by churches.”
I have verses for that:
2 Corinthians 11:13-15 KJV
For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
[14] And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
[15] Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
I was in the D.T. Eastside of Vancouver last week…sub human is what is on display.
There is NO political will to curb the destruction of this once beautiful city.
Many years back before my retirement.
During one 10 hour patrol shift in East Vancouver, my partner and I handled five overdose deaths.
Three in a work panel van, and one each in outside washrooms of gas stations.
This was before fentanyl was around, the heroin was known as “ China White”
There was so much of it around dealers hardly bothered “ cutting it”
Our city is extremely sick, however so to are Vancouver’s “satellite “communities
Cheers!
This very same scenario is being played out in many smaller towns from Bellingham, WA to Chula Vista,CA. The Left coast is a lost cause.
WVA used to be glorious!! Coal RULED. Now that they destroyed coal it’s a haven of drug addicts. Not one hour ago a post in our neighborhood about a young man who was fentyied up and broke his pawpaws jaw…is armed and dangerous. On the loose, lock your doors, etc. The town I worked in for 23 years now is nothing but suboxone and drug addiction pop up clinics and ambulance chasers!!! Coal kept us SANE … Obama may he burn in hell for what he has done to our little state.
The Coal Workers were the first targets of the Oxycodone Tsunami. As a Florida Man born to Appalachian Americans who is a chronic pain patient that “surfed the wave of pills” and survived, I am acutely aware of the inner workings of this devastating situation.
Remember back around 2016, when Sessions was AG? The 1200-1400 sealed
endictments?
I did a little informal spread sheet on where the indictments were sought. Over 1/3
of them were in Southern Ohio, South east Ohio, Southwest Pennsyvlvania, Northern
West Virginia, Southeast Indiana (tri state), Southeastern Ky.
I was really disappointed that those indictments, in that particular area weren’t
pursued.
What did all of those area have in common? Opoid overdoses ( 1400 deaths out of
a population of 440, 000 around Dayton, in one year).
The other common factor? Proximity to the Ohio River. Pittsburgh to Paducah.
All of the indictments were within an hours drive of the Ohio River.
I think Denver, Colorado is following the Vancover/ San Francisco model of Political ruin. Of course the die hard Dems will not admit to the destruction but….
What a star Ms Nickson is, Joe.
Reading her, a recent find for me, is a joy. She is another who started out as a self admitted leftie working in London and socializing with like ideologues, who eventually came to see the light. I have deep respect for people like her, Thomas Sowell, Justice Thomas, Leo Terrell, to name a few who who were shaken from their ideological slumbers.
And brother!! Can she ever write!!
Thank you for posting 👍🏻
That is a sobering if not depressing read about, among other things, our governments have failed to protect their citizens.
Its worth noting that the “ one third of the most valuable houses” owned by wealthy Chinese are typically locked up empty, have no maintenance in the wet Vancouver climate, and immediately begin to rot away. Especially the very high end houses.
Boy does that bring back memories of the 80s. An hour north of Atlanta.
Remember mid- late 80s when the Feds were seizing homes, cars, planes for drugs?
Heard all kinds of stories about $300,000 70-90 foot long houseboats rotting, sinking
that the drug boys had abondoned, the feds hadn’t got around to seizing. This was at
Lake Lanier.
If you want further reading on that, wilful blindness by sam cooper is on that. Its an eye opener, think it was mentioned in one of her articles
President Trump learned some very valuable lessons from his first term. This batch is off to a much better start.
I don’t think any of them were first choices of the GOP Establishment this time around 🙂
And yet, even the ones we know the globullusts really hated/feared, i.e. Kash, Tulsi and Bobbi were confirmed…something few here would have predicted, 6 weeks ago.
Maybe…just maybe, given the undeniable landslide election mandate that made this all happen (and given PDJT team’s readiness, gutsiness and acumen), the Senate R’s are finally growing a vestigial spine…?
“Success has many fathers.”
