President Trump is raising the alarm on last night’s horrible crash. I’m seeing a lot of this, including from professional pilots. They’re all saying, this was no accident.
A military Black Hawk hilo from Fort Belvoir collided with a small American Eagle passenger jet, (# 5342) from Wichita, KS, at WDA, Reagan Airport at about 9 pm, est. on 1/29/25.
68 people were on board both crafts that crashed into the Potomac River. River temp is 35 degrees F.
4 survivors rescued from river, 18 known fatalities so far, per reports.

I know I didn’t post an update for a while. I will post at the weekend. This one is an article that I wrote to make a point that is think is important. I will be happy ti discuss as the subject is controversial. It is hopefully educational.
How to tell antisemitism from anti-Israel
In view of the rise in antisemitism world wide I decided to explain the subject. I have noticed a confusion between “Anti-Israel” to “Antisemitism”. I am sure that there are cases of wrongly mixing the terms and identification of the antisemite.
“Antisemitism” is “Jew hatred”. But it is unlike other generalizations as it has its own unique aspects. It has been known for thousands of years and it is different than the “hatred of blacks” or “the old hate of French and British” or any other hate by the “Intention to exterminate or justify annihilation”. Jews were under those intentions and actions long before Hitler. The pogroms in East Europe before WW2 also took the lives of hundreds of thousands of Jews and it goes back.
But Antisemitism has unique lines of Black Propaganda:
“The Jews dominate the world”. “The Jews conspire to dominate the world”. “The Jews are not loyal to their countries”. “The Jews killed Jesus”. “The Jews drink the blood of Christian children in rituals”…
And in modern times it has mutations, the same ideas with variations:
“The Jews are dominating America”. “The Jews dominate Hollywood and the media”. “AIPAC dominating America”.
And then the word “Jews” became “Zionists” and later in some cases “Israel”. But the intention is the same and the concepts are the same. Only the words changed. In the Arab world most wouldn’t use the word “Israel” but would call it “Zionist Entity”. And the Mein Kampf book of Hitler was best seller in Palestinian areas and is popular in some Arab nations.
A coupe of years ago I ran into a “Facebook friend” who was a fan of
“the Q”. He had me read and watch some videos which were apparently popular in some “deep right wing” streams.
They blamed it all on “the Zionists”. The “drinking blood of children” motif was there. “The Zionists dominate the world”. And of course “all your problems in America and the world are because of The Zionists”.
By the way “Zionist” means only “the Jewish movement of return of the Jews to their ancestral homeland which is Israel”.
When I confronted him for antisemitism he of course denied it and said that “The Zionists he is talking about are not really Jews”…
So yes, there can be someone who doesn’t like Zionism Without being antisemite. But in the vast majority of the cases, if the same ancient lines are used then it is antisemitism. And it usually is.
The intention to blame the problems of the world on Zionists, Jews or Israel are all antisemite lines that we know for generations.
In the Arab world it’s popular to blame Israel or as they call it “The Zionists” for internal problems like conflicts between Arabs to Arabs, financial issues and failed States.
The Intention to annihilate the one and only Jewish State that is the size of New Jersey and is about 10 million people, is antisemite.
The none antisemite would simply say “make a deal”, “co-exist”…
Some Arabs may attribute it to The Koran and say that “Jews simply have no right for a state in Palestine.” But exterminating Jews is in the Koran and calling Jews “sons of pigs and apes” in some of the holiest Muslim writings, is antisemite.
You see the same lines circulate amongst the antisemites, for example in 1967 during the Six Days war, Israel accidentally attacked a US Spy ship which approached the War area. There were casualties and apologies and investigation and it was found to be a case of misidentifying the ship.
The antisemite circles are bringing it over and over again as a proof that Israel is bad. But the intention is of annihilating Israel and it is based on the ages old antisemite motivations.
