That is not her job. That is the responsibility of the White House Counsels office.

If it involves a US agency, depending on where the case is, it would usually be the Solicitor General, which is still under the DOJ.
These high profile institutional department heads have staff. Im sure some of the duties of that staff is to scour the internet to determine what the public is saying and thinking about their boss. Trump not helping himself by firing 17 IGs w/o the required 30 day notice. That provision was included the last time Congress changed the law.

I believe some of these actions were for the SOLE PURPOSE of creating lawsuits that President Trump could then litigate to further solidify the role of the Executive. He knew that statute existed but did it anyway. Ask yourself why? Do you think he all of a sudden decided to “ignore” the law?

The Supreme Court ruled that the President has the power to fire any Federal employee. The IGs are presidentially appointed. The depth of this ruling is slowly becoming apparent as the president exercises his constitutional powers as affirmed by the Supreme court.
A federal judge has ruled that President Trump does in fact have constitutional authority to freeze or limit certain federal funding. This means the Trump White House can withhold funding without the district court’s prior approval.

Congress needs to make law on personnel in the legislature not in the Executive branch.
These IG are in Executive branch, so if he wants them fired, then they are fired.
Congress crossed the line with that law, when they try to dictate policy in another branch of government. Tell Congress to write a law on judicial personnel and see how fast it gets shot down.
This is why President Trump is pushing these issues, because other branches of government are trying to usurp the power of the Executive Branch, which is the President’s power.
Congress doesn’t get to legislate away the plenary power of the Executive; The President. He can fire anyone anytime for any reason. The entirety of the Executive serve at the pleasure of the president.

Watching Bondi speak there were some signs that her arm was being twisted as she spoke. Her speech and gestures did not seem genuine like I would expect to see from someone who is speaking from the heart with nothing to hide.