“CBS narrative engineer Margaret Brennan”
I absolutely LOVE your labels for people, Sundance. They are spot-on!
The insufferable Margaret Brennan was successfully brought to heel by Kristi Noem. Bravo!
Brennan looked confused…
She couldn’t understand why there was an ‘m’ in Noem 🙂
Wow. That was good.
From the tone of Margaret’s voice at the conclusion I got the sense she was puckering from Secretary Noem’s firm demeanor.
She gives a good interview to the Libby females – like this Brennan woman – who otherwise seem intimidated by men like JD, and seem to think the more aggressive they are, the better they can control, or rebut, the narrative. This woman’s interviews with JD have all been hostile. Each time he’s bettered her with his calm articulation and reasoned rationale to whatever ‘gotcha’ she attempted.
All she accomplished was to place the focus on how reasoned, calm and rational JD was, contrasted to her screeching, over the top challenges. The viewer was left – each time – being taken aback by her freak outs. Each time she advocated, as opposed to, interviewed. She showed she was not seeking information, but challenging whatever the matter at hand happened to be. Any time one become enmeshed or embroiled like that, they’re on the losing side.
One could almost say Brennen works for Trump’s team the way she asks questions directly from the lying social media’s narrative of the day, making sure to do so in an Anger Mgr way, but the status quo never changes.
Each time, the liberal narrative comes out not just on the losing side, but sounding what it is, contrived and stupid.
The difference between a strong conservative woman and a TDS infected feminazi on full display here! Kristi is bringing it….!
Rush and the feminazis!!
Yes, he coined that word, and rammed it home effectively….His legacy lives on through his words…
I really miss him, more noe than ever! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I’m glad to see that perhaps the attacks on this site against Nome might now calm down. Several times I’ve read comments disparaging her based upon her ‘glam’. Well, she’s no dummy. Now, apparently she may have implemented policies not in furtherance of MAGA principles while governor of SD – but I frankly am not well versed on what they were and why.
I’ll take a smart MAGA female hottie any day over the purple haired Libby freaks intent on sexual mutilation, screaming like banshees into the night.
I was in the public eye for a significant part of my legal career….and I never hesitated to go the cosmetic improvement route, knowing the reality is that attractive people tend to be more received and given berth than freaks. Only freaks pay attention to freaks. ‘Beautiful’ people get attention. Then those otherwise inclined to dismiss, generally will listen.
The public comments about her glam work were petty, and I will admit, I had some of those thoughts too.
The biggest reason, however, for the skepticism on this website of Kristie Noem, whether it was times when she seemed to deviate from the MAGA agenda, especially while she was contemplating a run for presidency. There were also sometimes when she was voicing opinions, or making policy nut supportive of President Trump DURING his first agenda
You are right, however, she is earning more respect.
MAGA as a whole is maturing. In the past, we have blindly fought for “our side“. Now we have incorporated into our movement, a collective humility, seeking truth and operational procedures that are best. We are allowing others with imperfections into our fold so long as they, also with humility, are willing to join in the collective process of aiming for perfection in the way that we operate as a nation
The great majority of us have come to realize that the author of Truth and Perfection is our Creator, and that He is the Way, Truth, and Life. He is our North Star. I believe the founding fathers held these same views, And yet wisely left the development of that faith to the individual, and refrained from making a “national religion“.
In the transformative process that our nation is going through collectively, I think every one of us, including Kristie Noem and Donald J Trump is growing in the spiritual realm
Many of our founders wrote of their personal spiritual growth, but it is hard to find this literature, either due to suppression or perceived lack of interest.
I would love to hear some wise interviewers pull out the stories of spiritual growth among many of the prominent players in our current unfolding history.
Doc one of the reasons that her glam look is such an issue, and particularly here with this audience is because a large amount of this readership are church-going, ‘old fashioned’ real Conservatives like our parents raised us to be.