Recently Candace Owen went into the antisemite side. Of course she denies it. Of course she brings in the incident with the ship. She claims that Israel knew of 9/11 in advance and didn’t report it. “She based it on a credible threat” at one company that has a NY location. In looking into it you see that the threat was actually at the Israeli location and was general about a terror attack without saying where. She claims that “the Jews of Israel are not real Jews” and she recently protected Kanye West after his pro Hitler crazy rant. And of course “anyone who says anything against Israel in America is assassinated” and “JFK was killed by Israel” and “The Zionists dominate America”.
And if you’re not convinced yet then Owens also claimed that Judaism was a “pedophile-centric religion that believes in demons…[and] child sacrifice …” She added that she is “waking people up to the fact that pedophiles are in power.”
Again a “Facebook friend” promoted antisemite lines and defended her and denied that he is antisemite. When they use the age old lines against Israel I identify it with the world “Jew”, “Zionist” or “Israel” same intention and same lines.
Let’s look at the amount of hate generated at Israel in proportions to other world conflicts.
The UN Issued more condemnations against Israel than the entire world combined since 2015. During this period we had the Russian crimes on Ukraine, Concentration camps in China, The atrocities of North Korea against its people, numerous executions of the opposition in Iran, etc…
Israel has 141 condemnations, Russia had 23, Syria 10, The US 9, North Korea 8, Iran 7. Miramar 7.
Now lets look at proportions:
Have you heard about the Tigray War? (Ethiopia Civil War, early 2020s) : 200,000-600,000 death toll.
How about The Second Congo War? (late 90s) : 3-5 million died.
The Syria Civil War: around 600,000 killed.
Yemen Civil War (2014) : over 150,000 killed
Russia Ukraine War: Russian soldiers killed around 100,000
Ukrainians killed 50,000-100,000 (conflicting reports).
US Wars death toll on the enemy side:
~Iraq War: 110,000 to 1,100,000. It’s disputed, the real number is probably in the middle.
~Afghanistan: Around 180,000.
~Hiroshima nuclear: 120,000 in a period of two months.
~Nagasaki nuclear: 100,000-200,000 over some months.
~Vietnam war: 970,000-3,000,000 (conflicting reports as to exact numbers)
Now let’s see Israel’s wars:
In all of Israel wars combined which were mostly forced upon it, and Israeli had about 8 wars and many rounds, the death toll combined is not in the hundreds of thousands.
So you may ask yourself why is it such a disproportionate issue in media, UN, ICC (International Court)?
Another “FB Friend” is now a few times promoting lines that blame Israel for problems in the US. He is upset about the “8 trillions of US money that went to the Middle East. Which is why Americans suffer”.
So I looked at his source and saw that this number is about Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq…
Afghanistan and Pakistan are not even in the Middle East. Iraq is not bordering Israel. Another time he is upset about AIPAC “controlling the politicians of the US”. Now, I am sure that AIPAC has power and money and influence. But I can’t avoid the smell of “the Jews control the world” and its variation of “Jews control the US”.
Now I don’t say that Jews are saints and I am quite upset myself with some “Jewish figures” like Soros and Schumer. But there the Breitbart was also a Jewish man and so is Mr. Miller the right hand man of Trump. So generalities are not recommended.
So no, anti Israel is not antisemite but when it’s denying it’s right to exists or defend itself then we are talking about the intention that goes along exterminating Jews. You can criticize Israel for many things but when you start blaming Israel for the problems of America and indicate domination of America then you’re crossing into the Ancient antisemite lines of blaming Jews for the evils of the world. That is antisemite.
When a tiny nation like Israel is condemned more than the entire world combined over decades completely disproportionate to the magnitudes of what is going on then it Is antisemitism. Maybe not everyone who votes is antisemite but the originators are usually Arab nations who are very antisemite.
The vast Muslim immigration to the West is the reason for the increase in antisemitism. Combined with a lot of money and the antisemite instinct of man you get a wave. And yes there is also the Auto-Antisemite that is a Jew who hates himself and those are the worst.

