You are right to some extent. The major role of congress or blocks from congress will come in the form of long term codification of agreements via ratification as well as any lawsuits brought by congress in Federal Courts questioning authority.
We know for certain the US 9th District, the DC District and 2nd District Courts have Judges who will cause issues, when called upon.
However, it will be interesting to see if the likes of Kristi Noem and Marco Rubio will act pro-actively or act forcefully when told to address these types of issues on behalf of the President. The role of the Executive Cabinet is assist and unburden the President. if MAGA is to live beyond 2028 inside the US Government … People will have to be found who will step up to that DUTY.

I agree wholeheartedly. Illegals receive more SS benefits than my Mom who worked 55+ years, sometimes 60+ hours, especially when she owned her own businesses. Plus they receive
FREE housing, food, healthcare, education, phones, transportation, and legal. Folks that have to hire attorneys for disability or Social Security benefits that rightfully belong to them spend $Thousands of hard earned money.
Shut off the FREE EVERYTHING and they also wouldn’t be able to afford to send those remittances back to their families in their home countries.

I’m just amazed with President Trump he’s truly a remarkable human being when you weigh it against your own life. We know he lives clean, except the Fast Food, but it amazes me his seemingly infinite endurance…just remarkable.
This is not hero worship but a simple observation. The latest interviews and rallies he’s exuberant, happy, glib, at ease, a man in the moment who knows he’s shielded by God. I know my own life is vexing enough and at times can be overwhelming, I turn to God or as some say, “give it to God” and I find peace.
But, In President Trump’s life it’s seems that God and His angels are directly guiding and protecting this man, he’s truly; “On a mission from God”.
I’m being challenged in my mid sixties like I never thought would be possible before 3/2020, everything has been turned on its head. With my faith in God, I believe he’s always at my steering wheel and in the end will multiply my life for the good.
But President Trump has a visible hand of protection from God. He needed this aggravation like a hole in the head, pun intended. Yet he jumped in in 2015 and fearlessly soldiers on “into the breach once more” …why?
I firmly believe he knew that this was a do or die proposition, if he doesn’t win in the end, he and his Trump empire are done…finished. But he loves his country, he loves the American people, he loves the Trump brand and decided it was worth the risk. If so remarkable.

I listened to the “Firebrand” interview in the noted video link. Massie did mention the DNC pipe bomber incident. However, and IMPORTANTLY, he was referring to who FOUND the pipe bomb, NOT who planted it!
Thus, it was, according to Massie who is quoting the Capitol Police, it was a Capitol Police officer who FOUND the DNC pipe bomb.
Because Revolver got these facts wrong in their story, they pulled the story – and are probably reworking it for a longer piece to explain the implications of a police officer having found the bomb, and not some “bystander” as previously stated in this long running “narrative”.
I emailed BeforeItsNews to request they take their story down as well, since they “reprinted” a retracted story from Revolver due to its inaccuracies…

Yes, it requires a bit of work looking at weekly circulars, and checking weekly sales, and maybe waiting a few weeks until items go back on sale. But the savings are worth it. And the local grocers will stay in business.

I have been a member of Costco for years, only because the quality of the meat and fish was much better than what is available in my (rural) community.
The last trip (110 miles) that I made to Costco, I came home with Salmon that had live worms in it and I have read about this happening before.
I’m through with them and when they send my membership bill, the worms and the DEI crap will be addressed when I send the bill in unpaid with my note.
A big portion of the revenue comes from the memberships.

“FEMA” should be completely re-organized into a “we’ve got your back” agency supporting local and state efforts. Because, these are the people who actually understand the area and so what has now impacted it. They are also the people who are truly motivated to help.
They should also be required to audit the assistance that they provide, to ensure that it actually gets to its intended recipients.
They should be shuttered. Funds should be made available to states but only with strong audit capability. Mismanagement not tolerated and clawback if necessary. Why keep an expensive team all over the country?
FEMA is not needed as a stand-alone Cabinet Level entity. Make it a coordinating office ONLY inside of Department of the Interior or even DoD (who has the right assets and expertise). Actually, DoD already has an Operational Mission Set and organic Logistics Elements …. called Support and Stabilization to Civil Government that cover disaster relief and support in case of civil unrest.
The way President Trump handled the recovery of Puerto Rico and even the way Bush II finally got around to the recovery of LA after their Hurricane disasters point the way…in both these cases FEMA was a stumbling block

Everything, and I mean everything, in your local school budget is premised on receipt of federal funds, whether it is the subsizided (poisonous) food, the extra staffing for teaching the non-English speakers, the grants from the extra tax on cell phone lines . . .