So we don’t live that way, we don’t look or dress that way, we’re pretty solid in who and what we are and simply don’t play those games.
What she’s doing is one of those unfortunate distractions that makes many people see that she’s trying very hard to look far younger than what she is- Kimberly Guilfoyle is doing the same thing.
It’s sad because she’s clearly a very smart and a highly accomplished woman that I’m sure looks beautiful with a freshly scrubbed face and her hair in a pony-tail.. BUT she must not feel this way about herself- which is sad on a personal level.
I’m not passing judgement about this at all- but her choice to look this way sets her up for a whole lot of chatter about it.
she had actually toned it down a bit here. I think lol. Yes, her lips are distracting but her face is pure porcelain doll like .. be it artificial or what. I think contrasting her calm demeanor with the hateful Brennan made me appreciate her more. Her face did not look heavy made up at all today…maybe better lighting…I’ve only seen her really on Fox so there is that
I was truely impressed with her breadth of KNOWLEDGE and I think Brennan was CERTAINLY taken aback at how smart this woman truely is. I know I was …this is the best interview I’ve seen of her.
not gonna lie. I would sit next to her in church every day of the week and twice on Sunday.
She just feels like she has to compete with all of the people she has to interact with in DC. If she doesn’t use the make-up and false eyelashes, she’ll be criticized for being a ‘country bumpkin’.
Great idea to learn more about the spiritual experiences of these leaders. Send an email to Lara Trump. Her new show focuses on interviewing the person, not necessarily their position or current job, a!though of course the job can’t he!p but be part of the interview.
You are right. I watched Lara’s first 2 shows & she is a very good interviewer. Her spot on Vivek was great!
FWIW, the Demo_rat brand has been inoperative in most of SoDak for ages. Hence, the conservative-liberal fisticuffs happen inside the SD Republican party as MAGA vs. RINOs. Then it’s filtered as you would expect, through the worse-than-worthless, leftist media inside and outside the state. So Kristi always drew their petty spite as a strong conservative Governor; meanwhile wrangling internal R-party politics, the influence of Big Ag, Big Healthcare, that creepy, eminent-domain-CO2-pipeline putsch, COVID madness and a hostile federal gubmint under Obiden; all of it much more intense and consequential than it may have appeared from outside the state. I still give her top marks.
As I’ve posted before. My governor and a damn good one. So proud of her. And yes she is a beautiful and smart lady.
Vanity is a vice. That being said I would never vote for a dog killer so she’s a no go for me.
And that is an ignorant statement. What is your definition of vanity? Does an individual who works out and has muscle definition have a “vice?” Anyone who gets their teeth straightened or has corrective eye surgery so they don’t wear glasses? How about anyone who wears a wig?
Like other posters, I was also in the public eye for many years and worked closely with others who did the same. Most of us paid close attention to our appearance ..and, yes, most of us were also church attendees and it wasn’t “a game” but merely enhancing what was bestowed on us for our careers. To suggest that anyone who knows how to present themselves in a positive manner is beneath your approval is insulting.
The woman has fillers and ten pounds of makeup – personally, it just makes me roll my eyes. As I said, my concern is killing a dog. To me, that’s a non-negotiable. It may not be so for others.
Some people may consider plastic surgery a non-negotiable or infidelity or divorce or someone’s stance on capital gains taxes. People have every right to their own opinions and values. They also can support or not support a politician for any reason they want. It’s none of your or anyone else’s business.
If it’s none of my business to know your business, don’t come here (or anywhere) and throw your ‘business’ in my face.
Is it just me, or is Margaret becoming the new elf on the shelf?
Please elaborate ….
To me she looks like the elf on the shelf doll, especially wearing that red dress. All she needs to complete the character is the hat and a sense of humor.
I thought you were referring to something deeper functionally. There are more salient parameters with which to assess competence.
So far, she is off to a good start on performance.
“Customs and Border Protection figures show seizures of fentanyl on the southern border have dropped over the past year. She claimed they plummeted 75% in the past six months. Doesn’t that show the existing system is working?”
