FBI Director Nominee Kash Patel runs the Senate Judiciary Committee gauntlet.
Despite what some may think, there’s a stronger likelihood of Patel having a smooth hearing in the Senate Judiciary from the GOP wing of the UniParty, simply because the public is so awakened to the corruption within the FBI.
Patel will face a full-throated attack effort from the Democrats and not a single democrat is going to support him; so, this one is all on the Republicans in the Judiciary Committee and in the full Senate hearing if he comes out of the committee with all Republican support.

In fact, NOWHERE does the Constitution guarantee the government any right to keep or bear arms.

IMHO, the most relevant piece of information in this video, in terms of indicating the approval of these nominees, not just Patel, but Tulsi and Jr.too, is NOT in the questions or answers…

Since we began recording approval ratings for POTUS’s, this is unprecedented; once they start governing, every action they take that pleases some, displeases others, so its logical that their popularity may suffer once they start governing.
And lets face it, Our President Trump (OPT) has hardly been walking or governing on egg shells this last 10 days, quite the contrary. He has boldly engaged in aggressive actions, with EO’s and directives, public statements in pressers and Social Media posts, and not pulling any punches, if anything just the opposite, saying all Buttgig had going for him, was a line of bullshit, for instance. His attitude to any who oppose him seems to be “FAFO”.
The greatest power a President has, is the “bully pulpit” and his most important ability, is to be able to marshall the American people to stand behind him and support his policies, agendas and doctrines,
For example, Impeachment is NOT a legal process, dependant on evidence and facts, it is a POLITICAL process; if a POTUS is highly popular, they can not be Impeached, even for blatantly obvious “high crimes and misdemeanors” and if they are highly unpopular, they can be impeached for no real crime at all.
OPT’s support has grown steadily, since he descended the escalator, thru all of the attempts to lower it, and so while “past performance is no guaratantee” to expect his popularity to go down, just because every other POTUS’s has (again,since we began tracking it) is no more reasonable than to expect it to continue to climb, because it has since he entered politics.
And it is his popularity, his support of the People, that will ultimately detirmine how many Republicons vote against him, either for these nominees, or for his legislative agenda.
So, I expect all of his nominees will get confirmed, in the end.
In describing all the terrible things Kash has said, Whitehouse did the very thing he accuses with exaggerations, lies, and contempt for the entire process!
I think the Democrats on these confirmation hearings are trying to show their constituents and donors that they are not rolling over for Trump as has been alleged by many on their side and also see this as an opportunity to increase their personal status within the Party to become leaders in the future. But they are failing miserably.
A side benefit to the Democrats flailing is that the fusion of MAHA, MAGA has become bond. We are joined.
Though we all know about the rinos and uniparty, I have to say the contrast between the loons on the Dem side vs the much more sane Senators on the Republican side was very noticeable. Yes it works both ways when the republicans are interviewing Dem nominees, but these Democrat senators are just plain awful, far and away more awful than the republicans. They rarely actually ask a question of any of the nominees, they rant and rave and present manipulated facts and they are nasty and extra snarky. It’s just nauseating to think these are the people running the country. That they get elected by the people in their states is kind of shocking.
Kudos to the three people getting the brunt of the Dem nastiness today and yesterday. They held up well and it would be a very bad look for any Republican who aligns themselves with the Dems in voting against any of these nominees.
