The 12 Step Program for conservative voters:
1. We admit we were unaware of our Republican abusers – Our elections became manipulated.
2. We accept that only a power greater than ourselves can restore our republic.
3. We make a decision to focus our effort and our life to the care of a loving God.

5. We have admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human, being flawed in our political belief.
6. We are entirely ready to have God free us from defects of character, break our victim mindset and strengthen our resolve.
7. We humbly asked Him to remove our false assumptions.
8. We have made a list of all political abusers, and we commit to holding them accountable.
9. We accept the need to confront the republican abusers, even when doing so hurts their feelings.
10. We continue to take personal inventory and if we accept victimization again, we will promptly admit it.
11. We seek through prayer and deliberation to improve our conscious contact with God, praying only for righteous knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.
12. Having had an emotional, intellectual and spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we pledge to carry this message to others who are abused, and to practice these principles of awakening in all our political affairs.

I agree we don’t need to be preachy. And it is also counterproductive to revert to rivalries, jeers and catcalls.
Just lead by example. When the lost sheep see us living our best lives, they will naturally draw closer. I’ve found this to be true of my acquaintances, who learn a lot from me because I try to remain open and non confrontational, no matter what their political leanings may be.
I believe that when we find ourselves inside enemy territory, we are there as a beacon for those most in need of God’s direction. He places us exactly where we need to be.
Yes, avoid slippery people, slippery places and slippery things.
They aren’t your friends anymore. The purpose of a “fresh start” and working the Steps daily is to explore new horizons and leave the past corrupting behaviors behind. Rest in Peace Jimmy H, Ray S, and Chuck J … you all saved my ass when it was worthless!! Jimmy, with simple and humble Wisdom you taught me to show up with confidence before The LORD every day, AND THEN people would know what I stood for; Ray, with your gravely voice you hammered into my head sober thinking and sober living, to listen more and talk less, and that the ministry of presence is most powerful; and, Chuck, you taught me levity… to not take myself seriously, to get out of my head at least once a day, and to listen to my wife every day, all the time! I owe my life and my marriage to you 3 men and will be eternally grateful for the time we shared! The LORD God Almighty worked through you guys to help more people than you could ever have known about … and to think, it all came from The Mustard Seed!!
For the rest of you people … you may like what you see now, but those of us who trod THAT path would never wish upon you the path it took me to get here!

A good article. Agree with his principles, but he also notes (as we all do) the PDJT isn’t grooming American to be alone. Those turned off by Donald Trumps bluster and apparent ego, don’t see that he really means it when he says he is fighting for us. There can be no other explanation than that.

In Ohio, you have to be a registered Republican to vote in the Republican primaries. Too many people just wait for the general elections to vote — and then complain about the choice they are left with. There is no State in the Union, where you can enter the bi-annual State Republican party convention, where State Party officers are elected, without showing I.D. and your name is compared to the Voter data in the election dept computers.

Maybe everyone is not aware of it but there are many conservatives that don’t have as much interest in religion as others, and that doesn’t make anyone less MAGA or less moral, and shouldn’t make them feel left out. Conservatism is not a religion.
The 12 steps above inherently portray some people as weak, but there are many strong people out there with an abundance of common sense that don’t need therapy, they just need others to help change what they can’t accomplish on their own.
Trump is not an overly religious man. He is successful because he has confidence, and if the 12 steps give more people that ability, everyone wins.

I have to share this with my Sundance Family-
My husband and I have been involved with Alcoholics Anonymous for around 3 1/2 years. We have always said that if everyone worked the 12 Steps of AA, it would be a better world. This program , besides saving my life, has made my life so much more serene ,happy and complete.
And I love love love Sundance’s version of our Steps. I laugh out loud every time I see it.
Our meetings also have such a welcoming, understanding and non judgmental group of people- we are all different but we share this disease. It creates a Fellowship I have never experienced in my 72 years.
I also love love love this group of people. CTH has it’s own fellowship.

Mostly very good. It ignores that the Democrat party built the deep state system. Yes, we have to disabuse ourselves of the notion that Republicans have not been captured by the system Democrats spent building into every aspect of our lives, culture, society and government.