I find this logic to be totally corrupt.
If they stopped enforcement altogether, wouldn’t the number of seizures drop to zero?
YES.
Just like the the Wuhan fiasco regarding side effects of the experimental gene altering therapy masquerading as vaccines.
The regulatory agencies have been infiltrated and co-opted by the industries they are suppose to monitor.
They could claim “no adverse effects observed” because they willfully and deliberately DID NOT LOOK FOR THEM!!!
Or the cartels are using a new entry point(s).
When Portland, OR cut back/eliminated it’s police vice squad, the cartels shifted import of black-tar heroin from the Bay Area to Portland.
An old saying from nursing in the late 1970’s ‘culture shock’…
…”if you don’t take a temperature, you won’t find a fever”.
I caught that too.
I forget the point, not imposing tariffs or decreasing the enforcement, but why stop if it’s working?
Better enforcement at the Border will help everything associated with it, including drug trafficking, but one illegal drug trafficker is too many, so tariffs or anything to get it to zero is the goal.
Same goal, different ways to get there. Biden’s was See No Evil. Trump’s is Stop the Evil.
Well done Ms. Noem. Nice and smooth, facts well in hand.
I only listened half way through because I cannot tolerate listening to Margaret Brennan.
Judging by the number of views for the network touting “Face the Nation” as “America’s premier Sunday morning public affairs program. The broadcast is one of the longest-running news programs in the history of television” ..
America premier public affairs program? Really? When those who follow it shows a total of 4,811 views
If you have the time, I would encourage people to tolerate listening to interviews with people like Margaret Brennan. As Sundance has said, she is a “narrative engineer”.
Kristie did well with her. Study the techniques. They will help us in discussions with our family and friends, and in clarity and conviction of our own beliefs, as well as help us make good day to day decisions in our own lives as we walk through a land of enemies in our own country. As a citizen of a constitutional republic, each of us has a responsibility to keep Truth flowing in our own communities so that we make good electoral and governing decisions.
Doc: Another way to do the same thing is locate newspaper, magazine, etc articles.
And go through them with a highlighter. Highlight the biased/ subjective arguements .
Much of which ( depending on topic) will use similar wording.
I’ve been doing that for 30 plus years. Think that I managed to wake up a few persons
to toxic wording back then. Believe it would be much more effective now. The powers
that be pushed the narrative to the point that it screamed the last few years. Easier to
wake people up under those circumstances.
All I can say is WOW! The team that is now in place and that’s still being assembled by PT, is second to none at this point.
Yeah….Noem is doing an excellent job so far.
As are Rubio and Bessent.
Jury still out on Bondi and Patel….but they are sitting on probably the 2 most deeply corrupt and infested organizations in the Federal Government.
Assume Ratcliffe at CIA is doing OK….maybe no news is good news???
I am impressed by Duffy, Lutnick, Burgum, Wright and Zeldin too!
Totally concur!!!
Margaret Brennan = The Devil’s Muse.
Appears CBS has toned down the gotcha questions…perhaps by 7% where Brennan is caught–even with her red dress, not looking as dramatic as Ms. Noem (who should soften her makeup to present a kinder/while serious demeanor as she dismantled the questions asked).
Did you note how Kristi answered every question directly and forcefully? She had her ducks in a row and didn’t miss a beat!
Beauty and brains…all she needs is her favorite horse and chaps to ride off the CBS set into a beautiful sunset, smiling that she is doing great work and can communicate it to the American people!
I would add a cowboy hat, revolver and lever action rifle to that picture 😄
My 1st. impression was that BRENNAN DEFINITELY rounded ALL of the edges on her questions and I’m still in the process of getting a handle on why….?
Was it an overall edict to tone down the partisanship ….? BC of crappy ratings?, FCC looming inquiries…? fear of being kept out of the administration’s favored breaking news loop…?