I think every government function that has been privatized receives grants to function. The private prisons come to mind. It seems like, however, every time we intended to save money through privatization of government functions, we ended up spending more. Massive grift.
That’s because it was never truly privatized. If the gov’t funds your company, you are a contractor, unless they just give it to you w/o competition and bidding, which would be illegal if it were any other arrangement. The only way you are a truly private company is if you have to compete for business in the market place w/o subsidy in funding or influence.
My wet dream would be to take tens of thousands of the IRS agents, and send them
(anoonymously, because the bad guys will cover their tracks) into school systems nationwide.
For investigations, audits. Starting with Title 1 real numbers. I’ve heard tons of stories from
coworkers in lesser paying jobs ( janitorial, secretarial, security) who enroll their kids in Dekalb County
schools. Every story that I heard had the same punchline: “They told me that it had already been taken
care of”.
The set up to the punchline was, in every case these coworkers had tried to sign their kids up for a meal
program at their local elementary. Which had already “been taken care of”. So the kids were on the
Title 1 free meal program, and the schools got additional federal funds because the Title 1 percentages
were higher.
Schools can do this through fraudulent means, as just outlined. School DISTRICTS can do it in other
ways. Anybody who has fought school rezonings, where your kid gets dumped into a shitty district after
the school lines are redrawn, do this.
You’re likely to find out that the free meal (Title 1 ) numbers have surged. Way past
any construction that’s factored in. Single family subdivisions generally don’t count,
especially with current single family home prices.
The Georgia model for this is redraw school districts, the parents have a fit, and the
prior school attendance zones that might have escaped the apartment dump syndrome
are suddenly massively upping the free meal figures. And, the Title 1 dollars.
Anybody good at forwarding stuff to DOGE? Tell them to look at before/ after Title 1
figures. Take immigration dumps and new construction out of the before/ after lab
tests.

The state treasurer wants to know about the discrepancy. The school officials want to know if they will be paid.

Yes it is true. When you go to the Dept of Motor Vehicles to get a driver’s license, which you can do as an illegal, you are immediately signed up for voting. Now you are not to vote in federal elections, but they do anyway, since it is done by mail. (How they figure out the Democrats – who knows). They can vote in local elections in some counties even though they are illegal.
They all bow out of jury duty and the issue always is -> they do not speak English well enough to participate on a jury. Heck, they don’t speak any English and rattle off in another language until they are told to “Go” by a county Sheriff.
Speaking English in Calif is optional.

Aside from all the social control and legal issues raised by Sundance in his Article covering the “Creation of a National AI Lab”, there is another aspect to “National Labs” that is a major weakness in this approach.
I and anybody else doing development work with a US Government linked entity have experienced since about 2010.
Prior to 2010, there were never any serious issues regarding the honoring of “Proprietary Rights” and “Free use” of items developed jointly with a Government Entity. Companies made allot of money reusing jointly developed items and the Government did a pretty good job of NOT SHARING ones jointly developed Items with other commercial or international entities.
After 2010, this was NOT the case.
The DoD opened Government Run I/T and Software Development and Integration “Factories” and/or “Centers”, which were “supported” by spin off’s of one of the major US Tech Companies. The cost of doing business with these entities was loss proprietary rights and the the Entity Granted Rights to give your work to a competitor for FREE (NO LICENSE and NO LIMITED USE RIGHTS).
Congress rewrote Federal Procurement laws removing most Proprietary Rights claimed by any contractor doing business with a Federal Entity.
The other “Traditional” Government Linked Labs and even DARPA followed this model, as well.
The US Government actually caused the utter lack of and major obstacle to, the integration of Technological Advancement by any Government Agency you want to name. It is the reason for so much “outsourcing” of Government Functions to BIG TECH. The Government shot itself in the foot…because no business wants to loose the revenue stream of proprietary property.
So now it comes down to how the legal agreements are structured v/v this NEW AI LAB. The Companies of the Big Tech Barons and US Government could actually ending up robbing everybody who comes to play in the lab.
So, besides wanting control of the people subject to the AI products … there are also $$$TRILLIONS at Stake.

Denmark to allow preservation work on damaged Nord Stream 2 pipeline
Denmark’s energy agency on Tuesday said it had granted Nord Stream 2 AG, a unit of Russia’s Gazprom, permission to conduct preservation work on the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline in the Baltic Sea, which was damaged in a series of blasts in 2022.

Elon Musk struck a deal with Visa Inc., naming the payments company the first major partner on his mission to turn X into an “everything app.”
Visa will help X users load money onto digital wallets — part of a long-teased X Money payments system, according to a post on the social media platform.
Visa will link customers’ debit cards so they can send money to each other, and allow them to instantly transfer funds to a bank account.
