If confirmed, Patel will be the 18th Cabinet official approved by lawmakers since President Donald Trump’s inauguration one month ago. Hearing from the base of supporters, almost all republicans have now rallied around Patel; finally admitting the FBI needed structural reform.

Just bear in mind, unlike Lawfare, which is only to get headlines, and not ultimately prevail in court, Bondi and Kash have to investigate and build air tight cases, and in many cases to be tried in DC, as thats where the crimes occurred…so it takes time to build such air tite cases…
On the other hand, they hardly need to aim, as the criminality is so rampant…
They might have to seek change of venue after charges are filed.. fair trials and all..
DC Court prosecutions would be anything but just.

Rico cases can be filed in almost any jurisdiction since it is so widespread and involves so many criminal acts.
If the actual crime by the FBI was committed somewhere other than DC then they can be charged in the federal court over that venue. They didn’t commit crimes in just the DC area.