Is it a feeling out period….for Brennan, or is she unsure of how bad Noam may make her look if she EVEN TRIES to go hard in the paint…. ?
Can’t accuse Noam of mansplaining if she chooses full on arrogance with aggressive demeaning challenges to Brennans woke mind virus and TDS.
As for Noams physical presentation….I MUCH prefer Tulsi’s classy attractive 9-5 look as opposed to Kristies pg 6 / Mail Online sidebar PR “look”….
My state of NH has been particularly hard hit by drugs, it’s not easy being right in the middle of Canada and Massachusetts.
There are a lot of dots that can be connected when you see things so up close and personally.
The point that I really never see being made out there on the national stage is how much all these deaths from drugs, all drugs not just fentanyl, how much this has just exploded the Welfare State.. which is the complete and total opposite of what the Right is supposed to be about and yet our side really has not done really enough to stop all this– because look at where we are.
There is a misconception that it’s only homeless losers living in deep blue cities that are dying, it’s not this at all.
It’s the guy that works in construction next door to you that has 4 kids that is dying too- and these people are dying in huge numbers.
It’s mothers that are dying- it’s the lady you talk to every week that works at your favorite store.
When these people die, they leave an entire family unit is crisis- crisis that they may never recover from.
Crisis that then requires many state services to attempt to get through.
Crisis that is so bad that it requires all this support for decades..it can span the entire time those kids are growing up.
THIS right here is why we have a Nanny state that looks like it does..
This has a lot to do with our debt, the growth of all that is destroying us.
So we’re not seeing the entire full picture here of the ripple effects of what all these drug deaths are causing.
Do you know how many kids today have lost a parent, or both parents?
Do you know how many elderly grandparents are raising kids now?
I mean the societal damage, the damage of the family unit, it’s getting to crisis levels- many would say it’s been at crisis levels for a damned long time.
This is truly modern warfare, we’re under attack and we have been for decades.
We are being poisoned and killed, and it’s not just by drugs either.. it pretty much with everything they can think of using- like the food supply.
It’s really long past time to call this the attack that it is and act accordingly.
Kristie is saying this- but yet not saying it – if you notice.
These are not LEGAL PRESCRIPTION drugs we’re talking about. These are ILLEGAL street drugs. Cocaine is, gram for gram, more expensive than fentanyl, so dealers cut it with fentanyl and sell it as pure cocaine. As long as teenagers, barbers, construction workers, store checkers, etc., think it’s okay to use street drugs to get high, then more and more of them will die of fentanyl overdoses. Like the Uighur said, OF COURSE the CCP thinks we’re stupid. Because we are.
Thank you for showing us just what the issues are..
Your are are woefully behind on the topic.
Many overdoses in my area are from people thinking they’ve got bootleg Adderall, Xanax, Kolonopin or Oxycodone/Hydrocodone and the pill is pressed with fentanyl.
The coke heads I have spoken to in treatment have for the most part given it up because they don’t want to die from fentanyl. The dumbass tourists still don’t get it.
The reason the Cartels cut cocaine with fentanyl is because while extremely potent, it has a short half life and leaves the system rapidly leading to intense cravings. The dealers want faster return business.
I thought she stated clearly that it is a war on our society and that its not just to make money but to destroy our country.
The two go together. One of the reasons street drugs appeal to people is that taking drugs seems like a way to deal with pain. People know it is only short term, but they don’t see other ways to get relief.
Besides all the reasons most adults have or will experience pain, one of the biggest reasons has been the shutting down of all the manufacturing jobs. Losing a job that allowed you and your family to live in the middle class is a huge blow. Not being able to get another such job is devastating.
To solve our problems, we can’t just stop drugs coming in. Millions and millions and millions of people need a pathway to being able to work and support a middle-class life.
Besides more manufacturing jobs, which President Trump is creating, we need to support people who want to learn trades (not just school, but things like mentorship and he!ping people figure out what they are good at and showing them where to find jobs where they might excel).