Fantastic read. In my opinion you can’t really hate Israel without hating its people. And yes, I have run into the vein of conservative that you mentioned. There are some radical podcasts and websites out there that promote this anti-Zionist tone.
As far as the US ship that was sunk by Israel is concerned , I can hardly believe it was an accident. After what I have seen the US govt capable of in the last few years since I began to pay attention, it would not be hard for me to believe that the ship in question was passing intel to the enemy of Israel.
Within the church there is a prevalent view that Israel forfeited the Abrahamic covenant when she rejected Jesus. A serious study of the Bible will not support this view, but many hold to it.

I too have a friend that went ‘full Q’ and just shake my head in laughter as she does the same thing when calling out that what she’s saying is antisemitism and she says ‘oh, no, you (me) just don’t understand’. Crazy has several levels.

Thought you might be interested in what’s happening in Oregon: The Wildfire Risk Map developed by students at Oregon State University and the Oregon Department of Forestry is causing much angst. The map identifies which Oregon homes and communities face the highest wildfire hazard. Some have already lost their home insurance, and some have had their properties devalued.
Commentors on a private Facebook page speculate that it is unconstitutional, that it may have stated from dirty money (Jeff Golden), that it may be a land grab, and that SB762 violates both procedural due process and substantive due process inflicting irreversible harm on Oregon homeowners.
An interesting view of a commentor is that by homeowners appealing the ODF map, we are in essence critiquing their map for them. Which may be true because after public outrage in 2022 over SB762, they came up with SB80.
Another commentor reported that someone involved in planning these senate bills stated that they don’t think people should live in forested areas.
Oregon wildfires are costly. Over $600 million in 2020 and over $200 million in 2024. It’s highly possible that this Wildfire Risk Map is the start of charging property owners to recover some of the costs, by fines or property confiscation. If Oregon is the pioneer to test things to implement in other states, we all need to be concerned.
The bills relating to the Wildfire Risk Map are SB762 and S80. Also related is SB79. Property owners want them repealed. SB 678 is an attempt to repeal but probably won’t get much traction.

Just buy one size larger than you normally wear and run it through the laundry including the dryer as normal. It shrinks to fit. Your results may vary but it works for me.

On December 17, 1903, Orville piloted the first powered, controlled, and sustained flight, covering 120 feet in 12 seconds. This event, which took place at Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, marked a significant milestone in human history. The Wright brothers continued refining their designs and in 1905 built the Wright Flyer III, which was capable of fully controllable, stable flight for significant distances.
Orville also served on various aviation boards and commissions, including a 1920 appointment to the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics, a precursor to today’s National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Despite the profound impact of his and his brother’s work, Orville remained modest and reserved throughout his life.

German automotive engineer (Volkswagen Beetle; Mercedes-Benz SS) and founder of the Porsche car company, dies at 75
Biography: Ferdinand Porsche is best known for creating the Volkswagen Beetle, the Lohner-Porsche hybrid vehicle, and the Auto Union racing cars, as well as founding Porsche AG, the famous sports car company.
Porsche showed a talent for engineering from a young age. In 1898, he designed one of the first electric vehicles, the Egger-Lohner C.2 Phaeton. In 1900, he created the Lohner-Porsche Mixte Hybrid, the world’s first gasoline-electric hybrid car.
Throughout his career, Porsche worked for several automakers, including Austro-Daimler, Daimler-Benz, and Steyr Automobile. In 1931, he started his own engineering firm, which would later become Porsche AG.
Later, in 1934, Adolf Hitler asked Porsche to design a “people’s car,” which led to the creation of the Volkswagen Beetle.
During World War II, Porsche contributed to the German war effort by designing tanks and other military vehicles. He was a member of the Nazi Party and an SS officer. After the war, he was arrested by French authorities as a war criminal but was later released.
In 1948, Porsche introduced the 356, the first sports car to bear the Porsche name. He was posthumously inducted into the International Motorsports Hall of Fame and later named Car Engineer of the Century.

Lightnin Hopkins
(1912-1982)
American blues musician (Ball of Twine), dies of esophageal cancer at 69
Biography: Lightnin’ Hopkins was an American country blues singer, songwriter, and guitarist. He was immersed in the blues tradition from a young age, meeting and learning from legendary artists like Blind Lemon Jefferson and his cousin Alger “Texas” Alexander.
After being discovered singing on the streets of Houston by Lola Anne Cullum of Aladdin Records in 1946, Hopkins recorded his first songs, including “T-Model Blues” and “Tim Moore’s Farm.”
In the late 1950s, blues researcher Mack McCormick helped bring Hopkins to wider audiences, including his 1960 debut at Carnegie Hall alongside Joan Baez and Pete Seeger.
Hopkins recorded prolifically from the 1960s-1970s, sometimes with backing bands like the 13th Floor Elevators on the 1968 album “Free Form Patterns.”
Hopkins influenced many other musicians like Townes Van Zandt, Stevie Ray Vaughan, whose “Rude Mood” was inspired by “Hopkins’ Sky Hop,” as well as a generation of blues artists. He was considered a living link to the earliest eras of blues, recording an estimated 800-1000 songs and earning the nickname “the Poet of the Blues.”
Some of Hopkins’ career highlights included tours of the U.S. and Japan, a poet-in-residence position in Houston, and having his guitars displayed at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and National Museum of African American History and Culture.

It was most painful watching the video of Slim; I almost couldn’t continue. But, I’m so glad I did. What a remarkable recovery in a relatively short period of time – all due to such kind devoted people.
I was most affected by the sad, resigned look in Slim’s eyes at the time of his rescue compared to his bright and engaged behavior after only 6 months! Such difficult heart rending work. God Bless those dear souls and Slim’s determination to live!

WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL
PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.