I admire what Kristi is doing, but disagree that it is about drugs. It’s about drugs and jobs because the two are inextricably linked.
WVA and COAL jobs are a PRIME example. They took the MAN from the jobs here …the men have lost their pride, their homes, their children………………………I blame that n********* Obama. The War On Coal ….may he burn in hell
Progressives give all kinds of reasons why President Trump won. The simple truth is that in his heart he feels the deep pain so many have suffered.
So many lives, even generations, destroyed so these a””””””” could make more money.
President Trump is a human being. It’s that simple and that profound.
Now he’s trying to help people in Canada, NATO countries, and Ukraine. Again, he ‘s doing it because of his humanity.
I get the a*******. They are scum.
But I keep wondering about ordinary people who didn’t vote for him. I’ve decided you must have some awareness of other people before you can hear what President Trump has to say. It’s so sad.
Well said.
The increasing toleration, and even legalization, of hard drugs has had a lot to do with the epidemic of drug death throughout North America. It’s time to stop tolerating the drugs. President Trump has spoken approvingly of China’s policy of executing drug distributors. Maybe it’s time for us to crack down, too.
One thing I have never understood is why otherwise intelligent people keep using these drugs. Every single person can easily see where it leads. It’s not a big secret after all these years. If I came to a fork in the road and knew that death and destruction lie one way, I assuredly would go the other way.
human beings have been getting high since the dawn of time. human beings simply like getting high…it’s not rocket surgery.
but it is brain donation.
getting high means you are literally trading your intelligence for some other experience…it’s substitution.
and it “works”, but there is a consequence…and often, it’s not apparent to the user, because with most drugs, comes addiction. the more you use and often, the more you need and often.
it’s a cycle of pain eventually. pain on, take drugs pain off, pain on, take drugs, pain off…ad naseum
drugs are also an alibi for people to conduct themselves with no accountability.
“I was drunk”…is accepted, even by some courts as a mitigating factor …
so we have normalized drug use to the point where a person being accused of a crime, actually has a way to avoid the more serious consequences, simply by declaring they have a drug habit.
it’s insane.
My grandson lost his dad to a fentanyl laced heroin overdose.
A lawyer I worked with lost her 27 year old son; my son’s best friend lost his younger brother from a family with money. My husband had a niece who moved to Vancouver and died of an overdose.
Something that most Americans do not know was that in the 1800’s, the USA and Britain fought with China for the right for us to sell their people opium. By promoting widespread opium abuse and addiction, the West was able to set up favorable trade deals, seize territory and hobble the Chinese ruling class. When you have a society that is 5,000 years old, the decades since that time are nothing. I firmly believe that the Chinese are actively promoting drug use in the USA to not only take advantage of us, it is also paybacks for what we did to them
How bout the Oxycodone Tsunami foisted on Americans by Big pHarma from 1998 to 2011??
You go, girl!! 🌺💅🏻💄💪🏻
I LOVE Kristi!
Margaret is so pathetic. Does she get her script from the deep state?
They all get their talking points (swamp gas) from the Deep State.
I suspect these presstitutes help them write it, hoping to be adopted into the wanna-be aristocracy. That would not only explain their often circular logic, but also why they so consistently revert to intentionally missing the point with stale demagoguery, poorly disguised as journalism. The J-word itself is now an epithet.
The Fake News ‘Truman Show’ managers haven’t fully accepted the reality that Truman (i.e. most Americans) are awake to their propaganda operation now. They’re still trying the same tactics, but aren’t getting the intended results anymore….hopefully they continue with the old playbook, since so far I’ve not seen indications that they’ve even started working on a new one.
It’s all they have.
Trump was clear when he put the tariffs on the three countries at the center lf the fentanyl crisis (China, Canada, and Mexico) that these tariffs were about fentanyl.

Fact Sheet: President Donald J. Trump Imposes Tariffs on Imports from Canada, Mexico and China
The White House
February 1, 2025
https://www.whitehouse.gov/fact-sheets/2025/02/fact-sheet-president-donald-j-trump-imposes-tariffs-on-imports-from-canada-mexico-and-china
For some reason, people don’t want to believe how serious he is about this issue.
I don’t know why.
Brennan comes across consistently as an unlikable shrew.
FWIW at least I’ve seen flashes of humanity from Welker over at MTP.
You’ve just described most of their industry.
Justine Trudeau is a Chinese Fentanyl Trafficker. Full Stop.
As was Joey Autopen.
Those statistics are horseshit.
Any amount seized at the Borders is usually a setup to distract resources so the big loads skate on through..
Now that’s we’re talking about; nice job Kristi Noem…
Nice cool and calm very comfortable and confident.
I’m so relieved she’s doing excellent and I’m so glad also that the first comment here wasn’t about her looks, thank God I didn’t have wade through all crap again!!!
I watched this video over on YT and am pretty appalled at the stupidity in the comment section.
The medias only mission is to serve their globalist masters and hate on anything MAGA, so I dont see the benefit of these establishment government officials to continue to appear on these globalist platforms and further create the illusion of MSM relevancy. Unless that is their post Trump Admin intention for the future. It is in fact counter productive for this administration if it does not use this 4 year opportunity to wean itself and the publics dependency off this self inflicted punishment (fake news). There must also be a non-bias “official” MSM news platform to compare fake news to. You either support fake news or you dont.
I think it probably fits in with the administrations claim to be transparent. If they didn’t allow these interviews the general public would not hear their viewpoints at all. And they would be accused of hiding their agenda. This way the MSM actually helps get the message out. You would actually think the MSM would be the ones to forego these interviews after the beatings they are taking. But, then again, the left is incapable of anything like shame or embarrassment.
After weighing the pros and cons, there really is no benefit to continue pretending my way down the same path.
Don’t assume this is mindless Resistance.
Those leakers might be paid Cartel stooges.
Never laid a glove on her
PDJT states that Biden allowed 21 million to enter the US illegally on top of the 20 to 30 already here illegally. At the current rate only 5% of Biden’s 21 million will get rounded up and sent back.
Need to figure out how to raise that number to a million per month really quickly. They have destroyed our economy especially for the lower middle class and working poor.
Abled body Americans also need to be forced to work and get them off the fake disability claims. There are about 18 million of them who aren’t working. It’s time for tough-love or a swift kick in the back-side.
Don’t forget they expect a lot of the illegals to self-deport to preserve their chances of returning legally.
How many cannot be predicted.
I read that in the last Mexican Presidential election, millions of ballots were cast from the USA.

How about some meme’s seth? Your one of the best here!
I do most of my memes in the evening hours when Im too lazy to put what Im thinking in words.
Tariffs end when the traffics stops?
And, then…what about the disparity in tariffs to begin with–seaparate and totally apart from traffic flowing into the USA?
Nice ploy: emplace tariffs and traffic, get a US tariff response on the traffic, reduce the traffic, have the US tariffs removed. And original Canadian tariffs remain.
Nice gig.
It appeared to me from Pres Trump’s interview that once the fentanyl stops, the tariffs would be on a reciprocal basis only. Did anybody else get that?
Yes, I think he said that.
1st. They learn to crap on the paper….then NOT IN THE HOUSE AT ALL…..
why waste time talking to as-holes, all as-holes give is sh-t…
Noem Homan Rubio all A+++++++++
Bondi and Patel need to step up.
She is an American bad ass like Trump.. She is the Helen Waite of our time she handles all complaints .Have a complaint go to Helen Waite….
You’re going waay back!
I think Helen Waite is a waitress at my fav diner in Nags Head, NC. It’s called ‘Eat And Get The Hell Out’.
I see what you did there, Treavor.
Margaret Brennan keeps getting had in her ambush interviews with Trump officials.
What good is an ambush if JD Vance and Kristi Noem keep cutting her off at the pass?
Her attitude is still one of condescension even as she fails in her attack. Liberals are incapable of shame or guilt.
That condensation comes from the air she’s breathing in that bubble.
Bring marshmallows.
Excellent interview by Noem. She’s brought some great people onto her team to make ICE more effective too.
🐻 🐻 🇺🇸 🐻 🐻
She is awesome.
Do you think Trump knows yet that Kash was a mistake?
We don’t know yet whether Kash was a mistake or not. He was nearly the last appointed. We need to give him some time.
Bondi though is not looking too good much as Sundance warned us.
Bondi and Kash will not have favorable creditability until the public see actual “Perp Walks”.
Yep – truth is in the pudding.
Blondi is the weak link … she’ll be gone by summer I expect. Isn’t her deputy ag a really good one?
AG Blondi is not as Krisp as Kristi.
Overall, DHS has agencies like ICE, BP, CBP, and the USCG that have personnel that hold American values.
Not sure the same can be said of DOJ, with agencies like atf and fbi.
Hopefully, truth will out!
Kash will need
to make a dash
and apply the lash
But not be rash
When it’s
Time to bash
Agents whose stash
Of lies and mishmash
Is certain to crash
Their schemes to dash
On the rough rocks of the law
For their fatal flaw
Is they thought they had won
When the battle’s not done
They can’t DOGE all the fun
That’s not yet begun
For soon they will say
“This is a bad day”
(My attempt at a rhyme may not be so fine)
I was so wrong about Kristi Noem. She’s great!
I was told if an American has a shoplifting conviction on their criminal record they are denied entry into Canada..
I was told this by an Idahoan ne’er-do-well about 15 years ago who said it happened to him.
I was under the impression Canada had access to our criminal database when folks try to enter their Country. This is the first I have heard about us not having access to theirs.
Last I checked, a Driving Under the Influence will keep you out of Canada.
1 DUI is to be a 10 ban, 2 is a life time ban.
If first is your only mark in your background they can let you in for a limited time with a fee attached.
This is if your trip is business related don’t know if it works as a leisure visit.
Well butter my biscuits!
It is true. But I think that it only applies to white Americans. Canada has obviously let in the CCP in droves.
Heck, after having stared down Kim Jong Un, handling ol’ Margaret had to be a piece of cake for Noem.
It’s a good thing we have people with her level of honesty and integrity preparing to take over MAGA when President Trump is no longer in office.
MARGARET BRENNAN is slowly becoming the Glass Joe of media talking heads.
Wow. Glad I took a few moments to watch the video.
Thank you Treehouse.
I like straight shooting women. They remind me of my wife and daughters.
Well done, DHS boss. 👊✝️👊
Secretary Noem answered each question from the Elf on the Shelf with straight facts, logic and reason. She didn’t hesitate or stutter or attempt any deflection of any question. It was a master class performance.
Also-thanks to Rev. Armageddon T. Thunderbird for pointing out the Elf On The Shelf resemblance.
I see Noem has chosen the luxury real estate agent aesthetic. Not a bad choice actually, for PR purposes.
She is no didff than the rest they talk around answering the question. Change subject. I cant remember 2 sec but i posted on blogs the stats about Fentenyl coming across from Canada and its really very low. So Govt is lying bout that part.
very impressed with her … she OWNED that cow Brennan
I’m liking this woman a lot. She’s smart, media savvy and very telegenic.
First and foremost, she follows her boss’s directives. She’s all about talk and action.
She and Rubio have surprised me in a very positive way.
Bondi is a dud. Patel is off to a slow start. Time is of the essence.
I am still holding my verdict on Bondi and Kash. Their situation takes more time than some of the others. I am willing to wait a while longer until I pass judgement.
Maybe Bondi will do something one of these days….
Bondi has to deal with a different criteria than say the head of the department of labor.
If Bondi wants to actually do something, she will stop going on the ‘nightly news’ and do it.
